This one is likely auto translation by the chinese IT subcontractor. Anyway, it is good advice. It is not advisable to go.

Trying to go to a pakistan while hallucinating will probably lead to dehydration. As a hakim, you didnt know that? May be its not the best place to advise -- weather in a pakistan -- but it is after all, advice on going. Suppository not entirely irrelevant either.

The problem as I see it is the claim that there is a season for hallucination in Pakistan, implying that there are other seasons with no hallucinating. That is difficult to believe. As my psychiatry prof used to say "Jo September mein paagal woh February mein bhi paagal"

The Blaze article does not show any aircraft parts, only the unexploded ordnance still attached to the pylon. If the F-16 was hit by a missile, shouldn't the ordnance have exploded? Maybe it just fell off mid-flight due to loose screws or something. BTW, no news about the pilot - was he pest-e-shaheeded?

A. failsafe mechanisms, failure of arming still produces WW2 ordinance in berlin. B. What caused you to create multiple part drops except disintegration? C. pictures obtained but not released. D. text in the article. E. cordoning off the area instead of ordinance disposal, F. actual claims of birdy bye-bye, and so on...

When a child is threatened by the social circle
A real f..d Up society
LAHORE: When she was sexually abused by her father, 11-year-old ‘M’ took one year to recover from the shock and share her ordeal with her mother. To her utter shock, her mother snubbed her never to repeat such rubbish. Within six months, she was married off to a distant relative.Today, ‘M’, 24, herself has two children, and swears to protect them upon her life. “Fathers are supposed to protect, not attack,” she says. “I didn’t really understand what I had been through until I had my own children.”
Sexual abuse has many forms, and an abuser can be anyone. Mostly abusers are from victim’s circle of acquaintances. In most cases of child sexual assaults, the victim happens to be a minor — as young as five or six years old and in some cases even younger
. The abusers range from blood relations to those the victim is familiar with, such as neighbours, a teacher, or a relative. In Sahil’s report ‘Cruel Numbers’, 3,002 cases of child sexual abuse took place in 2013. Out of the total assaults, in 1,474 instances an acquaintance was the perpetrator, followed by strangers (1,067 cases). Other abusers were relatives (85), neighbour (74), incest (70), and some others (110).Of these 3,002 cases, 66.72 per cent were reported from Punjab. As the situation of rape or sexual abuse within familiar surroundings has risen, so has the problem of these cases not being reported. Reporting child abuse, especially if it is rape, seems to threaten the very fabric of a family, as perhaps the crime itself. In many cases the reporting simply does not happen because the child does not reveal the crime.Raana Malik, assistant professor of gender studies with the Punjab University, says sometimes if the child is too young, they cannot really understand what has happened. In many cases abuse takes the form of touching rather than rape itself. This is too confusing for the child to realise that it is wrong. Abusers often make the child feel guilty for doubting their intentions, showing that it was simply ‘love’, or, they exert constant power by literally watching over the child and ensure the secret is not revealed.
“The impact is worse than that of abuse by a stranger, because such abuse involves a breakdown of trust leaving the child vulnerable,” she says. “Though both sexes are deeply affected, usually the girl suffers more because in our society, she will end up being submissive. Boys end up as providing security to their families so they may have a chance to try and black out the conscious memories.”

