ISIS flags hoisted near Islamabad, Pak security establishment in tizzy
ISLAMABAD: Four flags of the dreaded militant group Islamic State or ISIS have been confiscated near a highly- sensitive ordnance unit close to Islamabad, setting alarm bells ringing for the Pakistani security establishment.

...
The flags came up after reports surfaced that a spokesman of the ISIS visited banned terror outfit Jundullah in the troubled southwestern Balochistan province.

Wonder what dimwith khan will do?
Court arrest and do another round of tamashe-bazi or fly away into United Queendom and let his lawyers sort it out?

One must appreciate Badmash! He is taking on the two Coup leaders that the fauj was using, the moment he got a chance.
This badmash has gone after Musharraf, dismissed army chiefs, escaped hanging, exiled, gone after all opposition whenever he got the chance.
This time around he stared down Raheel Sharief and won!!!

Bugger is a bloody survivor, he's in the cess pit, and is fighting it out like there's no tomorrow!

Finally the people who will bring Islam to the doorsteps of the whiskey swilling, mujra watching, kleptocrat Pakjabis, have arrived!

Given the delberate green background to the soosai bomber here -- looks like the jihadi numbnuts are into creating some sort of video processing to overlay a different background. This tool probably made some motivating speech before operation splatter-gonads-across-the-border and the jihadis will then overlay that speech with the background of him with a scene appropriate for brainwashed yahoos.

They're using the green screen technique.

Maybe they plan a broadcast from Djannat with 72 virgins with Mard-e-momeen in the center, to recruit more soosai bummers.

^^^
Pakistan on Thursday conducted a successful training launch of Shaheen-II (Hatf-VI) ballistic missile. The launch was the culminating point of the field training exercise of the Army Strategic Forces Command (ASFC) which was aimed to ensure operational readiness of a strategic missile group and re-validate different design and technical parameters of the weapon system.

The launch, having its impact point in the Arabian Sea, was witnessed by Strategic Plans Division Director General Lieutenant General Zubair Mahmood Hayat, ASFC Commander Lieutenant General Obaid Ullah Khan, National Engineering and Scientific Commission (NESCOM) Chairman Muhammad Irfan Burney, senior officers from the strategic forces and scientists of strategic organisations, according to a statement released by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Congratulations Bakistan in achieving yet another (always) successful launch into somewhere in the Arabian sea! 8) Nothing less would be expected of an atimi takat. Inquiring minds want to know what design and technical parameters were re-validated?

It was 400% Suck-Cess-fool missile test.
See, it didn't fall on any village or town enroute, it didn't fall on any nuclear reactor either.
It probably splashed down a few miles off coast of Sonmiani
And everyone must have gone AOA!!!

Probably a DF-25 that the chinese put in cold storage, or an M-9 (too sophisticated) or a M-11(most likely).
The pakistanis with the cheenis increased the diameter from 1m to 1.4m and made it two staged.
The claim a range of 2500 Kms, with Inertial and a claimed GPS (Beidou?) guidance.
Ist stage burnout at 25kms alt
2nd stage burnout at 160 Kms alt
Max alt of about 600 kms

Most likely conventional armed.
They are yet to demonstrate a reliable nuclear weapon.
I subscribe to the dirty bomb / nuke nudity school of thought for them.
They're probably furtively trying to realize a package that is ballistic missile deliverable, thus the Poo reactors being built there by china.

Gagan:"Will the chinese drop deep nuclear related, clandestine engagement with the Pakistanis in return for expanded economic trade opportunities in India?"

More likely China will do both things at the same time. Why do one or the other, when you can do both? It is not like China even has to make that choice.

Because the chinese are not crazy.
They mistrust the Pakistanis big time - who doesn't.
They use Pakistan as a tool to apply pressure on GoI.
They are plateauing in the rate of economic growth, they are very deeply export dependent.

Modi is known to be pragmatic, comes in with a clean slate and has no preconceived anti-china leaning. If anything, there is a very positive vibe sent out to Japan, China, SE Asian nations.

The chinese are pragmatic and non-crazy.

Arabian sea is a busy sea way. Was a shipping warning issued before mijjile launch? India navy would have watched the missile launcjh and Paki ships going to splashdown area - so this Arabian sea splashdown event would need to be confirmed independently

They always make a spalshdown either in the Sonmiani range itself or in the few kms offshore from there.
The CEP is very bad, of the order of a few kms in one of the tests it seems.
If it hits the water, they claim, it was tested into the arapian sea
If it hits land, they claim it hit the green flag that was erected there at the target site.
If it falls on some village, they claim their 400% intallgent mijjile killed 20 bad taliban under operation mijjile-e-zarb after they were detected on the way.

