Terrorist attack in Kathua, J&K. Police station attacked by several terrorists. 1 cop killed. Hostages taken. Similar to 2013 Samba attack
Two killed in militant attack on J&K police station
* Two or three militants (of suicide sqaud) is suspected to be behind the attack.
* Station sentry and one more person has died in the initial attack itself.
* Three persons, including two civilians have been injured.

Latest: 3 CRPF jawans, 1 terrorist killed in Kathua terror attack
Nothing mentioned about the hostage situation. But the report says that the police station also has their staff quarters near by. But looks like the terrorists are inside the police station itself. I don't think in the wee hours of the morning, there would be many police personnel inside the station. Night patrol would be just getting over, and senior officers may have gone home for rest and the junior folks would be yet to report back at the PS. The station sentry & and perhaps a sentry for the lockup may be the only ones actually present at this point of time :(.

Nun Rape Case: Police detain two Bangladeshis on suspicion
The above news would have caused heart attacks amongst the "seculars, intellectuals" etc. A few Christian Bishops in Kerala, were really going over-board with their criticisms, and they too have started receiving strong responses. Once the role of the Bangladeshis have been identified clearly, the CBI (and the Central Govt.) should use it for a two prong attack. One, target the "secular" gang who tried to misuse this incident and second use it to inform the majority of Indians, the problem of illegal immigration from Bangladesh. And put the blame squarely on the ineffective West Bengal govt. (Didi and off course the commies who destroyed the place during the last 20-30 years).

Our response is very weak to any attacks on Indians.
1) This time the Pseudo secular brigade need to be given good beating left right and centre all across
2) Get all the terrorist organization operating from Bangladesh be shut down.
3) Punish the ISI
4) The creation of Baluchistan must be very near.
5) Utilize the incident to put pressure on the International community to isolate Pakistan and proclaim them as a terrorist nation and get as much as international support in the creation of Baluchistan.

So why are we not investigating the rabble-rousers, and releasing red corner notice via Interpol too, so that people who claim to have additional information about the crime i.e. rape of nun, must be asked to present evidence when it comes to investigation.

Reminds of rumours during riots in Gujarat wherein several claims were made about killing a pregnant women at national and international stages, but when it came to investigation then no one presented any evidence.

This time that crime has actually occurred, nothing can be taken lightly and everyone who has information and claims must be asked to come forth and help with investigation. Crime is not something that can be misused to spread rumours, for sure. Even the American President and the Pope needs to come forth with all information they posses, indirectly even, so the serious crime must be investigated properly.

I think it's time for RSS and VHP and others to start openly making speeches and statements on attacks on Hindus by Christians and Muslims. It's time to do it. that's the only way to bring a counter-narrative to Hindus all across India and the world. You cannot let the Abrahamic imperialists carry on their propaganda war on a global scale without launching your own counter campaign which documents all the attacks, both violent and politico-cultural, on Hindus.

In the mean while in Karnataka. Two years back there was a case of the Anti Naxal Force shooting to death a cattle smuggler from the minority community. The constable who fired, was even believed to imprisoned in charges of murder. In that case a magisterial enquiry has just now got over.
Sringeri shootout: magisterial inquiry concludes
The Deputy Commissioner, in his report to the State government, said the firing was unintentional and circumstances prompted Naveen Naik, an ANF staff, to open fire. In the shootout, Kabir (24), a native of Krishnapura near Mangaluru, was killed. B.S. Shekharappa, Deputy Commissioner of Chikkamagaluru, said the check-post area was highly sensitive. “In the past, suspected Maoists had attacked the check-post, prompting the ANF to keep strong vigil there,” he said.

It is said that Kabir’s family had refused to cooperate with the inquiry.

Army chief General Dalbir Singh on Monday said the national security environment has become a big challenging task due to its complexity and unpredictability.

He was speaking at the valedictory function of the Higher Defence Management Course-10 at the College of Defence Management in Secunderabad, the twin city of Hyderabad.

"Internally, our social and ethnic diversity makes us vulnerable to stocking of fissiparous tendencies which can debilitate the nation," he said.

