ANMs harassed in Nuh village, get police security
Accompanying male staff manhandled, threatened & driven out of village
extracts
Owing to the high number of cases in Nuh district, ANMs have been asked to conduct door-to-door survey in villages. They alleged villagers passed lewd comments and misbehaved with them repeatedly. “We went to all houses in Bisru village and faced a problem in most. The men kept staring at us and passed lewd comments. One of them even asked me to marry him in the local mosque if I wanted to screen him,” one of the ANMs said.

A male health worker accompanying the ANMs said the villagers were ogling at the ANMs and misbehaving with them. “We asked the villagers to behave themselves, but they manhandled us, turned us out of the village and threatened us with dire consequences if we returned. People are neither cooperating nor behaving well,” he said.

Such a detailed, impeccable report from our side!!!
I've usually seen such detailed reports only from the other side.

Very interesting Sir :

"It is under pressure from the US and UK, exerted through Mrs and Mr Mountbatten, that Prime Minister Nehru, despite being in a winning position in the first conflict with Pakistan over Kashmir, took the Kashmir issue to the UN in 1948 where it remained frozen for all these years, allowing the aggressor to enjoy the fruits of its aggression. During the 1971 war with Pakistan over the flow of refugees from East Pakistan, both the US and UK were ready to intervene in the war in support of Pakistan and it was the timely help rendered by the Soviet Union that helped India to liberate East Pakistan and pave the birth of Bangladesh. Bangladesh president Mujibur Rehman and most of his family members were eliminated in a military coup in 1975, which was a joint operation by the ISI and the CIA. Pakistan president Gen. Zia ul Haq adopted terror as a state policy to avenge India, with the full support and approval of the US. The Khalistan movement, LTTE and the Maoist problem in India were also promoted by the US and its allies to create chaos and destabilization in India. The US was very upset by the killing of LTTE leader Prabhakaran in the civil war in Sri Lanka only because it frustrated the US plan to use Prabhakaran to start a violent Tamil separatist movement in Tamil Nadu. The Khalistani movement is almost dead in Punjab, but it is still kept alive in countries like the US, Canada, the UK, Germany and France with the support of the US and its allies. All these events clearly show how deeply the US and its allies are addicted to their evil intention of breaking up India. It also shows that Pakistan, despite its close friendship with China, still remains as a close ally of the US.
Modi’s emergence as the Prime Minister of India was a big blow to all anti- national forces in India. As long as he remains as the prime minister of India, India’s enemies, both within and outside India, may not try to misuse these subversive laws to threaten the unity and integrity of India. But, in case of his removal from power by any chance, all enemies of Modi and the idea of India
would come together to ensure the balkanization of India. Hence, all these subversive laws must go."

It is so hard to believe. If these info are in public domain , there should be much more in the reports of IB and RAW. If true why is Nationalist Modi not acting? If nexus between jihadi-missionary-CPI(M) is true then, Why is he toeing the lines of "sabka sath", this is like Nehru's " hindi chini bhai bahi" slogan.
Moreover, I cant understand the nexus between friends of benefit jihadi-missionary-CPI(M). They are vehemently opposed to each other in their ideology. How can they join hands without cannibalizing each other?

There are tonnes of gullible Hindus in India, so that each of this group still can meet their targets of 'conversions' :D. They can fight each other, once that is done. Also I think it was Sitaram Yechuri who opined that 'Communism is X'tianity minus Jesus Christ'. I don't know if he copied this also from some where as Indian commies generally do not have good ideas of their own.

There are 4 key factors to look at in the #PalgharMobLynching incident -

1. PESA Act
2. Pathalgadi Movement
3. Pradip Prabhu - Kashtakari Sang.
4. #bar_dancer_antonio_maino

FOUR CRUCIAL LEGISLATIONS
In 1992, two very important legislations i.e. 73d and 74th amendments to the Constitution were passed by the Parliament, with the avowed objective of strengthening the institutions of Panchayat Raj and urban bodies through decentralization of power,

allegedly meant to allow the people at the lowest level to take part in the decision making process. Some NGO activists had played a very key, but behind-the- scene role, in getting these two amendment bills passed in the Parliament. It was under the pressure of these activists

and also with the support of the top leadership of the Congress party, the Constitution (73d and 74th )
Amendment Bills, were finally passed by the Parliament in
December, 1992.

