I ran into this in wikipedia :-)

First Paki sci-fi film, evil yindoos copied in koi mil gaya

"Shanee" is a 1989 Pakistani film starring Babra Sharif, Sheri Malik and Ghulam Mohiuddin and directed by Saeed Rizvi. The film was known for its special effects which were first used in Pakistan.
[edit]Summary

Shanee begins with a glowing space ship that arrives in the middle of the forest near a village. A glowing figure appears and follows a terrified Babra Sharif to her house where he decides to assume the appearance of a young man he happens to view in a lovingly framed photograph. He is greeted with open arms by the villagers and especially by a blushing Babra and her family for unknown to the spaceman that he has assumed the appearance of Shanee the man who Babra was due to marry and who was supposedly brutally murdered by a villainous goon by the name of Shamsher Khan (Asif Khan).
The fake Shanee lands in the thick of it upon his arrival because when he refuses to marry her as everyone expected, she blackmails him and forces him to change his mind. Anyway all appears hunky dory and Shanee even turns his nose up at going home defying orders from his plant claiming that he has fallen for the ways of the humans! Then one fine day things turn nasty when evil goon Shamsher Khan, king of flesh trade discovers that the thorn he though he had extracted once and for all has resurfaced to threaten him once again.
While trying to fight for the man whose identity he took on, due to the feeling of obligation he falls in love with Babra Sharif. The alien who landed on Earth came in search of a planet where his people are able to survive but after falling in love will he be able to return to his people and his land after the hate against humanity that they have seen?

So, What's the final verdict on this, saars?

Armen ji is correct. Have added some info in the US-India thread on that period and Enola Gay. Interesting reads.

http://www.ndtv.com/article/world/pak-wife-makes-korma-using-husband-153120

Zainab says that she murdered her husband after he had tried to molest her daughter. She claims she had stopped him from doing so on several occasions in the past. However, she later contradicted herself by saying, "He never laid a hand on her but he used to say dirty things whenever he came home drunk."

For three months, Zainab has been living here with her 17-year-old daughter Sonia from an ex-husband, and her new husband Ahmed Abbas, whom she had married five years ago.

From the BBC:
Pakistan PM Gilani refuses to quit after guilty verdict
Pakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has refused to resign after he was found guilty of contempt of court.

A defiant Mr Gilani told MPs: "Except for you no-one can disqualify me."

On Thursday, the Supreme Court convicted him of failing to pursue corruption charges against President Asif Ali Zardari.

But Mr Gilani, who had argued the president has constitutional immunity from prosecution, was given only a token sentence and spared a jail term.

Judges sentenced him to a few minutes' detention in the courtroom - some witnesses say it was only about 30 seconds - in what was seen as a symbolic ruling.

Shows the world exactly what will happen if Hafiz Saeed is ever brought to trial in a Pakistani court.

I gather that paki missiles are just fired at random in the general direction of the ocean? No NOTAM etc? Do they even bother to radar track?

India ‘leaked out’ news of ballistic missile test
In the recent case when on Wednesday Pakistan tested its Hatf IV missile, part of its Shaheen I series, it notified India of the test.

However, it was surprising to read on Wednesday reports from New Delhi that Pakistan was to test a long-range missile in the Indian Ocean. Someone from the government leaked the information to the Indian media well before Pakistan carried out the test on Wednesday.

The Pakistani officials are not ready, for now at least, to comment publicly except to say that India leaked the news and violated the 2005 bilateral agreement

A bit OT but Koi Mil Gaya was inspired by the un-produced Satyajit Ray script 'The Alien' , which according to rumors was the "inspiration" for Spielbergs ET.

I think the most famous TSP movie which made real  contribution to TSP was 'International Gorillay', long before 'Khuda ke liye'.

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/world/europe/Gaddafi-agreed-to-fund-Nicolas-Sarkozys-2007-poll-campaign/articleshow/12913595.cms

Takieddine is already under investigation for his alleged role in the funding of Edouard Balladur's failed 1995 presidential campaign for which Sarkozy was spokesman.

Investigators suspect Balladur's camp collected kickbacks on a deal to sell submarines to Pakistan and that a Karachi bombing that killed 11 French engineers was carried out by Pakistani agents in revenge after promised bribes went unpaid.

