Bangladesh Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal on the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting behaviour of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Clearly Bangladesh does not think very highly of the self-proclaimed Sole Islamic Nuclear Weapon Power and Citadel of Islam, Pakistan, despite being a fellow Mohammadden country:
"Pakistan has always harboured and supported terrorists.

We feel those who support terrorism should be discouraged and isolated. We should do everything to discourage and condemn such attacks. Such kind of terror attacks should not be carried out against any country,"
"Both India and Bangladesh have the same stand on the issue of terrorism. We have noticed in recent past, how Pakistan's involvement in various terror attacks has come out in open. This has to stop."

“China blocked a recent Indian move to blacklist Jaish-e-Mohammad's chief Masood Azhar at the UN. In a DW interview, Siegfried O Wolf explains why China is protecting the Pakistan-based militant group's head.” :

Why is China 'protecting' the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad militant group?
China's protection of Masood Azhar is only one component of the Chinese campaign to provide Pakistan its diplomatic support, which includes informal "lobbying work" to prevent Pakistan from being listed as a state that sponsors terrorism
China's counter-terrorism measures exclude the US and India. Chinese authorities have historically treated New Delhi as a geopolitical rival. India's close ties with the US are also perceived as a threat in Beijing, therefore China prefers not to cooperate with India.
China is indirectly encouraging Pakistan to continue its state patronage of cross-border terrorism.

P.R. Chinese reaction to our demand that the PRC cease and desist from preventing the inclusion of Masood Azhar, the Mohammadden Terrorist sheltering in the Terrorist Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in the Terrorist list of put out by the UN's 1267 Committee:
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson GengShuang's Regular Press Conference on January 5, 2017 ……………………..

Q: Yesterday, two Indian Ministers of State for External Affairs held a press briefing on China-India relations. One talked about differences at the 1267 Committee with China, saying that as a responsible and mature country, China should not apply "double standards", and called on China to take a relook on its stance on the listing matter. Another minister spoke positively of China-India relations, saying that India should expand ties with China over a wide range of areas, especially people-to-people connections, despite the differences. What is your response?

A: The allegation that China adopts "double standards"on the UN Security Council 1267 Committee listing matter does not stand. Because China uses one standard only on this matter, which is taking solid evidence as the basis, and China has been participating in a positive and constructive way in the relevant discussions in the 1267 Committee following the spirit of objectivity, fairness and professionalism.

Members of the committee differ on the listing application submitted by the relevant country. China once put forward a technical hold so as to create more time and conditions for the committee to deliberate on the matter and the relevant parties to have further consultations. Regrettably, no agreement has been reached so far. The actions we have taken at the committee, out of a sense of responsibility, fully comply with the resolution of the Security Council and the rules of procedure of the committee, and will safeguard the authority and effectiveness of the committee on the listing matter.

China will stay in touch and coordination with relevant parties including India on this issue in accordance with the resolution of the Security Council and the rules of procedure of the committee.

I also want to add that China and India both suffer from terrorism. We share the same counter-terrorism goals and have been working together in this field. We are willing to enhance our cooperation with India on fighting terrorism and jointly maintain regional peace and security.

As for China-India relations, China and India are two largest developing countries and major emerging economies. Forging a more closely-knit partnership serves the interests of the two countries and peoples as well as regional peace and stability. We stand ready to improve our strategic partnership for cooperation with India. This position has not changed.

Follow-up: they also said that 14 out of the 15 members of the 1267 Committee support India's listing application, China being the only exception. What is your comment?

A: As I just said, the committee has yet to agree upon this issue. China's actions, which are objective, unbiased and professional, are in line with the resolution of the Security Council and the rules of procedure of the committee. China will stay in touch and coordination with relevant parties including India on that.

Daniel Markey in Foreign Policy says “If the upcoming administration is intent on applying the madman theory of international relations, Pakistan might be a good place to start.” :

Pakistan Needs a Dose of Trump’s Madman Diplomacy
Pakistan is at best a sometimes-ally when it comes to counterterrorism.

