There was a time until a few years back when India's plurality was touted as the reason for Indian Muslim jihadists not being caught from terrorism infested parts of the world. Even then, I felt an unease that such a situation was unlikely to continue for too long. Now, well educated Muslims are thronging to the more brutal IS from AP, TN, Maharashtra, J&K, Gujarat etc. We already have well-educated Muslims as part of IM. Shi'a from UP are going to Iraq to fight the IS and Sunnis are going to Syria to be part of the IS. Soon, they will return to create terror and sectarian violence in our country. This is what emboldens the ISI, AQ and the IS to imagine India as a fertile place for harvesting. Already, another faith has been harvesting souls in India for a long time and now we have this phenomenon. These terrorists and their families must be kept under surveillance. They must feel the hard pinch. And those who have gone on a hijra from Dar-ul-Aman to Dar-ul-Harb *MUST* not be allowed to return to Dar-ul-Aman. We do not need those vermin. They do not deserve to live here and propagate their jihadi ideas and take us back to medieval times. I am sure that the ISI will 'harvest' them at an appropriate time.

BTW, op-eds are appearing that these threats need not be taken seriously etc. It is such articles that are dangerous.

Very true Sridhar. Thejihadi climate has taken roots already and now there is a ready available man power for such factories. The timing of AQ's announcements and IM's active involvement in IS seems perfect.

Meanwhile Owaisi Jr. wellknown for his hate speeches was in Mumbai few days back addressing an election rally.

The leftist and the social experts have been seeing the changes to the all the regions due to the Jihadi machine from AfPak in the last 25 years. Kashmir was only the first step.

Uncle is involved in this as part of the media control and social change inside India. The identity politics being driven with 'secularism' was to cut through Indian old social setup. They have almost succeeded. The Indian elite and leftist groups have sowed the seeds of anarchy inside India and it was only time for an external trigger to spread it.

ISI effect: Police start enumeration of Lankans - ToI
Following the arrest of Arun Selvarajan, who is suspected to be an ISI agent, Tamil Nadu 'Q' branch sleuths have started enumerating Sri Lankans staying in Tamil Nadu.

Police sources said there are about 65,000 Sri Lankan Tamil refugees in the 114 camps in the state. There are more than 12,000 Sri Lankan Tamils with passports settled outside the camps. Selvarajan had got an Indian passport influencing some government officials, police said.

After trailing him for more than a month, NIA officials nabbed him at a hideout in Saligramam near Vadapalani on September 10. Police seized several incriminating documents, photographs of installations of NSG Academy, Officers' Training Academy, Naval bases and Army installations in Chennai, Vishakapatinam and 20 other places in south India. NIA officials had recovered from his apartment in Saligramam six mobile phones, a laptop, four hard disks, an iPad, 1TB portable drive and three pen drives.

Following his arrest, Intelligence Bureau sleuths had asked the state police to check for his probable accomplices. The 'Q' branch sleuths have been monitoring movements of refugees in camps, but they have little information about those staying outside. Sri Lankan nationals are supposed register at the nearest police station. "Some of them don't do this," said a police officer. "Now we have to make sure that every Sri Lankan is accounted for."

Policemen say unlike tracking other foreigners, it is not easy to identify and keep an eye on every Sri Lankan, especially if he is a Tamil. "With the looks and language, such people can easily merge with the local population," he said. But some have charged the police with inaction even after getting information. Sudhanthiram, who works for an NGO in Virugambakkam, said he had tipped off the city police about a Sri Lankan Tamil staying in an apartment on Arcot Road. "But police did not conduct any inquiry," he said.

'Q' branch sleuths said the enumeration would help them update their records. As NIA officials have taken Selvarajan into custody for six days, local police said they were awaiting more information on his activities in the city.

There is no need for Sri Lankan refugee camps anymore and they should all be sent back immediately. While many are genuine refugees, a significant number of them are terrorists, criminals and now Pakistani agents as well. With the end of LTTE, terror and the war and a Tamil administration in place in the North, these Sri Lankan Tamils must go back.