Sarkozy has always denied any wrongdoing in the 1995 campaign finance arrangements.

Oh thats a well known fact. Pakis killed french engineers for refusing to pay kickbacks. French intelligence gave a vice admiral his 72 and broke the knees of another vice admiral.

And a Judge in Franch is investigating all this and juicy bits tumble out once in a while

For your enjoyment, the climax scene of International Gorillay.

International Gorillay reminds me. The gist of the story is that Salman Rushdie is planning to destroy Pakistan by weakening the faithful by opening casinos and bars across Pakistan. A police officer, angered by all this, quits his job, recruits his brothers and forms a group of "mujahids". Rushdie has Israeli henchmen and henchwomen, an one of the Jewish henchwomen fall in love with one of the Brothers, converts to Islam and betrays Rushdie. They fight Rushdie and in the ending scene the holy books shoot lasers at Rushdie and he is burnt and dies.

Now for some cultural piskology part:

So the gist of the story is that "Blasphemers" are bad, and they should be dealt with outside the rule of law by officials quitting their day jobs, forming a terrorist group and the punishment is death through horrible means. Also the Jews are involved in destabilizing Pakistan, and they become good only after they convert. This was way back in the 1990s made into a movie and was quite popular.

And Paki intelligensia go "ZOMG!! WHAT HAS PAKILAND BECOME?! HOW CAN QADRI ASSASSINATE SALMAN TASEER?! SHOCKING!!". Well, Qadri was simply a policeman who decided to take matters into his own hands against a "blasphemer" and killed him. Isnt the exact same thing recommended, glorified and made into a movie more than 20 years back? How did Pakistan "BECOME" this way? It was this way at least as early as 20 years back*. Everybody in Pakistan and India like to blame the recent GOAT for radicalizing Pakistan, in fact this is even the major plank of Imran Khan. A cursory glance at where they were in the 80s and 90s will reveal that they are not more radical now at all. They have always been this way.

*Indian WKKs are off on a hyper drive "PAKISTANIS ARE JUST LIKE INDIANS!!! (Apart from Sheltering Osama, training taliban, killing Shias and Ahmedis, abducting Hindus, selling Nukes, Running Drugs, Conducting Coups, Hanging Prime Ministers, not Able to run a railway service, not building any heavy industry, Killing Jews inside (Daniel Pearl) and outside (Chabad house) their country and killing alleged Blasphemers, which are all recent events, Pakis were more secular, liberal than Indians in the 70s and 80s).

Thank you for posting that high point in human cultural achievement.

Perhaps we are being too hard on Pakistan. Perhaps they are truly not intellectually equipped to deal with a literate, post seventh century Arabia universe.

Do we not have a duty to empathise with mentally challenged segments of our societies?

As Gandhi stated forgive them for that is their culture. It may not be fair to them to expect anything else.

Now the ISI is claiming credit for giving Bin Laden his 72

http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/asia_pacific/pakistans-spy-agency-seeks-some-credit-for-bin-ladens-death/2012/04/27/gIQANaU7lT_story.html

Pakistan's spy agency seeks some credit for bin Laden's death

“The lead and the information actually came from us,” a senior official with Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence Directorate (ISI) said in an interview.

On Friday evening, over iced tea at a hotel cafe, two ISI officials offered a narrative that they say puts Pakistan in a better light. They spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the matter. {So it is a plant}

But a U.S. official disputed the ISI version Friday. “The fact is our knowledge of the number didn’t come from them telling us about it,” said the official, who spoke anonymously to discuss sensitive information.

Why then prosecute the doctor as a traitor for ISI's handiwork? Shouldn't that designation and the consequent reward go to ISI?

As usual pakis are venting from both ends!

And then go on to debate what Jinnah said. The story they try to sell by expressing such shock that Pakiland was secular, progressive, tolerant onlee since 1947 is so funny.

Well said. In fact "blasphemy" is the final accusation against the unbeliever, but becoming a terrorist islamic gorilla is an age old tradition that has been there from the time of Aurangzeb at least. "Dierct Action Day" conducted by the Jinnah's Muslim league in which thousands of Sikhs and Hindus in Kolkata were masacerd in August 1946 was Jinnahs call to the momeen telling them that the polic eand authorities have been told to stand back and that people can take "direct action".

