Nice. In India, poverty level is fixed at around the equivalent of $1 a day , closer to $1.17 a day I think. Now China defined poverty levels at much lower levels and had 92% LESS poverty than if it had defined at $1 a day ? All "Piss and Plogress" onree! I wonder how thinks would look if...
