The Islamic Emirate of England, held Scotland, Wales and English Administered Ireland aka UK discovers that the inevitable downside of permitting the running of Mohammadden belief based schools is that students get indoctrinated to follow intolerant practices:

Isn't it just precious that the genocidal arab nations that have wiped out every non muslim minority groups to extinction in their own territories (and in others) now want to go after myanmar for "genocide". China will veto any such move, so these arab nations can go eff themselves.

Meanwhile Modern Tokyo Times reports that birds of the Abrahamic feather gather together to do down the Indic’s be they in Myanmar or in the Chittagong Hill Tracts of Bangladesh.

Article from Modern Tokyo Times titled “Pope and the Muslim card: Pity the Buddhists and Hindus of the Chittagong Hill Tracts and Rakhine”:
The current Pope is out of touch with many Europeans who fear Sunni Islamization in parts of many major cities. At the same time, growing Sunni Islamic terrorism is killing people in several European nations and vast numbers of people from the Sunni Muslim faith are being monitored based on links to terrorist activities. Therefore, it was no surprise that the Pope would play the “Muslim card” in Bangladesh by siding with the Bengali Muslim narrative by stating a fake ethnic name.

On top of this, the Pope had a great chance to raise the awareness of the plight of mainly Buddhist and Hindu tribal groups of the Chittagong Hill Tracts and the indigenous Buddhists of Rakhine. However, unsurprisingly, the Pope said nothing publicly in front of the international media about mass Bengali Muslim migration to the Chittagong Hill Tracts in Bangladesh. Hence, while Islamization by stealth is happening based on the land grab by Bengali Muslims in the Chittagong Hill Tracts, it seems that the Roman Catholic Church is more concerned about appeasing Islam and playing the Sunni Islamist narrative. ………………………….

The Islamic Emirate of England, held Scotland, Wales and English Administered Ireland aka UK’snewspaper Daily Mirror reports that 9 Terrorist Plots have bee3n foiled since the Westminster attack in March 2017.

The Daily Mirror then goes on to surmise that all the 9 Terrorist Plots were prospective acts of Mohammadden Terrorism given that MI5 Director General Andrew Parker’s “presentation at Cabinet focused solely on Islamist terror”:
Nine terror plots foiled since the Westminster attack in March 2017 - among 22 foiled since 2013 murder of Fusilier Lee Rigby

The Government has revealed nine terror plots against the UK have been foiled since the Westminster attack in March 2017.

Home Secretary Amber Rudd said these were part of 22 thwarted plots since the murder of Lee Rigby on May 2013.

It came after Andrew Parker, the head of MI5, revealed the figure during a presentation to Theresa May and the Cabinet. ………………………………

Mr Parker's presentation at Cabinet focused solely on Islamist terror, suggesting all the foiled attacks were Islamist-inspired rather than far-right or by dissident Irish republicans. ………………………….

Manchester Arena bomber's friend found guilty of being Islamic State sniper

A close friend of the Manchester bomber has been found guilty of being an Islamic State sniper after he was identified in official IS documents obtained by Sky News.

Mohammed Abdallah, 26, from Manchester, travelled to Syria with three friends in July 2014.

His wheelchair-bound brother Abdalraouf, 24, stayed in the UK and directed them from the family home in Moss Side, south Manchester.

Abdallah spent two years fighting for the terror group in the Middle East before returning to the UK in September 2016 and being arrested at Heathrow Airport.

The Old Bailey heard that Abdallah was known to the authorities after Sky News obtained thousands of documents containing names, addresses and contact details of registered IS fighters.

Abdallah's form was one of thousands of files passed on to counter-terrorism officers at Scotland Yard, and was the primary evidence used to convict him. It was the first prosecution of its kind.

Speaking after the conviction, head of North West Counter Terrorism Dominic Scally said: "The file itself and being able to attribute that to Mohammed Abdallah was a really important piece of evidence for us."

The trial heard that the Abdallah brothers learned their fighting skills when they fought for anti-Gaddafi forces in the 2011 Libyan uprising.

The younger of the Abdallahs - Abdalraouf - was shot and paralysed fighting in the conflict.

The battle-hardened brothers hatched a plan with their friends upon their return to Manchester to join IS.

