Conveniently an Anti Shia group - LEJ, responsible in the past for attacking the Sri Lankan Team in Lahore carried out the attack, where 60 are confirmed killed and 250+ injured. The death toll might well be about 100-150 !

They think India is isolated

They think India still has issues with US and China and has put India is a corner

But the coordiation is there

OIC has put a statement
China is also delaying the UN block on JeM

US is kept quite and not putting more pressure On Pak

May be a strategy to watch how Pak army will behave with the containment
