Sum are you sure about the Rustom. There is a twin turbo plane thats buzzing for thelast couple of weeks with a very distinct sound. Its forward section looks very similar to Rustom.
Added later: I am talking about the Piaggio Avanti P180. This is a regular at old airport.

It seems A5 though canisterised is still rail launched. What would be the challenges of making it road mobile?
Dont see anything near the size of the Topol telar coming out of desh. Guess the better option would be to get some Russia telars.

Couple of days back there was a news snippet in one the Telugu daily that a GSLV Mk3 mockup has been moved to the launch pad. Apparently to test the different launch mechanisms. There was also a small picture of the mockup on the launchpad. Couldnt find the same in their online version.

A very cool video. I saw it after take off around whitefield. The engine noise was quite different from regular LCA roars. This looked pretty smooth.

Saw a pair of Tejas taking off to a thunderous roar this afternoon. Both carrying two droptanks.
They returned after appx an hrs flight. One landed and another did some nrithya over the Bangalore skies for sometime.