Written by Debabrata Mohanty | Bhubaneswar | Posted: September 18, 2014 5:43 pm | Updated: September 18, 2014 5:48 pm

Centre has sounded warning to State governments over reports that foreign nationals are buying immovable property illegally in some parts of the country in violation of the rules and regulations under FEMA.

In a recent letter to State governments including Orissa, Centre has intimated that foreign nationals coming to India and staying beyond 182 days on tourists visa or other visa meant for a certain period are illegally acquiring immovable property.

Quoting the warning, Orissa revenue secretary Dr Taradatt in a letter to all district collectors early this week wrote that a foreign national who is residing in India for more than 182 days for taking up employment or carrying on business or for any other purpose indicating his stay for uncertain period may acquire immovable property in India subject to fulfilling certain requirements prescribed by the State authorities.

“To be treated as a ‘person resident of India’ under FEMA, a person has not only to satisfy the condition of period of stay (being more than 182 days during the course of the preceding financial year), but has also to comply with the condition of the purpose of the stay. No person being a citizen of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, China, Iran, Nepal or Bhutan would acquire or transfer immovable property in India without prior permission of RBI,” the letter said.

The provisions contained in Foreign Exchange Management (Acquisition and Transfer of Immovable Property in India) Regulation-21/2000 stipulate that an Indian citizen residing outside India and a Person of Indian Origin residing outside India may acquire immovable property in India other than agricultural land, plantation or farm house.

A foreign company which has established a branch office or other place of business in India under the provision of Foreign Exchange Management (Establishment in India of Branch or office or other place of business) Regulations, 2000 can acquire immovable property in India which is a necessary for or incidental to carrying on such activity, subject to the conditions stipulated in Regulation 5 of Foreign Exchange Management Regulations, 2000.

The Centre made it clear that a foreign national who is residing in India for more than 182 days during the course of the preceding financial year for taking up employment or carrying on business/vacation or for any other purpose indicating his intention to stay for an uncertain period can acquire immovable property in India as he would be a person resident in India as per section 2(v) of the FEMA 1999.

To be treated as person resident in India under FEMA, a person has not only to satisfy the condition of the period of stay, but also his purpose of stay as well as the type of Indian visa granted to him to clearly indicate the intention to stay in India for an uncertain period. In this regard, the intention of stay has to be unambiguously established with supporting documentation including visa.

Orissa has now asked all the district collectors as well as sub-registrars to be extra vigilant in such matters and ensure eligibility under FEMA before registering sale or purchase of immovable properties by foreign nationals and seek necessary declarations and the verify the nature of visa from the intending buyer. The Centre has also asked the States to consider reviewing registration of sale/purchase already made if necessary.

Babbar Khalsa International de facto chief Ratandeep arrested - Rohan Dua, ToI
Lahore-based Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terrorist outfit's de facto chief Ratandeep Singh, who had only last year replaced ailing Wadhawa Singh as the BKI head and was sent by Pakistan's ISI to carry out strikes in Punjab during Navratras, was arrested by Punjab police on Wednesday.

The over six-foot tall terrorist was wanted in several cases, including the 1999 bomb blast at Chandigarh's Sector 34 passport office and another blast on a Panipat railway bridge the same year .

He was sent to India as Hussain Sheikh Zahid (son of Sheikh Nasiruddin) and was arrested by the State Special Operations Cell (SSOC) team of Punjab police near Gorakhpur on late Wednesday. He was sent to 10-day police remand by an Amritsar court.

The 43-year-old had been tasked by ISI to eliminate several top Hindu leaders in Punjab, said police.

"A plan was conceived after PM Narendra Modi government was sworn in to use Bhindranwale's name to fan radicalism and polarise the communities after attacking Hindu leaders," a top Punjab cop told TOI.

Ratandeep's name had first cropped up last year in August during the interrogation of Lashkar-e-Taiba top militant Abdul Karim Tunda.

