Duh, obviously. Why would congress pay money to goons to unsettle its own regime.

Come now Stan, too late for you to play the "naive -- oh its so zimble onlee" card. You have been around for a while. You have tracked some very nasty stuff.

Why the "babe in the woods" comment? (I know why, the question is rhetorical -- but you get what I am really saying)

Sure, but I have nt lost my head in thoughtless 1-liners and wild conspiracies :). I piss when I have the data, I try not to when I dont have data to back me up and my theories (sometimes I fail, but that does nt take away from my efforts at trying not to piss). That should explain why the commotion if you did nt know that already too.

IOW, hold your gun. This is not the last that has been said and we dont know the facts of this matter. What has emerged is what has been fed and what has been fed is fed by the state people. They probably have a good reason why they fed this news. As you hold your gun, also polish your conspiracies/theories as data emerges. Needless to say, I should be the last one preaching to the choir, but guess what, since I do polish my guns on some wild-ass theories, I am the perfect person to preach :).

Oh these Saffron Brigade Hindoo Terrorist RSS Types are capable of anything. Remember at Godhra, how they locked the doors of the Sabarmati express and started a fire inside the train compartment just to make the peaceful Muslim mob look bad. No wonder they are the greatest threat to our national security.

if people really want to investigate false flag "communalism", Hyderabad was the epicenter for such "incidents" up to the early 90's. there is a long history of INC stooges, with help from M-I-M, creating some riot or the other right before elections....

don't ask me for published sources on this one. there might be none. but something known to local people. under NTR, it was controlled and later his successor in TDP maintained the same policy. ever since INC returned, it hasn't yet tried to do anything like that. hopefully, they'll stick to that.

India: A Deepening Calm In Andhra Pradesh – Analysis

Written by: SATP
January 10, 2012

By Fakir Mohan Pradhan

The declining trend in Naxalite or Left Wing Extremist (LWE) violence in Andhra Pradesh, established dramatically since 2006, continued through 2011, with the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) responsible for all significant incidents. The State recorded six civilian and four Maoist fatalities in 2011, as against 17 civilian and 16 Maoist fatalities in 2010. In a remarkable feat, the State, which was once the epicenter of Maoist violence, has not reported a single Security Force (SF) casualty for three years in a row, since 2009. Fatalities in 2011 were, in fact, a tad lower than a third of the previous year. Andhra Pradesh recorded no major incident (involving more than three fatalities), and no incident of ‘swarming attacks’ (involving more than 50 cadres and militia).

I thought using explosives to kill fish in international waters is outlawed. So what is happening here? NH4NO3 used for such illegal use is being used to set off bomb blasts all over India.

Who is selling NH4NO3 for fishermen's use in Karnataka and where else all along the coastal states?

Delhi blast case: Supreme Court quashes death sentence awarded to Pakistani
Though the Bench, comprising Justices H.L. Dattu and C.K. Prasad, set aside the Delhi High Court judgment, the judges gave a split verdict in the case. Justice Dattu ordered a fresh trial, holding that the trial was vitiated as the appellant was not provided with counsel to defend himself properly, while Justice Prasad held that the trial was illegal and directed him to be set at liberty and ordered his deportation.
Justice Dattu said: “I direct the trial court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible at any rate within an outer limit of three months from the date of communication of this order and report the same to this Court.”

Justice Prasad said: “The appellant must be seeing the hangman's noose in his dreams and dying every moment while awake from the day he was awarded the sentence of death, more than seven years ago. The right to speedy trial is a fundamental right and though a rigid time limit is not countenanced, in the facts of the present case, I am of the opinion that after such a distance of time it shall be a travesty of justice to direct de novo trial.”
:-? :-?

This is truely a strange country... A Paki comes to India, kills 5 people in a bomb blast and the judge says that he should be set free since he feels trial was unfair and doesnt go with Indian ethos??

Now that Digvijaya Singh has been called a liar spoken incorrect statements by his Government and party, there is no need to entertain any of his earth is flat statements. He should rather be tried for unaccounted sources of personal wealth on how come his son paid for a columbia university MBA.

Delhi blast case: Supreme Court quashes death sentence awarded to Pakistani[/url]

I see a very sinister plot here. The judge is trying to create a precedent which will allow Kasab to get released under this ruling. This may also happen in case of Afzal Guru.