AOA - whichever way it goes it is a 400% success.

Ek Din Geo Ke saath - program with a Pakistani dancer gal named 'Deedar' (Sonia Idrees)
The whole interview is laced with double meaning dialogues, if you know what I mean.
The whole phucking pakistani society, feudal as it is, loves and hates girls.

"Bed pe dance karti hain ya khade ho ke dance karti hain,"
Pat came the reply: "Bathroom mein bhi dance karti hoon..."

Now, my dirty mind (as I am sure all pakis too) was replacing the word dance with something else.

Shaheen 2 missile range seems to have decreased 25% going by Press Releases of the “Official” mouth piece of the Uniformed Jihadis of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the ISPR.

ISPR gives range of Shaheen-II missile test launched yesterday, Nov. 13th, as 1,500 KM. On the other hand ISPR gave a range of 2,000 Km for the Shaheen-II missile test launched in April 2008.

ISPR Press Release of Nov. 13, 2014:

No PR248/2014-ISPR

Dated: November 13, 2014

Rawalpindi - November 13, 2014:

So after TuQ took the money and left to western countries for some well earned R&R, Imran Khan has threatened to hold another rally in the capital on November 30.

Interestingly, both downhill ski came on the same day that new ISI chief was announced.

Nawaz looks strong now. Army is unwilling or unable to oust him. Imran Khan is unwilling to give up. Dont know who is going to come out of it looking like an idiot.

Musharraf has called Dimran Con 'arrogant and ignorant' {talk of pot calling kettle black}. So it looks like Dimran no longer has the establishment support but he hasn't yet realized it. He will definitely come out of this drama as one big idiot. My suggestion to Dimran is to troll army chief by changing his protest slogan from 'Go Nawaz Go' to 'Go Shariff Go'.

Shaheen 2 test for validating improvements - ghanta improvements. It's just 'me too' response to India's Agni 2 test. They also responded to India's Chandrayaan launch with a test of some Hatf variant with enough range for an Isloo-Pindi war.

Here is some more information on the IS-TTP-Pakistan developments from DAWN
The Islamic State group first started making inroads into Pakistan and Afghanistan in September this year as former Guantanamo detainee, Abdul Raheem Muslim Dost, was made the chief of its ‘Khorasan’ (the old name for Afghan, Pakistani, Irani and Central Asian territories) chapter, and started gearing up to muster the support of former jihadists.

IS propaganda booklets were reportedly distributed in parts of the Afghan-Pakistan tribal belt and in some Afghan refugee camps in Peshawar.

The black and white pamphlet-like magazine carried a message urging support for IS saying the Caliphate declared in parts of Iraq and Syria will expand to Khorasan, comprising Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan and Central Asian countries.

Sources claim the booklet was distributed by Muslim Dost himself.

The 12-page booklet titled “Fateh” (meaning ‘victory’ in Pashto and Dari languages) was reportedly distributed in Afghan refugee camps, in Board Bazaar and Kharkhano Market Peshawar, as well as some parts of Afghanistan including Herat province.

A former Guantanamo prison detainee and key Afghan Taliban commander operating mostly in Nuristan and Kunar provinces of Afghanistan, Abdul Rahim Muslim Dost and other militant commanders had previously announced their allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the IS ‘Caliph’.

A senior Afghan Mujahideen commander who wished not to be named confirmed that Muslim Dost has been appointed the chief of Khorasan belt chapter of IS, and that he has kicked off a campaign to muster support of jihadist fighters in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Hizb-i-Islami, a conservative militant and political group in Afghanistan, confirmed through its spokesperson Haroon Zargon that they also had reports of the propaganda booklet distributed in the Pak-Afghan border areas and Afghan localities in Peshawar.

He denied that the Gulbadin Hikmatyar-led group has pledged allegiance to IS.

Six top militant commanders of the outlawed Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), including its former spokesman Shahidullah Shahid, have previously announced allegiance to IS. The TTP axed Shahid as its spokesman following the allegiance statement.

Others TTP commanders include Orakzai agency chief Hafiz Saeed, Kurram Agency chief Daulat Khan, Khyber Agency chief Fateh Gul Zaman, Peshawar chief Mufti Hassan, and Khalid Mansoor, the chief of TTP in Hangu.

Spokesman for the TTP splinter group Jamaatul Ahrar, Ehsanullah Ehsan, has also said that they support IS but are yet to announce formal allegiance.

Responding to the reports, KP Home Secretary Syed Akthar Ali Shah said that they were probing the reports of the distribution of the booklet but he said that he doubted its authenticity and was so far unable to comment with surety on its authenticity.