Another important legislation called Panchayats (Extension to Scheduled Areas) Act, (PESA),

which granted extension of the idea of local self-governance to tribal regions in the country, was also passed by the Parliament in 1996. The PESA was enacted on the basis of the recommendations of the Bhuria Committee.

For details see below:

Image

In 2006, another NGO-sponsored Bill, called ‘The Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition of Forests Rights) Act, 2006 was passed by the Parliament, which granted the right of ownership of land and control over minor forest produce and natural resources

to the inhabitants of the tribal areas. This Act, also called the Forest Rights Act, was originally drafted by some NGO activists led by Pradip Prabhu, an NGO leader working among the tribals of Thane district in Maharashtra. Pradeep Prabhu had also conducted a nation- wide

campaign by holding morchas and demonstrations throughout the country in association with other like-minded activist groups in other states to mobilize support for this Bill.
As per this new Act, Panchayats in tribal areas have now become the controlling authority for forest

management at the ground level, replacing the control of the Forest Department.

In a federal republic like India, it is the Union government and various state governments that wield all the powers and perform all the functions of the government. With the passage of the 73d and

74th Amendment to the Constitution Acts, the division of powers and functions of the government have now been trickled down to local self governments i.e. Panchayats and Gram Sabhas in rural areas and Ward Committees and Area (Mohalla) Committees in urban areas. With the passage

of PESA Act and the Forest Rights
Act, the Schedule-V areas and tribal areas have also been brought under the purview of this three-tier system of governance. But, why should the civil society activists, who have been supporting all anti-national movements in India like the

Maoist movement, Kashmiri separatists, Tamil nationalist organizations and agitations against various mega development projects in India, have suddenly become the champions of a Gandhian concept like Gram Swaraj and empowerment of Gram Sabhas, Mohalla Sabhas & Forest Panchayats?

The NGO lobby’s sudden love and interest in empowering the Gram Sabhas and its proclaimed aim to strengthen the Panchayat Raj system has some sinister designs. Their aim is not simply to strengthen the Panchayat Raj, but to take control of the empowered Panchayat institutions

throughout the country. When the provisions of the Panchayat Raj are fully implemented, there would not be much powers left with the state and district administration and those who control the Panchayat institutions in rural areas and Mohalla Sabhas in urban areas would become

the real rulers of the country.

WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE GRAM SABHA, NO MINING PROJECT WHETHER IT IS COAL, BAUXITE, IRON ORE OR URANIUM can be undertaken by the government, or any development project can come up under the jurisdiction of the Gram Sabha and the Mohalla Sabha.

In rural areas, where the major industrial and development projects are concentrated and new ones are scheduled to come up, the Gram Sabhas are almost fully under the control of the NGO activist groups. It is with such sinister designs that the militant NGOs are concentrating on

organizing the masses in the remote rural and tribal areas and pressing for full implementation of the 73d and 74th amendment of the Constitution. It is easy for the foreign-funded NGOs, who work in the remote tribal and rural areas to influence the poor and illiterate village

elders by bribing them with liquor and money and control the Gram Sabhas. Militant NGOs have already established their control over thousands of Gram Sabhas in states like Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh and Maharashtra. The Gram

Sabhas are
now used by the NGO-sponsored anti-development lobby to stall hundreds of mega development projects, including coal, bauxite and other mining projects, in these states in a bid to stall our economic progress at the behest of their funding agencies in the west.