What was the court doing all this time? Why was this Paki not offered 'proper' defence in the first place? 'Failure' to provide defence initially does NOT justify release/deportation. He can & should be re-trialled!

I also fear that a hijack attempt by ISI may take place to get Kasab back. Kasab must be hanged as soon as possible to avoid this happening in future.

Why is Ram Sene Link to INC a weird Theory, every time the INC needs some bad press to Bad Hindu right wingers, right on cue they come on with the Media being there with their cameras ready. We already have the best precedent in Swami Agnivesh and aldready proven on camera that Ram Sene are rent for Hire rioters.

INC interest has been put many times, before UP elections create a communal incident outside UP. Like Gujarat, Muslims all over India Polarised and have voted for INC after the communal riots, but Hindus only within Gujarat- where INC anyway does not have much to gain have polarized. Many of the persons who have been convicted in court of law in India of the Godhra train burning held Congress party posts. the train was burned exactly a day after the UP elections when India Pak ties were at an extremely low position after the parliamentary attack. The godhra train burning incident completely put the focus away from Pakistan Perfidy, something which suited WKK, Pakistan and USA at that time. There is no other reason why such a well planned attack to burn 59 people was carried out.

If the allegation is so serious, it ought to be backed with more serious proof. Just that event X was a chain of events that led Indians to vote for entity A, doesen't mean A must have perpetrated X.

Are you saying INC actually planned the Godhra massacre ? I'm hoping I just misunderstood you.

Here's a list of murderers that were convicted ...

A massive lol, ramana. How is Godhra riots related to Sri Rama Sene and the fact that the case against SRS is in a BJP-ruling state? If SRS is an INC-plank, what prevents the BJP and the Karnataka state government from releasing such documents to full public view and making this at least a news item of interest within KA first, forget the rest of India? Why cant INC be shamed on this topic? After all, if many brfites believe something to be ground truth means there should be massive evidence to it, no?! Lets see what things connect INC to SRS, I too want to see this evidence and piss on both.

Folks here have already skewed the topic to their comfortableness and are then pissing all around the topic. Godhra and SRS are now one and the same. As for Godhra, well, Godhra was necessary, but it was nt right. But then not all the right things are necessary either.

Fake Currency Came from Pakistan

Nothing surprising in that.
Interrogation of the accused, Zeeshan Khan and Ash Mohammad, arrested in this connection has revealed that the consignment, meant for circulation in India, was brought as part of a conspiracy hatched by Pakistan-based Iqbal alias Kana and his accomplices based in India, the police said.

A new controversy seems to have got kicked off in Kerala. State Police Intelligence decided to monitor e-mail IDs of many Muslims in the state, including ministers and other public personalities. A vernacular daily Madhyamam (click here) put up this news. Now a TV Channel "India Vision" reports the same in the news. The TV channel even have got a copy of the official circular (marked as "Confidential") giving the instructions and the list of e-mails to be checked, for SIMI connections.

The Chief Minister has now ordered an inquiry to be done quickly. Don't know whether this is in his mandate; but I guess the first inquiry should be done on how an official circular marked "confidential" landed up with news reporters :). I do feel that if the State Police Intelligence came up with such a circular, there would be valid reasons for the same. And no Kerala is not ruled by the BJP, and the current government have a strong Muslim League presence in it as well. Thinking aloud, we can also wonder whether this report was a deliberate leak, to benefit further games..

ATS nabs member of MIA terror outfit
Thursday, 12 January

Sleuths of the Anti-Terrorists Squad (ATS) claimed to have arrested a member of Mujhadeen Islam Alhind (MIA) carrying a cash reward of Rs 15,000 from Balaganj crossing in Thakurganj area here on Thursday morning. He was wanted in connection with a bomb blast case at a petrol pump in May 2007. A case was registered in this regard and he was sent to jail.

Briefing mediapersons here on Thursday evening, ADG (Law & Order, Crime) Subesh Kumar Singh said that the ATS was getting regular information that a terrorist named Aleem, a native of Kasimpur in Hardoi, was trying to plant a bomb in Shatabdi bus at Sitapur, when it suddenly exploded near Prakash Petrol Pump in Sitapur on May 26, 2007. Police said Aleem was regularly changing his location between Hardoi and Lucknow to evade arrest. He said that finally the ATS team located his presence near Balaganj crossing under Thakurganj police station in the state capital. The ATS team immediately swung into action and and managed to nab the militant.

