I think they should cut observation period from 30 min to 15-20 min which should double the numbers without much risk ? as per a relative... the doctor gives jabs to10 people then waits for 30 min observing ..and then the next round.

CPEC is the crown jewel of BRI..in terms of magnitude of investments / strategic physical location of pakistan.. with it China seeks to co opt India ( which failed)..subdue ( which also failed) .. gain a foothold in pakistan ( which it has)... slowly control pakistan ( which it will sooner or later)...