Abdallah travelled from Manchester to the Middle East in the summer of 2014 with three other men from south Manchester - Nezar Khalifa, 27, Raymond Matimba, 28, and Stephen Gray, 34, who previously served with the RAF in Iraq.

Gray, who was stopped and arrested at a Turkish border in 2014, and Abdalraouf Abdallah, both from Moss Side, were jailed in 2016 after being convicted of terror offences.

During Mohammed Abdallah's three-week trial, jurors were shown an IS registration form containing his name, nickname, date of birth and nationality and previous experience which all matched.

The file showed that he was listed as a "fighter" and specialised as a "sniper".

The supermarket worker-turned-jihadist was found guilty of being member of a proscribed organisation, receiving £2,000 for terrorism and possessing a firearm.

Bulgaria Allergic To Jihad, Sharia And Caliphate :D

Bulgarian Parliament Moves to Criminalise Radical Islam, Support of Jihad, Sharia, Caliphate
The Bulgarian parliament has moved to criminalise the promotion of radical Islam, including advocating a caliphate, religious violence, and sharia law.The legislature adopted the amendments to the nation’s criminal code aimed at tackling radical Islam on their first reading this Wednesday.
They were proposed by a nationalist electoral alliance called the United Patriots (UP).Promoting any ideology of violence or one threatening the law and constitution of the nation could be punishable with one to five years in jail and a fine of around £2,000, the Bulgarian newspaper Dnevnik reports.
UP Member of Parliament Boris Yachev told the paper that the change in law was not aimed at targeting a religion but a dangerous ideology.
“Radical Islam is a particularly aggressive and dangerous ideology that justifies violence and the murder of [infidels],” he said, insisting it also excused “slavery and genocide” as a “systemic policy”.

Hindu Man Pays For His Life By Marrying A Muslim Women

Muslim woman weds Hindu man, both killed
MEERUT: A Hindu-Muslim couple, recently married, was slain on Saturday morning. Their families were neighbours in a Hapur village, and the woman's kin had opposed the marriage. The couple was slain by the brothers of the woman. Apprehending that the situation would cause communal tension, a large number of security personnel have been deployed in the village. But whenever the opposite happens ( Muslim man, Hindu woman ) it is treated as a "victory" for Malsi !
This is the fifth incident of honour killing in a week in this region.
Saturday's incident occurred at Kuchesar Chaupalto village, which falls under the jurisdiction of Babugarh police station. Sources said Danista, 21, had been in a relationship with her neighbour Sonu Singh, 22. Since the woman knew her parents would never agree to a marriage, the two quietly got married at a civil court two months ago. The girl's relatives were unhappy with the development. On Friday night, the matter was taken up by the village panchayat, and the two were asked to stay away from each other.
On Tuesday, in Siwaya village, a Muslim woman who had marred a Dalit man was shot in the head by her brothers. The girl is still struggling for life at a Meerut hospital. Such persons made a mistake by staying behind and not migrating to Pakistan. The problem of marrying a "kaffir" does not exist there. But honour killings are dime a dozen

Pakistani-origin 'sex gangs' target white girls in UK: Report

LONDON: Gangs of Pakistani-origin men lure white girls with alcohol and drugs before raping and sexually abusing them as they fail to integrate within British society due to their Asian heritage, an anti-extremism think-tank has said in a new report.

The study by UK-based Quilliam group calls for greater government support to help integrate British Pakistani people into modern UK society.

"We began thinking we would debunk the media narrative that Asians are over-represented in this specific crime. But, when the final numbers came in we were alarmed and dismayed. For both of us being of Pakistani heritage, this issue is deeply personal and deeply disturbing," said Muna Adil, one of two authors of the report called 'Group Based Child Sexual Exploitation: Dissecting Grooming Gangs'.

Quilliam looked at 58 cases of grooming gangs identified in the UK between 2005 and 2017, which led to 264 convictions.

They discovered that 222 of those convicted, or 84 per cent, were men of Asian origin and mostly of Pakistani heritage. Only 22 were black and 18 were white with two offenders not having an identified ethnicity. The findings are in stark contrast to the fact that Asians make up only seven per cent of the UK population,
the study noted.

