So basically Police cannot act on the Judicial System even when they cross the line. There will be blow back in terms of reduced security to the Lawyers and Judges. Few will potentially lose their lives in robbery incidents. In this fracas the only losers are citizens, who know that both the Police and the Judicial System are rotten to the core. Tareek pe Tareek and Hafte pe Hafta.

How to reform the Indian Bureaucracy : Police, IAS, IPS, Judiciary: At least the Politicians we can throw out every 4 years.

Such orders pretty much makes any one question the impartiality of the judiciary. They have already assumed that the lawyers make no mistakes and the police is at fault here. In such a situation how can any police man be even confident that they would get justice? I was reading some posts on social media. One remedy suggested was to stop the practise of advocates becoming judges. The judicial service have to be a completely different service, so much so that in the worse case an advocate and police man will have equal approach to the judges (for good or bad). Today this is a one-sided match.

Police trying to indiminate lawyers is a suicide mission, guaranteed career ending and going to jail without compensation and the family going to ruin.

I remember a dialogue by the Com.Pol (Paresh Rawal) in the old movie Sathya. He says - "Criminals can break the law, because they any way care two hoots about it. The police can do nothing because the laws stop us from taking action". And to be frank I am quite frusturated to see that the great Home Minister Amit Shah has done nothing about this; even when it happened in New Delhi. Shows the empathy such characters have for the L&O officials (whom they actually command and is supposed to effectively use). The BJP Govt. has done diddly squat; perhaps they too are $hit scared of the lawyers & judiciary.

tandav wrote:So basically Police cannot act on the Judicial System even when they cross the line.

Atleast the latest orders from Delhi HC confirms your thoughts. Judiciary is above law, and lawyers are also above the law. Politicians can be changed every five years. IAS, IPS officers also have checks and balances (including transfers, side-lining and finally even termination). The only one entity today which is completely "independent" is the judicial apparatus. And I don't know how far such a system will benefit India.

The present system only benefits the NGO mafia and BIF, even if people want to do the right thing, they have enough checks to make sure the criminals, lack of development of local Industry, flgiht of capital to Global Financial Centers, assorted miltants and Maoists keep running.

I believe this is the first time an explicit sena is being formed. The mandate for this sena is "guardians of faith and warriors of ideals". It is being said that this is for crowd control during processions etc. But others speculate, worst case being, Sturmabteilung of the clergy to silence dissenting nuns etc. Worrying would be if similar sena's start in neighboring TN where Bishop Ezra has already threatened Hindus.

I would not think this to be any thing serious. From what I read this is not a pan-Kerala movement, but only limited to north Kerala. This would be the 2nd attempt from the X'ians of KL to form such an outfit. Their first attempt was way back in 1958 when there was a huge protest to get the communist ministry under EMS Namboodirippad to be thrown out. It was called the "Vimochana Samaram" (liberation struggle), and it was quite violent. A Roman Catholic priest from Thrissur Dt. Fr. Vadakkan had organised a kind of rag tag outfit called the "Christopher Volunteer Sena"; mainly as an attempt to counter the commie goonda gang. The commies had used their usual muscle power to target the people who were leading this "liberation struggle".

Can't help notice the word "Vimochana Samaram". It's classic Sanskrit meaning exactly as it is Malyali.

Murder accused brought to Venmony (Southern KL). Bangladesh nationals were arrested from a train at Visakhapatnam
Kerala the most "progressive, liberal & secular" state unfortunately has witnessed a double murder. That of two elderly people, whose children were all working abroad. The murderers are Bangladeshi illegals who move around as "Bengalis". These illegals have now got a powerful eco system in KL with many groups actually aiding and abetting them. Two years back there was the murder of a young woman; once again the murderer was a Bangladeshi.

