Manish, it's a hypothetical point. If INC is able to get rid of the family and turn into a purely a cadre based political party. Then it might take them 10 years or more but they will be able to come up with a pan India appeal leader.

One of the reasons in my opinion ( and i can be wrong 100%) for the emergence of regional parties and subsequent destruction of congress in those states is the it was not possible for local leaders to reach the highest position in the party or even the government.

The nation paid for it. With stagnation and loss of purpose.

A congress party where people can raise on the basis of merit and is not beholden to a single family. Has the potential to be a formidable political force and a claimant to the slightly left of center or centre political space.

But this is just a rough projection of the future.

In the other hand, it's possible that Congress no longer has the Spark to revive itself. In which case Mamta will fill the vacuum. India will be suffer for it.

Congress must be consigned to the dustbin of history. Their brand equity is rapidly tending towards zero and -ve. So just a matter of time.

Congress is built on a core of anti-Hinduism, White Man worship, hostility for native culture of India, and inferiority complex in front of monotheists. Needs to be purged from this country for ever.

You cannot fix the congress. It is a party of bootlickers, for the bootlickers and by the bootlickers.

This nation can't progress and walk with head held high; if the Congress is mainstream. Congress must die for the sake of nation.

For that you need to define what does the INC stand for at it's core. What is it's future vision for India. What are it's stated positions on Pakistan, China. What are it's stated positions on important matters which will transform India - UCC, article 370, judicial, administrative, police reforms,...

I am open to hypothetical projections myself but would be more open to accepting them if they were based on proven past occurrences AND with indicators of the proposed constructs being present in the current timeline. Else it merely borders on 'Hope'. And while hope is a good thing in general, it is a huge fallacy to base your defense vision & structure (planning, financing, procurement/manufacturing, deployment,..), things which takes decades, on hope. Especially more so now when it is a proven fact that the Dragon thinks that it's time to be THE world leader again has arrived, and it will not brook any opposition.

I can't speak for other posters but for myself i can say that the intrinsically unpredictable nature of our particularly non-homogeneous democrazy makes any confident predictions on the future very very risky.

I think it was Karan sir who made a very sharp observation on the lines of no matter how much this present government tries to save/earn, if they lose power to the goons, the goons will gobble up all the gains in no time at all and then sell more of the nation interests in their never ending greed. They might well put forth, again, a clean dhoti wearing defense minister who will delay all acquisitions citing tight budgets and will use pliant media to tell indians of how they signed a historic peace accord with the chinese, got them to keep the jihadis on a leash and got trade as a bonus. The external forces which want to tie Indian down will also do their part - confer awards, maybe even give a noble prize to the 'leader' - to keep the mentally colonised happy.

well said, SinghS ji, INC needs to wiped out of existence -- the party cadre and leadership work actively against India's interests and are mostly mercenaries susceptible to foreign influence. They openly spread chinese propaganda in India to win local political points, even as India-China hostilities escalate -- that is the very definition of traitorous behavior. What was in the compact signed between the Chinese Communist Party and Nehru clan/INC? It should be revealed in the public interest.

Now URDU is no more compulsory language for the recruitment in Ladakh Revenue Deptt.
True freedom from psychological colonialism of #Art370 as well as liberation from the imposed Urdu language by Kashmiri rulers over Ladakh.

Thanks Sh. @narendramodi Ji & Sh. @AmitShahJi

While it is easy to blame Modi/Shah and BJP, it is the job of local reps to identify and work towards cleaning up the rot. Unfortunately, most of the locals are not interested or even aware and also not talking against a practice is our problem

^^ Excellent point. I have to give credit to the peacefuls for self-organizing and showing strength when needed. All should read about Jinnah's direct action day call and how each side responded. No wonder they took more than they deserved and want even more.

I sometimes feel that there should be a formal organization centrally with independent state and possibly district units working on legislative agenda and local co-ordination/organizing help thru networks like Lions club or RSS club (not just cultural)

Srikandan and SinghS Saars,
The congress of today is extension of whatever the left cadre is present in the country with the congress leaders and Gandhi clan as the head. The congress has been loosing cadres steadily with their antics and only retains some core followers and minorities for the obvious reasons.

The left has always been anti-india and advocates breaking up into many counytries/states. you see the same manifestations or thought process with the regional parties in the South with the news paper editors who have been communist in their leanings.

The communists during the height of 1962 Inida China clash were telling people in Assam to take communist party memberships and Mao's army will come and take good care of them in Assam and the northeast. They were brutally trashed by the people of Assam as per some older journalists account.

Need to bring such trashing mainstream to shame the buggers. Nowadays, they hide behind labels like liberals, feminists, free society, open borders, but their vitriol is still the same. Their cadres are acting as footsies of congress as most of their leaders are long in tooth or can't get elected anymore, that is about it.