Tunda had revealed that he (Tunda) had sent a consignment of explosives to Delhi before the Commonwealth Games 2010 on the demand of BKI's Ratandeep and that the latter had taken over charge from Wadhawa.

Besides leading BKI, he had been picked up by the ISI to head an old terror outfit Bhindranwale Tigers Force of Khalistan (BTFK).

Punjab cops had been on his trail ever since he got training with one ISI commandant Colonel Sahbaz Minhas in Lahore in July this year.

He was first arrested by the police on May 9, 1996, while sneaking into India through the Samba sector but managed to escape.

Ratandeep, who belongs to Rohar village of Jind in Haryana began his terror activities in 1992 when he went to Bangkok and then to Germany.

He got in touch with Babbar Khalsa operatives in Pakistan in March 1993 when he went to Lahore on a forged passport issued in the name of Harjinder Singh from Kapurthala. He then underwent arms training in August 1993 and June 1994 at a camp located in hilly terrain, 45 km off Islamabad.

Just to recap who the other Punjab terrorists who are still in Pakistan.

Some of the Khalistani terrorists, notably members of the Babbar Khalsa group including Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) chief Wadhawan Singh Babbar (he was one of the forty terrorists who was wanted by India from Pakistan and who is also involved in the 1985 Kanishka bombing) and the hijackers of several Indian Airlines planes between circa 1981 and 1984, like Gajendra Singh of Dal Khalsa and his associates, and the one who planted the bomb in Air-India’s flight AI 182 Kanishka and Khalistani Zindabad Force (KZF) including its chief Ranjit Singh Neeta and International Sikh Youth Federation leader Lakhbir Singh Brar who was one of the three to have placed the bomb on the plane, trained and armed by the ISI, took refuge in Lahore, Pakistan and continue to operate from there. It also includes Paramjit Singh Panjawar, the chief of Khalistan Commando Force (KCF) , who lives in Pakistan, runs terrorist training camps and actively plans and excutes terror strikes in India. Similarly, leaders of the Babbar Khalsa International and International Sikh Youth Federation who were involved in the assassination of the Punjab Chief Minister, Beant Singh, took refuge in Pakistan.

Zia-ul-Hug's policy implementers should fell the pain of terrorism against India with the help of MQ and Indian media/COMMIE scums.

Ahmedabad Police, hotel deny issuing diktat to NE staff during Xi Jinping's visit

Hours after the Union Home Ministry ordered a probe into reports that employees of an Ahmedabad hotel from the northeast were asked to stay away from duty during Chinese President Xi Jinping's recent visit, the city police and hotel management have denied issuing any such instruction.

"I am not aware of any such diktat given by police to the hotel authorities about their staff. We were just concerned about the Tibetans," said Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) AK Sharma.

JCP of Special Branch Vikas Sahay too said he was not aware of any such order having been issued.

The Management of hotel Hyatt Ahmedabad expressed surprise over the reports and claimed all staffers, including those from the northeast, did duty on September 17 when Xi had a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi there.

"There was no such order given to the hotel staff on that day. All staff, including those from the northeast, was present in the hotel and doing duty when Chinese President arrived. I am surprised as to how such baseless reports are doing the rounds," said Marketing Manager of Hyatt Ahmedabad Ayesha Mishra.

Earlier in the day, the Home Ministry had asked the Intelligence Bureau to ascertain the veracity of reports about the order and, if it was indeed issued, who did it and why.

Video of Muslims assaulting the PETA activists:

Seems like none of the followers of Muhammad were arrested & instead the PETA women were booked for spreading "communal disharmony" (the woman being targeted in Green looks like she herself is a Muslim) or some such nonsense

The woman in green is a woman wearing a `lettuce burkha'. Her name appears to be Benazir Suraiya (most probably Muslim, I would say, unless she is a Zoroastrian).

As for the BJP, the order didn't come from the government. It was done by the Collector and the ADM. It is not that the BJP is dhimmi - they have their set of faults, but dhimminess is not the greatest. The greatest failure of the BJP, IMHO, seems to be the failure to move the establishment to the right. They are content to follow the Leftist rules, and procedures. Why can't the BJP, even in BJP ruled states, shift the establishment to the right? Rewrite the rules and administrative procedures?