According to a statement, the army chief said "our adversaries can threaten national security even without physically violating national boundaries with the help of non-state actors".

General Dalbir Singh also expressed concern over growing cyber and social media threats and cautioned all to be careful.

Hello Folks,

For a few months I've been trying to understand the death of the old Roman Religions and the rise of Christianity. This i feel not just applies to death of a old civilization, but the same themes and plan can be applied to India and their attack on Hindus today.

In part 2, i'd like to link it directly to a Indian Context :

For what its worth :

NEW DELHI: Violence in the 106 Naxal-affected districts of the country and militancy in Jammu & Kashmir may hog the limelight, but it's in the northeast that most die in terror attacks.

In 2014, due to various terror attacks while 193 people died in Kashmir and 372 in Naxal areas, 413 died in the northeast. Assam is the worst sufferer of human casualties in terror attacks among all Indian states. Comparatively, communal violence which has been a major concern in the past couple of years has claimed 95 lives.

Mizoram: Militants ambush MLA’s convoy, kills 3 policemen

Three policemen were killed and two others injured when militants opened fire on a convoy accompanying a group of MLAs near Mizoram’s northern border with Assam and Manipur.

MLAs R L Pianmawia, Lalawmpuii Chawngthu and Lalthanliana, all members of the committee on government assurances, were being accompanied by a team of police and several officials while they were visiting the area.

One more arrested in Aizawl bomb blast case

Police suspect the militants are cadres of the Hmar People’s Convention (Democrats) or HPCD, a group based in southern Manipur.

The ambush took place near Zokhawthiang (formerly known as Kani), a village close to the Tuiruang river that separates the three states, shortly after 8 am on Saturday, police sources said.

The area where the ambush took place has weak communications signals and more details are still being awaited, sources said.

Sakawrdai Sub-Divisional Police Officer Zarzoliana is being airlifted to Aizawl for emergency operation. He was shot in the abdomen. The dead policemen have been identified as Sakawrdai PS officer-in-charge Zaramthar, his driver Chuailova and Hmangaihmawia of the Mizoram Armed Police.

The police is looking into whether Malsawmkima, who was with the Mizoram Armed Police and who is believed to have run away with two rifles to join the HPCD last year, may have had a role in the ambush.

From an unconfirmed report, MLA RL Pianmawia put up his hands and called to the militants that they were surrendering. After this the militants stopped firing and rounded up all the policemen’s guns.

Bangladesh is virtually on the path to becoming another Islamic theocracy. I think what brihaspati ji has been saying for a while about BD becoming overtly Islamic/Jihadi is not too distant a prospect.

Also remember that Islamic overthrows and coups have a significant component of "internal" collaboration by institutions and organizational personnel within the pre-existing State itself.

Not sure where to put it but it surely has huge implications for security of our educational institutions. needs to be beefed up.

At least 79 students, including 2 attackers, killed in Kenya's Garissa University attack
Kenya’s interior ministry said that at least 79 students and two of the gunmen who attacked a college in northeast Kenya have been killed.

In a statement on Twitter, the ministry said Thursday: “Two terrorists have been neutralised in the ongoing operation. Security agencies intensify rescue operation.”

Interior Minister Joseph Nkaissery said that most students at Garissa University College that was attacked by al-Shabab gunmen remain unaccounted for, more than 11 hours after the attack started.

Nkaissery said: “Garissa University college has a student population of 815 and about 60 members of teaching staff, as of now we are able to account for 292 students and all the staff.”

An unknown number of hostages are being held. Many students scattered when the attack began at 5:30 am

The two SIMI terrorists shot dead also partitcipated string of bank robberies across Telangana and AP. The cash from one of the robbery at a Karimnagar rural bank appeared at the Burdhwan blast site. Looks like well designed plan to loot banks to fund Jihadi activities.

^^^ Are these suspected to be among the five which escaped from a prison in MP? Well in that case Karnataka Police may also be interested. They may have links to the Church Street blasts. Rajnath Singh who was in Bangalore some time back had also "reminded" Karnataka police to work faster on hunting down the escaped SIMI-ians, who were sighted at places like Yadgir.