For instance, all the 12 Gram Gabhas controlled by the NGO lobby in Rayagada and Kalahandi districts of Odisha have voted against the Rs.50000 crore aluminium refinery project of Vedanta Resources in the Niyamagiri hills in August, 2013. The grand strategy of the NGO lobby to

build up militant people’s movements all over the country and cultivating/inducting a large network of agents in various ministries and government departments, including the judiciary and armed forces, finally resulted in the creation of a gigantic octopus- like NGO war machine

with its tentacles tightening its grip over the entire country with every passing day. This was made possible because of the help and close cooperation extended to the NGO lobby by Sonia Gandhi from the seventies onwards. This so-called dream concept of Swaraj is actually a

cunning strategy devised by the western intelligence agencies to grant total autonomy and self-rule to all the states in India by using the sweet terms like empowering the Gram Sabhas and Mohalla Sabhas all across India. With various militant and separatist movements dominating

many border states and interior parts of India, what could happen to the idea of India if total autonomy and self-rule is granted to such regions? Clearly the only aim of crooks like Arvind Kejriwal, Rahul Gandhi, Jairam Ramesh and Mani Shankar Aiyar, who are the staunchest

supporters of this ‘Swaraj’ movement, is to facilitate the process of India’s Balkanization as desired by their masters in the west. Arvind Kejriwal, a Ford Foundation- trained social activist, who earned fame through his active participation in the Anna Hazare-led

So Riaz Naikoo is dead- jumped from one house to another; house brought down and with that came down that bustard who lived longer (9 yrs) than the usual average age (5 yrs or less) of terrorists in Kashmir....

What made Riaz Naikoo meet his justified end was the non-cooperation extended by LeT (rechristened now as TRF or The Resistance Force by Pakistan to escape FATF sword hanging on its head)- Riaz was not cooperating with Pakistan and had to be finished.....

It is extremely important to understand the terror dynamics of Kashmir divided into North Kashmir (Sopore, Handwara, Kupwara, Bandipora) & South Kashmir (Tral, Shopian, Kulgam, Budgam, Awantipora, Pulwama, AnantNag) & let us keep Srinagar as separate...

Until 2001 or before Kargil to be precise, there were hundreds of terror groups operating in Kashmir- after Kargil and when Army turned heat on terrorism, the no of groups shrank drastically to Lashkar (LeT), Jaish (JeM), Hizbul (HM) & Al Badr....

Terror phase in South Kashmir after termination of various local groups & until 2005 was dominated as under-
1) Tral was Jaish
2) while remaining South Kashmir was under Lashkar and HM.

As army went after JeM (known for its terror tactics of using IED), the dynamics changed..

As JeM was marginalised, 005-2008 phase saw the rise of HM and LeT. Control of Tral moved from Jaish to HM while Kulgam, Budgam and Pulwama fell under LeT control; JeM was reduced to Shopian while booty in Anantnag was shared by all...Srinagar was under AlBadr

2008-2011 - hailed as peaceful years wasnt as peaceful as it seems- it was more of a change of strategy with Omar Abdullah @ the centre-while all terror orgs remained largely inactive;the Intifada became the new buzzword to rope in locals and make it look like a popular uprising

It is important to mention that South Kashmir is favourite hunting ground for terrorists for following reasons-
1) belt is quite rich and prosperous
2) girls are readily and easily available for satisfying physical needs of holy warriors
3) terror incidents here make noise

As Intifada strategy didnt yield desired results, Pakistan changed its strategy and began pushing Lashkar in a big way- this period from 2011 onwards saw rise of Abu Dujarna and Abu Qasim...Riaz Naikoo was product of this phase only...& he even acted as Coordinator b/w HM & LeT

Between 2011 and 2013, Lashkar that, employs hit n run & grenade lobbying tactics, held complete sway over terrror scene in South Kashmir and rape and murder of locals became prevalent- so intel improved and Army began finishing Lashkar operatives with an ease....

With liquidation of LeT gangs, South Kashmir was left wide open for others & HM began into terror recruitment overdrive....lure of iconic status, terror poster boy image and consequent perk of easy sex with local girls, attracted locals in hoardes...Wani- Naikoo became big names

Images of local terror poster boys carrying big guns were all over social networks & girls of South Kashmir were ready to bed these so called fighters; naturally no of disgruntled lovers also began rising by the day.....and Burhan gang began meeting its end one by one...

