Very clever piece of obfuscation by SV. Arnab is an idiotic loud mouth, but he does make a good point in that all these piss junkets are organized by mass murderers from the ISI. By just saying Track 1, 2, whatever consists of all kinds of people, he does not address the serious flaws inherent in this exercise. Whats the difference between Hafeez pig attending the junket, and those who sponsored him doing so? By just saying they are former ISI and military personnel, and there are all kinds of people at these junkets, SV is evading the issue.

Furthermore, TSP is using these junkets, as Maroof said, to basically charm and challenge India. So during these junkets, all issues are up for grabs, from poverty, to Maoists, to you name it. And TSP will put "core issue", "we lost how many ever 1000s to terrorism" etc in the same bucket and say for "South Asia" piss and prosperity, all these must be addressed. You get the drift. On their strategic orientation, their position has not changed one bit. TSP has not diluted its demands visa vi India. And above all, they want to sweep their crimes against India under the rug using the all encompassing problems that plauge "South Asia". So basically, TSP is using its charm and guile to prey on these WKK scum to legitimize their brazen demands under the guise of piss. If these WKKs, ostensibly representing India, have any shame and brains, they will realize they are not going to these junkets from a position of strength, and therein lies the fatal flaw in this exercise.