Lucknow: Intelligence agencies have alerted police in seven districts of Uttar Pradesh bordering Nepal after they received inputs about Maoist activities picking up on the border, an official said on Monday.

The state intelligence agencies have alerted police in Balrampur, Shrawasti, Pilibhit, Kheri, Bahraich, Siddhartnagar and Maharajganj districts.

District police chiefs have been asked to be on alert and coordinate with the Special Task Force, local intelligence unit and the Sashastra Seema Bal, the official told IANS.

Sources said the Maoist activities have picked up in the region and they might try infiltrate to India.

Yes. Out of seven escaped, two were arrested and two killed in Telangana.

They were found in a bus going to Andhra Pradesh. Quite a few BJP centrla ministers are visiting AP these days.

When they were found in a bus check, there were three people and they killed two police officers in point blank. One is missing since then.

The thing I gleaned from this incident is that if police set mind on it, they can catch criminals very fast. Since one of their own were shot dead, they moved heaven and earth to find the jihadis. They deployed police teams from other districts, Octopus commandos, SIB and others and searched every nook and corner around Suryapet. And the intelligence they got were very correct. They first got information that they were hiding in Arvapalli hills and when they slipped from there and went around back roads they got that info also correct.
I should also commend the bravery of the ordinary police. It was one of the constable who jumped on the thugs which floored them and in turn gave chance to other police to shoot them dead.

It seems 5 SIMI/ISI terrorists were gunned down in Telangana and 20 red sandal wood smugglers in Chittor dist of AP.

It seems KCR is using iron first when it comes to terrorists. If they are high operatives who can reveal juicy intel, I wish small time terrorists should be gunned down, rather than apprehending them (rather than feeding them with biryani and clogging our judiciary and jails).

Killing of police personnel by 2 terrorists (who were gunned down a few days back) has probably made TS police/KCR to comedown heavily on these scums.

TN appoints Coast Guard officer as its Coastal Security Group, CSG, commandant - The Hindu
In a first of its kind initiative, Tamil Nadu government has appointed a serving Indian Coast Guard officer as the Commandant for its Coastal Security Group (CSG).

Commandant Uday Kumar Choudhary will be the Commandant for State police’s CSG on deputation .

While Commandant Choudhary would serve for the first two years, Commandant Surojit Dey would take charge for the next two years, according to a GO by the Tamil Nadu government.

Commandant Choudhary took charge on Monday in the presence of Additional Director General of Police (CSG) C. Sylendra Badu.

The officer would look after patrolling in the sea in co-ordination with Indian Coast Guard and would be responsible for operation and maintenance of interceptor boats of the marine police of CSG. At present, there are 38 interceptor boats and 20 more state-of-the-art interceptor boars are to be acquired soon.

Commandant Choudhary has three years of experience in co-ordinating coastal security exercise/operation with Maharashtra Police .

“This is the first time that a Coast Guard commissioned serving officer is appointed in the marine police force in any of the coastal states of India,” a senior officer said.

^^ Luckily happened in a "secular" state and so there will be radio silenece by MSM.

Else going by MSM narrative, one would believe Nelson Mandela type do-gooder has been gunned down by communal police led by a communal CM with the CM personally ordering the killing.

Its an Eenadu (Telugu news paper) link. According to it, the 5 terrorists were being transported from Warrangal to Hyderabad, and these terrorists tried to take a gun from escort police and attacked them, and police with no option left (to save their lives) gunned down these terrorists. I liked the story and daring action of police. :D

One thing about TS police. They are really hardened and know how to deal with rogue moaists and terrorists. When they get a specific order to neutralize a threat, they are the best and none to second.

When CBN was attacked at Tirmuala ghat road (in early 2000s), there were news reports that battle hardened police from Telangana were coming and there were reports about their legendary tactics and skills in neutralizing these break-India forces. It seems by killing some policemen, these ISI terrorists have awakened TS police once again.

Sathakoti Pranaams to TS police and to KCR for political backing. Jai Hind.