Subesh Kumar Singh said that during interrogation Aleem disclosed that in 2007 he along with his brother Aslam and their friends, Alam alias Naushad, Aftab and Saleem, were involved in smuggling of fake Indian currency notes (FICN) from Nepal to Uttar Pradesh during which all of them came in contract with militant group Mujhadeen Islam Alhind (MIA). Aleem said that on the directives of this terror group they decided to plant a bomb in the Shatabdi bus going from Sitapur to New Delhi on May 26, 2007.

He said that when his associates were carrying the bomb on a motorcycle it accidently went off near Prakash Petrol Pump in Sitapur in which his associate Aftab died on the spot while Alam was seriously injured. He said that soon after he learnt of the accident he escaped to evade arrest and since then he was on the run. Subesh Kumar said that Aleem also revealed some important inputs about the operations of the terror group as well as names of some more militants. Efforts were now on to arrest them.

Legal cases have been framed on SRS and Mutalik has gone to jail and out on bail as per legal requirements, there has been no dilution of cases against him.

Regarding shaming the INC in Media, there are numerous links but I will just give the SRS incident example here.

All major TV networks had camera crew and reporters on the ground at a pub in Mangalore when the incident took place. If I recall after the Mangalore Air India air crash many of them took atleast 5 hours for the visuals to be displayed crews to get to Mangalore airport. So they had that kind a notice on the Mangalore Pub incident, yet no one informed the Police of this???

Whoever said, Godhra and SRS are the same, the different incidents created at different times for different results.

Please elaborate on why Godhra was right?

P.S-> In a country where certain channels in its previous pseudonym with many prominent Journalists had made an allegation that 100's of minority women fetuses where cut open and burned, these allegations were later proved baseless. Have we ever seen these guys why they made such false claims and lies? At least nobody decides votes or cares a rats ass for what my views are but when you go as anchor and your channel repeatedly claims its stands for the turth atleast some level of decency can't be maintained.

Choti-muh badi baat but IIRC Ramana garu's quote "cui bene" or something like that strikes a chord. "Who benefits?"
Searching for forensic evidence in such cases is pointless. Best way is to ask who benefits from the antics of the likes of a SRS in K'taka, a MNS in MH and a PRP in AP. Divide and rule in politics is old hat anyway. Its when such divisions spill over into overt bloodspilling that things get dangerous.

Let the evidence speak for itself.

Mangalore: College Girl Rescued from Drug Snare - A WAKE-UP CALL FOR PARENTS
Mangalore Aug 7 : Rohini (name changed), student of a city college, had unwittingly got into the snare of drug addiction. She just could not live without the intake of a certain psychedelic stuff, which was being supplied by a young man, son of an influential politician and a former mayor.

If her addiction was not enough, Rohini was set for deeper pitfalls. Obviously, she had no control over her volition and decisions. She was booked to travel to Mumbai by train some days ago. Even two of her college friends R and A had gone to see her off at the railway station here around 11 pm. For what purpose she was being sent to Mumbai, and how the other two girls became part of the scheme is just unimaginable.

Luckily enough, her parents, when she had not come home that evening had complained to the police. Since the cops, with experience, knew the pattern of the missing cases of young women, they suggested to the parents to do a combing at the railway station. {Shows this not a one-off incident, even the police know this is part of wide-spread love jihad conspiracy}

And there they found her waiting for the train. Upon enquiries with the other two girls, they came to know that Rohini was to travel to Kurla, Mumbai where she was to be received by the former mayor's son.

She was brought home and she seemed to have been addicted to what she referred to as 'whitener' which the former mayor's son supplied to her regularly. The parents stopped sending her to college. She reporteldy could not do without it and behaved deliriously. She kept begging of them to bring the stuff from the said young man by paying Rs 1,000 and give her.

Without knowing anything about these developments, the former mayor's son reportedly returned from Mumbai and arrived at the college with the drug to give her. When he came to know that he was a wanted person here, he is said to have escaped. Some organizations have now submitted a memorandum to the city police commissioner seeking arrest of the former mayor's son.

Late last week, she reportedly slit a nerve out of frustration of not getting the drug. Her father got her admitted to a private hospital, where she is said to be fighting for life.

The girl was saved from a miserable life in Mumbai, all right. But will she survive this crisis? In any case, the episode has brought to fore two aspects of student life - that the drug rings are active in the campuses and that more affectionate orientation and agile parental monitoring over adolescents is the need of the hour.

