OTOH, do u believe that the Authorities are that stupid? All that has happened is that the pakistan has been "disappeared". He could be in a Dostum Container, for all v know. Story may come out in 3 years, or 5 years when they report ID of a body found in a pit.

He can not be tried twice for the same crime. The Govt agencies can only take care of his reformation and rehabilitation and deraciantion being a convict, a Juvenile one at the time of crime. For all legal intent and purposes he is a free man/citizen of India and can do whatever he would like to do. Govt agencies have not certified him as mentally unhealthy, psychopath or sadist or otherwise unfit to be released and to be kept in a hospital for mental health under observation, a clause which exists in the JJ Act. NGO would now take care of him as long as he wants and is possible. Meanwhile the amendment to the JJ Act is still pending in RS even though it was no strict enough in the first place.

The best way to avoid something like this happening to one's daughter is to be doubly careful and not depend on govt agencies good wishes irrespective of who is in power.

The whole country was bushwhacked by eminent persons in power during the case investigation,
Right from the CJI Jabba the Hutt. They used prevailing laws to protect the minority rapist.

Obfuscated I sage.
Bone test bokwas

Saar, I would believe that if this had been ANY other country, even Pakiland. Dostum Containers in Yindoostan only fit those wearing saffron outfits. They reject green outfits.

My reliable and trustworthy AAPtard friend just started circulating on SM a troll.in 'scientific' article that says a man's frontal brain lobe that governs judgment does not fully develop until he is 20+. Neurosurgeons are vouching for this apparently.

Well, they can't question Shivaji, but perhaps the good researchers can examine Sachin Tendulkar. Or any number of Indian students who choose their profession before 18 via the 12th standard board exams.
