From PAK-FA thread:
OT for this thread

I understand everyone is frustrated on the lack of response on sub conventional conflict. It is the escalation of conflict via more terrorist attacks that deter our leadership.

In my personal opinion, there are more & more attacks year on year. Our lack of response creates a perception of soft state in the tribal minds of Pakistani leadership and increases the attacks.

Our response should be that every sub conventional conflict, we will retaliate massively conventionally, and even one tactical nuclear strike will be met by a full nuclear strike.

I would rather launch a Brahmos or Shourya with a thermobaric warhead, without any fanfare, wherever Hafiz Sayeed or Masood Azhar is holed up or holding his next meetingand have Pakistan collect the fragments and prepare dossiers.

I would love to see the Pakistani's respond with their non working Ghouri and Chinese controlled Shaheen. Let Raheel Sharif digest the thought of Lahore, Peshawar & Karachi being obliterated.
That window has closed. It may open after Gen. Sharif retires, but many stars need to align, including a few within India.

My view retailiation across the entire border for every attack on Indian civilain or millitary target. Heavy artillery attacks on every PA post with UAV's flying recording round impact.

A press conference later where IA presents these videos.

This should be automatic. Keep 500K rounds aside every year for this.

It is pointless attacking jokers like Hafiz. Pakis will feel real pain when they see videos of PA posts & PA men getting blown to pieces by IA artillery rounds.

Pakistan military provides weapons training to ISIS in afghanistan.

Pakistan's military provides weapons and training to ISIS militants in Afghanistan and instructs them to kill the "infidel" Afghan forces, according to a 10-member faction of the group who laid down their arms today.

The group also said that Pakistani military provides light and heavy weapons to ISIS fighters in Afghanistan.

"Pakistani military gave us weapons and used to tell us that Afghan forces are infidels and you must kill them," Zaitoon, a former ISIS fighter who laid down his arms and joined the peace talks, was quoted as saying by the TOLO news.

Arabistan, Zaitoon's co-fighter, said: "I was tasked to fight in Nazian district [in Nangarhar]. We used to present our daily report to Punjabis and Pakistanis and they encouraged us to fight the Afghan government."

The 10-member group has joined the peace process due to efforts by the High Peace Council office in the province and also with the help of the Afghan security forces, said Chairman of Nangarhar Provincial Council Malik Nazir.

"There were 24 men in two groups - the first group was 14 Taliban fighters and the second group included 10 Daesh fighters who for the first time joined the peace process," Nazir added.

An individual mind can develop self awareness through conscious efforts. But a corrupt/violent collective mind/culture/system is totally incapable of that ! But key influential individual members of such system can develop such self awareness!

Even in daily life, we know how difficult it is to deal with people who lack self awareness. It is impossible to make them understand or make them look at their own actions in a rational manner. The best thing we can do is to either avoid them or eject them out of our domain. Else continue to manage them in a reactive manner (as we are doing rt now) or covert punishments !

The world apparently takes a dim view of Mohammadden religion based Terrorism and countries that adhere to Mohammaddenism have been ignominiously relegated to the bottom 6 positions of Henley and Partners 2016 edition of the Visa Restrictions Index.

The world has also latched on to the fact that the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is one of the principal purveyors of Mohammadden religion based terrorism and consequently the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is the near bottom of the pile coming in at 103 out of 104 just beating out Afghanistan for last place. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan even gets beaten by former compatriots, Bangladesh, who come in at 96. India off course is ahead of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan at 85:

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan via their Advisor to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz, confirms the well know allegation that the Islamic Republic provides a safe haven for Taliban’s leaders, medical facilities for Taliban members and refuge for their families. The specific words of Sartaj Aziz are “And now, we have some influence on them because their leadership is in Pakistan, and they get some medical facilities, their families are here. So we can use those levers to pressurize them to say: Come to the table.”:

What irony. The tactical brilliance of the Uniformed Jihadi’s of the Punjabi dominated Military shines through. Victim of the Uniformed Jihadi’s of the Punjabi dominated Military of Islamic Republic of Pakistan policy of fomenting cross border Mohammadden Terrorism and consequently becoming one of the worlds terrorism blackspots, Afghanistan, refuses to s to send her cricket team to Pakistan due to terrorism related “security reasons” :rotfl: .

