Probably because Pakistan is Indian terriory under Islamic occupation. India needs to ensure it always takes care of Pakistani Hindus.

False narrative fires up the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s grievance manufacturing machine with a significant fact being hidden:

India hands over body of Pakistani 'who crossed border by mistake'

The significant fact being hidden in the above Dawn report and revealed in the below AFP report, is that the citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan who allegedly crossed into India “by mistake” has been identified by Syed Salahudeen, chief of the United Jihad Council as ““He was our fighter”:

Funeral held for Pakistani prisoner killed in Indian Kashmir

Only fitting then that this Islamic Terrorist met his end at the hands of his brotherly Islamic Terrorists.

I am however dissapointed that our Government chose to send the body of this particular Islamic Terrorist back across the LoC in a break with SOP where bodies of Islamic Terrorists exterminated on our side of the LoC are not repatriated.

There is special message in sending the dead bodies of Pakimites back. Pakjabi families were even informed by letters about their dead sons while paki establishment refused to tell them their fate. Saluus Challus of Poakallustan were/are being told to send their sons and we will kill them all. Its only by visual proof they know of the consequences.

A short history of traitors in Pakistan, from Frontier Gandhi to critics of the economic corridor to China
The first traitor of Pakistan was Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy. He was the premier of Bengal in United India and was instrumental in making East Bengal a part of Pakistan. He spent three months in Calcutta with Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi after Partition. During that period, He helped in pacifying the anti-Muslim riots in the former capital of United Bengal. Upon his return to Pakistan, he was deprived of his national assembly membership and was declared a traitor.

Next in the list was Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan, famously called Frontier Gandhi. His fault was that he belonged to Indian National Congress before Partition. In February 1948, he took oath of loyalty to Pakistan but he was never considered less than a traitor. He spent most of his time in jail from 1948 to 1963 and died as traitor in 1988.

Ghulam Murtaza Shah Syed was the president of Muslim League Sindh Chapter in 1943. In that capacity, he passed a resolution in Sindh Assembly to make the province a part of proposed state of Pakistan. He was single handedly responsible for making Sindh a part of Pakistan. Unfortunately for him, he was kicked out of All India Muslim League in 1946. Life in Pakistan was never easy for him as he was also labeled as a traitor. He spent 30 years of his life in prisons of Pakistan. He died in 1995 in Jinnah Hospital when he was still under police custody.

The troublesome Baloch

Individuals were not the only traitors in Pakistan and political parties as a whole have also been labeled as traitors. National Awami Party won majority of seats from Balochistan and erstwhile North West Frontier Province in the 1970 elections. It formed governments in both of these provinces but then a civilian dictator Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto sacked National Awami Party government in Balochistan. He blamed the leaders of the National Awami Party, including Nawab Khair Baksh Marri, Abdul Wali Khan, Sardar Attaullah Mengal and Ghous Baksh Bizenjo, for conspiring against Pakistan. Hence, the National Awami Party was banned in Pakistan and its leaders were prosecuted for treachery. The National Awami Party has been the single biggest source of traitors in political history of Pakistan.

Nawab Akbar Bugti was the head of his tribe in 1947 when he voted for accession of British Balochistan to Pakistan. He served as a State Minister for defense, Governor and Chief Minister of Balochistan and a Member of National Assembly. In 2003, he stood against dictator Pervez Musharraf for rights of Balochistan. Rather than listening to the genuine demands of the old man, the patriotic general of Pakistan labeled him as a traitor and assassinated him in 2006.

The Awami National Party is one of the successors of defunct National Awami Party. Despite its best efforts to prove its patriotic credentials, the party has also been blamed as a party of traitors. The Awami National Party is the biggest opponent of Kalabagh Dam in Pakistan. The party says it will have several negative impacts on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. That was enough for the Awami National Party to earn the title of traitor and Indian agents.

The list of traitors in Pakistan is very long and it can’t be condensed into one article. Other people who achieved the distinction of being labeled as traitors include Fatima Jinnah, Faiz Ahmad Faiz, Altaf Hussain, Benazir Bhutto and so on.