At worst, Pakistan is an enemy, a state sponsor of terrorism in all but name, a host to anti-Afghan, anti-Indian jihadi militants with American blood on their hands. It is widely accepted in U.S. policy circles that Pakistan’s military and intelligence services prefer to maintain friendly ties with some terrorists for two reasons. First, they are useful proxies to destabilize Pakistan’s neighbors, and second, they would also be deadly adversaries if confronted head-on.
Trump may be uniquely well positioned to deliver a credible ultimatum to Pakistan: “Begin a full-scale, verifiable, and rapid offensive against all terrorist groups on Pakistani soil, or else.” Trump’s madman qualities would make the “or else” more frightening than just about anything a Clinton (or Obama) administration could have dreamed up, as his threat need not even be thoroughly specified in order to have the desired effect. Everything, from punitive military action to public shaming, sanctions, and an outright anti-Pakistani alliance with India, could be on the table, even if such actions would affect U.S. interests.
Even more challenging, Trump would have to be able to play the madman without actually proving himself irresponsibly reckless. Whatever happens, Pakistan will remain a nuclear-armed state of 200 million people with increasingly close ties to China. Although there is little doubt that past and current U.S. policies with Pakistan have failed to deliver satisfaction on core U.S. concerns, a truly mad approach could produce far worse failures. This is why recent administrations have swallowed back the bile from Pakistan’s double-dealing.

The Mohammadden Terrorist Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan again suffers the blow back of the policy of fomenting Mohammadden Terrorism in an attempt to intimidate neighbouring countries, including India

Federation of International Cricketers’ Associations (FICA) has released a statement that the plan of the Pakistan Cricket Boards (PCB) plan to play the final of the Pakistan Super League in Lahore is not sound as the risk level in Pakistan remains “at an extremely elevated state” and that “an acceptable level of participant security and safety cannot be expected or guaranteed”.

Needless to add the Mohammadden Terrorist Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan is quite agitated at this blow to Honour and Dignity aka H&D:

Sow the wind of Mohammadden Terrorism and reap the blowback whirlwind of Mohammadden Terrorism as snakes bred for the purpose of biting neighbours abroad will turn on their breeders at home.

The supposedly “Low Cost” “Tactically Brilliant” State policy of the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan of sponsoring Mohammadden Terrorism in an attempt to intimidate India, has rebounded back on the Islamic Republic with renewed more vigour.

Zoobia Masood, press attache and media spokesperson of the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s Embassy to the US in an Op Ed in “The Hill” titled “Rebuttal: Pakistan is working alongside United States for peace, not manipulating it” says “This has also been Pakistan's longest war costing over 60,000 fatalities and $118.3 billion in resources” :

Irfan Husain on Mohammadden terrorism on the Indian Sub-Continent.

Says “it must be admitted that it is Pakistan that has pioneered the use of non-state actors to further its agenda in the region” pointing out use of Mohammadden Terrorists by Pakistan stretching back to Jammu & Kashmir in 1948. Also admists that the “basic problem lies in Pakistan”:
…………… While all three countries are suffering from terrorism, they are unwilling to cooperate in order to crush this menace.

In any objective evaluation of the situation, it must be admitted that it is Pakistan that has pioneered the use of non-state actors to further its agenda in the region. And, more often than not, it has used faith as a rallying cry.

It launched tribal zealots into Kashmir a few weeks after independence ………………..

In 1971, the military used the militant wing of the Jamaat-i-Islami in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) in an attempt to crush the nationalist freedom struggle there. …………………

After the Soviet invasion in 1979, Pakistan joined with the US and Saudi Arabia to arm, finance and train jihadists from across the Muslim world. Then known as freedom fighters, these ‘holy warriors’ committed many atrocities that were conveniently overlooked at the time ………………….

Another group that has created mayhem in Afghanistan is the Haqqani network. Based in Pakistan’s tribal areas, these terrorists have been largely exempt from attacks by Pakistani security forces. The unstated excuse is: they do not pose a threat to Pakistan, so why provoke them? Groups active in IHK POK are similarly shielded.

But invoking the ‘good versus bad terrorists’ doctrine has led us to where we are. With this backdrop, should we be surprised that India and Afghanistan are paying us back in our own coin? …………………………

Most bordering states that have suffered from years of terrorist violence would muster up the maturity to put political differences aside and cooperate in excising this cancer. Sadly, successive governments in Afghanistan, India and Pakistan have been too weak and self-serving to take the hard decisions needed to sit down and work together.

The basic problem lies in Pakistan, where three generations of generals have been trained to see the world through Kashmir-tinted glasses. The obsession with the perceived threat from India has blinded them to other security concerns. ……………………….