Afghanistan calls off Pakistan tour
Afghanistan have refused to visit Pakistan next month due to security reasons, Dunya News reported on Thursday.

Afghanistan were scheduled to play a three-match series against Pakistan in the second week of April.

On the other hand, head of ICC Executive Committee Giles Clarke has called off his visit to Pakistan. He was due in Pakistan next week to monitor security arrangements for World XI’s Pakistan tour.
Besides Afghanistan, Kenya has also aborted the tour of their women’s cricket team due to the “precarious security situation” in the Mohammadden Terrorism fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The fomenting of Mohammadden Terrorism by the Uniformed Jihadi’s of the Punjabi dominated Military of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is certainly coming back to haunt the Islamic Republic of Pakistan :

Islamist Terror Growing in Lethality and Geography, IPT Analysis Finds

Gratifying to see the Mohammadden Terrorism fomented by the uniformed Jihadi’s of the Punjabi dominated Military in order to attempt to intimidate India has boomeranged and between 2007 and 2015, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has fallen victim of its own tactical brilliance and is seeing death caused by Mohammadden Terrorism reach levels that are very many multiples of India.

Europe deserves to burn. People arrived with papers known to be stolen by ISIS, and are permitted to continue on in Europe.

http://www.nettavisen.no/na24/--mumbai- ... 11890.html
Via Google translate:
Antiterror Investigators suspect the Pakistani Muhammad Ghani Usman (34) to be linked to the Mumbai attacks in 2008, which required minst168 lives. He is suspected of having made the bombs for terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba, which was behind the heinous shooting and bomb attacks in Mumbai. Lashkar-e-Taiba has also close ties to al-Qaida.

The Sunday Times writes that Usman is one of several suspects IS terrorists who have crept into Europe under the guise of being a refugee.

The suspected terrorist was arrested near Salzburg in Austria, on 10 December last year.

Both Usman and a suspected Algerian IS-warrior, Adel Haddadi, both been questioned by French and Austrian law enforcement authorities in connection with the terrorist attacks in Paris.

Usman and Haddadi arrived the Greek island of Leros on 3 October last year in a boat along with two of the suicide bombers in the Paris attack, Ahmad al-Mohammed and Mohammad al-Mahmod (their false name) - who blew himself up at the "Stade de France »13. November.

198 people were aboard the refugee boat, according to a Greek police report.

Arrested by Greek police

Usman and Haddadi was promptly arrested by Greek police as travel documents their could be linked to the EU's database of scant 4,000 passports stolen by IS.

Both were, however, released on October 28, and turns giving him continue the journey through Europe.

Shortly after Paris attack on November 13, appeared Usman and Haddadi up in Austria, where they applied for asylum.

Both were arrested in Austria in mid-December, when fingerprints linked them to stolen IS passport.

French and Austrian investigators are now trying to establish whether the arrests in Greece prevented them from participating in the Paris attacks. Their phones have been used to caller numbers that were used by several of the Paris terrorists, writes The Sunday Times .

It is expected that both will be extradited to France, where they risk criminal prosecution in connection with the Paris terror, the newspaper said.

“Advancing U.S. Interests: Examining the President’s FY 2017 Budget Proposal for Afghanistan and Pakistan”
Wednesday, April 27, 2016 | 10:00 am

Thank you, Chairwoman Ros-Lehtinen for working with me to convene this important joint subcommittee hearing on U.S. foreign assistance to Afghanistan and Pakistan. As we all know, Afghanistan and Pakistan make up one of the most complex foreign policy and security challenges we have. Subsequently, they are also one of the largest recipients of U.S. foreign assistance. But even after the billions of dollars we have spent following the 9/11 attacks, I still have serious concerns about the Administration’s strategy for the region, about the effectiveness and efficiency of our aid programs, and about our partner governments’ alignment with our interests and values.