The one that got away

There has been a lucky person in history of Pakistan who was spared even after discovery of his treachery. He is Ghulam Mustapha Khar, former Governor and Chief Minister of Punjab. During 1980s, Khar was living in exile in London. During that time, he established contact with the Indian spy agency, the Research and Analysis Wing, and solicited Indian support against the Zia-ul-Haq regime. These are not allegations but facts corroborated by more than one eye witnesses including Khar's former wife, Tehmina Durrani. Upon his return to Pakistan in 1988, he was first arrested for a brief period and then made a federal minister by those who are responsible for issuing certificates of treachery.

Currently, China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has provided the traitor declaring factories with a golden opportunity to expose dozens of traitors. On the top of the list is Awami National Party chief Asfandyar Wali. Asfandyar has been protesting against Punjab-centric nature of project and that’s earned him several certificates of treachery. The federal government of Pakistan, in a sweeping statement, has called all those traitors who criticise the economic corridor issue in any way. Social media in Pakistan is abuzz with pictures and excerpts from different books that prove the treachery of all those who criticise the plan at the behest of India and other enemies of Pakistan.

Unfortunately, the practice of spotting and declaring traitors continues unabated even today. Those responsible for challenging the patriotism of people have not learnt their lesson even after the East Pakistan debacle of 1971.

It goes without saying that In Pakistan earning the title of traitor is not less than an achievement. A person must have stood for something good and campaigned for the rights of a deprived province or a community to earn the distinction of being called a traitor in Pakistan.

"Given its vast experience and extensive expertise in peaceful uses of space with elaborate infrastructure   , Pakistan has made many constructive proposals for intra-SAARC collaboration in this area," said Mr Manzoor Memon, spokesperson for the Pakistan High Commission. "We hope our proposals will be given due consideration for effective and mutually beneficial space cooperation.''
I agree with the Pakistani High Commissioner on this one.

Pakistan's use of space has been peaceful thus far, by virtue of them not having disturbed it too much at all.

Dunno about the future though, if they survive as a single country, maybe in 2-3 decades they'll send raakits which will commit soosai and attain shahadat in the upper atmosphere.

As in the case of the JF-17 bandar fighter, Pakistan's claim to fame was that they gave the Cheeni some very important tips on how to make the fighter, So in the case of the SAARC satellite, they have given ISRO some wonderful tips, like putting the satellite on top of the raakit, keeping the main side towards the west (ahem ahem - pointing towards u know where), and making sure to do a reverse countdown before pressing on the button where it says "PHYRRR" etc etc.

They also wanted to be present when ISRO deleted the name "Islamabad" from the raakit's memory and put "Space" in it - like in the pakistani raakits (where they simply have to put the target's name - dilli, agra, bambai, madraas, banglore-kerela or space) Their raakit's autamaatic system takes it to that target.

All very valid points you see...

watch this conversation between paki uber-RAPE sherry rehman and Mr. Vikram Sood:

As usual, Sherry Rehman pretends that ISIS hates islam, and then gets pointed out that the ISIS are in fact using verses from the Quran as their fundamental motivation. "Moderate" paki scum showing their true colours as always, speaking through both sides of their two faces. She knows that damn well that every murderer and thug in Pakistan does whatever he does because of his being a purer green muslim following the letter of the Quran, and dispensing allah work on Earth with his violence and bigotry. Yet, SR speaks of how islam is all about peace and love, especially if you are knowledgable about islam. People who have read the odious crap in that book would say the exact opposite. Effing Paki elite whisky swilling poseurs.
Sherry Rehman ‏@sherryrehman 20h20 hours ago
IS kills 145 civilians in Syria in one of the worst massacres carried out by this group so far. They must hate Islam very much.

Vikram Sood ‏@Vikram_Sood
@sherryrehman Confusing tho. The banner of the ISIS is the Shahada, isn't it ?

Sherry Rehman
@Vikram_Sood why? R u suggesting that Islam is premised on killing and cruelty? With ur knowledge u must surely know it's quite the opposite

Vikram Sood ‏
@sherryrehman I am not saying that. I am saying ISIS claims it has Islamic approval and cites for whatever it does.

Sherry Rehman ‏
@Vikram_Sood clearly my view is that Islam would not permit this slaughter of innocents, vitiating their use of said iconography and verse

Vikram Sood
@sherryrehman Sure but how do the rest of us stop this? Or can we? Because we must.