HM that held its sway over Tral, Shopian, Kulgam, Pulwama etc after liquidation of Abu Dujarna and Abu Qasem of LeT, began seeing depletion of both, its men & geographical control....Pak tried best to whip up uprising via Wani glorification (stamp release n UN speech) but failed

Left with much depleted LeT and HM, Pakistan again fell back on its next trump card- Jaish and its terror cadre began entering and took control of Tral and Avantipora.....this all happened after elimination of Burhan Wani and terror modus operandi changed again to IED and blasts

Pulwama last year was more or less a result of JeM's rise only....as against South, the areas in North Kashmir are clearly divided as below-
1) Sopore- Lashkar or HM
2) Handwara- Lashkar
3) Kupwara and Bandipora- Jaish

Notable here is the fact that levers of terrorism in Kashmir have again gone back to JeM and LeT (now known as TRF to escape FATF sanctions); Riaz Naikoo, who even released a msg to help fight corona, was becoming an irritant for Pak interests.....

Lashkar also had some sort of enmity towards Riaz Naikoo for the way HM gangs went after them in South Kashmir to deal with the excesses during times of Dujarna and Qasem....over to HM now....they shud compromise whereabouts of LeT and JeM now!

It's not a sliding slope. No sane country allows such termites to exist in the name of "them today, you and me tomorrow". Just because we couldn't/didn't nip them in the bud doesn't mean we shouldn't now either. We didn't stop them in Nepal and look what they're doing to us.

Do we wait until they're a political majority and appoint a commie PM?

There is indeed a cutoff line. CPI-Maoist are banned and the treatment you recommend is being meted out to them. The CPI parties which believe in the ballot and peaceful resolution of problems are still legitimate. The day we go after parties which are by and large peaceful is the day we slip into chaos, no better than the Emergency period, and possibly worse.

But that's the thing, yes they are peaceful for now, but can we guarantee they'll still be peaceful when they're a majority? Ropers and commies have that in common, smile and bide time. And by the time they're a majority, it'll be too late to do anything about it.

Ideally we should never have allowed them to be a party in the first place. Then we wouldn't have to worry about slipping into the chaos. If/when the commies get the national majority, then we'll say oh but they won the elections, so we can't do anything because chaos and emergency period. And it's not like there's no example either; Nepal has already shown what they do when they are a majority. Thinking back, wouldn't it have been far easier if we had never allowed them to exist in Nepal in the first place? For once I hope we be pro-active rather than re-active.

True. The communist parties in India (mainly in states like Kerala where they have some clout) have aligned with the Islamists using the excuse of 'secularism'. In the guise of preventing 'communal forces', the commies are hand in glove with the Islamic radicals. A case in point is the arrest of two young men in Kerala. The two openly worked for CPI(M), were said to be CPI(ML) workers on the side which was also a cover for their pro-Islamist ideas as well. Unfortunately for them (and K.P) the NIA came looking for them.

Sir, looks like you have great hope on the commies and their idea of 'freedom'. Then sample this statement from MA Josephine, the Chair person of Women's commission in Kerala . If this is the kind of "socialism" the commies want to propagate in India, then god save the Indians. This statement is from a person holding a government appointment drawing a salary from public funds, which adds more beauty to it.

Bogus argument. Communists are only biding their time. They actively ally with anti-national forces and try to trigger civil war by instigating Muslims. It is a rabidly anti-Hindu force. How does their presence in India benefit the Hindus? You are claiming we should tolerate the intolerant in the name of tolerance. Also, please do some research on how and when the word "socialist" was inserted into the constitution.

Over 13,000 Mobile Phones Of Chinese Manufacturer Vivo Found Using The Same IMEI Number

In a startling revelation, Meerut police have unearthed that over 13,000 mobile phones of Chinese Smartphone manufacturer brand Vivo in the country are running on same International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number, reports Jansatta.

The police said that a case has been registered against the mobile phone manufacturer.

According to Meerut SP (city) Akhilesh N Singh, the matter came to light when a Sub-Inspector gave his mobile phone to the staff at cyber crime cell for examination, as the new phone was not working properly despite being repaired.

The cyber cell found out that the same IMEI number was running in over 13,000 mobiles in different states of the country. As per reports, the cell sent a notice to top officials at Vivo India. However, the Meerut Police was not satisfied with the response to the notice.

