Aj you already know, I have once optained such a letter-e-rigatony pefore and then even ujed it. Am happy to eggs-plain how the process ij laid out. In short this approach doesnt work even in the most ideal case.
Le letter-e-rigatony rig-e-marole is pretending to do something, while doing nothing. The pest (or politishian) anal-aogue is sending a bill "to be studied by a committee", or setting up le committee-e-donothing for any problem-bin-difficult.