Meanwhile Ramachandra Guha and Co do not want NRC to happen at a national level. All this while two days back an elederly couple in KL had been murdered by Bangladeshi illegals, who were caught and brought back from AP.
'NRC on national scale could be a disaster'

In a first, Naxals use drones over CRPF camp in Bastar; shoot at sight order issued

"Small red and white light emitting drones" were seen flying near the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp in Kistaram and Pallodi last month at least four times in three days. The drones emitted a "low whizzing sound" that drew attention of camp guards after which offensive position was taken by troops and an alert sounded across all the nearby camps anticipating possible trouble by Naxals.

However, sources said, the mini-UAVs soon disappeared from the sky above the CRPF camps even before they could be aimed at and shot.

The development rang alarm bells in the security establishment leading intelligence agencies to a vendor in Mumbai who is suspected to have sold the drones to some unidentified persons, possibly Naxal cadres.

Inquiries in this context are ongoing, sources added.

Agencies are particularly concerned as the two camps where these drones were spotted are located deep inside the Naxal hotbed, do not have proper road connectivity and witness regular movements of armed Maoist cadres as the area shares border with Odisha, Maharashtra and leads to the jungle corridor of Andhra Pradesh.

A preliminary analysis of the incident estimates that the drones that were spotted were basic variants of a four-legged UAV that is controlled from the ground using a remote control and is used in capturing videos and photos of social events like wedding and public gatherings.

Agencies suspect Naxalite cadres have recently acquired these mini drones to conduct reconnaissance of security forces camps, monitor activities inside and even detect their movements near their hideouts.

A back-of-the-envelope estimate by national security agencies suggests that India had over 6 lakh rogue or unregulated unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) even as security agencies are analysing modern anti-drone weapons like 'sky fence' and 'drone gun' to counter terror or similar sabotage bids by these aerial platforms.

10 Indians among 900 ISIS affiliates surrendering in Afghanistan
Report reads...According to reports, 10 Indian women and children – all members of families of Indian fighters, most of them from Kerala – are believed to be among those who have surrendered.

I am sure there would be a clamour from the progressive liberals of the 100% literate state asking central government to be lenient on the surrendered terrorists and allow them back into India .

This is the farewell speech of the outgoing beedi ambassador.

Speaking at the Press Club of India Tuesday, Ali said the issue of illegal immigration was used during the Indian elections.

alleged, indeed and beedi immigration to italy becomes legal

There has been so much criticism of Bangladesh in Northeast India because of alleged illegal immigration from our side… ,” he added. “But let me tell you that a person of my country would rather swim in the ocean and reach Italy instead of coming to India. A citizen of Bangladesh would like to go to a place where he can earn more, but as you know the per capita income in India is not that high,” The Hindu quoted him as having said.

The look on his face says it all.

Perumbavoor a small town in Ernakulam Rural Dt. in Central Kerala is now in the news for all bad reasons. This place was one of the first few places which saw large scale migration of Bengali/Bangladeshi labour and the "Bhais" pretty much became employees of any shop or furniture factory. KL welcomed them with open arms with even buses putting up destination boards in Hindi to help the "Bhais". And now the chickens have come home to roost.

1. Jisha murder case - Convict is a Bangladeshi Muslim illegal.
2. Elderly couple murder in Kerala, cops nab Bangladeshi suspects from Vizag - Incident happened in neighbouring Allappey/Alapuzha district. Accused are two Bangladeshi illegals.
3. Woman raped & murdered in Perumbavoor Accused is a Muslim man said to be from Naogaon, Assam but would be a Bangladeshi illegal.

The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) have also now identifed a Perumbavoor based man as the main gold smuggler in the entire country! 200 kg (60 crore worth) of gold was smuggled in by Perumbavoor based Nisar Aliyar. It was smuggled as metal scrap. The same place was also where a motivation camp organised by SIMI was busted.

Even a cursory analysis of the crimes commited in this area would point in three directions i)a place with sizeable Muslim population ii)strong hold of people indulged in smuggling iii)a camping ground of Bangladeshi illegals - majority of them being Muslims. This place is becoming a class Islamic ghetto with all its associated problems.