Ex-mayor Ashraf’s son accused of forcing girl into drug addiction
MANGALORE : The Mangalore Police have registered a case on the basis of a complaint that the son of former mayor Ashraf had lured a PUC student of a prestigious college in the city to take drugs and had then conspired to send her to Mumbai.

Meanwhile, Ashraf who has lodged a counter complaint has claimed that his son was innocent and that a false complaint was lodged against him.

Reacting to the developments, Police Commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh said “ A complaint has been lodged in a letter head of a pro-Hindu outfit stating that Ashraf’s son and a few friends of the daughter of one Arjun of Bajal in Mangalore, were responsible for her taking to drugs.”

He also clarified that Sharan Pumpwell, Bhajrangdal’s Mangalore Convenor along with Arjun, in a complaint had said “ The menace of drugs was rampant in the colleges and it needs to be checked.”

Singh said the young female student who is taken ill is being treated at a private hospital in Mangalore and it is yet to be ascertained as to what drug she had consumed. He said even the friends of the student will be enquired and added the statement of the victim has not yet been taken.

Meanwhile, former mayor Ashraf who took a Congress delegation along with him to meet Commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh has said “The name of my son has been deliberately dragged into the drugs mafia. Some organizations are trying to taint my image. There is politics behind this case and there should be a thorough probe.”

Ashraf said “Though my son was a rude natured boy initially, he was admitted to a college in Mumbai, so that he did not have any link with his local friends.” Even his mobile number has been changed, he said adding his son (Araf) who had been to Mumbai on June 23 was still there and had no contact with the female student. Still some people have lodged a false complaint that she had consumed drugs due to Araf’s company.”

It may be recalled here that the student who was waiting for the Mumbai train at Kankanady Railway station in Mangalore, a few days ago, along with some of her friends, was trapped by the Bhajrangdal activists.

Ashraf bids good bye to Congress
MANGALORE: Sitting corporator and former mayor K Ashraf has decided to quit the Congress reportedly in the backdrop of his son’s involvement in a drugs scandal and also fed up with the attitude of his fellow party men.

In fact there had been a demand for Ashraf’s resignation when his son was caught in the drugs scandal, on the grounds that this incident damaged the reputation of the party,

It may be recalled here that Hindu organizations had earlier alleged that Araf studying in a prestigious college in Mangalore, along with his friends, had tried to drug a young female student and send her to Mumbai. The case was even taken to the police station. Though the girl was later admitted to a private hospital in Mangalore, Araf and his friends had even been there and had threatened the girl’s family to withdraw the complaint.

Sources said police have lodged 10 cases against Araf and have even served a notice forcing a desperate Ashraf to bid a good bye to his party. In fact, several within the Congress had raised objections when Ashraf was made the President of the Mangalore City Block Congress some time back.

Some time back Ashraf had said that he would quit in case his son’s involvement in the drugs racket was proved.

The most interesting part
http://thecanaratimes.com/epaper/index. ... ives/14440

Shri Shri Ashraf wasnt forced to resign from congress or even forced out of congress when the hindu girl's came out. This girl's issue came up more than four months ago.

Only after a case from his "own community" came up, he "resigned".
The girl who was spotted at the railway station by some Hindu activists, was admitted to the hospital, while Araf and his friends were booked.Meanwhile,Araf was in hiding in Bangalore and has now surrendered after four months. Back in Manglaore, ex-mayor Ashraf tired of his son’s activities had even come forward to quit the Congress. He had to face much more accusations when the name of another lady student of his own community came up in the drugs scandal. Finally, the resignation row was settled following talks with the lady student’s father, Hindu associations and DCC Chief Ramanatha Rai.

Abu Salem extradition: Portugal court rejects CBI plea

Why not just give a guarantee even if convicted, no death penalty and be done with the business. I hope we finally say, we have him, no way we are handing him back.

Somehow, one feels most of these guys abroad and part of India's Underworld are not enjoying lives because of procedural lapses but ties to Indian and International politicians which grant them safe havens under convenient excuses.

archan, I also called your administrative acumen into question if you remember that. So, you see, there is a bit of conflict of interest in your warning. For all the red font you chose to you on my post, I did nt see a single warning to the "CON-grez Gandoo"-type posts that are there in the previous page that actually were not even remotely funny.