Analyses of 269 Islamism-related offences (IROs) between 1998 and 2015 in the UK which have resulted in convictions (264) or death of perpetrators in the suicide attacks they conducted (5) carried out by Hannah Stuart of the UK think tank, The Henry Jackson Society.

As expected analyses shows those with ancestry from the Mohammadden Terrorism fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan are solidly represented.

24.9 % of Islamic Related Offences (IROs) were committed by those termed “British-Pakistani”, 4.8% by those termed “Pakistani” and 2.2% by those termed “British-Pakistani or Pakistani” {Dual National’s?} for a grand total of Pakistani’s in various variants amounting to 31.9% of IROs. Meanwhile it is well possible that the Pakistani share of IROs could be higher given that the “Unspecified” category comes to 14.9%. For the above statistics please refer “Figure 5b Ancestry by country” on page marked 929 of the report.

CHAIRMAN POE INTRODUCES PAKISTAN STATE SPONSOR OF TERRORISM ACT OF 2017

March 9, 2017
WASHINGTON, D.C.—Today, Congressman Ted Poe (TX-02), Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Terrorism introduced H.R. 1449, the Pakistan State Sponsor of Terrorism Act of 2017. The bill requires the President to issue a report within 90 days detailing whether Pakistan has provided support for international terrorism. Thirty days after that, the Secretary of State is required to a submit a follow-up report containing either a determination that Pakistan is a state sponsor of terrorism or a detailed justification as to why it does not meet the legal criteria for such a designation.

“Not only is Pakistan an untrustworthy ally, Islamabad has also aided and abetted enemies of the United States for years. From harboring Osama bin Laden to its cozy relationship with the Haqqani network, there is more than enough evidence to determine whose side Pakistan is on in the War on Terror. And it’s not America’s. It is time we stop paying Pakistan for its betrayal and designate it for what it is: a State Sponsor of Terrorism.”

Pakistan military continues to play strong role in key affairs: US

http://www.hindustantimes.com/india-new ... xbTkN.html
Pakistan’s powerful military continues to play a strong role in the country’s national security and foreign affairs, the US State Department’s Office of Inspector General has said.

“The Pakistani military continues to play a strong role in national security and foreign affairs. The country faces external and internal challenges to its stability from crime and terrorism,” it said in a report on the inspection of US Embassy in Islamabad and its other consulates in Pakistan.

In the report running into more than 20 pages, the Inspector General said US-Pakistan relationship encompasses issues of critical importance to American national security. These include counter-terrorism, nuclear non-proliferation, peace in Afghanistan, and domestic and South Asian regional economic growth and development.

“Mission Pakistan’s highest policy priorities are to promote regional stability, combat terrorism, and support a secure, economically vibrant, and stable Pakistani democracy,” it said. :rotfl:

Three unrelated events in 2011, an incident in Lahore involving an American citizen, the killing of Osama bin Laden in a raid in Abbottabad, and the Salala border clash, were perceived as challenges to Pakistani sovereignty and a set back for US-Pakistan cooperation, it said.

Since then, the two governments have taken steps to improve relations, culminating in Secretary John Kerry’s 2015 visit to Islamabad to co-chair the Strategic Dialogue and the Pakistani Prime Minister’s visit to the US the same year.

“Nevertheless, bilateral challenges remain, including advancing the Afghanistan reconciliation process, combating terrorism, and promoting civil society, the empowerment of women, and the rule of law,” the report said.

Observing that Pakistan is one of the largest recipients of US foreign assistance, the report said that in fiscal 2015, Pakistan received USD 803 million, including USD 538 million in civilian and USD 265 million in security assistance.

Civilian assistance is centered on five sectors: energy, economic growth, stabilisation, education and health. Security assistance focuses on counter-terrorism and counter-insurgency.

However, the Office of the Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan reported a 61% decrease in foreign assistance funds to Pakistan from its peak in 2010 to the 2017 request, due to changing regional priorities.

In its report, the Inspector General said that the cashier advance at Consulate General Karachi is excessive.

“The Class B cashier advance of USD 110,000 for Consulate General Karachi exceeds the standard level, defined as the amount the cashier requires for one week’s activity plus an amount sufficient to cover replenishment turn-around time,” it said.

Although Consulate General Karachi required this amount at one point, its cash requirements diminished in 2015.

