Ok, inspired by what I see here, I have finally been able to start at leats. Past couple of weeks I am doing 1.5 km in 18 mins (3 times a week) and boosted by a 1 km swim in 1hr once a week. Feel much better. Now to stick to this and keep increasing the distances and speed.