The Joshu Miller video has @0:35 "if you are not religious and just visiting the temple" - huh, what? Such people should never be allowed to be inside the temple in the first place. Seems the people of western countries need to be educated not to make arbitrary remarks. The good fella dosen't forget to mention that "as a Christian, he remembers the old testament where Hibrews burnt and destroyed..." - such people have violence in their mind for sure. The least he could do is not to get mixed up and be violent-minded when visiting temples of others.

Nagesh ji, SSC has been CM for close to 10 years and all it takes is 1 phone call to arrest the rioters and free the PETA activists. Recently love jihad culprits in gujarat were bashed up and the admin sided with hindus openly. I dont think the problem is with BJP, the problem is with skull cap SSC.

When Kalyan Singh was UP CM, he bent the full admin the way he wanted. In TN, the police officer who salutes DMK one day starts singing paeans to Jaya the day she becomes CM. I think the issue is that many BJP cm's themselves are just namesake hindus onlee and this list includes SSC.

In fact how many CMs or PMs has BJP ever had who have been unabashedly hindu, we can literally count on our fingertips (Namo, Kalyan Singh, Uma Bharti, Yeddy to some extent). Rest all are same coterie as Sushil Modi and nothing more.

@Surasena-ji,
That video of Miller was eye-opening. Thanks for posting it. That these scum like these are doing prayer walks in places like the Meenakshi temple doesn't bode well.

@Muraliravi-ji,
That `call' bit is exactly what I am against. It depends too much on who the CM is. I would re-write the procedures for the proper behaviour of officials when Islamists riot against every peaceful preaching in the neighbourhood of/about their communities. The official(s) should know the precise procedure to be followed in a riot by the peacefuls against freedom of expression. This bit is what the BJP has never done. It basically falls to the officials, who are terrified that they will be victimised by the administration if they act against the peacefuls and it leads to a riot, to act as they feel correct. I would prefer that the BJP come up with proper procedures to be followed by everyone. The same problem happened during the Kandahar hijack, when Indian officials didn't stop the plane at Amritsar. Babus are inclined towards timidity. They will never go after the violent peacefuls because they are scared that it may destroy their careers if it leads to a riot/property damage/loss of life. So they will hit out against weak individuals and peaceful activists who won't riot. Maybe it is time the BJP hires someone to codify/rewrite official procedures.

Nagesh ji,

I completely agree with your view that the rules need to be re-written so that anyone can abide by it irrespective of the CM. But this should also remind of the larger rot within BJP and its secularized leaders.

But i am optimistic of the future. This is the reason the sangh/namo have promoted people of Amit Shah/Yogi instead of banking on people like SSC.

Yes, well, this is one of the long term fights going on inside BJP - from a long time, actually. When the world around them turned `secular', I guess the rot was bound to affect the BJP too.

But i am optimistic of the future. This is the reason the sangh/namo have promoted people of Amit Shah/Yogi instead of banking on people like SSC.

Let us hope so, MuraliRavi-ji. We need good Hindu leaders from the states. And today's BJP is a combination of so many parties - in fact, roughly a quarter of the BJP in Karnataka and Assam is socialist in its origins, coming from the JD(U) and KRRS and AGP respectively. So, the BJP needs to manage its internal contradictions and churn out new Hindu leaders. I am hopeful they can.

SC moulds police in it's own shape, completes the dhimmification process

SC’s encounter rule: FIR, probe must

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that henceforth all encounter killings by police will be thoroughly investigated after registration of FIRs to “bring to justice the perpetrators of the crime who take law in their own hands”.

Issuing detailed guidelines, the court held an “independent investigation into the encounter shall be conducted by the CID or police team of another police station under the supervision of a senior officer — at least a level above the head of the police party engaged in the encounter”.