The Inspector General said embassy in Islamabad did not use the Department’s automated Fleet Management Integrated System to manage its USD 14 million vehicle fleet.
Four Mohammadden Terrorists on trial in the UK of which at least 2 have links to the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

“Naweed Ali, 29, and Khobaib Hussain, 25, both of Sparkhill in Birmingham” had been earlier arrested as part of Operation Pitsford in 2013 (See BBC : Operation Pitsford: The 11 men) and had been sentenced to 40 months imprisonment for attending Mohammadden Terrorism training camp in mother ship of terrorism, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Given that the BBC Operation Pitsford article says “The families immediately organised their return to the UK, with the help of relatives in Pakistan.” there is sound reason to believe that Naweed Ali and Khobaib Hussain trace their origin / descent as well back to Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The British Justice system will be well advised to hand down a very stiff sentence this time around given the recidivist track record of Naweed Ali and Khobaib Hussain:

Op Ed in the New York Times (NYT) written by Rahmatullah Nabil who says “Having served in senior roles in Afghanistan’s intelligence services, I have good reason to be skeptical about Pakistan’s ability to keep its nuclear weapons safe from extremists.”.

Rahmatullah Nabil served as the head of Afghanistan’s Intelligence Agency, the National Directorate of Security (NDS) from 2010 to 2012 and again from 2013 to 2015.

This Op Ed by rightly pointing out the Nuclear Weapon Technology Proliferating and Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting credentials of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, will undoubtedly be deemed a blow to the Islamic Repubic’s H&D aka Hechendee aka Honour and Dignity.
The World Must Secure Pakistan’s Nuclear Weapons
By RAHMATULLAH NABILAPRIL 20, 2017

KABUL, Afghanistan — Pakistan is not just one of nine countries with nuclear weapons, it is also a hotbed of global jihadism, where the military and the intelligence services use terrorist networks to advance their regional goals. And even as Pakistani officials proclaim that their nuclear assets are secure, evidence, including internal Pakistani documents, suggests that they know better.

Having served in senior roles in Afghanistan’s intelligence services, I have good reason to be skeptical about Pakistan’s ability to keep its nuclear weapons safe from extremists.

The international community, working with the United Nations Atomic Energy Agency or the United Nations Security Council, must take action to prevent a global catastrophe before it is too late. Pakistan is believed to have the fifth-largest nuclear arsenal in the world, larger than Britain’s. It also has an established history of giving nuclear technology to countries like Iran and North Korea. As the Trump administration begins developing its policies toward Pakistan and toward nuclear nonproliferation, it should make Pakistan a top priority.

Pakistanis with the most knowledge of the country’s nuclear program are among the most worried. On Dec. 16, 2014, the Taliban launched a deadly attack on an army-run school in the Pakistani city of Peshawar. Afterward, Pakistan’s Atomic Energy Commission sent an urgent letter to the director general of the Strategic Plans Division, which is responsible for securing Pakistan’s nuclear assets, expressing concern. The Atomic Energy Commission requested that the military devote more resources to ensuring that the personnel with knowledge of the nuclear program are monitored. This letter, which has been kept secret until now, reveals just how concerned some Pakistani officials are — and how worried the rest of the world should be.

The Atomic Energy Commission is not the only group sounding alarms about the role of extremists inside Pakistan. In early 2014, the ministry of interior issued a policy paper called the National Internal Security Policy 2014-2018 (CLICKY), a classified document that outlined the government’s security priorities. It warns that Pakistan is home to hundreds of terrorist and extremist groups, and points out that many of them are operational in all four provinces of Pakistan, including in the areas in Punjab near some of Pakistan’s nuclear facilities. This document also raises concerns over the growing influence of certain terrorist groups, in particular Lashkar-e-Taiba, inside the Pakistan Army and intelligence agencies, and within the families of senior and midlevel military officers.

Despite all of this, the Pakistani authorities continue to insist in public that their nuclear assets are safe. As a senior official told The Atlantic magazine in 2011, “Of all the things in the world to worry about, the issue you should worry about the least is the safety of our nuclear program.” When Pakistani officials came to Washington for a nuclear security summit last spring, they affirmed in the broadest terms their country’s commitment to nuclear security from “the entire spectrum of threats” — playing down terrorism specifically, or the fact that Pakistan represents a particular threat.