Incest
Ironically, unlike ordinary sexual abuse, incest rape is seldom or never reported. Family members and caregivers do not want to hear the complaint, or even if they proceed, they are threatened by the perpetrator. If it remains unsaid and the child is young, they may grow up believing the relationship is normal. Such children have poor social interaction.Sarah Zaman, whose legal and socio-cultural study on incest, a first of its kind, reveals many aspects. One is that socio-economic powerlessness often causes the mother to turn away from the abuse. They are afraid of being thrown out of the house, or to be left with no money. Other studies point out that victims usually have to be displaced from their places of abuse in order to report a case.Child psychologist Nasreen Ahmed says that because the child is in easy access, is weak and vulnerable and is easily manipulated and threatened, they are susceptible to abuse within families. Drug abuse by the abuser can also be a reason. Sometimes it is exertion of power at others it is merely a sickness. It is a myth that opportunity makes an abuser,” she says. “In fact an abuser waits for an opportunity.”
Incest cases are rejected for the judge calls the act impossible, especially if a father is involved. Many courts have not accepted that a child can tolerate prolonged abuse and not report it. But in reality it can take up to a year for a child to do so. Also in courts the appeal procedure tends to be extremely traumatic labeling the mother of the child being immoral and a liar. Sometimes this pans out well for the accused and often complainants want out of court settlements to avoid slander.Sahil’s legal aid advisor Atif Adnan says that more than often it is unimaginable that an incest case reaches court unless the child has the support of the entire community. Usually the perpetrator is already forgiven or in case of it being the father or brother the crime is treated as a ‘mistake’. Oftentimes, potential complainants are threatened, sometimes the threat is even carried out.In Pakistan’s legal language though, ‘incest’ does not even exist. Besides going unreported, this is another major issue that must be addressed by lawmakers, he says

The child abuse scandal in UK is a result of what is called bhchabazi in land of peace. The English want to talk polished and get guboed to make it look like another type of crime - thereby appearing racist when Pakistanis get caught by Police. Another dark secret of Rotherham scandal is large number of boys abused by Pakistanis.

There is a bit of nonsense here. Incest is well known in Pakistan - see the number of people who use the words "bhen-chod" (sister-fuc8r) and "madar-chod" (mo-fo). It's just that both of them are applied to "others". Like killers of Muslims - it's always the "other" who does it, not Pakistanis. Anyone who is called bhenc*** or madarc*** is supposed to get angry and deny because "no one does that". But they do. In Pakistan. And they deny. See this quote

If someone had asked us we on BRF would have stated that Pakistanis are both bhenchods and madarchods. But no one would have believed us and we would have been accused of being non secular and Hindu fundmentalists

If you look at the background of people like Hafiz Saeed you will probably find that they have been sodomized as children by fathers or uncle-father. That is why you get such psychopaths. I just wonder how many soldiers and Pak Army and LeT and HuM have all been sexually assaulted by relatives and have themselves done favours for their sup-e-rears - allowing colonels and generals to bugger them. And I am not being rude, sarcastic or facetious here. We are talking about Pakistan, remember.

Key seminary cleric shot dead in Rawalpindi
excerpts
deputy caretaker of Taleemul Quran seminary in Raja Bazaar, was shot dead in what the police said was targeted killing near the high security Qasim aviation base on Dhamyal Road on Sunday evening.

Mufti Amanullah, 34, along with an 18-year-old student was returning to the madressah from Chakri Road on a motorcycle when two motorcyclists shot him dead in front of the Wapda House gate. The student, identified as Mehmood, was injured critically. The deceased was son of Maulana Ashraf Ali, the caretaker of the Taleemul Quran madressah.

He had gone to Chakri Road to attend the foundation-laying ceremony of Jamia Umay Habiba al Binaat at Lala Rukh Colony.

Soon after the killing, angry protesters, mostly students from different seminaries in the area, took to the streets and burnt an imambargah in the old tyre market near the Taleemul Quran Madressah.

Later, the body of a man was found from the rooftop of the imambargah.
and
It may be noted that the Taleemul Quran seminary was damaged during the sectarian violence in Raja Bazaar on Ashura in November 2013. At least 10 people were killed and more than 75 others injured during the violence. The nearby Madina Cloth Market was also set on fire by the mob.

Bad Sharif installs his minion as the new ISI chief

....
Pakistan appointed a close ally of the army chief to head the country's most powerful and controversial intelligence agency on Monday, cementing the military's dominance following weeks of anti-government protests.

Rizwan Akhtar, who has extensive experience of counterinsurgency from a previous posting in the South Waziristan region bordering Afghanistan, will take over the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agency in October.