"There has been a lot of coverage of grooming gangs recently, ranging from the politically correct, who don't want to talk about it, and the bigots who want to use it for hate. Not talking about it doesn't make the problem go away, and letting bigots hijack the debate creates further division in society. We as a society need to tackle this head on," noted Haras Rafiq, chief executive of Quilliam.

The study found that while girls from the Asian community were seen as "protected" because chastity was linked to "family honour", young white women were deemed "easy targets" and "open to sexual relationships with a little persuasion".

They also identified how men in the gangs had shared a common view of their sexual abuse, having collectively justified their behaviour, according to the new study quoted in the UK media.

"The notion that certain cultures are out of bounds when it comes to criticism is not just misguided and misinformed, but often allows the most vulnerable individuals from society to continue to be victimised and abused," the report notes.

Since 2011, groups of men - mostly of Pakistani origin - have been prosecuted for organised sex-grooming crimes against hundreds of girls across cities of England like Rochdale, Rotherham and Birmingham.

New York explosion an 'act of terror', suspect identified

NEW YORK: A man with a pipe bomb strapped to him set off the crude device in the subway near Times Square on Monday, injuring the suspect and three other people at the height of the morning rush hour.

The man and three others were being treated for non-life-threatening injuries in what the mayor and police labeled an attempted terror attack.

The explosion happened in an underground passageway under 42nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. The 7.30 am blast caused smoke to fill the passageway, which was crowded with throngs of Monday morning commuters.

Mayor Bill de Blasio and Police Commissioner James P O'Neill labeled it an attempted terror attack.

"Thank God the perpetrator did not achieve his ultimate goals," de Blasio said.

The suspect was identified as 27-year-old Akayed Ullah.

Law enforcement officials said he was inspired by the Islamic State group but had apparently not had any direct contact with the group. The officials said he lives in Brooklyn and may be of Bangladeshi descent. The officials spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because they were not authorised to speak publicly about the blast.

Authorities said the bomb was a low-tech explosive device attached to the man with Velcro and plastic ties. They were investigating how it was made.

A photo published by the New York Post showed a bearded man crumpled on the ground with his shirt apparently blown off and black soot covering his bare midriff. A police officer is holding the man's hands behind his back.

The explosion triggered a massive emergency response by police and firefighters both above and below ground, tangling subway and bus service at the nearby Port Authority bus terminal.

Fire officials said the suspect had burns to his hands and abodmen. The others who were injured suffered ringing in ears and headaches.

Elrana Peralta, a customer service worker for Greyhound, said she works in the Port Authority terminal complex near where the blast happened, but didn't hear the explosion.

"All we could hear was the chaos," she said. "We could hear people yelling, 'Get out! Get out! Get out!"'

John Miles, 28, from Vermont, was waiting for a bus to Massachusetts. He also didn't hear the blast, but saw police react.

"I didn't know what was going on. Officers were running around. I was freaking out," he said. There was an announcement that people should take their bags and leave. "They didn't incite panic. It was fairly orderly."

Video from above the "Crossroads of the World" showed lines of police and emergency vehicles, their lights flashing, lining the streets and no other vehicle traffic moving.

Everything around the Port Authority area was shut down -- a surreal scene of still at what would ordinarily be a bustling rush hour.

New Jersey Transit buses headed to the Port Authority were diverting to other locations. NJ Transit said buses were taking passengers to Secaucus and Hoboken, where they could take trains into the city.

Saudi Arabia lifts ban on cinemas: Government
RIYADH : Saudi Arabia on Monday lifted a decades-long ban on cinemas, part of a series of social reforms by the powerful crown prince. “Commercial cinemas will be allowed to operate in the kingdom as of early 2018, for the first time in more than 35 years,” the culture and information ministry said in a statement, adding that the government will begin licensing cinemas immediately. Did not know about this important "leap forward" which 200% confirms that different rules exist for different Abduls in this hermetically secretive country. While intermingling of male and female and free flowing alcohol are "enjoyed" by the "elite Abduls in halloween and valentine "celebrations" behind the four walls of a mini-palace, strict rules are being enforced in shopping males and streets for the unwashed Abduls to avoid these UnMalsic practices. Thank Allah for small mercies on this "historic" relaxation

Leap forward, my foot. Saudis will just censor the films severely -- they already do that in real time to cable TV shows. If you watch "friends" or some such show with adult themes on Saudi cable, you will find the screen going blank a few times during the show, when some censoring official pushes a button at a cable station to blank out a haraam scenes from cable TV in real time/live.