And since your PM said "... your expression of views on ramana's admin capabilities and political inclinations is also fine", I am using the same logic to again question your credibility. Do brf a great service and please resign your admin post already. And when you leave, please take ramana also with you away from the admin job. Brf shall benefit greatly if you two were just normal posters with no extra-normal powers.

Thank you for the gyan. May the normal programming resume.
Oh, and if you find any posts objectionable, kindly use the report post button. Mods don't, and can't, read every post made on this forum every day. Your post was reported, and hence attracted me into the thread, and was found to be deserving a caution. If you had chosen to report any offending posts instead of namecalling, perhaps action would have been taken on those users.

Sorry, I am not keen on reporting idiotic posts' whose idiocy level can be understood even by LKG kids with a 2 minute attention span (that is not a lot, I know, but still!). Since I assume you are not one of those numerably small LKG kids, a massive lol at how you took the opportunity to explain me on how you go about your job. Lol, again. I so wish I could have the opportunity to review your day job that you possibly write up. In the meanwhile, best regards in rakshaking brf.

I see plenty good reasons why you're not, and cannot be, one who reviews my day job and provides a write up on my performance. Nice dream though. Instead you are left to whine on an internet forum. Life sure is unfair. :)
However, kindly get back to Internal Security Watch, and know that you are 1 warning away from a ban.

Arre bhai, if it was just an internet forum, what makes you hold on to the admin job so dearly even after massive criticism of your takniki or lack of one like the bumbling batsmen down under? Massive internal security issues, eh?! Am I back on thread topic now? :)

As I have previously told you (twice at least) that you are welcome to provide feedback on moderators in the feedback thread, or by email to webmaster/owner.
However, every time you are cautioned, you choose to retort with either direct assaults or sarcastic comments. I have previously told you to not do that in the various threads but you choose to continue. I had told you in my last post that you are one more warning away from a ban but you cannot do without having the last word. You are now banned again.

Are you saying INC actually planned the Godhra massacre ? I'm hoping I just misunderstood you.
For the record, this Tehelka reporter does not agree with the court.

PS: further, whatever you may think of guilt, Haji Bilal seems to have been one of the 16 independent Muslim corporators (elected in 1999, when the BJP won 11 seats, independent Muslim candidates 16, the Congress five, and four seats were bagged by pro-BJP independents. )
The Indian Express story refers to Haji Bilal as an independent corporator.

Tehelka refers to Haji Bilal as a Muslim corporator.

As the Tehelka story says:
In the December 1999 municipal council elections, the BJP won 11 seats, independent Muslim candidates 16, the Congress five, and four seats were bagged by pro-BJP independents.

Murli Mulchandani, one of the nine BJP men, had been the president of the municipal council. In 1999, he had contested but lost.

To form the house in the council, a party needs 19 seats. The BJP had formed the house, supported by five Congress and three Muslim corporators. Raju Darji, a BJP corporator (who claims to be a witness to the fire) was elected president. Deepak Soni, another BJP corporator (also one of the nine witnesses), was appointed president of the education board formed under the council.

But a year after the elections, 24 corporators — 16 Muslim, five Congress and three Hindu independents — joined ranks against the BJP and moved a no-confidence motion. The BJP lost the house. These 24 now elected Kalota as president of the municipal council.

Continuation of the Kerala Police snooping on e-mails incident (which was posted some posts above). Latest updates..
1. The whole case was media sensationalism, especially by a magazine whose religious leanings are quite known.
2. All that the police was interested in is ascertaining that the e-mails ID were genuinely of people whose names were given (eg: oomenchandy@gmail.com actually was the ID used by Oomen Chandy, Kerala CM and not some imposter).
3. These e-mail IDs were taken during the interrogation of a suspect.
4. The bad part is that the magazine which reported this first clearly removed the names of non-Muslims in the list and show cased it as a "anti-Muslim witch hunt".
News links:
Kerala Police deny e-mail snooping
The DGP said investigating officers got 268 suspecious mail ids from a person and they were handed over to the hi-tech cell of the police to obtain the addresses of the persons who had created the ids.
News on e-mail snooping unfortunate: CM
He said that Madhyamam weekly which gave the news has not published the complete list and provided the lists after removing the emails of people belonging to other communities. He said the weekly must come clear on this.

Now for some comedy...
Snooping into Muslims' emails a fascist act: Achuthanandan
In a statement issued, Achuthanandan slammed Chief Minister Oommen Chandy for 'following in the footsteps of the American administration and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi'..
