From the land of freedom, milk, honey and everything else you can imagine... but primarily freedom and equality.

http://jezebel.com/nixons-policy-adviso ... 1766359595
At the time, I was writing a book about the politics of drug prohibition. I started to ask Ehrlichman a series of earnest, wonky questions that he impatiently waved away. “You want to know what this was really all about?” he asked with the bluntness of a man who, after public disgrace and a stretch in federal prison, had little left to protect. “The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I’m saying? We knew we couldn’t make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did.”

I must have looked shocked. Ehrlichman just shrugged. Then he looked at his watch, handed me a signed copy of his steamy spy novel, The Company, and led me to the door.

US Presidential Campaign gets Truly Presidential!
From CNN:
Donald Trump makes wild threat to 'spill the beans' on Ted Cruz's wife
The real estate mogul tweeted that the Texas senator should "be careful" or he would "spill the beans on your wife" Heidi Cruz.

"Lyin' Ted Cruz just used a picture of Melania from a G.Q. shoot in his ad.

Be careful, Lyin' Ted, or I will spill the beans on your wife!," he tweeted Tuesday evening, just minutes before polls closed in Arizona. Trump tweeted and deleted a similar version of the Tweet about 10 minutes earlier.

Trump appears to be referring to a Facebook advertisement targeted to Mormons that shows Trump's wife, Melania, posing nude. That ad was produced by an anti-Trump super PAC, Make America Awesome, which has no known connection to the Cruz campaign.

Cruz responded on Twitter by saying that the ad was not from him and if he went after his wife, then Trump is a "coward."
"Pic of your wife not from us. Donald, if you try to attack Heidi, you're more of a coward than I thought. #classless," Cruz tweeted.

But but.. the leftists in USA (writing on Indology) are EXACTLY the same as leftists in India, so no chance of minority appeasement only in USA but only in India!

Similar to California textbook controversy where leftists and assorted non-Pakis were against Hindus in charge of writing narrative of Hindu history.

How bositiv one can get in the sole superpoewr?! The history of dark age will not be about Europeans rampaging Europe first and then the whole world but about 'monkey ing'. Some guilt flip.

Schools in Georgia are "Tough schools" with a capital T.
9 face murder charges in recorded after-school brawl in Georgia

A two-minute cell phone video shot by a witness last week in Hephzibah, Georgia, captures the chaos as others join the fray, some wielding bats or pipes, others their fists. The driver of a black car targets two young men, narrowly misses them, and backs up on the subdivision lawn, striking another vehicle.
In the end, an 18-year-old boy was mortally wounded.
The sheriff in Richmond County has accused nine people -- including six high school students -- of murder.
"Every person who was involved in this type of foolish behavior are going to be charged with the most severe crime that we can possibly charge them with," Sheriff Richard Roundtree told WRDW, another affiliate.
Yep. There is **NO** reason for this sort of behavior, when they could have settled their differences with the new "Right to Carry".

But they should get off E-Z: after all they didn't do something horrible like Yoga or saying "Namaste"

Anonymous Threatens To Expose Ted Cruz Prostitution Scandal

Anonymous may be supplying all of the information the National Enquirer has on Ted Cruz.

...Cruz was adamant, repeating that the Enquirer article linking him to five women is "garbage, complete and utter lies" and that "it's tabloid smear, and it is a smear that has come from Donald Trump and his henchmen," a perturbed Cruz told reporters at a press conference in Wisconsin.

On this one occasion, however, Trump may be telling the truth because the source of the original Cruz rumor is none other than Donald Trump's old nemesis, the same hacker collective which recently released his social security and phone number, Anonymous.

As the following YouTube clip released on March 15, the Anonymous hacker group warned Ted Cruz last week to leave the race "or else.".

As part of its #OpCruz assault, the hacker collective threatened to release information on Cruz engaging with prostitutes if he did not leave the race. Some of the highlights from the clip:

Mr. Cruz, we are now demanding that you exit this race within 24 hours, or Anonymous will release all of the information we have found.

