Re: 2020 Strategic and Political Analysis-1
Ghettos spread out horizontally or concentrated vertically are a bad thing. They become islands where information distortion will invariably breed communalism. There are suburbs of Paris and Brussels which were left to ghettoise like this and law enforcement agencies would no longer date to enter. W...

m_saini, OT posts that fret & speculate over the past add nothing to the present or future dynamics with Nepal. Please take your stuff elsewhere. Coming back to the topic, the raise of a communist party to power in Nepal would have already raised some antennas in MEA and RAW. There have been rep...

Re: India's Border Security with China and Pakistan-2020
Deans, The PLAGF can surely drag the discussions for a couple of months while all the time increasing its buildup and allowing its troops to acclimatise by end August in bases close to LAC or further away in Tibet. That still leaves them a 3 month window to attempt some serious action. India's advan...

Trump has no deep rooted moral or ideological underpinnings. He reacts on the basis of unfolding events and does what suits him personally, and doesnt really care if it suits the GOP or the country or NATO or anyone else in the world. He doesn't care about any legacy, perhaps he will if he gets a se...

If India's demand is that Chinese Army must withdraw to April's "status quo ante" positions, then we are not imposing any costs for this Chinese misadventure. Makes us look weak to the Chinese. There has to be a punitive element in our demands so that the other side thinks twice before ta...

Any new indigenous fighter be it ORCA or TEDBF must incorporate stealth elements, some level of TVC, sensor fusion, network centric capabilities AND associated A2A & A2G missile development to make it a potent package. In hindsight, IAF's tall requirements for LCA 30+ years ago have made it a re...

There is lot of talk about "antiquated labour laws" in India that need to be reformed. I havent been able to find any clear examples of such laws and their impact, or how the recent reforms change the labour conditions.