Tamil Nadu politician under probe

15 Oct 2019

PETALING JAYA: The spotlight has shifted to a politician in Tamil Nadu who has been in close contact with several Malaysian politicians amid a crackdown against those allegedly linked to the Tamil Tigers.

The political leader – Senthamizhan Seeman – is believed to be a vocal supporter of the Tigers, better known as the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), and a devout follower of LTTE founder and leader Velupillai Prabhakaran.

The chief coordinator of the Naam Tamilar Katchi party in Tamil Nadu is basing his party’s struggle on upholding the Tamil identity and rejuvenating the Tamil spirit to fight back against oppression after the end of the Sri Lankan civil war in 2009.

It is learnt that Seeman has made trips to Malaysia and held several meetings with local politicians to gather support in a bid to revive the LTTE.

Several photos and videos of Seeman with prominent politicians have also been making the rounds on social media.

Sources said the meetings in Malaysia were aimed at pooling support to resume the struggles of the LTTE.

The 52-year-old former actor and director ventured into the movie business before delving into politics.

Among the films directed by Seeman were Thambi, Panchalankurichi, Iniyavalae and Anandham.

His acting repertoire includes playing the role of a Malaysian businessman in the film Pori.

He also acted in Nagaraja Cholan MA, MLA, a political satire directed by his mentor Manivannan in 2013.

Bukit Aman Counter Terrorism head Deputy Comm Datuk Ayob Khan had said police were aware that Seeman had made numerous trips to Malaysia and had meetings with local politicians.

“If there is a basis, we will ask the Immigration Department to ban him from entering the country.

“However, we will investigate and see how deep is his role in channelling funds to LTTE or promoting the terror group, ” he had said at a press conference on Sunday.

Five men were detained by E8 officers between 10am and 5pm on Saturday for investigations into LTTE.

The five were a 52-year-old teacher who was picked up in Telok Panglima Garang, an executive officer with Melaka’s Perbadanan Bumi Hijau and a Melaka city councillor who were detained in Durian Tunggal as well as a factory worker and security supervisor in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.

Earlier last Thursday, seven individuals were picked up by the authorities in Melaka, Negri Sembilan, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Perak, over suspected links with the LTTE.

Sri Lanka was embroiled in a 26-year-long civil war between the LTTE and the Sri Lankan military, which saw around 80,000-100,000 people killed.

The Sri Lankan civil war ended when Sri Lanka’s military defeated the LTTE in May 2009.

However, over the years, there have been several arrests by authorities against individuals said to be supporting the LTTE, which is labelled as an illegal organisation in Malaysia.

This chap operates from TN, so arrest cannot be made by the Malaysian police. But if GoI has a good working arrangement with Malaysia and can put pressure on him via that country, then it would be real good thing to happen.

How Two Kerala Women Converted To Islam, Became Part Of The ISIS Terror Network And Ended Up In Afghanistan

The two women are Ayisha alias Sebastian and Nimisha alias Fatima. Both cases are high profile ones for different reasons.

From A Roman Catholic To An ISIS Extremist

Ayesha, who is among those against who the National Investigation Agency has issued a wanted notice, was born in a Roman Catholic family as Sonia Sebastian. She did her masters in business administration at Christ University, Bengaluru.

Though born in Kerala, not much is known about her family background.

Ayesha departed from India on 31 May 2016 with her husband Abdul Rashid Abdulla, the main accused in the case of 16 persons leaving Kerala and joining ISIS in 2016, from Mumbai airport.

She was among those not charge-sheeted yet in the case as the NIA said she was absconding. The NIA, though, said Ayesha, along with 13 others who left with her and Rashid, was located in the ISIS-controlled territory of Nangarhar province.

In its charge sheet in which it got the first woman, Yasmin Zaidi, convicted in India for her links with the ISIS, the NIA said Ayesha’s account was used by her husband Rashid to fund Yasmin to migrate to Afghanistan.