As Chairman of the Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific, I will focus my remarks on Pakistan, which presents a number of difficulties for our foreign assistance relationship. Conduct by the Pakistani government raises serious doubts about the country’s trustworthiness as a partner for peace and change in the region and too often they seem to do the bare minimum to keep the money flowing without committing to real change. Today, I look forward to hearing from our Administration witnesses about the value of our programs in the region, and their strategies for meaningful and lasting improvements.

One area of concern in Pakistan is Foreign Military Financing (FMF). FMF has been a contentious topic in Congress recently, especially with the Administration’s recent attempt to subsidize with taxpayer dollars the sale of F-16s to Pakistan—fortunately an effort paused by the Senate. Many Members of Congress, including me, seriously question the judgment and timing of such a sale. Additionally, India-Pakistan tensions remain elevated, and some question whether the F-16s could ultimately be used against India or other regional powers, rather than the terrorists as Pakistan has asserted. I would ask the panel to clarify the underlying purpose and timing of the intended sale and how it is in the best interest of the United States.

Despite giving Pakistan enormous amounts of counterterror assistance over the years—over $25 billion since 9/11—terrorist organizations continue to operate with impunity in Pakistan. Pakistan has used terror as a tool of statecraft, and terrorist proxy groups for the Pakistani military have carried out fatal attacks inside India. The Pakistani Taliban is showing signs of unification; Pakistan argues that this may work to its advantage, but the United States maintains that this is detrimental to regional security efforts. This is just one example of how Pakistan’s priorities and values regarding terrorist groups are seriously misaligned with our own. In another instance of our priorities not aligning, the Pakistanis are still holding Dr. Afridi, who aided the United States in finding and eliminating Bin Laden, on dubious charges. Like many of my colleagues, I am deeply disappointed that we have not been able to find a solution to his imprisonment. I look forward to hearing the panel’s comments on these issues.

USAID has prioritized health and education programs in Pakistan. An example of the challenges that exist was demonstrated last week when the police escorts of health care workers distributing vaccines were killed. Afghanistan and Pakistan are the only places in the world with an ongoing polio endemic and, according to Pakistan’s own press, upwards of 45% of Pakistanis are intellectually stunted due to malnutrition. While this number is distressing in and of itself, it also has the potential to add to the region’s instability and should remain a top priority for our aid efforts.

After spending billions in U.S. aid in Afghanistan and Pakistan it is important to ask: exactly how much leverage has our investment really bought us? Are we undermining our own security interests by supporting a military that props up terrorists? Have we bolstered the wrong leaders, complicating meaningful reform efforts? We have not always focused on this “carrot” approach to aid in Pakistan; in the 90s, we tried the “stick” approach with sanctions, which were largely ineffective at curbing Pakistan’s nuclear programs. But the “stick” approach after 9/11 did work, at least for a time, resulting in the capture of some notorious terrorists. I am concerned that our current strategy lacks resolve and clarity and as a result, taxpayer dollars are not being used in a way that furthers our national security interests and protects our citizens. I look to our panel’s testimony and justification for both the nearly $2 billion in funding this year and the strategy for these relationships going forward.

Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Chairman of the Subcommittee on the Middle East and North Africa Chairman of the Subcommittees on Asia and the Pacific, Middle East and North Africa of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the US Legislature on the stupidity of selling F16’s to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and of the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting ways of that country:
Pakistan is a direct contributor to the Taliban’s success, not only allowing them to use Pakistani territory as a safe haven but providing it support inside Afghanistan’s borders. It makes little sense to continue giving Pakistan billions of dollars if it’s going to continue to work against our interests. We must leverage our aid to Pakistan so that it is a better regional partner with Afghanistan and also helps us root out terrorists within its borders. That includes stopping the sale of F-16s that Pakistan does not need and will probably not use in its supposed fight against terrorism.