The Pakistanis say they are confident in the Strategic Plans Division’s professionalism. And the division claims to have strong systems in place to screen personnel for integrity, weeding out those who have dangerous political, ethnic or religious affiliations. They also report that Pakistan’s nuclear weapons are de-mated, meaning the warheads are separated from their delivery mechanisms. But even if this is true, it doesn’t mean that all nuclear material is safe. There are reports that Pakistan is building tactical nuclear weapons, smaller arms that are easier to use on the battlefield. It is unclear how the Strategic Plans Division intends to secure them.

Instead of asking for help dealing with these vulnerabilities, the Pakistani Army and intelligence community close themselves off. They fear that the United States is trying to seize their nuclear weapons and say that the West refuses to allow a Muslim country to have access to the world’s most powerful weapons, a line often repeated by extremists.

Pakistan should instead be asking for help keeping its nuclear weapons out of terrorists’ hands. But until that happens, the United Nations Security Council — and the United States, an ally of Pakistan’s — should step in.

First, Pakistan must be forced to stop playing a double game, supporting extremist groups while publicly proclaiming that it is fighting terrorism. Second, the government in Islamabad should welcome the help of the United Nations Atomic Energy Agency in securing nuclear assets. Government agencies inside Pakistan have admitted that the country’s nuclear assets are in danger. The rest of the world should take heed and try to protect them before it’s too late.

Pakistan’s Emerging Threat: Highly Educated Youth Gravitate to Radicalization

The paradigm that Mohammadden Terrorism arises because of the “disenfranchised and uneducated poor” is about as nonsencical as prominent Mohammadden‘s such as Pervez Mushaffarf, Asif Ali Zardari, Nawaz Sharif etc. saying that theirs is the belief of “Peace” and belongs to the same Islamofabrication Taqiyya genre of providing a burqua of mitigation to a Non-Mohammadden Kaafir audience for the high level of Mohammadden belief inspired violence that is afflicting the world.

Readers of BRF will also recollect that Pakistani origin LSE dropout Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh, “Daughter of the Nation” Brandeis and MIT educated Aafia Siddiqui, Daood Sayed Gilani aka David Coleman Headley, Capt. (Retd) Dr Tahawwur Hussain Rana; came from educated and affluent backgrounds and yet are serving prison time for indulging in acts of Mohammadden belief motivated Terrorism.

Voice Of America story on the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s inability to get along with 3 of her 4 neigbours in view of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan indulging in their national past time of fomenting cross border Mohammadden Terrorism particularly of the Sunni Mohammadden variant.

Pakistan Faces Foreign Policy Challenges in Tensions With Neighbors
Recent cross-border attacks and disputes have strained Pakistan's ties with three of its four neighbors, which analysts say are challenging Islamabad's foreign policy strategy. ……………………

“Pakistan is in an unenviable position now in that it faces major security challenges on three of its borders,” Michael Kugelman, a Pakistani affairs specialist at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, told VOA.

Though “the roots of these challenges are all very complex, there's one single theme that animates all of these border disputes: allegations of Pakistani support for militants on its soil that stage cross-border attacks," he said.

Unhappy neighbors - Afghanistan, India, Iran wary of Pakistan's 'jihadist support'

Worldwide Threat Assessment of the US Intelligence Community to the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence by Daniel R. Coats, the US’ Director of National Intelligence dated May 11,2017.

Finds that the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan poses a Mohammadden Terrorism Threat to India, Afghanistan and the US.

The US also needlessly frets that that Jihadi’s could get hold of a tactical nuclear weapon raising the old nightmare of JDAM aka Jihadi Directed Munition when the Jihadi’s already have ull control of nukes given that the Uniformed Jihadi’s of the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s Punjabi Dominated Army fully controlls the Islamic Republics nuclear arsenal sans civilian control:

Extract from page 24 and 25:
Pakistan

Pakistani-based terrorist groups will present a sustained threat to US interests in the region and continue to plan and conduct attacks in India and Afghanistan. The threat to the United States and the West from Pakistani-based terrorist groups will be persistent but diffuse. Plotting against the US homeland will be conducted on a more opportunistic basis or driven byindividual members within these groups.