“We are of the view that it would be useful and effective to structure appropriate guidelines to restore faith of the people in police force. In a society governed by rule of law, it is imperative that extra-judicial killings are properly and independently investigated so that justice may be done,” said a bench led by Chief Justice of India R M Lodha.

The probe report shall be forwarded to the court concerned so that a magisterial inquiry is carried out and a final report, in the form of a chargesheet or a closure report, is presented, it said.

“No out-of-turn promotion or instant gallantry rewards shall be bestowed on the concerned officers soon after the occurrence. It must be ensured at all costs that such rewards are given or recommended only when the gallantry of the concerned officers is established beyond doubt,” said the bench, also comprising Justices Kurian Joseph and Rohinton F Nariman.

The bench said, “The killings in police encounters affect the credibility of the rule of law and the administration of the criminal justice system. It is the constitutional duty of this court to put in place certain guidelines adherence to which would help in bringing to justice the perpetrators of the crime who take law in their own hands.”

It said that if an incriminating chargesheet is filed against the police officers, the trial must be concluded expeditiously, apart from initiating disciplinary action against such officers and placing them under suspension.

The bench said the trial court shall grant compensation to the dependants of the encounter victim under Section 357-A of the IPC. The relatives of a victim can also approach a sessions court if the authorities fail to comply with the Supreme Court directives on either starting a probe or conducting it impartially.

The court said that if a police officer was found to be prima facie accused of an offence, he or she will surrender his or her weapons and any other material, subject to the rights against self-incrimination. An intimation about the incident, the court said, must also be sent to the police officer’s family and legal assistance should also be provided if asked for.
The court was hearing petitions by NGO People’s Union for Civil Liberties, which had raised the issue of genuineness or otherwise of nearly 99 encounters between the Mumbai Police and alleged criminals resulting in death of about 135 persons between 1995 and 1997.

The court regretted that in spite of Constitutional and statutory provisions aimed at safeguarding the personal liberty and life of a citizen, the death in police encounters continued to occur.

It underscrored that the court was “not oblivious to the fact that police in India has to perform a difficult task when many hardcore criminals with organised gangs have taken strong roots in society. “But then such criminals must be dealt with by the police in an efficient and effective manner so as to bring them to justice by following rule of law,” it said. :rotfl:

"Surrendering weapon", "prima facie accused of offence", "intimating family members" and more such weapons have been provided by our eminent jurists to "NGO's" so as to harass cops at their whim. Moreover setting up rules and regulations is the domain of government when the hell did SC became powerful enough to do just that ??? SC has recently become over active due to the butthurt delivered by GoI and it's high time that GoI takes necessary steps to put back judiciary into it's place and warn them from overstepping their limit. A dozen of impeachments will do the job quite well and given the corruption in judiciary it isn't going to be a tough task.

These types of rulings will decrease as the executive regains its power. I don't attach much weight to this. Things will get harder for criminals in the country, not easier.

In the mean while, I feel some game is afoot in Karnataka. Shri. Abdul Nasser Maudhany has been out on bail for nearly two months now, and he has got his bail extended at least thrice. Now he has put up a plea that for his eye treatment he needs to visit an Ayurvedic treatment centre in Kerala to get the best results. Hon. SC is yet to hear the plea.

But it is pretty obvious that if this chap goes back to Kerala, chances of him coming back would be pretty much a big zero. Karnataka Police would have a tough time in bringing him back. He is known for his theatrics, and the secular cabal in Kerala would make sure that he stays put in the state.

At least 150 Indians with ISIS, says MK Narayanan
Indians numbering between 100 and 150 – mostly engineers – have left the country to fight with the Islamic State, former national security advisor MK Narayanan said in a talk on India’s security challenges and strategic imperatives here on Tuesday.

The figure – between 100 and 150 – is significant, since so far the scale of involvement of Indian youth in ISIS was estimated to be in single digit. There had been a ‘slow and steady stream’ of Indian youth going to fight with ISIS, he said in the talk at the International Institute for Strategic Studies.

Narayanan, former director of Intelligence Bureau who recently stepped down as West Bengal governor, said he continued to be in touch with leaders of Muslim seminaries, but added that most of them were themselves out of touch with Muslim youth.