It’s time that we tell America what’s hiding behind the curtain.

Have you heard of the expression “candy wrappers”? Do you recall visiting prostitutes?

Mr. Cruz, we are now demanding you exit this race immediately or Anonymous will release all of the information that we have found. Your so-called underground acts that you think were done in the dark, will be brought out for all the public to see. It will be sent to every media outlet to publicize your disgusting behavior.

We assure you it will go viral on every social media platforms in a matter of minutes. Mr. Cruz your disgusting campaign ends now; your campaign to gain power with ulterior motives that include your wife will also be exposed.

There is nothing from your past that won't haunt you."
In other words, the Anonymous #OpCruz started long before Trump and the Enquirer got involved, and in fact was already active when the Cruz SuperPAC released the first naked photo of Melania Trump early last week.
Quote:
Tim Hogan ‎‎@TimInHonolulu

Folks watching the #CruzSexScandal unfolding should remember about ten days ago #Anonymous started its #OpCruz.

Judging by a twitter account linked to anonymous, it may well have been an Anonymous leak to the Enquirer that started it all, in which case all of Cruz' accusations aimed at Trump (such as even this most bizarre one) are slanderous, although there is no way to know for sure...

not making this up, these words were truly spoken by ted cruz

Ted Cruz says:

(Starting at t=22:30)

"He's (Roger Stone) a man for whom a term was coined for copulating with a rodent."

Ted Cruz then said:

"Donald Trump may be a rat, but I have no desire to copulate with him."

(I am not joking or making any of this up!)

ted cruz, the more one hears seems like a real slimy character. He seems to be perfect fit for 'dupleecity' though.

he was a canadian-US dual citizen till last year, when he officialy renounced his canadian citizenship. His father is cuban and helped castro win power. May even be a Che Guevara sympathizer, who knows !

last heard, national enquirer's Roger Stone was begging cruz to sue him for exposing his affairs.

BREAKING ANALYSIS!

Ex-Clinton Mistress Steps Forward With Bombshell From Past – This Time About Hillary

Explains Hillary Clinton's closeness to Muslim Brotherhood -lady, Huma Abedin!

________

I was just thinking about the last few years of Bill Clinton's Presidency, and how he was about to be impeached because of his seksual liberties, and the world, or at least the part of the world which got fascinated by this American Muharram, thought what a big sacrifice Hillary was making by standing by her man and sticking to her marital vows and al.

Well it turns out, it was not Hillary who made any sacrifices, and it was not Bill who did wrong! Bill simply had no choice! He had to go out and look for seks and comfort with other women, because of the sexual orientation of his "wife", Hillary Rodham-Clinton!

It was a political marriage of convenience, if there ever was one!

Poor Bill had to go out and beg other women for "Do pal ke liye, hamen koi pyaar kar le" because his wife's love was "jootha hi sahi"!

And for that there was gridlock and crisis in American politics for over two years, end of 1998 till end of 2000. All because of the seksual orientation of the First Lady! Way to go, America!

And the American people are now willing to give the same woman who caused that crisis in American politics, four years as President! Who is the loony one here, Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump?

American airline crews are polite, professional and helpful, not like Indians
"Both United and SkyWest hold our employees to the highest standards of professionalism and have zero tolerance for discrimination."
The parents and three children from the Chicago area were flying out on spring break March 20 when they asked a flight attendant for an additional strap to secure their youngest child's booster seat, Rehab said.
They'd tried to check the seat at the gate but the gate agent told them to carry it on board because the computer system was down, Rehab said.
The attendant told them not to use the booster seat and they complied, Rehab said. The family was asked to show their tickets and told they needed to leave the flight, Rehab said.
The father asked for a reason and a man who appeared to be a pilot told him, "Because it's my decision," the video showed. The mother, who was wearing a headscarf, asked, "Is this a discriminatory decision? What is the reason?" the video showed.
"Because it is a safety of flight issue," the man said, according to the video.
The family got off the plane and took another flight to avoid frightening their children, Rehab said.
"I felt singled-out, humiliated and helpless," the mother said in a statement released by CAIR.
"This family did nothing to earn the flight crew's scorn, other than trying to understand how they can best secure their baby," Rehab said.