Pakistan will probably be able to manage its internal security. Anti-Pakistan groups will probably focus more on soft targets. The groups we judge will pose the greatest threat to Pakistan's internal security include Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan, Jamaat ui-Ahrar, ai-Qa'ida in the Indian Subcontinent, iSIS-K, Laskhare Jhangvi, and Lashkar-e Jhangvi ai-Aiami. The emerging China Pakistan Economic Corridor will probably offer militants and terrorists additional targets.

Pakistan's pursuit of tactical nuclear weapons potentially lowers the threshold for their use. Early deployment during a crisis of smaller, more mobile nuclear weapons would increase the amount of time that systems would be outside the relative security of a storage site, increasing the risk that a coordinated attack by non-state actors might succeed in capturing a complete nuclear weapon.

Extract from the Worldwide Threat Assessment of the US Intelligence Community to the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence by Daniel R. Coats, the US’ Director of National Intelligence dated May 11,2017 on the US take on India-Pakistan relations:

The US puts down the deterioration in India-Pakistan relations to Mohammadden Terrorism fomented by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:.
India-Pakistan

Relations between India and Pakistan remain tense following two major terrorist attacks in 2016 by militants crossing into India from Pakistan. They might deteriorate further in 2017, especially in the event of another high-profile terrorist attack in India that New Delhi attributes to originating in or receiving assistance from Pakistan. Islamabad's failure to curb support to anti-India militants and New Delhi's growing intolerance of this policy, coupled with a perceived lack of progress in Pakistan's investigations into the January 2016 Pathankot cross-border attack, set the stage for a deterioration of bilateral relations in 2016. Increasing numbers of firefights along the Line of Control, including the use of artillery and mortars, might exacerbate the risk of unintended escalation between these nuclear-armed neighbors.

Easing of heightened Indo-Pakistani tension, including negotiations to renew official dialogue, will probably hinge in 2017 on a sharp and sustained reduction of cross-border attacks by terrorist groups based in Pakistan and progress in the Pathankot investigation.

After today’s news that a Mohammadden Terrorist who was caught crossing over from Nepal was found to be holding a passport of the Mohammadden Terrorist Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan and found to have flow in from there via the Missle East, India must be cautious and ensure that this search for the missing Uniformed Jihadi Lt. Col. Mohammed Habib Zahir will not be used to survey infiltration routes from Nepal ito India. India must make it plain to Nepal that a team of Uniformed Jihadi’s from the Mohammadden Terrorism Foment Punjabi dominated Military of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan will not be tolerated sniffing around the area close to India’s border:

Afghanistan has gone a step beyond blaming the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan located Haqqani Group for the Ramadan aka Ramzan month Green on Green Intra-Mohammadden suicide VBIED bombing in Kabul that killed 90. Afghanistan is now also blaming the the notorious Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Intelligence arm of the Uniformed Jihadi’s of the Punjabi Dominated Army of the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Inter Services Intelligence Directorate aka ISID aka ISI for the Ramadan aka Ramzan month Kabul suicide VBIED bombing that killed 90.

Is it “Halal” for a self proclaimed IEDological Musim State, Islamic Republic and Sole Islamic Nuclear Power like the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan to foment terrorism targetting Momins in a “Brotherly” country during the month of Ramadan aka Ramzan? :
……………. The Afghan intelligence service, NDS, said early findings showed the Afghan Haqqani militant network with the assistance of the Pakistani intelligence service, ISI, carried out the attack.

In a statement, the NDS said: "These terrorists once again proved they don't represent any religion and they only carry out such coward attacks to please their Pakistani masters which is against all Islamic and human rights principals." ……………….

So the Afghans, NATO, US, UK and others are pinning this on Pakistan/ISI/Haqqani.

The question is what will they do about it?

If the past is anything to go by, nothing.

Not nothing saar, there is a good chance that they will come to India and ask us to make some compromise to placate the ISI.

The thing that needs to be done to start off, the first step, is to designate Pakistan a state sponsor of terrorism

Even that first step is not being taken, for 1. Logistics reasons, 2. Utility of Pakistan for certain objectives in the region

for whom? I think when we cannot even get a terrorist declared a terrorist in UN (blocked by China)., China is the biggest roadblock for this. Unless Talibanis/haqqanis start hitting inside China. China will always veto in UNO.

Since when did US need UN permission to declare someone a "terrorist' or a "rogue state". Is there any other country that has caused more damaged to US/Western interests and forces in Afghanistan?