Shiv Shankar Menon c@rps about India's pakistan policy like the worthless turd that he was, as NSA -- what he seems to want is a repeat of the "strong and stable pakistan" cr@p he followed when he was NSA. Ack Thoo.
The real foreign policy challenges lie ahead, in the second year of the government, when we will see whether it can continue the momentum of successful past policies while adjusting to changes in the situation, and better manage relations with China and Pakistan.
Perhaps this current Brookings fellow SSM can spell out what he wants to manage with pakistan other than ignoring it like India is currently doing -- interesting that as soon as he joins Brookings, he starts spewing Cohenesque cr@p about India's pakistan policy.
By this I mean success in creating jobs, sustaining high long-term growth rates and maintaining social harmony. Until Indian business invests in the Indian economy, foreigners are unlikely to.
Right, like how SSM and MMS managed to do it when it was their job, right?
this is how I would score Modi’s foreign policy performance in his first year as Prime Minister: 8/10 for effort, 5/10 for execution but only 2/10 for conception.
apparently, nothing conceptually right in any of current NSA's ideas, because SSM already thought all of them out you see, like Sharm-el-sheikh and working on ensuring a strong and stable pakistan...such an under-appreciated genius that only the US State Dept. and Brookings Institute could recognize his utility (to the US).

They forgot Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the most successful traitor of them all. He should have headed undivided Pakistan in 1970, his party having won a majority; but instead Parliament was never convened, and the outcome was that the Banglas declared independence.

Mr Nazir added that he fears Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has a personal vendetta against them and the school.
Mr Nazir said Mr Khan's wife used to work as a teacher at the school but resigned in 2011 after a dispute with the principal.
Now there is another news related to the interior minister
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldne ... of-97.html
The old boys include Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, the interior minister, who was enlisted by the major in his attempt to oust Miss Schofield. With Miss Schofield, 61, in London, Mr Khan was persuaded to revoke her visa, effectively preventing her from resuming her post.
:D

So Chaudhary Nissar seems to be on `f@k schools` spree. But the bigger surprise is - what are those kaafir schools doing in pureland anyway?!

Hot air from Rajasthan power plants may have fanned Karachi heatwave
ISLAMABAD: Minister for Climate Change Senator Mushahidullah Khan has said that the coal-powered plants in Rajasthan, India, could have contributed to the deadly Karachi heat wave.“Trans-boundary pollution is a worldwide concern. A teenage Microsoft expert from Pakistan has devised a solution to this axact problem. Big U-shaped tubes are placed near the Indian border with the open ends of the tubes facing India. The hot air enters one end of the tube and gets blown right back into India. In fact President Obama ordered Microsoft to give this boy a reward of US$ 2 milion and a seat in Harvard because it can reverse global warming.

Exports in Pakistan fall short on target
ISLAMABAD:Pakistan’s exports of merchandise fell short by over $2.8 billion in the fiscal year (outgoing), the third consecutive year in which PML-N failed to achieve targets.

The government had projected an export target of $27bn for 2014-15, but actual export proceeds stood at $24.2bn.

One of the major factors of decline in exports is concentration of exports in textile and clothing which constitute as much as 50pc. Exporters blame the ministry of textile industry for its failure to guide the industry.

Where should a Pakistani Hindu go?
Recently, Ashok Kumar, a Hindu soldier, who lay down his life fighting in Waziristan in 2013, was awarded Tamgha-i-Shujaat on March 23, 2015. But surprisingly, his name was suffixed with “late” and not “Shaheed” (martyr) as used for Muslim soldiers who have sacrificed their lives. Did Kumar not die for love of country?

He is perhaps the only Hindu who has sacrificed his life in the Pakistan Army. Hindus were not allowed to join the armed forces until before 2000 and were only welcomed in the national military during the reign of Pervez Musharraf. This is in contrast with the country's Christian community whose members have been serving in the army for much longer with many of them having been on senior postings.

Also, to my knowledge and understanding, Pakistani Hindus are also discouraged from serving in the country's secret agencies, whereas India’s Intelligence Bureau was headed by Syed Asif Ibrahim, a Muslim man, for two years.

Cables detail Saudi diplomat’s meeting with Haqqani’s son
http://www.yawn.com/news/1190941/cables ... qqanis-son
One of the cables, signed by former Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Abdul Aziz Ibrahim Saleh Al Ghadeer, which is marked ‘confidential’, narrates his meeting with Nasiruddin Haqqani, one of the sons of Haqqani network chief Jalaluddin Haqqani. The meeting between the ambassador and Nasiruddin, who was the emissary and chief financier of the Taliban-linked militant group at the time, took place on Feb 15, 2012.