It should be noted that as per new TRAI rules, a single IMEI number cannot be active on more than one mobile number. The gross negligence by the smartphone manufacturer is in gross violation of the said rules on one hand, while on other it can be misused by unscrupulous elements to carry out illegal activities.

India's options on the border would always be limited due to internal issues. Due to election based leadership, it would be tough to have any long term institutions to clean up internal issues. The ground reality of not having enough police force still hasn't been solved. And not to mention secondary personnel like fire departments and medical forces. Military is more than capable of holding it's own on the border but will the internals hold to allow long fight? There's more than enough traitor population and elected officials representing them.

A South African anti-racism campaign, the inexplicable presence of Congress leader Anand Sharma and how Indian interests may be compromised
Interestingly, the Muslim victimhood was not just being played in India. Even in the USA, the killing of George Floyd saw Islamists trying to take advantage of the situation. In the USA, chants of ‘La Illaha Ilallallah’ were heard during the violent protests as well.

The Congress party, which has squarely aligned itself with Islamists and Communists launched a very dangerous game in the wake of this dynamic geopolitical situation.

Yesterday, South-Africa launched an ‘anti-racism campaign’ led by President Ramaphosa.
For context, the alliance partners of ANC, which is the ruling party of South Africa are South African Communist Party (SACP) and COSATU (Congress of South African Trade Unions).
What President Ramaphosa said during the launch of the anti-racist campaign
President Ramaphosa, while rightly standing up for African-Americans and for equal rights of all of humanity, made some problematic statements during his opening speech. Speaking about toxic superiority, he spoke about the so-called discrimination against the Rohingya Muslims. Further, he spoke about the “continued occupation of Palestine by Israel” and the cultural superiority that leads to the denial of Palestine’s “right to self-determination”.
It has been evident for a while that Congress has given up on defeating Prime Minister Modi with domestic support. Their pro-Islamist, pro-Communist stand, their constant undermining of national interests and an endless string of scams have lost them the favour of the voters. Recently, it is becoming increasingly clear that Congress is now going international and banking on foreign interference in India’s internal affairs to defeat PM Modi politically. Whether it was Mani Shankar Aiyar going to Pakistan and asking them to remove PM Modi and instal the Congress, or Congress leaders joining hands with Islamists to target Hindus in the UAE or even George Soros starting a billion-dollar fund to fight ‘nationalists’. Congress is encouraging and furthering international interference in order to damage the Prime Minister. If one recalls, even the Rafale controversy that was completely the creation of Congress had its roots internationally.

This exploitation of George Floyd’s death seems to be just another piece of the puzzle.
What did Anand Sharma say once the launch of South Africa anti-racism campaign was over
Right after the digital show, Anand Sharma took to Twitter to question India and its supposed silence on the brutality on George Floyd.

@AnandSharmaINC
Stand up, my fellow Indians, for Justice and human rights.

The text that was attached with the image where Anand Sharma questioned India (read as PM Modi) read, “Stand up, my fellow Indians, for Justice and human rights”.
How Congress is trying to undermine Indian interests
The favourite argument of the Congress to shield itself is to assert that the politician was there in an individual, personal capacity and not representing the Indian National Congress. One suspects that if questions are raised about Anand Sharma’s involvement with South Africa, the same argument would be thrown around. However, it is important to know that during his speech, Sharma repeatedly invoked Indian National Congress and thus, it can be safely concluded that Anand Sharma was indeed there representing the Indian National Congress and was not there due to his personal connections to South Africa.
Anand Sharma’s tweet after speaking at the launch of the anti-racism campaign of South Africa reveals Congress’ intentions
As discussed in the beginning of the article. Congress and its allies, allies like Aakar Patel, Harsh Mandar, Swara Bhaskar etc have already started the clamour not only equating African-Americans with Indian Muslims but also demanding for similar protests to be held in India. One has to recall that Congress was at the forefront of fomenting trouble during the violent protests against Citizenship Amendment Act, NRC and even the protests that led up to the brutal anti-Hindi Delhi riots in February.