Associated Press article written by Kathy Gannon reports that in the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan those propagating Mohammadden belief are indulging in homosexual paedophilic activity:

Fear, shame preserve silence of abuse by clerics in Pakistan[/

An earlier Associated Press report, also by Kathy Gannon on the same unsavoury homosexual paedophilic antics of those teaching Mohammadden belief in the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the impunity they enjoy as most in the Islamic Republic are in the thrall of the notion that no institution of Mohammaddenism can be questioned:

Pakistan’s Islamic schools rife with child sex abuse that goes unpunished

If theses report are indeed true then given the early involuntary “initiation” of Madrassah products into homosexual activity at a tender age, would it not be logical to surmise that the motivatory 72 Virgins in Jannat waiting for suicide bombers on martyrdom missions should more correctly read 72 Virgin Males?

U.S. vetoes UN call for withdrawal of Trump Jerusalem decision Watch the Video of President Trump's Speech.

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - The United States was further isolated on Monday over President Donald Trump's decision to recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital when it blocked a United Nations Security Council call for the declaration to be withdrawn.

The remaining 14 council members voted in favour of the Egyptian-drafted resolution, which did not specifically mention the United States or Trump but which expressed "deep regret at recent decisions concerning the status of Jerusalem."

"What we witnessed here in the Security Council is an insult. It won't be forgotten," U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said after the vote, adding that it was the first veto cast by the United States in more than six years.

"The fact that this veto is being done in defence of American sovereignty and in defence of America's role in the Middle East peace process is not a source of embarrassment for us; it should be an embarrassment to the remainder of the Security Council," Haley said.

The U.N. draft resolution affirmed "that any decisions and actions which purport to have altered the character, status or demographic composition of the Holy City of Jerusalem have no legal effect, are null and void and must be rescinded in compliance with relevant resolutions of the Security Council."

Trump abruptly reversed decades of U.S. policy this month when he recognised Jerusalem as Israel's capital, generating outrage from Palestinians and the Arab world and concern among Washington's western allies.

"In the wake of the decision of the United States ... the situation has become more tense with an increase in incidents, notably rockets fired from Gaza and clashes between Palestinians and Israeli security forces," U.N. Middle East peace envoy Nickolay Mladenov told the Security Council ahead of the vote.

EMERGENCY GENERAL ASSEMBLY SESSION

Trump also plans to move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv. The draft U.N. resolution had called upon all countries to refrain from establishing diplomatic missions in Jerusalem.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked Haley and Trump for the veto in a video clip posted on his Facebook page.

Israel considers Jerusalem its eternal and indivisible capital and wants all embassies based there. Palestinians want the capital of an independent Palestinian state to be in the city's eastern sector, which Israel captured in a 1967 war and annexed in a move never recognised internationally.

Following the U.S. veto, Egypt's Foreign Ministry said Arab states, which had agreed earlier this month to seek a Security Council resolution, would meet to evaluate the situation to determine what their next steps might be.

Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki said the Palestinians would seek a rare emergency special session of the 193-member U.N. General Assembly on Trump's decision.

Under a 1950 resolution, an emergency special session can be called for the General Assembly to consider a matter "with a view to making appropriate recommendations to members for collective measures" if the Security Council fails to act.

Only 10 such sessions have been convened, and the last time the General Assembly met in such a session was in 2009 on Israeli actions in occupied Palestinian territories. Any outcome of such a session is non-binding, but carries political weight.

Big Brother watching: China's 'thought police' surveils, strikes fear in Muslim minority

NEW DELHI: Thousands belonging to a minority Muslim community in China's Xinjiang province have allegedly been whisked off to and detained in state-owned "political indoctrination centers" as the government cracks down on growing "Islamic terrorism" in the country, the Associated Press (AP) said in a report.

Over the past year, mass disappearance of Uighur Muslims has instilled fear in the hearts of the marginalised ethnic community, which has been influenced by radical Islamic extremism, claims the government. Inhabited by 10 million Turkic speaking Uighurs, Xinjiang's Uighur Autonomous Region now resembles a police state, with foot patrols, armored vehicles and round-the-clock surveillance tracking their every move.

