Tear gas shells can cause serious injury or death in case of direct hit on body. Sometimes the shell just explodes instead of leaking out the gas slowly.

It seems like Army is the only organisation that will be able to utilise the donations efficeintly. There is enough material, only problem right now is how to get it to people in remote places. Many of the road links were damaged and are being repaired.

One of the biggest tributaries of Indus is Shyok which gets most of it's waters from Nubra which originates from Siachen which in turn is occupied by India. No prizes for guessing who or what caused Indus to dry up just 1 month back and now flooding 20% of Pakistan.