The venue of the meeting has not been mentioned, but the ambassador usually held meetings either at the embassy or his residence, both of which are located in the heavily guarded Diplomatic Enclave and remains under the watchful eyes of Pakistani intelligence agencies.

During the meeting, Nasiruddin conveyed his father’s request for treatment at a Saudi hospital, in view of his medical condition, to King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.

Another cable, dated February 25, 2012, says that the nature of ailment had been explained to Ambassador Ghadeer. The communication, however, did not precisely mention the disease from which he was suffering.

Media accounts claimed that Jalaluddin, who would have been 62 years old in 2012, was suffering from Parkinson’s disease, while another news report said he was a patient of Lupus.

Ambassador Ghadeer’s cable noted that Jalaluddin was based in Waziristan at the time and that doctors had recommended his hospitalisation.

The meeting between Nasiruddin and the Saudi envoy took place a fortnight after Afghan President Hamid Karzai met then-President Asif Zardari and then-Army Chief Gen Ashfaq Parvez Kayani to ask for their help in arranging a meeting with Taliban leader Mullah Omar. Gen Kayani, according to one of the Saudi cables, had suggested that Karzai meet the Haqqani leadership. Karzai had told Gen Kayani that he did not have any qualms meeting with the Haqqani leaders, but feared that they would not be willing to see him.

Jalaluddin had set up a base in North Waziristan following the fall of the Taliban regime in 2001, under which he was the minister for border affairs. He used his North Waziristan base to direct the Haqqani Network’s operations. The group is accused of being behind some of the deadliest attacks in Afghanistan.

Due to his ailment, the militant ‘commander’ had handed over operational command of the Haqqani network to his son, Sirajuddin.

Jalaluddin has been on the UN Sanctions list since January 31, 2001. The provisions of the UNSC resolutions 1267 (1999), and 1333 (2000) apply to him, which, among other things, bar the international travel of listed individuals and prevent any assistance to them.

The Saudi cables show that Jalaluddin carried a Saudi passport since the days of the Afghan jihad.

His son Nasiruddin had handed over that passport to Ambassador Ghadeer during their meeting. Though the cable did not state why the passport was given to the ambassador, it is possible that it was sent for renewal.

There are, however, no cables among those released so far detailing when Jalaluddin travelled to Saudi Arabia or if he ever undertook the journey.

Pakistan has often been criticised for its links with the Haqqani network. The latest US State Department report titled ‘Country Reports on Terrorism 2014’ also notes that Haqqani network leadership “continued to find safe haven in Pakistan”, but there has been little talk of their other patrons, including Saudi Arabia.

Michael Kugelman:
http://www.dawn.com/news/1191022
Pakistan has the world’s fourth highest rate of water use. Its water intensity rate — the amount of water, in cubic metres, used per unit of GDP — is the world’s highest. This suggests that no country’s economy is more water-intensive than Pakistan’s.
New Nasa satellite data of the world’s underground aquifers reveal rapidly depleting groundwater tables. The aquifer in the Indus Basin — whose rivers and tributaries constitute Pakistan’s chief water source — is the second most stressed in the world (this means rapid depletion with little or no sign of recharge). This shouldn’t be surprising; even seven years ago, groundwater tables in parts of Lahore had fallen by up to 65 feet (20 metres) over a five-year period.

Groundwater is water security’s last resort — it is what we tap into when surface supplies run dry. And yet in Pakistan, this safety net is fraying. The country’s water security blanket is in danger of being yanked away. In sum, Pakistan is voraciously consuming water even as water tables are plummeting precipitously. So what to do?
Poor water governance, rapid population growth, and climate change effects — not upper riparian machinations — are the reasons for Pakistan’s water crisis.
Back in 2009, the Running on Empty study projected that by 2025, Pakistan’s water shortfall could be five times the amount of water that could then be stored throughout the Indus River system’s vast reservoirs. It estimated that the shortfall in 2025 would comprise almost two thirds of the entire Indus River system’s current annual average flow.