...

Akhtar's previous job was head of the paramilitary Rangers in the province of Sindh in the south, where he led a comprehensive operation against Islamist groups and criminal gangs in Karachi, the country's financial hub.

"He is a horribly straight guy, all black and white," a serving military official said of Akhtar.

"He has served in a place like Karachi ... with all its turf wars and politics while remaining neutral and apolitical and also has extensive experience of counterinsurgency and counterterrorism. He was the obvious choice."

Some believe the appointment may be an opportunity to set a new tone in the often tense relationship between Pakistan and its arch rival India. The nuclear-armed neighbors have fought three wars and Pakistan's army uses the perceived threat from India to justify its huge budget and national importance.

In a 2008 publication while he was at the U.S. Army War College, Akhtar argued that Pakistan "must aggressively pursue rapprochement with India." In the same paper, he criticized U.S. policy in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Yeh Kaun Haramkhor Hai yeh Kaun Haramlkhor
The climate time bomb: Where is the South Asian leadership?
( Abbey Flood Happen because allah is not happy with Pakistan , More islam will fix this problem)
With Jammu and Kashmir inundated and Punjab in Pakistan flooded, the time bomb is ticking away. Climate change has been declared to be the greatest threat facing mankind this century.South Asian countries such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar are all vulnerable today. We have not yet resolved the basic issues of poverty, hunger and inequality, which breed discontent and terrorism. And in these troubling times, we are forced to face the brunt of extreme weather events because of growing climate variability.Recent scientific research shows near to virtual certainty of linkages between climate change and extreme weather events.Climate change is a potent threat multiplier that will make all our problems much worse.
The investment on constructing Asia’s largest solar thermal power plant in the Cholistan Desert and subsidies to buy solar technology for households and institutions in India are good starting points for sustainable growth pathways to mitigate climate change. However, a lot more is expected from the South Asian leadership. In India and Pakistan, we have popularly elected strong governments, who now should show pragmatic leadership to tackle the climate crisis.Already a proposal has been submitted to the Pakistan government to request India, as part of the current “flood aid diplomacy” to establish a system for the real-time exchange of hydrological (rivers flow and reservoirs level) data between the two countries. ( Hydrologoical or any logical data Parrgea kaun? Hafid Saeed)
The availability of such information on a real time basis can significantly enhance Pakistan’s flood forecasting and warning capabilities.Pakistani experts, instead of waiting for delayed information through the Indus Water Commissioners of India and Pakistan, can easily interpret the imminent release of water from the Indian dams and rivers with enhanced precision, along with a relatively larger reaction time. This will result in greater ability to save human life and property of people in the region, particularly on the Pakistani side, it being a lower riparian.India and Pakistan should also facilitate a way to strengthen engagement with the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) on the issues of environment. The climate crisis has taught us that nature doesn’t respect any artificial, modern nation-state boundaries. And we need regional eco-system approaches for which all countries have to come together as one is dependent on the other.Stronger enforcement of norms to protect the environment in one country will help the other to mitigate. That is going to be the magic mantra. Most countries in South Asia are not responsible for major green house gas emissions. Still, they are the most vulnerable, and countries like Bangladesh and Maldives face the threat of extinction with rising sea levels.A united front of SAARC in the global climate change negotiations (Conference of Parties) to take place in Lima later this year and Paris next year will help to bring the issue of equity back in the international discourse And South Asia is very much capable of doing so.The Chairperson of the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, Rajendra Pachauri (who is an Indian), has been calling for greater cooperation between Pakistan and India and the rest of South Asia when it comes to managing our joint water resources. He has pointed out that our “culture and history has shown us that we can harmonise our actions in consonance with nature”. :rotfl: To be able to do that the SAARC leaders should also create avenues like the South Asian Climate Change Adaptation Fund and the South Asian Fund for Innovations in environment sustainability, which invests in research and innovative ideas to mitigate climate change. We all have very high hopes from our leadership and recommend that action is taken soon and stronger commitments are made in New York during the summit. Later preparations for COP-20 (UNFCCC) in Lima should also figure on the agenda of the SAARC leadership summit being planned in Kathmandu in November. COP-12 on Convention of Biodiversity is being organised in Pyeonchang in October 2014, another avenue where South Asian countries need to stand united as we are a hotspot of biodiversity in the world. We appeal to the South Asian leaders to make the best of opportunities in the coming months and help to bring much needed changes with stronger commitments.

Kashmir: a way forward

Pakistan should also present its case on the basis of Article 257 of its Constitution which concedes the essence of the third option in a way that is compatible with existing UN resolutions. Even if a compromise settlement with India is the best we can hope for, it will be important for the Pakistani and Kashmiri negotiating positions to be consistent with UN resolutions during the negotiating process. Meanwhile, it will be important to extend the full benefits of Article 257 to Azad Kashmir which currently enjoys less autonomy than India-held Kashmir. This will also have a positive impact on opinion in the Valley.Narendra Modi seeks to bring about a “paradigm shift” aimed at altogether excluding Pakistan from a Kashmir settlement. The reasons cited for the cancellation of foreign secretary-level talks were indicative of this shift. Modi is moving towards dismantling Article 370 of the Indian constitution which accorded “special status” to IHK on its fraudulent “accession” to India.
For this purpose, he is employing a “3P” (Prakash, Paryavaran, Paryatan ie energy, environment and tourism) development strategy combined with the infamous black laws to obtain a BJP-led majority — or 44 seats in an 87-member IHK assembly. This could result in IHK having its first ever BJP chief minister, and facilitate a “trifurcation” policy that would, according to some reports, provide union territory status to Ladakh, separate Jammu from the Valley, and enable the Pandits who fled the Valley to return to their homes. The path to significant investment and demographic engineering could open up. The majority of the residents of the Valley would increasingly be confronted with the grim choice of resistance or resignation.Talks with Pakistan on Kashmir would then be confined to ensuring “respect for the LoC” in accordance with the Simla Agreement and the implementation of trans-LoC confidence-building measures to consolidate the status quo. There would be no joint mechanisms, no limitation on Indian sovereignty over IHK and no role for the UN resolutions. Modi seems to believe this is the way to confront Pakistan with a fait accompli and make its acceptance a condition for structured dialogue, including sterile exchanges on Kashmir, culminating in a triumphant visit to Pakistan to seal the deal. The soft option for Pakistan is to lose its cool in the face of Indian obduracy and lose the game, as has repeatedly happened. The honest option is to accept there is no short-term solution to Kashmir and violent short cuts have only led to frustration, isolation and blowbacks that weaken our national fabric. For leaders to suggest otherwise is to lie to the people. However daunting the prospect, we must put in place the building blocks for a successful longer-term strategy for a mutually acceptable settlement. This must entail movement on all sides and, as a first step, improving the human rights situation in IHK. This should provide the thrust of the prime minister’s brief for a one-to-one meeting with Modi in New York. Despite many mutual misgivings, the development of a personal relationship based on mutual confidence and trust should be a priority for both leaders.

Snakes are beginning to feel the poison, there is poison in the prey they are being fed, first effects of it are being seen in irrelevant snakes on outer cordon, Qazi Jehangir Ashraf hazara snake and bilawal 'marsu marsu sindh na desu' snake are beginning to writhe in pain as a result of the poison. As it reaches inner cordon we can witness a lot of hissing and spitting in future. The larger snakes in inner cordon ofcourse does not involve itself in fighting unless really hungry and wait for the rat snakes to finish fighting amongst themselves. The experience will be like standing next to a snake pit in a zoo that has different snake species enclosed together and smaller ones fighting amongst each other and the King Cobra waiting to see who is winner of the squabble so that it can swallow it.

King Cobra will eventually have to face Sheshnag who will consume King Cobra and establish peace in snakedom.
