I think the question about the remaining 15 FOC aircraft has been answered by HAL. They are coming in the next FY.
@Rakesh.
Their press release is beautiful. I think I have read 10 times now and can feel the amount of the work that has been done to make this come true.

Why is the a/c on the right hand side looking bigger to me ? The spine behind the canopy looks bigger, the shoulder looks bigger. Perhaps even the wing area. So HAL is all dressed up to produce Trainers. How many jigs though. We have 8 trainer from 40 LCA order and another 16 IIRC from 83, total of 24 trainers).