Under the pretext of rooting out terrorism, the Chinese government has adopted a "strike hard" campaign following a series of attacks in 2013 and 2014 carried out by Uighur separatists. The Communist party has banned fasting during Ramzan, forbidden Azaan in state-sanctioned mosques, prohibited long beards and Islamic headwear and restricted use of the Turkic language. Harsh punishments are imposed for refusing to watch state TV or radio programmes.

The government has also adopted sophisticated surveillance systems, including a biometric data collection program which collates "three-dimensional portraits, voiceprints, DNA and fingerprints", the AP report said.

"If we don't do this, it will be like several years ago — hundreds will die," propaganda official Bao Changhui told AP.

Earlier in April, the Human Rights Watch condemned the move to ban dozens of Muslim names like 'Saddam' and 'Jihad' on the grounds that they could "exaggerate religious fervour". Children with banned names will not have access to public schools and other social benefits.

The Communist Party has denied allegations of religious discrimination, instead pointing to decades of economic investment in Xinjiang and concerted efforts, such as preferential college admissions, to bring the Uighur population into the mainstream.

It is a well-documented fact that Uighur Muslims have been fighting alongside the Taliban in Afghanistan and also joined ISIS and al-Qaeda in Syria and Iraq. However, Beijing has not offered any concrete evidence of a foreign-directed terrorist organization working against the Chinese state that would warrant the crackdown on ethnic Uighurs in Xinjiang.

Even as it takes a hard-line stance on perceived Islamic extremism at home, China remains mostly aloof to reports of terrorist safe havens being nurtured by all-weather-ally Pakistan. Despite mounting pressure from the US, Islamabad has refused to step up its fight against terrorism and "allows terror groups like the Haqqani Network, Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Muhammed (JeM) to operate freely from its soil", the Trump administartion said in a censorious report in July.

After endorsing the Xiamen declaration at the BRICS Summit 2017, which expressed concern for the first time on several Pakistan-based terror groups, China quickly backpedaled and attested to Islamabad's "clear conscience" and "great sacrifices" in its counter-terror efforts.

China has repeatedly blocked India's move to designate JeM chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist at the UN Security Council and also opposed calls for sanctions against 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed. Hitting out at Beijing's double standards on combating terrorism, India had said such actions only undermined the international community's resolve to fight terror. Just as Terroristani trained Uighur Terrorists are Terrorizing Xinjiang, soon Hafiz "Suar" Saeed will have his Terroristani "Non State Actors" join the Uighur Terrorists Brigade.

This, in spite of concerns about terror groups in Pakistan that Chinese intelligence believes has links to East Turkestan Islamic Movement, an influential separatist group in Uighur culture that has been designated as a terror outfit by the US and Britain.

Meanwhile, Uighur Muslims continue to live in the shadow of fear in Xinjiang, under a government that all but views them as the enemy. Big Brother is watching.

Driver arrested over 'deliberate' Melbourne SUV attack is 'Afghan-born Australian, 32, with mental health and drugs problems'

The driver arrested after a car was driven into pedestrians in Melbourne was a 32-year-old Australian of Afghan descent with a history of drug use and mental health problems, and there is no evidence to suggest a link with terrorism at this stage, police said.

Up to 19 people – including a preschool-aged child – are believed to have been injured, four critically, as a result of the white Suzuki SUV driving into crowds outside Flinders Street station just after 4.30pm (5.30am GMT).

Victoria Police earlier said the incident was a “deliberate act” but believe it was not a terror incident.

The driver of the car was detained by an off-duty police officer, who was later taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be critical.

Victoria Police chief Shane Patton told a press conference the driver had resisted arrest and there had been “somewhat of a fight between them”.

He added: “We have reviewed the footage and are satisfied that he was driving the car without anyone else present.

“He has be taken to hospital as a result of the incident, as has the police officer.

“He is a person known to Victoria Police. He has historical assault matters an has a history of drug use as well as mental health issues.

“We understand that was on a mental health plan and receiving treatment.”

He added: “We do not at this time have any intelligence to indicate that there is a connection to terrorism.