^^ The anti-Hindu DMK regime in TN has been desperately trying to remove NEET entrance exams for Medical school admission. The more the number of medical schools and seats, the less can private Medical schools owned by DMK cadres charge for admission.

And China has made all that possible by stepping away from the communist dogma and embracing unbridled capitalism, more often than not by allowing exploitation of chinese workers to an extent not possible even in western capitalist countries. The only contribution of communism in China's success story is its usage of dictatorship for unchecked allocation of national resources and suppressing dissent. For an 'antham kammi' Indian communist it all due to the power of communism that China is where it is.

one line reads:
Modi is sending people from other religions to Kashmir to deplete muslims
Modi is segregating people using symbols.

how is he segregating as well as uniting people of multiple religions at the same time? and both are a problem for the erudite CPMers!

"Preparations have been made to smash the communist bastion of JNU. Now JNU will not be allowed to take its own test and interview. Its faculty will have no role to play in admissions. From 2022, admissions to JNU would be on the basis of a common universities entrance test, like Delhi Univ has adopted. All the formalities have been completed for this."

On this day, year 1761,about 100000 brave Marathas died defending their country from an Afghan marauder at Panipat. This was one of the bloodiest battles in the history of India.
Note: it wasn't Maharashtra under attack, but Marathas fought Panipat to defend Bharat from an invader.

British Express boldly pretends East India Company was against missionary activity in India, which is complete nonsense. Books written by british authors around that time such as Anthony Trollope are full of "pious" britshits spreading the word of the lord in India to civilize the savages and providing a privy purse to some local Indian king. 70+ years after independence, the "fourth pillar" of Indian democracy still roots for colonial times.

Saw interview of Mr Tyagi ex-muslim Wasim Rizvi on Jaipur dialogues. When asked about how muslims perceive China and Uyghyrs. He responds with something on the lines of .... Bete waise Chini to hamare dushman hain, par unhone is kaum ko sahi pehchan kar ilaaj kar rahe hain.
Wont get into the what he said:

Whats more interesting are the ads I was served during this. e.g. How peacefuls can earn more money at home without needing the spouse to go outside and work and such like...

The moral: the backend is clueless and does not know what ads to serve to a certain people. Its complete non existence like dark matter. And what little presence there is, is mediated by lib*andu folks... what is this ? erasure? followed by what ? ...surprise ?
Just calling this out as an observation..

A famous Advertising Guru once said, "50% of the ads don't work. But the trouble is knowing which 50%". The other thing is that the guys who commit the expenditure on behalf of the clients have no skin in the game. They are not paid based on what incremental revenue they bring to the table.

forget about ruffling feathers, we need to clip their wings but good

Ban or completely slowdown twitter, facebook amd instagram to a bare crawl until the elections are over.

Twitter is openly interfering in India’s elections. It’s time to ruffle its feathers now

Twitter is openly interfering in India’s elections. It’s time to ruffle its feathers now

Abhinav Singh
15 January 2022

Ahead of the assembly elections scheduled to be held in the states of Goa, Manipur, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, American microblogging platform Twitter has jumped in the fray as well. No, to not contest elections but sway the result of the elections. Akin to how the microblogging platform polarized the US presidential elections, the bluebird company is now looking to alter the Indian elections by putting up a facade of ‘helping the voters’.

Reportedly, Twitter on Thursday announced a series of initiatives with an aim to empower people with necessary information before they cast their votes in the elections. According to an ANI report, the initiatives have been launched under the ‘JagrukVoter’ campaign.

The news agency informed as saying, “Ahead of #assemblypolls in 5 states, Twitter announces a series of initiatives to ensure a high voter turnout & engage voters. They are: Election search prompt with Election Commission of India, Custom emoji & notification campaign, voter education quiz to support voter literacy”

Reportedly, when visitors search for relevant keywords on Twitter’s Explore page, these prompts will supposedly provide ‘genuine, authoritative sources of information’ to the users.

The press release by the company stated, “People will be directed to resources where they can find accurate information on candidate lists, voting dates, polling booths, and other topics,”

Payal Kamat who looks at public policy and government for Twitter India was quoted as saying by ET, “Public discourse is shaped by these conversations, and we recognise the responsibility that it places on us — to ensure that people are met with reliable and authentic information as they go out to vote.

However, the question begets itself – how does the microblogging platform decide which information is authentic and which is not? Afterall, truth and authenticity can be arbitrary terms used to quash upon the rights of people sitting on the opposite end of the political spectrum. Twitter, inadvertently is saying that it will silence the news and stories coming from one particular faction of the political divide.

Netizens call out Twitter

Safe to say, the netizens weren’t impressed by Twitter’s rather insincere attempt to educate the voters. The microblogging platform was collectively targeted with many calling it a brazen attempt by a foreign entity to meddle in the Indian elections.