The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) pluckily calls out the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan for fomenting Mohammadden Terrorism in Afghanistan.

Official Statement from the ACB’s Facebook page suspending cricketing ties with the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan for the involvement of Mohammadden groups based in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, supported by State Actors of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, for carrying out Kabul Ramazan month bomb attack in Afghanistan, is linked below, grammatical and spelling errors included.

The contrast between the admirable behaviour of cricketing minnow Afghanistan Cricket Board with the pathetic behaviour of our own cricketing behemoth Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) who persist in seeking to play bilateral cricket with the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan despite repeated acts of cross border Mohammadden Terrorism, cannot be starker (Sports minister Vijay Goel slams BCCI for meeting PCB officials in Dubai).
Official statement from the Afghanistan Cricket Board about today's tragic attack in Kabul.

The ACB administration would like to offer its prayers and thoughts to the victims of today's attack in Kabul and pray for the speedy recovery of the those injured in the attack.

By killing innocent and destitute people today, the enemies of Afghanistan's peace and stability showed that they are not worthy of friendship and will not change thier stance against Afghans.

In light of the calls by the Afghan nation and existed ensecurity, the ACB hereby cancel all kinds of cricket matches agreement with the Pakistan Cricket Board.

No agreement of friendly matches is possible between both parties.

With the hope of a prosperous and developed Afghanistan.

Savagery this time was up to full Paki Lashkar-e-Toiba standards. One girl was stabbed 15 times... No simple soosai vest inflation. Apparently they were wearing vests to make sure they got shot. Soosai by polis.

Karma: Brish1ts get to understand and feel the full love of "Kashmir" on their own children, first-hand, on their streets.

Probably Rear Vice Admirals in the Pakistan Army. Did u check their footwear- Lal Masjid painted-nail sandals, or Pak Army boot?

London Mayor the Lawd Paki is also likely to feel the heat after PM's comments (and Trumptweets).
Donald Trump has criticised the mayor of London, hours after seven people were killed and 48 injured in a terror attack in the centre of the city.
“At least 7 dead and 48 wounded in terror attack,” the president wrote on his personal Twitter account, “and Mayor of London says there is ‘no reason to be alarmed!’”
And note that the Mayor was asking people not to be alarmed at the ***INCREASED POLICE PRESENCE***, not at a few Islamic knives and vehicle murderers.
In the interview, he said there was “no reason to be alarmed” by an increased and armed police presence in the city that day.
In another tweet, Trump wrote: “Do you notice we are not having a gun debate right now? That’s because they used knives and a truck!” He added: “We must stop being politically correct and get down to the business of security for our people. If we don’t get smart it will only get worse.”
Khan, the first Muslim mayor of a major European city, has attracted ire from the Trump family before. In March, hours after the attack at Westminster Bridge, Trump’s oldest son, Donald Trump Jr, tweeted: “You have to be kidding me?!: Terror attacks are part of living in big city, says London Mayor Sadiq Khan.”

Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reports that one of the Mohammadden Terrorists involved in the London Bridge attack was born in the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Jun 4, 2017 at 1:17 pm ET

London Attack Had International Connection

At least one of the three London Bridge attackers was born in Pakistan, a Western security official said.

It couldn't be learned when the man came to Britain, or whether he had acquired British nationality. The nationalities of the other two London Bridge attackers were also not clear. ………………

The US could swiftly bring Pak to its knees by imposing eco and mil sanctions on Pak,its uniformed tribes, and threatening to take out its N-weapons and capability. Pak cannot bluff and bluster with the US.In a recent report,Nawaz S was given no front seat either when the Donald visited the land of the Soothi Barbarians, not asked to even speak too. The Saudi-Sunni combine breaking off dpl recognition with Qatar just now for allegedly promoting "extremism" will also go down badly in Islama-Bad. It too can nbe tarred with the same brush.

However, the US in truth wants Pak as a loyal catamite, always a ready-to-do-its bidding.Which is why it has only threatened but never executed the stroke of the sword. So Pak simply keeps on pushing as far as it can get like a truculent child,to see how much sh*t it can dump ointo India, etc. and get away with. The fact that it has China as its other "all-weather" sponsor, whose role is only increasing as China starts to take over more and more of POK/Pak,only emboldens it in challenging the diktats of the western world/Pax Americana.