The second man held in connection with the incident was seen filming it on a mobile phone “and also had a bag that had some knives in it”, Mr Patton said, but it appears he may not be connected.

He added: “We don’t yet have any relationship established between the 24-year-old man who was taking a video, who was arrested at the scene, and the driver. In fact there may be no relationship between them.

“But, obviously, at a significant scene like this he was taken into custody because of the circumstances so we can explore it. It may well be that person is exonerated from any involvement in this in the end, and that’s probable at this stage.”

He was not known to police, Mr Patton added.

Daniel Andrews, premier of Victoria state, said four people were in a critical condition in hospital and 15 were in a stable condition.

A pre-school aged child was taken to the Royal Children’s Hospital for treatment for a non-life-threatening injury.

Emergency medical workers rushed to help victims struck by the vehicle (Australian Broadcast Corp/AP)

He told the press conference the city would not be “defined by these sorts of incidents”.

He added: “I am confident that we will go about our business and we will celebrate Christmas, we will be at the Boxing Day Test, Carols By Candlelight and we will spend what should be a joyous time with people that we love.

“But we will all spare a thought for those that have been touched and, indeed, ever changed by the evil and cowardly scenes in Flinders Street today.”

Witnesses described “people flying everywhere” while images from the scene showed a number of people receiving medical attention.

Police said they had “saturated” the area with officers as paramedics transported over a dozen people to city hospitals, while two people were being assessed by paramedics at the scene.

Social media images appeared to show a young man in jeans and a T-shirt being arrested by three police officers on the steps of the station, although it was unclear if he had been in the car.

A woman called Sue told 3AW radio: “As it (the car) approached this intersection… it just mowed everybody down, people were flying everywhere.”

Eyewitness Lachlan Read told the Herald Sun the whole incident lasted about 15 seconds.

He said: “It was bang, bang, bang. It was just one after the other.

“The last bang the car stopped. There were bodies on the ground and people running up to them – it was mayhem.

“It is definitely something you don’t expect to see on Flinders Street.”

Australia will now discuss with the Papua New Guinean government the building of a lasting memorial and ways to preserve the site.

It was the first week of school summer holidays in Victoria, and the area was busy with Christmas shoppers.

Elton Hindoli, who works at an off licence by the scene of the incident in Elizabeth St, told the Herald Sun that a man who was pulled from the car appeared to be unconscious.

He said: “A girl came into the shop and she was very upset. She said a guy in a big car had hit about six people.

“It wasn’t clear if the driver was hitting them on purpose or not. He hit the people then crashed into the tram area in the middle of the road.”

A man who was working in a nearby shop and was at the scene before emergency services arrived told the Australian Associated Press: “There was no screaming, just people lying there.”

Victoria Police said officers had “saturated” the city’s central business district following an incident where a car had collided with a number of pedestrians on Flinders Street.

Australian politicians have condemned the “horrendous” and “shocking” scenes in Melbourne after a car crashed into pedestrians in what police have described as a “deliberate act”.

Prime minister Malcolm Turnbull tweeted: “As our federal and state police and security agencies work together to secure the scene and investigate this shocking incident, our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and the emergency and health workers who are treating them.”

Daniel Andrews, premier of the state of Victoria, of which Melbourne is the capital, described it as a “horrible incident”, adding: “Stay safe. Check on your loved ones. And thank you to our brave emergency services.”

Bill Shorten, leader of the opposition in the Australian Parliament, referred to the crash as an “atrocity”, tweeting: “Shocking scenes in Melbourne this afternoon. Credit to first responders who are doing us proud once again. Thinking of everyone caught up in this atrocity.”

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern offered her support, saying: “My thoughts are with Australia and the people of Melbourne – such a shocking incident this afternoon. Thinking of all the victims and their families.”