That of course was the eastern prelude to western massacres. But before Hindoos go into lament mode I need to point out that these Islamic gorillas got it back in kind. I am not supposed to condone murder but if ten Islamic gorillas kill 50 people "justice " would normally require just those ten to be punished. However, If those ten and 200 others were massacred in return it becomes a much more memorable event. The response to international gorilae must be exactly that.

Fact is that only the dharmic faiths that fought back survived the onslaught of jealous religions. You kill one of my kind I kill three of yours.

Translated:

In spring 2002, when relations with the Pakistani military is embittered on uncollected funds commission, the French state would have applied the law of retaliation through the Service Action of the DGSE (General Directorate for External Security ), a military unit specializing in covert operations, information first reported by the news website Mediapart.

"Retaliation." In light of the evidence in the trial record, the Service Action Team was dispatched to Pakistan at the Karachi attack to "apply retaliatory measures" , on the ground that "there does not sing in France " . The judges responsible for the investigation, Marc Trevidic and Yves Jannier, have confirmed this hypothesis when they met Thursday at Cherbourg with the families of victims. According confidences obtained by Liberation , the raid would have been to break the legs of three admirals and the Pakistani military to liquidate one of lower rank.

The episode, unknown until recently, has led to discussions between judges and victims' families Thursday in Cherbourg.

An important aspect about the above video is that workers are unaware of the purpose of the apparels ..The owners (RAPE CLASS) compare love making with spicy food..they describe at lengths the features of each apparel..Most of the products are exported to US and oirope.. He shows a map to demarcate the market in the US.

India holds talks over fuel exports to Pakistan
BATHINDA, India (Reuters) - India has held talks over exporting refined fuels to its neighbor Pakistan, the head of Hindustan Mittal Energy said on Saturday, at the opening of the company's new refinery close to the border between the two countries.Moves to stimulate trade flows and liberalize restricted investment rules have emerged as the key driver of peace efforts between the neighbors, whose fragile ties were shattered when Pakistani militants attacked the Indian city of Mumbai in 2008."There were government-to-government discussions. A delegation from Pakistan came but nothing has been finalized," said S. Roy Choudhury, chairman of Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) and Hindustan Mittal Energy."Any decision has to make economic sense," he added. We have significant refining capacity to enable us to export petroleum products," Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said at the official inauguration of the Bathinda refinery.Industry experts say fuel exports by India to Pakistan could be difficult as India's own fuel demand is rising, and Pakistan uses fuel of lower specification than what is being produced in Bathinda and other Indian refineries. The $4 billion Bathinda refinery, located 100 kilometers from the border with Pakistan and 175 kilometers from the city of Lahore, is operated by Hindustan Mittal Energy, a joint venture of state-run HPCL and Mittal Energy, owned by billionaire Lakshmi Mittal.Hindustan Mittal Energy is in talks with Kuwait and Saudi Arabia for long-term crude supplies, Choudhury said.

The leather aspect is important for Pakistan. It's like this. Every Id ul Fitr, Bakrid, Ramzan Iftar etc tens of millions of animals are slaughtered in Pakistan. The skins of the slaughtered animals are a saleable product and an Islamic tax called "ushr" is levied. The Jamaat-ud dawa/Lashkar e Toiba separately extract ushr in animal skins after every major festival because tens of millions of skins are available.

It is very likely that these brothers end up helping the Islamic economy in the folowing way. The guy who slaughters the animal gets only the meat. He donates the skin free (voluntarily or under duress). Those skins are processed and sold as leather to make profit for islamic causes by the LeT/JuD

You can bet that some horny guy in the US will buy one leather undie for more than what all those workers get paid in a month. RAPE earn and the LeT earns.

Madrassah Math causes the need for GDP in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to take a large hit.

The size of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s economy will shrink by up to PKR 2.5 trillion, or roughly 10%of GDP  :

Double-counting: GDP overestimated, may be slashed by 10%

Looks like the NATO withdrawal is a big thing in the Pakistan plan for the region.

Mass indoctrination can only be cured by Mass culling.

the Mongols once culled the Arabs (well at least most of Iraq) and Persia. So much so that population levels took hundreds of years to get back to normalcy. Islamism is like the terminator, it will keep coming back and eventually get you.
