Re: J & K news and discussion - 19 Aug 2008

Kashmir is my birth right, and I shall have it! Kashmiri Pandits who remain just tagged with the word Kashmir, are living with just the memories of the Valley. Today it's just Kashmir, tomorrow it can be any other state where the majority might push out the minorities.. So what do the Kashmiri Pand...

Re: Indian Missile Technology Discussion - 27 March 2008

p.s. one thing that gets me immediately suspicious is the mention of jag IM. what would an IM do with an anti-tank missile with the IN's threat perception, where mission definition of the maritime jags calls for destruction of enemy surface assets at 100s of kms, so as not to endanger the IN's flee...

Re: Blasts in Ahmedabad

A few points that come to my mind. Apologise if certain aspects sound rather blunt, but typing to carefully soften any such emotional blows requires a lot more editing time. If anything, im sure we'll find links to pakistan in the coming few days and seems to me that it's a policy of if we're going ...

A couple of points that cross my mind ; a) I believe its in India's interest to get rid of the monachy. The King was never favorable to India's interests in the past with a history of irritations. Purchasing weapons from China and harbouring anti India elements were some instances. b) We've tried to...

Thanks, and a few points : 1) Aksai Chin : No doubt this is Indian territory, but at this present point in time is it wise to act in a pro active and maybe agressive stance when it comes to China. Its seems wise to consolidate our positions here and work agressively towards resolving the Pakistani, ...

Re: Manning the Siachen Glacier

The Pakistani stand was untenable historically as well as legally. The same applies to all of Pok, its not just siachen where the pakis yet again committed aggression, but the problem has its roots right to the very day jinnah ordered his taliban terrorist tribes to invade into kashmir. A battle ra...