US to make Iceland as safe and secure as Iraq and Libya

(CNN)Demonstrating its commitment to a "free" and "secure" Europe, the United States deployed 12 F-15C Eagles and approximately 350 airmen to Iceland and the Netherlands on Friday, the Air Force announced.
U.S. aircraft units from the 131st Fighter Squadron at Barnes Air National Guard Base in Massachusetts and the 194th Fighter Squadron at Fresno Air National Guard Base in California will support NATO air surveillance missions in Iceland and conduct flying training in the Netherlands.

The F-15s are not the only package of American fighters being sent to Europe in an effort to deter further Russian aggression in the region.
In February, the U.S. said it will send six F-15s to Finland as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, which the United States initiated in 2014 to reassure NATO allies after Russian military intervention in Ukraine. These aircraft are scheduled to deploy next month.
Although it maintains a small coast guard force, Iceland is the only country in NATO that does not have a military.

Black Kid Nearly Arrested Trying to Cash Scholarship Check
This series of tweets exemplifies the uphill battle poor people of color have to climb to overcome inequality. The student was attending the first week of a 13 month boot camp. At lunch he went to a check cashing store (with a fee of 10 percent!) to cash the scholarship check he received as student in the course. The employee at the check-cashing place thought his money order was fake and held it and his ID while she called the cops, who proceeded to harass and threaten him until his teacher showed up to defend him.

Scholarships are a great start to offering people of color a hand up, but the systematic challenges they face: poverty, being unbanked, untrusted and harassed by law enforcement are all too typical.
According to our student, the police officer assured him that no one cared about him and that he was going to jail.

Chase mistakes dog for ISIS, freezes check
A US man was left stunned when his bank refused to clear a payment to his dog walker because of his pet’s ‘terrorist’ name.

Bruce Francis was unable to pay his dog walker when Chase Bank flagged the transaction to the US Treasury Department over the ‘suspicious’ name.

He added the name of his dog, Dash, as a reference when attempting to complete the online banking transaction, prompting the bank to stop his cheque.

The bank explained they did not process the payment because the name of his nine-year-old pitbull mix pet sounded a bit like Daesh, another term used for the self-declared Islamic State.

the USA voting machines are back

http://unitedmediapublishing.com/report ... ched-cruz/
People voting for Donald Trump in today’s Wisconsin primary are seeing their ballots changed to show a vote for Ted Cruz.

Calls began flooding in early this morning to Madison-based ABC affiliate WKOW with reports of voting machines across the state switching votes entered for GOP frontrunner Donald Trump to his establishment counterpart Ted Cruz. The station has spoken with multiple witnesses and is in the process of verifying statements from Burnett, Clark, Dane, Polk and Portage counties.

According to one witness identified as Jeremy Rogers from Burnett county, “It was the strangest thing. The machine literally would not allow me to vote Trump. I have been a Trump supporter since he launched his campaign and have absolutely no reason to vote for Cruz. I have heard the same from several others coming out of the voting booth. Seems like the establishment will stop at nothing to keep this out of the hands of Trump.”

Brian James, a volunteer and self-professed Cruz supporter who is overseeing the voting at the Burnett county location, had this to say, “These allegations have no basis in reality. If these Trump supporters cannot figure out how to use a voting machine maybe they shouldn’t be voting.”

Tennessee Legislature Passes Bill to Make Bible Official State Book
Tennessee might be the first state to establish the Bible as its official book, after the state Senate approved a measure to do so on Monday in a 19-8 vote.

The bill is now headed to Republican Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam, but it's unclear whether Haslam, who said in 2015 that the bill wasn't "very respectful" of the religious text, plans to veto or sign the bill. It will automatically become law if he does not take action within 10 days, excluding Sundays, after the speakers of the House and Senate sign off the legislation.