On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the US rooting out Mohammadden Terrorist Osama Bin Laden who was being sheltered by the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Punjabi dominated Military of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, in an interview on PBS by Hari Sreenivasan whose Hindu Indian origin is going to be cause of much wounded Honour and Dignity aka H&D in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, former US Defence Secretary Leon Panetta talks about the duplicitous conduct of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:
HARI SREENIVASAN: The raid on bin Laden’s compound was watched closely by President Obama and his national security advisers, among them, Leon Panetta, who was CIA director at the time. He watched the raid unfold in real time from the agency’s Langley headquarters. …………………………

HARI SREENIVASAN: Five years on, have we fully understood the complicity of Pakistan in all this?

LEON PANETTA: It’s — it’s been a challenging period to develop the relationship with Pakistan.

Obviously, Pakistan was helpful in being able to work with us in many areas. Certainly, in the intelligence area, we worked together. On military efforts, we worked together. But, at the same time, Pakistan was difficult because they had a close relationship to various terrorist networks, and you were never quite sure just exactly where their loyalties would lie.

And it was for that reason, very frankly, that when we were looking at the bin Laden operation, which we would have preferred, frankly, to have worked with Pakistan. But there are so many questions raised about whether or not we could trust them that the president decided that we should do it alone.

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s links to Mohammadden Terrorism persists. Afghan authorities at their Torkham border crossing find truck from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan attempting to smuggle in Ammonium Nitrate fertilizer that is used for making IED’s along with fruits.

I wonder if the fruits were mango’s?
KABUL, Afghanistan — A truck carrying nearly 11 tons of a bomb-making chemical has been intercepted at the border with Pakistan, Afghanistan's government announced Tuesday.

The 10.7 tons of ammonium nitrate was hidden under fruit crates in a truck from Pakistan, Interior Ministry Spokesman Sediq Sediqqi told NBC News.

Yet another Mohammadden Terrorist turns up in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Mohammadden Cleric and Afghan Taliban leader Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansour sheltering under a passport issued by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in the name of Wali Muhammad is droned by the US in the Islamic Republic’s Balochistan aka Baluchistan province:

Pakistan Finally Confirms Taliban Leader’s Death in U.S. Strike

On the droning, the New York Times editorial cartoonist Patrick Chappatte drew the following cartoon followed with blurb “We killed the leader of the Taliban driving across Baluchistan in a taxi,” a former senior State Department official told The New York Times. “I think we have some questions to ask of Pakistan.”

MR TONER: Well, we continue to urge the Pakistani Government to cooperate with the Indian authorities to fully investigate these attacks. It was a terrible tragedy; you’re absolutely right. We want to see justice done and we continue to urge Pakistani cooperation.

Please --

QUESTION: Why didn’t we even urge Pakistanis to take care of Taliban leader?

MR TONER: Well, that’s an ongoing conversation that we have with the Pakistani authorities. They need to address all groups operating on their soil – Taliban groups that are operating on their soil and their territory. We’ve urged them to do so in the past. We continue to urge them to do so and have worked with them on addressing the very real threat on their own soil.

In response to question by a journalist from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, US State Department Spokesperson Mark Toner points out the need for “steps by Pakistan to ensure that its territory is not used to plan attacks in India and that Pakistan takes steps to address or to go after, I think, all the terrorist groups that are currently using its territory.”

Moving on from Cross Border Mohammadden Terrorism fomented by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s bid to join the Nuclear Supplier Group (NSG), Mark Toner seems to indicate that there is NSG member backing to keep the Islamic Republic out:
State Department Briefing for Foreign Media
Mark C. Toner
Deputy Department Spokesperson
Washington, DC
June 9, 2016 ………………………………………..

QUESTION: Thank you, sir. This is Jahanzaib Ali from ARY News TV, Pakistan.

MR TONER: Yeah.

QUESTION: Sir, at many occasions, United States has said that it will always encourage the good and friendly relations between Pakistan and India. But few decisions now by United States is firing up the already-tense atmosphere between the two countries. I’m talking about the NSG, the Nuclear Suppliers Group. As you know, United States announced its support for India to get it into the NSG. So you told me like couple of weeks ago that it is about the peaceful nuclear technology. But despite knowing the energy – worst-ever energy crisis in Pakistan, United States is not ready to get Pakistan into the NSG, but it’s supporting India. What is the reason, sir?