He said: “There is no real authorised figure, the figure could be more, but it clearly not less than 100 to 150. Almost all who have gone are professionals. They are not the oppressed, or the suppressed”.

Narayanan added: “The bulk of them are engineers. It’s not a question of exclusion, but of appeal (of the IS) and that is a real concern”.

Dwelling on various aspects of India’s security challenges – including cyber threats, maritime security and nuclear security – Narayanan said he did not foresee tensions with China and Pakistan spiralling into full-scale conflicts.

India’s response to security challenges needed a coordinated approach between the Centre and the states, but he admitted that in recent years the Centre-state relationship had been “frayed at the edges”, which needed to be mended

With all the mullahs from the ME being given a free tour of the country for over a decade and growing internet penetration its only a matter of time before muslims of the country consolidate under the banner of jihad. Already there are so many madrassas springing up in Kerala, WB, UP, Assam, etc. which are run by very radical elements.

CM siddaramaiah though from congress has made every effort to stop that worm from leaving bangalore, infact it was prashant bhushan yelling at his top of his voice on national tv against CM sid not providing necessary facilities to madani and unfortunately even SC passed strictures against Karnataka Govt for the same.

Saradha chief hoped to get asylum in PoK: Aide

Saradha chairman Sudipta Sen planned to go to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) on April 22, when he was fleeing the police in Kolkata, his principal aide Debjani Mukherjee has told the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Sen hoped to get asylum in Pakistan as he published newspapers for Muslims in India.

Mukherjee overheard him and Arvind Singh Chauhan, the driver, discuss the plan.

“When we started from Udhampur on the morning of April 22, 2013, I heard Sudipta and Arvind’s plans to move to PoK. One of Saradha’s office personnel in Srinagar, Riaz, was a resident of Kashmir and according to Arvind, he (Riaz) would visit PoK frequently,” Mukherjee told ED officials in her written statement, the Enforcement Case Information Report, which is available with HT.

“If he (Sen) went to Pakistan, then he could have gone to the high commission saying he runs one Urdu and one Bengali newspaper for Muslims in India,” Mukherjee’s statement said.

Wow, this is really next level stuff. Probably, MHA and PMO should prepare for any future eventuality where scumbags seeking asylum in Porkiland.

P.S. I donot know which thread is appropriate for this, so I am posting here, Mods can change it if they desire.

So basically some Secular Rajya Sabha MPs and Associates are linked to stealing money from poor Indians, giving it to JUI in Bangladesh and ISI and linked to innocent SIMI. Thats what the problem with the so called secular politics in India, they are tied to people who have the most diabolical hatred of India.

It definitely includes the commies and now apparently, also the TMC and didi, who was promised "secular voters" in return.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch..........

Hasina to share dossier on Saradha scam

Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is likely to hand over a dossier detailing her government’s evidence of the money trail in the Saradha chit fund scandal when she meets Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

Ms. Hasina has alleged that the Saradha group, now under investigation by the CBI, funded attempts to topple her government. She wants to assist Indian investigations.

The dossier that India is expecting has been compiled by Bangladesh’s National Security Intelligence (NSI).

The agency investigated the financial links between the Saradha group and organisations run by the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) in Bangladesh.

The dossier could be potentially explosive, as it is said to contain details of the alleged role of Trinamool MP Ahmed Hassan in channelling funds to JI, as well as details of the alleged role of the JI in funding the Trinamool Congress’s election campaign in 2011. The BJP has taken up the issue aggressively in West Bengal.

During the meeting with Sheik Hasina, Mr. Modi is expected to repeat India’s commitment on clearing the Land Boundary Agreement at the “earliest.”

They were aware all along.

Coming as it does from bangladesh, the charge of political vendetta will not and cannot be made. It simply becomes a matter of national security now. arrests will be made under the NSA onlee

The charge will now be treason and waging war against the state, no less and the penalty is death

Note how all the big mouth trinamul jokers including didi are very very quiet.