Half of Saudi population receives welfare in new system
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) paid 2 billion riyals ($533 million) on Thursday in the first monthly installment of a new welfare system for low and middle-income families that make up approximately half of the kingdom's population .
The payments come ahead of the introduction of a 5 per cent value-added tax on most goods, like food and services, as well as subsidy cuts that will raise the price of electricity and gasoline next year. Whether the tax is collected is not, is anybody/s guess considering the intermingling of state and private fund !
The government, meanwhile, has slowed down some of its austerity measures and its timeline for a balanced budget, to give families time to adjust to the price hikes and taxes. A freeze on public sector wage increases and perks was quickly reversed after a public outcry. Like Pakistan, the culture of tax imposition and tax collection does not prevail in Saudia . In the meantime, the defacto ruler is making headlines purchasing expensive properties and art work in Europe and America

Saudis To "Tap Tourism" As A Source Of Potential Revenue"

Saudi Arabia to launch tourist visas in early 2018
AFP
Riyadh: Saudi Arabia will begin issuing tourist visas in the first quarter of 2018, its top tourism official said, a first for the kingdom as it undergoes major economic and social reforms.Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz told AFP that "all government approvals" are in place for the launch of electronic visas next year to "all nationals whose countries allow their citizens to visit" Saudi Arabia."We are now just preparing the regulations -- who is eligible for the visas and how to obtain them," added the head of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, who is a son of King Salman. Raheel must have been "whispering" some new and interesting ideas into the ears of MBS. But apart from visitors from "Ummahland", who may grab the chance to see two places for the price of one ( Umra ), IMO, I do not see many takers for this tantalizing offer, specially with the usual provisos are "still on the books" ( Non Muslims not allowed to enter Mecca !) and Yahoodis are still persona-non -grata ( officially at least !). What is there to see in Saudia anyway, apart from the "curiosity factor" - like NOKO !. Has the Saudi Bureaucracy thought of all the ramifications from this action ( cultural contamination, "dry" tourism, dress code problems, camera use prohibition under Sharia etc etc )
The move to open up its tourism sector is a major shift for Saudi Arabia as powerful Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman seeks to radically overhaul the kingdom´s oil-dependent economy and shed its ultra-conservative image.(Under the sagacious advice of the Paki "General For Hire" :D )
Apart from the millions of Muslims who travel to Saudi Arabia annually for the Hajj pilgrimage, most visitors face an arduous process and steep fees to enter the kingdom.Saudi Arabia currently grants tourist visas for a limited number of countries, but even those applications involve a range of restrictions, including requirements to travel through an accredited company and stay at designated hotels.
Prince Sultan said the cost of the new tourist visa had not yet been settled, but stressed that it would be "as low as possible, because we believe the cumulative economic impact is greater than the cash from the visa".
Saudi Arabia, though richly endowed with natural beauty, is notorious worldwide for its longstanding bans on the mixing of the sexes, alcohol consumption and women driving -- making it an undesirable destination for many. "Fixing The Image" can only go so far ! No amount of PR-doctoring can help if the product itself ( Saudi Arabia) is rotten to the core
Prince Mohammed in August announced a massive tourism project to turn 50 islands and a string of sites on the Red Sea into luxury resorts. Inter-mingling of sexes allowed? Exemption for Saudi Dress Code for infidels ? . Some of the questions that come to mind for this grandiose scheme

they could use offshore islands as pleasure pens to attract foreign tourists. the red sea has good water and beaches.

Egypt does that both on its east coast and in gulf of Aqaba while remaining a conservative society in relation to lebanon or syria.

Sharm-el-sheikh is a very famous sea-side resort type place famous all over, at the mouth of the Gulf of Aqaba. They could use their side for similar resorts. Tremendous diving sites around the Straits of Tiran and the Suez side. If they do UAE style overnight construction, they can technically rake in a lot of money. Guess they'll give foreigners (meant whites) exemptions like they give aramco & western armed forces personnel. Secluded, separated enclaves for tourism onlee. Holy sites 700 km down the coast are of course always there..

Obnoxious Mohammadden belief based supremacist behaviour towards Non-Mohammadden Kaafir Dhimmi’s on full display in the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Female kinfolk of kidnapped from Iran Commander Kulbhushan Jadhav (Retired) who was subjected to torture and a kangaroo trial by the Uniformed Jihadi’s of the Punjabi Military dominated Deep State of the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan are stripped of Hindu cultural-religious accouterments like Bindi, Bangles and Mangalsutra.

Guess this is another obnoxious meaning of what the “Jihad Fi Sabillilah”, or translated “Jihad In the path of allah”, part of the Uniformed Jihadi’s motto of “Iman. Taqwa, Jihad-fi-Sabilillah” stands for:
