Amazing control INC and the assorted forces where they are able to turn on and off riots in a flick despite being out of power in both the state in question and the centre

Part of it with the help of the Shiv Sena, who also stood to gain by deflecting the bad attention they (BMC) got due to the recent fire incident at the Mumbai pub

No evidence for 'love jihad' in Kerala, says Home dept. (Mathrubhumi: English)
As per this report said to be done by the Kerala Police Intelligence wing (with assistance from Central agencies; don't know what means), 7299 non-Muslims converted to Islam from 2011-2016 time frame.1216 is the number in 2017 alone.Majority of them decided to follow Islam under the influence of some people in their close circles.[sic]. Thrissur district is the top scorer in this count, with Palakkad coming a close second (both districts are in Central Kerala).

The same news paper also had a report in Malayalam, which gives out more statistical numbers.
No Jihad, Only Love (Mathrubhumi: Malayalam)
  • 65 % of conversions are from nuclear families.
  • 61% converted due to reasons of love. 12% due to broken families. 6% for social recognition ( ).
  • 17% of converted came from CPI(M),1% from CPI (Communist ideological) background. 8% from INC. 2% from BJP.
  • 82% converted from Hindu religious background. 17% from Christian background.
  • Among the Hindu converts, 64.4% were from OBC/Ezhava caste background, Nairs 10%, Scheduled cast 7.3%, Brahmins 0.7%.
The higher numbers from CPI(M) background, plus the caste %-age kind of clearly shows that such conversions are happening from the actual cadre/vote bank of commies. Akhila @ Hadiya is the perfect example.

Recently a UP Policeman was killed in an armed encounter with gangsters in UP.
What type of weapons are issued to the UP Police to handle such incidents?

Intelligence services indicates Naxals behind Koregoan violence.
Over last week of 2017 meetings were held in Pune & Mumbai by Yalgar Council which is a naxal front in urban India.
Even a senior woman naxal commander was present.
Objective of stir was to use Dalit as front but use naxal cadres to destroy govt property as much as possible.
Raise a narrative : 'सबक दिया है भीमा-कोरेगांव ने, नई पेशवाई दफना दो कब्रिस्तान में।'
gist: Term new govt in Delhi as Peshwai and use Dalit to bury them.
Many journalists like NIkhil Wagle, portals like The Wire (commie) have been spreading venom as to how this govt is anti Dalit.
Wagle was personally present at Juhu police station through out agitation and tweeting Dalit has been arrested not a saffron guy..when will you wake up Dalit..

It seems like TSP Pigs are now using Armour Piercing rounds. Apparently, in the recent Srinagar CRPF attacks, such rounds were used which punctured through lightly armoured jeeps & BPs. ISI is upping their game with supplying terrorist pigs with AP rounds.

Time for mortars, rockets and shells payback then. Perhaps incendiary weapons against pigs in coin operations will mean that they are burned to ash and do not occupy our land after death.

Sachin, What type of protective gear is issued to Police when they deal with armed criminals.

Constable Ankit Tomar's death appears avoidable.
It hurts a lot to see his picture on Twitter.

if they were using the standard AK series, the AP rounds most easily available for these weapons are usually chinese made. There is an increasingly worrisome trend of han weaponry making its presence felt in cashmere and some inputs indicate that the hans are beginning to weigh in on cashmere in roles other than merely observing.

It depends from state to state. Many state police forces (and CPFs) have started outfitting their men with good weapons and protective gear. The standard police station level weapon seems to be the .303 SMLE rifle, but all most all states now have dedicated Armed/Commando battalions who are to be used for such anti-insurgency actions. And they would also be better armed.

From what I have observed so far; any state which generally sees lots of insurgency/terrorist actions invariably also has a poor state police force. And when I say "poor" it could be due to low morale, corruption, poor recruitment process, poor training standards, and poor operating style. And we all know that anti-nationals like Naxals generally operate in poorly developed places any ways. A state which has a corrupt or lethargic police force, generally also seems to be corrupt & lethargic in all other areas well (and changing this 'way of life' would take time).

Not to belittle any state, or group of people. Orissa as a state do see Naxal strong holds in their areas (bordering AP). They invariably have to summon the AP police forces (like Gray hounds) to deal with the naxals. It took a very planned operation from TN Police to finish a menace like Veerappan who actually operated in two states (TN & KA).

I don't get why all this has to be revealed. This is heights of self gratifying idiocy on part of the investigating agencies. So they want to give away all the tips and tricks to wannabe terrorists so they dont commit mistakes. And media gladly carries it.

NRC Assam update. 19 million declared legal residents. About 13 million being verified. Reports claim that 6-7 million will be declared illegal. IB reports that illegals are already moving to other parts of India specially WB. They will try to disappear in the ghettos. GOI needs to swiftly finish verification, update electoral rolls, set-up detention centers and start negotiations with Bdesh for deportation. Otherwise the exercise will be futile.

As soon as these beedis deposit the money in their banks, they will be back once again.

We are not a signatory to the UNHRC refugee nonsense.

Why do we have their offices in India??

they are issuing refugee cards to the illegal rohingiyas to stay put in India. How come??

We should boot them out ASAP.

Varanasi: In a shocking incident, a 'mini city' has been discovered under the ground not far away from famous Kashi Vishwanath temple on Monday.
The underground settlement was discovered in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's constituency by SSP RK Bharadwaj while he was on patrol after midnight.
A shocked captain lambasted the local police and asked them to prepare a report on the entire area immediately.
The work was going on of a settlement underground near the Kashi Vishwanath temple, which has always been a target of terror group's, and the development authorities, municipal administration and the police were completely unaware of it.
There have been reports of intelligence agency failure in the constituency as well.
The matter came to light when the SSP was inspecting the progress of the order of removing settlements that were encroaching in the Dalmandi area.
Bharadwaj noticed a faint light from a padded basement in front of Hafeez Mosque where the work in the basement was underway.
When he entered the old house he found out that there was an arrangement for parking as well. The police and Bharadwaj were in shock. The construction began at Dalmandi and ended on the Beniya Park road. When they took a closer look, they saw that there were 40 settlements constructed one after another.
Bharadwaj started the investigation and what awaited them was shocking. A market-like area was being made in the basement and there were a large number of containers kept. The area near the mosque is also being dug up.
SSP Bharadwaj said that this kind of situation is indeed dangerous as there were no signs of a whole market being set up under Dalmandi area.
He said that police will take all the needed actions and a letter to higher authorities is also being written.

Unbelievable!!!.

IA lose precious lives preventing infiltration and the MEA lets them in without restraint or care.

Enough of this people to people nonsense and the subvesive actions of the MEA.

Take full biometrics of the pakis and the beedis, ensure that they have verified adhar identified sponsors in India, take a deposit of 10 Lakhs from each visa seeker and his/her sponsor and send the pakis / beedis back in a month.

Allot 1000 visas per country per month and issue only those many as the number who have returned the previous month.

Get rid of the medical visas all together.

Security is more important than the so called "goodwill" of your sworn enemies.

Threat of Pakistan and Bangladesh’s spying network in India

Threat of Pakistan and Bangladesh’s spying network in India

Government of India should train the population of border areas to identify and catch possible ISI infiltrators.

Shubham Verma @theshubhamv

17-04-2017

A few days ago, Pakistan kidnapped a retired Indian Navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav from Iran and has tried to brand him as a spy. The case is now in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. On one side, Pakistan has caught an old Navy officer in the name of spying, while on the other hand Pakistan is involved in much breaking India activities on the Indian Territory in a much larger scale. We all know that terrorism is increasing in the world and Islamic state is spreading their nefarious ideas in the Middle East. It is an alarming situation for India because it is one of the most populous country and contains second largest Muslim population in the world. The situation is alarming because Islamic state is trying to radicalize Muslim youth by sending their preachers to all countries. From, America to Europe whole world is facing this problem of terrorism because of radicalization of youngsters of a certain community.

Now, why is the situation in India is alarming? The answer comes from the recent events in our Rajya Sabha. Renowned intellectual, MP and BJP Vice president, Dr Vinay Sahasrabuddhe has asked these questions in the Rajya Sabha related to overstaying of Pakistani and Bangladeshi tourists and the answer given by Minister Kiren Rijiju is shocking. I am sharing these questions and answers in this article to show you why these figures are shocking:

Questions by Dr. Vinay P.Sahasrabuddhe:

How many Pakistani and Bangladeshi nationals were issued Visas under various categories during 2014-15 ?

Whether Government has any record to state as to how many of them have returned to their own countries after the expiry of their Visa, if not, the reasons there for ?

Answer given by minister of state in the ministry of home affairs:
(SHRI KIREN RIJIJU) (Date: 5.04.2017)

(a) The number of visas issued under various categories to Pakistan and Bangladesh nationals during the years 2014 and 2015 are as follows:

Year Pakistan Bangladesh
2014 94993 652919
2015 77543 751044

(b) The numbers of Pakistan and Bangladesh nationals who overstayed and later departed during the period 1.1.2014-31.12.2015 are as follows:

Country Overstayed Departed after overstay
Pakistan 48510 12200
Bangladesh 20870 8387

The data clearly shows that in 2014-15, 48510 Pakistani nationals who came to India on Visa, overstayed in India out of which 12200 were caught and departed while others are absconding. Similarly, 20870 Bangladeshi nationals who came to India on Visa, overstayed in India out of which 8387 were caught and departed while others are absconding. It is an alarming situation for India because 36,310 Pakistanis and 12483 Bangladeshis are absconding in the Indian Territory.

Our soldiers are fighting hard in the borders to stop Pakistani and Bangladeshi infiltration. On the one hand, these soldiers are guarding our borders sacrificing their lives and families, while on the other hand more than 50,000 infiltrators have entered in India through Visa and have absconded. Now, no one knows their intentions and, their locations cannot be traced. It is a big security concern for our nation which was rightly raised by Dr Vinay Sahasrabuddhe in Rajya Sabha. The Government is looking prominent into fighting terrorism and they are doing great work in securing our borders, but they also need to look into this matter seriously because we cannot ignore the possibility that some of these infiltrators could be terrorists or spies.

As published in the book ‘Pakistan’s Network of terror in India’ by SK Ghosh, two lakh Pakistani nationals visit India every year. Many among them go underground and settle down in India unnoticed. There has been a good deal of laxity on the part of our police and security staff in this regard. In some cases, ISI uses the underground Pakistanis as its agents. Passengers of Thar express, which comes from Pakistan should be checked thoroughly and there is a need to increase number and efficiency of custom officers who check the passengers of Thar express at Munabao station. Pakistani’s indulge in activities that are linked to Pakistan’s game plan of expanding its activities into cities and towns. It is not that all are involves in subversive activities. But ISI agents blackmail these persons to act as couriers and informers. More and more Pakistanis, who initially come to India as bonafide visitors are eventually signing up with subversive organizations.

The arrest and interrogation of ISI agents from Pakistan operating in different parts of India, over the years, have revealed that with the help of fundamentalist Muslim organizations, mushrooming in the country, hundreds of Indian Muslim youth have been recruited, trained in Pakistan, POK, and the neighboring Bangladesh and employed by the ISI for the purpose of spreading terrorism in India. These Indian Muslim youth are mostly from riot torn areas. They are illiterate, unemployed and come from poor families, mostly from cities. Not much is known about the number of such recruits, employed as they are as street children and live in dark and dingy ghettos.

Because of religious affinity and high wages paid by the ISI they are susceptible to the guiles of ISI agents. It is easy for the ISI agents to find shelter in the house of leaders of fundamentalist Muslim organizations, who negotiate with the families of the recruits. In this way, the fundamentalist Muslim organizations are maintained with money provided by the ISI. Madrasas, mushrooming in the country, are not infrequently used as recruiting centre’s for Indian Muslim youth by the ISI. Aalims, Fazils and Maulanas passing out from Madrasas find no employment, and consequently, they end up serving the cause of fundamentalist Muslim organizations. In recent years, Madrasas have been growing rapidly in the international border districts.

Nearly 3000 madrasas affiliated to the country’s largest Islamic seminary, Darul Uloom, Deoband, have decided to shun any government aid for modernisation and to stay away from modern teaching- “We are not in favour of mixing religious teachings with modern teachings. We are devoted fully to religious teachings. We are for ‘deen ka ilm’ and ‘deen ki hifazat’ (religious teachings and protection of religion). For other modern subjects, there are other institutions,” Nomani told The Indian Express on Wednesday. From where, this type of Arabisation and fundamentalism is coming in the minds of Indian minority institutions? This needs to be checked by security agencies to save our minority youths from being radicalized.

It is not just the activities the Pakistani visitors are indulging in that should be a cause for worry. What the ministers of home and external affairs need to put their heads together on now is the ease with which the VISA holders manage to give the police a slip. Both Pakistan and India, grant only city specific VISA to each other’s nationals, who are required to report to the Foreigner’s Registration office within 24 hours of their arrival. They also have to inform the authorities of any onward journey to another city 24 hours before the departure. Yet, Pakistani visitors manage to overstay and even go underground. In several cases, they are arrested from places, often sensitive border area like Jaisalmer and Barmer, which are not mentioned on their Visas.

Examples of some incidents of espionage in India:

December 27, 2015: A Revenue Inspector, identified as Birbal Khan was arrested on charges of spying for Pakistan. Sources told there is possibility of a ‘huge network of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) spies’ being neutralised, adding that more arrests are likely in coming days. The youth detained on was taking photographs of the preparations of the Indian Air Force’s soon-to-be-held Iron Fist exercise at the highly sensitive Chandan field firing range in Jaisalmer. He was also clicking photographs of other sensitive areas nearby.

February 25, 2013: The computer-savvy Sumer Khan was arrested near Pokhran’s Chandan firing range in Jaisalmer for passing on information on the airbase of the Indian Air. During interrogation Khan, who was allegedly passing on information to Pakistan for the past three years, is believed to have told the investigators that he was getting classified documents from Surendra posted with the foreign desk’s dispatch section of the Union home ministry.

Khan was caught after his calls and e-mails to Pakistan were intercepted by intelligence sleuths.

A native of Karmu-ki-Dhani, a hamlet close to the Chandan airbase, he also kept track of army movements in the range and had visited Pakistan in 2011 and 2012. He was trained in identifying vehicles and war planes.

March 26, 2016: At least 35 Pakistani nationals were held by the Rajasthan Police for having incomplete documents in Ramdevra District.

The list is long but these are few examples which can prove that the situation is alarming in India and we need to handle it with care and precision. The home ministry statement given in Rajya Sabha while replying to the question of Dr Vinay P. Sahasrabuddhe is:

“Law enforcing agencies maintain a vigil to intercept the foreigners overstaying in India. In genuine cases, where the overstay is unintentional or because of ignorance or under compelling circumstances, the period of overstay is regularized and visa extension fee is charged for the overstay period. Where the overstay is found to be intentional, the foreigner is served with Leave India Notice and penalty/visa fee for the period of overstay is charged as per instructions. Legal action under Foreigners Act is also taken based on merit of each case which includes placing the name of the foreigners in the Black List.”

There is no doubt that incumbent government is taking necessary measures to stop infiltration and fighting terrorism, but government should also train the population of border areas to identify and catch these infiltrators. The people, by and large are not aware of the ISI and its modus operandi. Education of local people is of urgent necessity and this must be arranged in every city and town, big and small, throughout the country. Good intelligence can prevent many deaths.

Srinagar central jail — A paradise for terrorists.

The security lapse that led to the escape of Pakistani Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Naveed Jat from Srinagar Central jail on Tuesday was waiting to happen.

From smartphones with internet data packs to Kashmiri 'wazwan' mutton delicacies, all luxuries of the free world are available to inmates in the jail where several dreaded terrorists have been lodged.

Jail sources told the TOI that every rule in the book is brazenly flouted in the prison, with little or no intervention from higher authorities in the state government.

For example, Kashmir media regularly gets press releases of Qasim Faktu alias Ashiq Faktu, who is undergoing conviction in Srinagar Central jail for the killing of human right activist H N Wanchoo. One of the top terrorist undergoing life imprisonment is often visited by dozens of devotees who consider him a godman and receive 'taveez' (amulets) from him, sources said.

Convicted militant leaders openly use cell phones to keep in touch with their associates in other jails and their organizations both in Kashmir and across the border in Pakistan. The 2010 unrest, according to sources, was also orchestrated from within the Central jail by the dreaded anti-India Islamist separatist Masarat Alam using mobile phones.

Official sources revealed that a pharmacist, Mansoor Ahmad, has been posted in Central jail for the last ten years and developed a close rapport with the inmates. Mansoor, according to sources, helps the jailed terrorists with medical consultation and check-ups in various Srinagar hospitals.

Dr Zeenat Nizami, the medical officer who referred Naveed Jat and five other inmates for a medical check-up in SMHS hospital, has been on the jail duty for over three years. Along with her, the health department has also posted Dr Sajjad Ahmad, who is supposedly sick and remains on leave often, sources said.

The militants are also known to get 'wazwan' (Kashmiri cuisine) mutton dishes inside the jail. Almost ten years ago, CRPF conducted a crackdown on the jail and recovered mutton choppers and knives for mincing and making 'kebabs' and dozens of cell phones. However, the crackdown did not change anything in the jail.

Sources said such lavish treatment of militants in Central jail was extended under the patronage of the jail superintendent Hilal Ahmad Rather. However, the superintendent, who has risen from ranks, denied the charges and said, "We follow the jail menu strictly. There is no question of allowing the use cell phone inside the jail premises," he said.

Srinagar central jail, however, is not an exception where jailed terrorists enjoy all the facilities. Last year in August, police recovered twenty cell phones and some incriminating material from Baramulla sub-jail.

Jammu and Kashmir health minister Bali Bhagat told TOI that he would inquire as to how the pharmacist had been working in the jail for over a decade and the female doctor for last three years. "All the medical staff deputed to the central jail would be shifted," the minister said. (Just shifted , not punished for their involvement)

A top police officer said that prima facie it appeared that there is connivance between the entire jail staff including the doctors and paramedics that led to escape of Naveed from the jail. Investigations will reveal everything soon, he said.

A day after two cops were killed in a terror attack at the Srinagar SMHS hospital, the doctor at Kashmir central jail — Dr Zeenat — and a pharmacist, Mansoor Ahmad, were removed from duty by the government on Wednesday for the security breach that led to the escape of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) militant from Pakistan, Mohammad Naveed Jati alias Abu Hanzullah.

An FIR has been registered in the attack and a probe is underway, said the government.

On Wednesday, Hizbul Mujahideen chief of south Kashmir — Riyaz Naikoo — uploaded an audio recording on social media, claiming that the two terrorists who had been sent to free Jati, had reached their destination safely.

Demanding a clarification about the security lapse, the opposition members protested in the legislative assembly.

I don't get why all this has to be revealed. This is heights of self gratifying idiocy on part of the investigating agencies. So they want to give away all the tips and tricks to wannabe terrorists so they dont commit mistakes. And media gladly carries it.
To committed terrorists, this info will be out anyway because its part of the court proceedings which are not secret. Even if secret, the terrorists lawyer has to know this evidence and usually, the lawyers are part of the terror group. For lone wolf types trying to setup new organizations, this will be new information and they will modify their behavior accordingly.

Convicted militant leaders openly use cell phones to keep in touch with their associates in other jails and their organizations both in Kashmir and across the border in Pakistan. The 2010 unrest, according to sources, was also orchestrated from within the Central jail by the dreaded anti-India Islamist separatist Masarat Alam using mobile phones.

...
Cellphones and visits are too much, but I dont think letting them over eat and become fat unfit pumpkins is too bad. Many of them will be released due to our court procedures anyway.. Making them completely unfit to take up arms again is a good thing. They should be bumped off in the first place, but if in jail, death/neutralization by over eating is preferable to the release of a hardened terrorist.

Yes it's a false alarm

https://localpress.co.in/2018/02/fake-m ... rive-hoax/

Doesn't mean it isn't a security threat in its own way.

Forwarding this sort of message on WA could serve the terrorists (and their internal and external masters) in many ways. Create panic. Increase workload on the security forces and civic administrations. Increase pressure on civic services and telecom networks. Finally, after many such incidents of fake alerts, create a desensitization and confusion that will take its toll when a real attack comes.

Agreed. I never forward such messages and when they appear in my groups always ask for authentication and no forwarding. Fortunately most people in my groups tend to be sensible folk and the instances have come down to almost nil. It also helped that the local government Dept. The police etc were more active on social media to quash such mischief.

Main bomber in 2008 Delhi blasts nabbed in Nepal
NEW DELHI: Indian intelligence agencies have nabbed Mohammad Ariz Khan, aka Junaid, a prominent Indian Mujahideen member and the alleged main executioner of the 2008 serial blasts in Delhi, Jaipur and Ahmedabad that killed 165 people and left more than 535 injured.
Ariz had managed to escape from the Batla House flat during the 2008 police encounter in which inspector Mohan Chand Sharma was shot dead. Intelligence agencies caught up with Ariz in Nepal, where he was held along with an aide, Abdul Subhan Qureshi, aka Tauqeer.

Ariz, an expert bomber, has been handed over to the Delhi Police. He carried a reward of Rs 15 lakh and an Interpol red-corner notice had been issued against him.

Swinging between India, Nepal and Saudi Arabia, Ariz had managed to dodge investigators for around a decade before he and Tauqeer were spotted in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, by sleuths of an intelligence analysis unit in December 2016.

On September 13, 2008, Ariz and his associate had allegedly planted IEDs at M-Block Market, Greater Kailash and other places in Delhi. Around 30 people were killed and over 100 were injured in the serial blasts that occurred at the GK market, Karol Bagh and Connaught Place. Four unexploded IEDs were later recovered from Connaught Place, India Gate and Parliament Street.

Ariz and Tauqeer returned to Nepal in March 2017 and have been in that country since. Indian agencies finally closed in on them last December. While Tauqeer was brought to India in early January, Delhi Police formally arrested Ariz from Banbasa, on Indo-Nepal border, on Tuesday. A third suspect is also being questioned and is likely to be arrested in the coming days, sources said.

So its not a dramatic fall then. I read in zee news a couple of days that WB Govt is trying to close hundreds of 'RSS' schools. Violence comes in many forms....conversion and intimidation like this is mental violence. Even more dangerous than physical violence.
