Re: Blasts in Ahmedabad
Central govt might not have ability to get local police to do something (except in few cases when elections are in), but central govt definitely is the only one that can handle international players involved in destroying India's internal security. Can somebody please find me an example of central g...

Agree with Singha on the coverage. News agencies capable of finding phantom small villages in India and reporting them regarding their treatments of "Dalit" did not even report Banglore blasts and were very slow to report Gujarat blasts. I even saw one report on Banglore that said everythi...

Can somebody tell that patil guy that if information was obtained then how come no body was summoned from an embassy of certain country to deal with it?
And, next time please make such information public so people can take their own precautions. Preferably in Gujarati.

Hindus did not respond to anything in last 1000 years and I do not think they will respond to bomb blasts. A patent lie. Please do read the unrevised history of the nation. I do not want to create noise in this thread but I do not believe it is a lie. Few cases over here and there does not make it ...

Re: Indian Nuke News & Discussion Thread-June 18 2008
Gerard, there are many instances where GoI have failed indian public security wise and that is why I call reactors ticking time bombs. When you have too many of them which I doubt GoI would have just because they have this important insight, it really becomes hard to enforce security. Do not forget ...

Re: Indian Nuke News & Discussion Thread-June 18 2008
Here is another thing I do not get about this deal. It does not certainly seem about civilian reactors because let alone reactors, india cannot even think of faster trains in india due to security issues. Nuke reactors for india would be like ticking time bombs that would be perfect nuke weapons for...

For BJP modi visa is as much as of an issue as indo-soviet relationship for US. Some guy from US would take a cheap shot at India with that and BJP is doing the same thing with visa issue so do not carried away by thinking that it is the only issue that BJP survives for. Take a look at it from your ...

I like the idea of printing all deal related documents in plain and simple terms in every Indian language and freely distributing them to Indian public especially Hyde act. There should not be any deal if Indian public does not support it. Oh well then i will be hoping for real democracy instead of ...

Probably following is OT. Once, one oriental guy referred to me as an asian. Somehow I lost it and balked back at him to let him know just as middle eastern is not an asian, russian is not an asian, I am not asian either. I am from subcontinent and preferred to be called Bharatiya or Indian. Admins,...

What NDA said and believed in has no relevance for next govt. And, it is already proved by UPA. UPA could have easily reversed this policy like it did many others that NDA had.

That is certainly true. So far I have not heard of any human right activist or journalist supporting terrorism get injured or die. Somehow they usually show up only after terrorism attack and not before. How about stationing human right activists all over soft targets in J&K and maoist controlle...

Just to get this straight, in my opinion, UPA cares more about this deal than indian lives. UPA would not mind loosing commie support over this deal but the case is not the same when it comes to internal security regarding maoists and TSP and economic reforms.

Are they talking about stock price or mortgage rate that everyday wasted would make it difficult for party involved?