Rashid had left Ayesha’s debit card with Yasmin before departing from India.

Yasmin was arrested when she was to board a flight from New Delhi. Six more were convicted in this case this week by the NIA special court in Kochi.

Ayesha has also been charged by the NIA for holding secret classes along with Rashid in support of ISIS and jihad during July 2015.

While Ayesha has surrendered, her husband and prime accused Rashid was reported to have been killed when US defence aircraft strafed Khorasan province in Afghanistan in May this year.

Married Four Days After ‘Falling In Love’

The case of Nimisha alias Fatima is a little different. Born in a staunch Hindu family with her mother Bindu Sampath being a trustee of the famous Aatukaal Bhagavathy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram, Nimisha’s destiny changed after she joined Century Dental College at Poinachi in Kerala’s Kasaragod district.

The college has become a little notorious for, what some people term, love jihad cases.

At the college, she was pursued by her college mate Sajjad Rahman at a coaching centre. Both fell in love, but Rahman got her married to Bexen Vincent, a Christian who converted to Islam and was renamed, Isa.

Nimisha and Bekson got married in November 2015, within four days of meeting one another and reportedly ‘falling in love’.

Bexen, who is from Palakkad, got converted along with his brother Bestin, who was renamed Yahiya.

Nimisha-Isa marriage came to light only after Bindu filed a habeas corpus petition in the Kerala High Court, where her daughter appeared before the judges to say that she was married to Bexen.

In May 2016, Nimisha went to Thiruvananthapuram to meet her parents along with Bexen after she got pregnant. The daughter was accepted by her parents.

Bexen and Nimisha told Bindu and Sampath that they were leaving for Sri Lanka in connection with a business but as it transpired later, they departed for Afghanistan.

Bindu told Swaraja that she got a message from Bexen after they arrived in Afghanistan. She later moved the Supreme Court in October 2017 seeking help to find her daughter when it was hearing the Hadiya case.

The case went to the Kerala High Court and with Nimisha's surrender, it will now draw to a logical conclusion.

Bindu told the media that she saw her grandchild and Bexen in the videos shown to her by an Australian television team. Bestin, on the other hand, was killed in a US drone attack in 2017. She said she could not see or identify her daughter since the women were covered in burqas.

Nangarhar province Governor said the surrendered foreign nationals would be handed over to their respective embassies but there has been no word yet from the Indian embassy in Kabul.

The next course of action is after the Indians are handed over to the embassy, the NIA will take custody of them for interrogation. In the course of the next few months, India, particularly Kerala, will be hearing more about these people who chose to join the ISIS.

Victory celebrations have already started in KL. The mother (a professed commie) of one of the girls said she is all happy and would be waiting at the airport with Dosas & Potato curry to welcome her daughter, son-in-law and their child. I am dead sure that the moment these ISIS terrorists land up in India, the "human right wallahs" would jump in and demand their immediate release. Kerala media is already laying the ground work for this. Also note the name being used now; it is the old name. Not the Islamic one used after conversion.

If there is a unbiased survey of all the rapes committed in India and the suspects/perpetrators arrested, i have a strong feeling that the % of peacefuls committing these crimes compared to their population size will be exponentially higher than for other communities.

BTW, this tweet is from Telangana congress handle. They deleted it later.

You ever heard the term maal e ghanimat ? You heard what's going on in Europe in this regard, what happened to yazidi women, what happened to indic women after a battle where they ended up on losing side, right from qasim era to partition, all the riots that happened with it.
People from certain religion use that as means of humiliation, subjugation and psychological means to scare their enemy. If you look at the picture comprehensively then it's very easy to understand. Unless ofcourse you want to sound like a secular from lutyens area.

Here is another rape , another peaceful responsible

Rajasthan: Rape accused Tinku Anwar gets bail after 2 months, takes friends to stab his victim and her husband, both critical

In a shocking incident, an out-on-bail rapist has attacked and stabbed the rape survivor and her husband in Kota, Rajasthan. The culprit, along with three other criminals, has stabbed the husband and then went on to stab the victim.