From the tweet by Anand Sharma and the continuous ranting by elements close to Congress, like Harsh Mandar who was a part of Sonia Gandhi’s NAC that the Congress’ next move is to replicate the kind of ‘civil rights protests’ that are happening in America right now. Of course, the fact that the rampant looting, vandalism and arson are being done by ANTIFA extremists doesn’t seem to be a concern for the Congress since clearly Congress has long ago decided to ally with Communists and Islamists.

At this point, it would certainly seem like Congress is trying to undermine India-US ties, get India to interfere in the internal law and order situation of the US, undermine India’s interests in South Africa and bring the US style violent protests in India.

Posting this during Galwan crisis we need collection of all the esteem orators who make anti India posts and claims

S Swamy posting this at time of this, he was and always will be a snake :

US media sources[e.g., NYT] say China has scrapped the agreement with India made last year on Doklam-which India had claimed as a "victory" - China withdrawing its military from Bhutan. Now sources say Chinese PLA has re-entered Doklam. MEA must clarify or say it is baseless.

I can totally relate to this person :rotfl: :rotfl: .
When the first McD opened near the national highway in Palakkad many years back. My relatives took us to the newly inaugurated facility . While, munching Happy meal the main topic of discussion among the seniors was how capitalism was destroying the local culture and farming. Keralites and communism is the bulwark against the evil capitalism. Ironically, my well off relatives discussing this made a fortune in gelf working for Evil Haliburton and Bechtel.

Looks like the 8-UP cops including a DSP walked into an ambush.

https://www.indiatoday.in/india/story/k ... 2020-07-03
At least eight police personnel of Uttar Pradesh Police, including a deputy superintendent of police, were killed in an encounter with criminals in Kanpur in the wee hours of Friday. The encounter took place when the police team was approaching to arrest Vikas Dubey, a history-sheeter facing 60 criminal cases, in Dikru village under Chaubeypur police station, police said.

Four police personnel who were injured in the encounter are being treated at a hospital. An investigation into the Kanpur encounter case has begun.

Opposition is going to have a field day pinning the blame on the Yogi govt.

It shows that UP police require a reform. The time of using danda is gone and time to re-train them with latest local rifles and protection wares. At least get in place some special crack teams for high-risk actions like black cats of Punjab Police.

It would be a tough task for the opposition to blame the CM Yogi for this. Because no HM or CM would be sitting and micromanaging the policing to such a detailed extent. At a Govt. level Yogi can order an internal enquiry on why this incident happened and compensate the families of the dead police men. He may have the task for uplifting the morale of the force.

All it shows is that senior officials like the Dist. Superindent of Police or his immediate juniors did not plan the operation well. The intelligence on these criminals was also not accurate. It could also be that the Dy.SP decided to tackle the criminal in the usual fashion, NOT expecting him to retaliate strongly. The police often do make such wrong assumptions hoping that their own uniforms (and a very feeble fear of law) would make criminals surrender with out resistance.

From what I understand; local police i.e the folks who actually operate out of police stations are generally NOT trained or equipped to conduct any out of the way jobs. Some states have commando units for anti-terrorism raids etc (who could have been of use here) or more healthy, agile and better protected police men in the AR and training battalions.

It certainly looks like it is the case. From the videos the house in question is surrounded by fields, with a narrow approach road blocked by an earth mover to prevent vehicular movement by the cops. The entire area was hooked up with CCTV cameras. Looks like Dubey had an internal tip off. Hindi media says that after the scuffle the CO of the operation was pulled inside and shot point blank in the head Link. Many police weapons were taken by the goons.
It is not clear from the media reports whether there was any retaliatory firing from the cops and if any criminals were also hit. If the resulting police counter action leaves a string of bodies (criminals or their associates) in their wake, expect some more hungama from the opposition.

As per reports this team was a combination of people from three local thanas. They are good enough for small time gangsters / bike thief / snatchers etc, but ill equipped and trained to face hardened criminals. To me looks like an ill conceived plan or the inputs police had were bad. STF could have been a better choice.

As per this link, the policeman including DSP were executed. Yogi ji needs to make an example of this criminal and his associates.

Another point coming out is that most of the officers who knew about vikas were recently transferred, including ssp and dig. The new ones had no personal experience with him.
