I personally feel, erecting memorials is nothing, zilch. It is more beneficial, if rapes etc are prevented more proactively and are almost made the thing of the past. In TSP There are "green books", then now a days there are "red books", there are ubiquitous "black books". Like some cell phones in US, it appears Pakis are fashion conscious about books, they need different book cover for every occasion.
