MSA was Union Minister in 2008 -- I suspect any intelligence/security information that he received would surely have been passed to Pakistan. Most likely the same with information that went to VP Ansari.

Congress types like Antulay, I believe, were already blaming "Saffron Terror"

Nicholson has set a two-year target of getting the security situation under control, with a goal of 80 percent of the population under the control of the U.S.-backed Afghan government — a figure he described as a “critical mass” to “drive the enemy to irrelevance.” same old nonsense the US has been...

Pls read and compare with Bharara-Khobragade. What am I missing here? The diplomats in question were UN employees with full diplomatic immunity. In 1960, the WB was in a position to punish India if India was found to have violated the provisions of the treaty. India was dependent on WB aid. Also, WB jobs were a huge carrot for Indian IAS officers.

Not sure how the WB can punish India these days.

Entire Western economy is dependent on Chinese slave labor. Everything from garden implements to IPHONEs need low-cost Chinese labor.

Western powers aren't going to sit idly by if they lose access to cheap goods at the WalMart.