One netizen remarked, “This is dangerous. Twitter Facebook google are known to manipulate election in usa and several countries. @ECISVEEP @SpokespersonECI must dissociate from such private platforms with excessive control on information flow and ban them from any such activity.”

Even the foreign nationals were circumspect of Twitter’s initiative with a user named tateinho from Queens stating, “Who needs the CIA when we can just send out Twitter to force regime change lol”

Meanwhile, one user called out the central government for not taking any strict action on the microblogging platform earlier which has now prompted the company to up its disinformation campaign.

“You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor and you will have war” The government didn’t respond to Twitter’s show of strength earlier this year. As a result, Twitter will step up it’s campaign of disinformation and screw them over in the elections.”

Twitter engineered Donald Trump’s downfall

There’s no beating around the bush that former American President Donald Trump and his ultimate ouster from the White House was engineered by the grand coalition of Democrats with the tech giants. the microblogging platform was the head sepoy in the battle and led from the front and created a lopsided field where only anti-Trump agenda was welcomed and pushed on the platform.

As a result, Democrat leader Joe Biden, leaning on the crutches of social media platforms and left-liberal brigade managed to gain access to the White House. Similarly, there is a clear divide in the ideologies of Washington and New Delhi. Joe Biden and his coterie of left-leaning Democrats cannot withstand a conservative, nationalist leader making giant strides on the global map.

Twitter and its love for the Islamo-leftist cabal

Twitter has a rather flagrant history of censoring free speech, especially of conservatives, who are most pronounced in their opposition to Islamists and leftists.

The censorship and suspension of right-wing influencers and even individuals by Twitter needs no introduction. Meanwhile, Islamists and left-leaning anarchists are given a long rope by Twitter to keep on publishing whatever nonsense they deem fit. This has led to people identifying Twitter as an organization that has a hidden agenda.

Modern politics is all about the narrative war. Whichever side dominates it, ends up on the winning side. While Twitter is playing the long game with Biden in its corner, the Indian government still appears to be soft on Twitter. Apart from using the slow and tedious judicial process, the government hasn’t really opted for other much effective and lethal routes to counter Twitter.

However, now is the time to train the guns and show Twitter who is the boss. If the platform is allowed to meddle in the state elections which are being dubbed as the semifinal to the 2024 General elections — the likes of other Silicon Valley social media companies will have their confidence bolstered. Somethings, which cannot be allowed to happen.

Accusations of repeated rape by a NUN wasn’t sufficient evidence for our Courts to punish the Franco M but MERE allegations of #maritalrape by the legally wedded wife is evidence enough to cause the husband to serve prison term ?

but consider this........... and decipher the insidious influence of BIF fronting FFNGOs on the powers that be and the gradual cornering of the Hindu nation

while one pillar of our democracy sleeps soundly, two other pillars of the very same democracy are toiling in the night to destroy the foundations of an ancient civilization.

who benefits from such deceitful legislation, who asked for them, why were they enacted, what was the immediate provocation or societal outcry.........

You have excellently put it--Idea is to destroy Hindu family system and through that future civilisation-what Moguls/British could not achieve our secular/Woke leaders in Govt /SC inspired by Foreign funded NGOs have achieved

Aap chronology samajhiye :

Decriminalization of adultery
Giving legal financial rights to Live-in women
Bringing marital sex under RAPE definition

Leaves no difference between married & unmarried couple

Marriage becomes irrelevant

Feminist dream Accomplished

#MaritalRape

Practically, it will be IMPOSSIBLE for a man to prove that he did not Rape his wife if #MaritalRape law comes

BURDEN OF PROOF WILL BE ON HIM, NOT HER because as per 114A of Evidence Act, if intercourse is proven, IT WILL BE PRESUMED THAT WOMAN DID NOT CONSENT if she "says so"

The last standing institution in Bharat's residual civilizational continuum is the family, the family, and the family.

It's the very opposite of the western concept of atomization of society.

The destruction will be visible within next one generation.

Necessary tool kits are being disseminated at all levels.

Nikka Halala --against-- petition filed by a group of Muslim women pending for last 4 yrs--Marital Rape taken up in weeks--power of foreign funded NGOs in decision making to destroy Hinfu family system and civilisation

have no doubts as to who is supporting such causes in India

the eyetalian mafia family

wow, does pappu really know long words like "foregrounded"...

seems like this Marital Rape agenda is a long gestation project, carefully financed and nurtured since even before 2013 by the BIF

@RahulGandhi

Consent is amongst the most underrated concepts in our society.

It has to be foregrounded to ensure safety for women.

#MaritalRape

@ARanganathan72·15h

Back in 2013 your own UPA government, going against the advice & recommendation of the Justice JS Verma committee, REFUSED to make Marital Rape an offence, saying: "Such a provision may weaken the institution of marriage in India."

What a shameless hypocrite you are.