The main accused Tinku Anwar, who was out on bail, first attacked the victim’s husband with a knife in a busy market place before fleeing away with his accomplices. He then allegedly went to the victim’s house and stabbed her too.

The woman and her husband have been admitted to the MBS hospital and she is said to be extremely critical.

All four attackers, namely, Tinku Anwar, Sikku, Shahrukh and Abrar, all residents of Kota, have been booked under Indian Penal Code (IPC) section 307 (attempt to murder).

Police said the injured woman, who is battling for life in the hospital, had lodged a rape and blackmailing complaint against Tinku Anwar in September this year. Subsequently, Anwar was arrested in October and jailed. He was released on bail about four days back.

SHO Meena added that Tinku had allegedly raped the woman in 2017 and filmed the act. After multiple threats from him for around 2 years, the rape survivor finally filed a complaint and the police had subsequently arrested him.

12 arrested in Assam for kidnapping minor Hindu girl through Love Jihad trap

https://www.hindupost.in/12-arrested-in ... ihad-trap/

Muslim youth Faizul Haque pretended to be a Hindu (Ranjit Das) in order to lure and abduct a minor Hindu girl in Hojai district, Assam on 14th November.

After protests by Hindu organizations, police rescued the girl on Monday morning from an area under Mayong police station in Morigaon district, and has arrested 12 people including the main accused.

The girl is a resident of Jugijaan’s Purb Kandulimari in Hojai, and her father lodged a police complaint on the same day she went missing.

HJM (Hindu Jagran Manch) and VHP (Vishwa Hindu Parishad) volunteers staged protests demanding immediate recovery of the girl and steps to curb the Love Jihad menace. They had submitted a memorandum to additional superintendent of police, Suman Chakraborty and circle officer (A) Nabajyoti Das.

As per a report in Northeast Now, Ashok Kejriwal, general secretary, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Hojai district said, “The lackadaisical attitude of the police in connection with the case compelled us to protest. We have given 48-hour deadline to the police to find the girl and the culprit who eloped her. If the police fail to rescue her and nab the culprit, we will have no option but to launch a statewide agitation. Hindu girls are being targeted and trapped into Love Jihad.”

Hojai superintendent of police (SP) Ankur Jain while addressing a press conference at Hojai said, “A minor girl was kidnapped five days back (Thursday) by a Muslim youth – Faizul Haque – identifying himself as a Hindu boy from Jugijaan in Hojai.”

Police have arrested Faizul Haque (main accused), Taijul Haque (uncle of the accused) and the parents of the accused. “Three other persons have also been apprehended for giving shelter to the accused,” the SP said. They are – Mohammed Imtiaz Ali, a resident under Mayong PS, his son Mohammed Mafizuddin and Mohammed Ahmed Ali, a resident of Jarigaon.

More arrests were made on Monday and Tuesday, bring the total number of those arrested to 12. The minor girl has been sent for medical examination.

The Hojai SP further said, “Many organisations created panic like situation, demonstrated against us and gave us a deadline of 48 hours to rescue the girl and nab the culprits. But we are not God that everything will happen in a second. We are also human beings. We do our duty as per the proceedings and inputs.”

All this repeated use of words like "bhakt " has dehumanized Hindus in minorities eyes and they no longer look at the victims as human beings

Death sentence for the rapists/murderers is a certainity. It was well planned and pre-determined/pre-meditated.

The victim is suspected to have been murdered behind two trucks close to a toll plaza near Shadnagar on the Hyderabad-Bangalore highway on Wednesday night. Her charred body was found in an isolated place behind the toll plaza on Thursday morning.

Sources said that two drivers and and an equal number of cleaners had sexually assaulted the hapless woman before strangulating her with her own dupatta before setting the body ablaze. They had covered the body in a blanket and set it on fire using kerosene.