Based on the IMF’s new estimates, it’s likely that these projections would be even more alarming if calculated again today. In effect, in the absence of immediate action, Pakistan could face the not-too-distant prospect of becoming a water-starved wasteland.

And that’s a thought that should be keeping us all up at night.

It is the stupidity of Indians who try to separate Masood Azhar from Paki Army & politicians. It's all one entity. It's just another shade of WKKness to want to punish Paki terrorists while claiming a stable Pakistan is in Indian Interests.

The intel and military arm should be given a relatively free hand to deal with Pakistan and its terror factory.

The rest of the nation and the government can carry on with the business of economic development.
I believe there are enough avenues available and plenty of oppertunities to keep the pakistani jihad factory busy internally

Aptma decides to shut textile mills

LAHORE: The Chairman of the All Pakistan Textile Mills Association, Mr S.M. Tanveer, said on Sunday that the association had decided to ‘voluntarily’ close down the textile industry because of the losses it had been suffering.

“An emergency meeting of Aptma’s general body has deliberated on the adverse circumstances and found it unfeasible to incur losses by operating mills partially,” Mr Tanveer said in a statement.

According to the Aptma chairman, the cost of doing business in the textile sector has gone through the roof and the burden of incidental taxes, provincial cess, system inefficiencies and the punitive withholding tax regime have added fuel to the fire.

The Aptma chairman said the owners of mills in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan and Karachi had decided to close down operations and lay off millions of workers because they had nothing to offer their international buyers against the regional competitors.

The most ardent votaries of Mohammadden supremacist Two Nation Theory by virtue of voluntarily uprooting themselves from areas of India not being portioned, namely Punjab and Bengal, and moving as refugees to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Urdu Speaking Mohajirs, seem to have woken up to the nasty reality that their ancestors made a fatally stupid move.

The Urdu speaking Mohajirs are now claiming before the United Nations Human Rights Council that they are being persecuted by fellow Mohammadden Punjabi’s in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:

Uniformed Jihadis of the Punjabi dominated Military of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan follow tactics adopted by a foreign army of occupation seeking to subdue an alien population and use a weapon that is both a disproportionate use of force and an inaccurate one prone to create collateral non-combatant damage against the Un-uniformed Jihadi’s of the TTP who are Pathan. All this Green on Green Intra Mohammadden violence during what Mohammadden’s claim is the holy month of Ramazan aka Ramadan.

What a contrast between how the Punjabi dominated Military of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan which makes such a fetish of being Mohammadden fighting fellow Mohammaddens, albeit Pathan’s rather than Punjabi’s, and the Indian Army which in conducting operations within India is every mindful of the possibility of civilian collateral damage and thus chooses the weapons it uses to reflect proportionate force with greatest feasible accuracy:

India’s efforts to ‘name and shame’ Pak at international forum thwarted

http://indianexpress.com/article/india/ ... -thwarted/
India’s efforts to get a censure issued against Pakistan over its inaction against terrorist organisations like Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) and Laskhar-e-Toiba (LeT) at an international forum — the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) in Brisbane, Australia — has drawn a blank with countries like China, Russia, New Zealand and Australia opposing the move.

However, the FATF has referred the matter to one of its regional bodies — the Asia Pacific Group (APG) on Money Laundering.
India’s efforts to “name and shame Pakistan” at the international forum did not go down well with other member countries, which objected to Pakistan’s case being discussed at the forum as it is not even a member of the FATF. While Pakistan is not a member of the FATF, it is a member of the APG, which comprises 41 countries.

“India tried to corner Pakistan at the international forum but it received resistance as the latter is not even a member there. Our intention was to use the platform to name and shame Pakistan and highlight its inaction against the terrorist organisations. We did not lose out completely and the matter has now been referred to APG. We have built a strong case and we will present all the details before the forum,” said a senior government official.

India needs extensive expertise to construct and use a pakistan in its manned mission. What other country to consult about this than pakistan?

Also space debris after satellites have reached and of mission is a big problem. India needs help on how to motivate all these satellites to commit soosai and blow up in the atmosphere while crossing the space - atmosphere border. Pakistan too has extensive exprerience in committing soosai while attempting to cross the border.

India might have all the raakits, but Pakistan as we know has all the raakit mards.
Lastly has anyone seen minar-e-bakistan? That's a good shape for a raakit.