MR TONER: So first of all, you asked about Indian and Pakistan – Pakistani relations. And certainly that was one of the discussions, frankly, that was raised at the – or one of the issues, frankly, that was raised in discussions with Prime Minister Modi. They talked about a wide range of regional issues, in fact. Our bilateral relations with India and Pakistan are separate and stand on their own merits, and so I don’t think we – it’s not prudent for us to view our security cooperation in the region in kind of a zero-sum game – or zero-sum terms, rather. I think it’s important that – and it’s important for the countries of the region that they all have constructive security relationships with each other. And that’s Pakistan, that’s India, and it’s also Afghanistan.

We believe that Pakistan and India stand to benefit from practical cooperation and encourage, as you know, direct dialogue aimed at increasing cooperation and reducing tensions. And that includes steps by Pakistan to ensure that its territory is not used to plan attacks in India and that Pakistan takes steps to address or to go after, I think, all the terrorist groups that are currently using its territory. And that continues to be an area of collaboration and cooperation that we pursue with Pakistan is its counterterrorism operations.

You asked about --

QUESTION: Nuclear Suppliers Group.

MR TONER: Yeah. I mean, that’s a collective decision reached by the members of the group. I know that – excuse me – as you noted, India is also pursuing membership into the Nuclear Suppliers Group, but certainly, if Pakistan wants to pursue that, that’s something for all the members of the Nuclear Suppliers Group to consider.

Father of Orlando massacre suspect Omar Mateen supports Taliban on his TV show
Just hours before the Orlando shooting, Omar Mateen’s father posted a video on a Facebook page called Provisional Government of Afghanistan — Seddique Mateen. In it, he seems to be pretending to be Afghanistan’s president, and orders the arrest of an array of Afghan political figures.

“I order national army, national police and intelligence department to immediately imprison Karzai, Ashraf Ghani, Zalmay Khalilzad, Atmar, and Sayyaf. They are against our countrymen, and against our homeland,” he says, while dressed in army fatigues.
I bet it will soon come out that he had made a few vijits to LaHore and Muridke. Why else were the Free Biscuit ppl interested?

strange part was he had zero friends - (I was just reminded that privacy settings cause this and other info to appear missing)

Why would someone go through the trouble of making this fake account, saying clearly that he is a proud Muslim from Pakistan - all the way back in 2015. So suspicious.

Also of note - the singular posting (which was the banner picture on his profile) had 32 shares yet he had no followers. I was checking if the shares were all from today and the page was deleted.

So all the stuff about "Afghan - anti-Pakistan" is so much pakistan, as usual. A Paki to the core.

Ted Poe, U.S. Legislator who serves as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Terrorism, Non-Proliferation and Trade on the US rewarding their Mohammadden Terrorism fomenting Major Non NATO Ally the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:

The House of Representatives recently gave Pakistan a $200 million raise. In all, it was a $900 million payday for a country that to this day is supporting terrorist groups that kill our service men and women in Afghanistan.

It is well known by now that Pakistan gave safe harbor to Osama bin Laden. Before he met his maker in one of the greatest U.S. military raids ever conducted, bin Laden was living in a big house in a bustling military town in Pakistan. Less known is that after that raid our CIA station chief in Pakistan was poisoned: Both he and the CIA suspect he was poisoned by Pakistan's version of the CIA called the Inter-Services Intelligence Agency or "ISI."

The ISI is infamous for its support for terrorists. In February 2012, a NATO report confirmed that it was supporting the Taliban and other terrorist groups with resources, sanctuary and training. A year before the NATO report, in 2011, Adm. Mike Mullen, then chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, testified before Congress that "the Haqqani Network acts as a veritable arm of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence Agency." No terrorist organization is responsible for more American deaths than the Haqqani Network.

For good measure Bangladesh’s Minister of Information, Hasanul Haque Inu , also accused the Islamic Republic of Pakistan of exporting Mohammadden Terror:

“Pakistan exports terror and Pakistan needs to be confronted about the futility of its policies that it has refused to change till now,”

Our Prime Minister Modi once again calls out the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for fomenting Mohammadden Terrorism, this time at the East Asian Summit:

"There's one country in our neighbourhood whose competitive advantage rests solely in producing and exporting terrorism. This export is reducing space for peace and increasing space for violence and putting at risk peace and prosperity of all."

MEA Spokesperson Vikas Swarup on the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s foot dragging regards prosecuting perpetrators of the 26/11 Mumbai Terrorist Attack, the latest being dropping of charges against LeT operative Zafar Sufiyan and announcing India had sent the Islamic Republic suggestions on how to expedite the case:
Transcript of Weekly Media Briefing by Official Spokesperson (September 15, 2016)
September 16, 2016 ………………………

Question: Sir, Pakistan has dropped charges against Lashkar-e-Taiba Zafar Sufiyan in Mumbai attack case. Is Pakistan is not serious in this case?

Official Spokesperson, Shri Vikas Swarup: Well, as you know that the Mumbai terror attack trial in Pakistan has not progressed expeditiously although it would soon be eight years since that dastardly attack.

In order to bring the guilty to book our Foreign Secretary has recently written to his counterpart in Pakistan suggesting ways in which the trial could be expedited through cooperation through the legal channel.

He wrote this letter on the 6th of September, it was delivered by our High Commissioner in Islamabad on the 9th of September. So that is where we are.
Question: Sir, you have mentioned that FS has written the letter on September 6. What prompted this and what are the suggestions that have been made?

Official Spokesperson, Shri Vikas Swarup: What prompted this letter is the total delay that has been happening in bringing to book the persons responsible for the Mumbai Terror Attack. As you know the entire attack was planned from Pakistan, was perpetrated by Pakistani nationals, all the evidence is in Pakistan, yet we find that eight years have passed and still the trial is progressing at a snail’s pace. So FS has written a letter in order to, first of all it shows that our continuing focus is on terrorism, and we want to bring the Mumbai case trial to an expeditious conclusion and we are prepared to offer suggestions on how this can be done through the proper legal channel.

Question: Sir, the letter had been written ten days ago, has there been a reply?

Official Spokesperson, Shri Vikas Swarup: Not yet.

Examination of Twitter posts of cine artistes from the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan by article author apparently shows cine artistes from the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan do condemn Mohammadden terror attacks but not those Mohammadden Terrorist attack fomented in their country that targets India and Indians. Apparently fellow Abrahamic Christists in the eyes of cine artistes from the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan working in India are entitled to special courtesies that Hindu Kaafirs are not. Hindu Kaafirs in the eyes of cine artistes from the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan working in India are apparently only good to extract money.

Anyway, more than cine artistes from the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan, fellow Indian’s who have employed them must be relentlessly targeted and boycotted within Constitutional/Legal boundaries. Our BJP led Government of PM Narendra Modi must also be targeted within Legal and Constitutional boundaries to stop hypocrisy of claiming being tough on the Islamic Republic of Pakistan even as the continue issue of fresh visas and renewal of old visas for cine artistes from the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Starting today make it a point to yourself boycott movies that have cine artistes from the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan and work all out to make those in your circle of influence do the same:

Link between the Mohammadden terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan and last Thursdays attack on the German Consulate in Mazar-e-Sharief is found. Afghanistan’s Northern Balkh province acting governor Mohammad Eshaq Sarwari points to the Islamic Republic Pakistan :
Northern Balkh province acting governor Mohammad Eshaq Sarwari said on Sunday the attack on the German consulate in Mazar-e-Sharif was masterminded six months ago in Peshawar, Pakistan.

He said an arrested would-be suicide bomber confessed he had been trained for two months in Pakistan to carry out a suicide attack.

Sarwari said: "The arrested man said the attack plan was drawn up in Pakistan six months ago."

"The plan was drawn up in Peshawar. He (arrested man) was trained for months on how to fire a Kalashnikov and a pistol. Then, here (Mazar consulate) was specified to them as a target and they were sent to carry out the attack," he added.

A car bomb was detonated on Thursday night at the entrance to the consulate. The building sustained severe damage in the attack. ……………………………

Six people were killed and 129 wounded in the incident.