Late on Wednesday evening, the victim parked her moped a little away from the toll plaza and took a cab to go somewhere and returned to the plaza in cab to pick up her moped.

Before parking, she filled petrol. The suspects may have followed her from the filling station. When she parked her moped, they were sure that she would return to pick it up. They hatched a plan to trap her by puncturing the rear tyre.

She spoke to her sister Bhavya for about 6 minutes at around 9.22 pm on Wednesday night. She told her that her moped tyre was punctured and some strangers offered her help to repair it. She expressed fear about the strangers. But, she had no other option but rely on them for repair. Bhavya advised her to wait at the toll plaza or leave the moped at the spot and come home in a cab. But, apparently her sister felt standing at toll plaza at that hour wasn't proper. Since she needed the moped the next morning, she could not leave it there.

This case is a litmus test for the Indian criminal justice system. All the courts (Lower through High Court/Supreme Court) should pass and maintain the death sentence. usually what happens is the lower court gives the death sentence but it gets converted into life sentence (which means only 14 years in jail) on appeal to higher court. This shitty system needs to go and the sentences needs to be made more stringent.

To start with Life sentence should mean entire life without parole like in the US.

It is high time we take back and restore the original meaning of the words "Bhakt" and "Bhakti"

The only way to make people stop using the word "bhakt" is to come up with comparable monikers like "namazi", "rosaryboy", and "rosary girl".

Response Examples
1) Statement: Blah blah blah you are nothing but a bhakt.
Response: I am sorry to say only a "Namazi" like you can think that

2) Statement:Blah blah blah, India has become dangerous under BJP, rapes are increasing, India has become unsafe....and you Bhakts can not even see it
Response: Come on, we all have seen the comparable statistics on Rape between the west and India. You have to be a "rosary giri" to continue peadling untruth.....

Maybe it is a good idea to create a list of canned fill-in-the-blanks examples that can be used by all to change behaviour so the real meaning of the word "bhakt" can be restored.

On my last trip to India, I was speaking to a journalist with experience in the reporting of violent crimes. Stats have proved that the perps are mostly Muslim men and the victims Hindu women as per the journalist.

One more law abiding follower of the religion of peace pieces: Woman jumps out of running auto after molested by driver.

A 24-year-old autorickshaw driver from Nalla Sopara in Maharashtra's Palghar district was arrested for allegedly molesting a female passenger, police said on Thursday.

The Vasai police arrested Ikraman Hussain Shaikh on Wednesday for molesting the 22-year-old female passenger, police public relations officer Hemant Katkar said.

The incident took place at around 10.30 pm on November 25, when the victim was travelling in Shaikh's autorickshaw between Manickpur and Vasai Koliwada, he said.

The accused allegedly touched the victim inappropriately and threatened her at knife point when she resisted his advances, the official said, quoting the victim's complaint.

To save herself, the victim allegedly jumped out of the running vehicle and in the process, fractured her arms, he added. An offence has been registered against the accused under section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman) and other relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at the Vasai police station.

These B A S T A R D S are out of control, they need to be castrated at the minimum.

Bill to amend six-decade-old Arms Act introduced in Lok Sabha.

A bill which seeks to enhance punishment for illegally possessing and making prohibited arms besides other changes in the six-decade-old Arms Act was
introduced in Lok Sabha on Thursday.

The Arms (Amendment) Bill makes provision that a person can have a maximum of two firearms, as against the present norm of three.

Those who own more than two firearms will have to deposit the third one with authorities or authorised gun dealers within 90 days for de-licensing once the amendment is approved by Parliament, according to the bill.

The bill was introduced by Minister of State for Home Affairs G Kishen Reddy. As per the bill, the government proposes to amend Section 25 (1AA) of the Arms Act, 1959, to give punishment from the usual life term of 14 years to imprisonment for the remainder of that person's life" for manufacturing, selling, repairing and possessing "prohibited" arms.
