Few things:

Most SDREs are drawn towards Medical/Engineering and Al Bakistanis are drawn towards humanities. So they tend to be journalists etc. Secondly Al Bakistan is an "interesting" country. I remember in 2003 timeframe, anyone with any smattering of Arabic speaking/reading ability became a "Mid east expert". Al Bakistanis are like that. My second cousin thrice removed personally knows some aandu paandu Pakistani Motormas with rudimentary english abilities getting "scholarship" and becoming "Analysts".

On top of it Ayesha Siddiqua has alleged that there is a concerted effort by the usual suspects to promote those sympathetic to the establishment into think tanks etc to get Paki point of view across. Her takleef was that real scholars were being sidelined. Pakis have a well oiled PR and outreach machinery. Desh has none.

A.Q. Khan A.K.A Xerox/ Photo-Chor Khan :) Supports Iran Nuclear Deal In E -Mail Interview To Fox News

Father of Pakistan's nuclear bomb says deal may have saved Iran from disaster
EXCLUSIVE – Dr. A.Q. Khan, known as the father of Pakistan’s nuclear bomb and a confirmed  widely suspected supplier of nuclear technology to Iran and North Korea, told Fox News Tuesday that the Islamic republic’s recent nuclear deal with the United States and its negotiating partners may have saved Iran from disaster, either in the  form of an internal coup or external attack.

Simon Henderson, a senior fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, noted that in the email “Khan avoided any reference to his own involvement in supplying Iran with uranium enrichment technology. The 5,000 plus IR-1 centrifuges, which Iran is being allowed to keep in operation, are copies of Pakistan’s own P-1 centrifuge type.”
The Pakistani link[*] remains a “perhaps crucially interesting dimension” of Iran’s nuclear program worthy of greater investigation, Henderson said.
[*] As the Yankees say "no kidding"
It has been widely reported Khan visited North Korea more than a dozen times to secure the Nodong missile design, which he renamed the Ghauri.

Henderson described his own meeting with Khan in which, “he told me of how on one occasion in the 1980s a senior Iranian flew to Pakistan with the hope of picking up three nuclear bombs from the Pakistani military.
At the time, Henderson said, a senior Pakistani officer persuaded the Iranian envoy[*] there had been a “misunderstanding.”
[*] So Shia Iran was not provided 'of the shelf ' bomb as earlier promised
In the July 27 issue of “The New Yorker,” journalist Steve Coll wrote that Khan maintained a secret office in Dubai above a children’s store called Mummy & Me. There in 1987, for approximately $10 million, Coll wrote that “the Iranians received a one-page document that included the offer of a disassembled centrifuge, along with diagrams of the machine.”
Photo Chor Khan obviously relishes his present role as an elder statesman/ baba-e- bomb :D ; this 'interview' is one such example

You guys are showing your small hearts and jealous kufir ways.

Why are you ignoring the top one:

One Paki is equal to 10 Indians.

This is important.

1) This means one TFTA Paki soldier is equal to 10 Indian SDRE soldiers.
2) This means one Paki IT engineer (not the International Terrorism kind but the real deal) is equal to 10 Indian IT engineers which is why the Paki IT industry is greater than the Indian IT industry.
3) And most importantly one Pakistani visit to Pakistan in the morning is worth 10 Indians' visit to Pakistan in the morning.

You get the drift (and the smell of undigested Pindi Channa). Now go and cower in your dark narrow places.

1 second biradhers.
Xerox khan only got some xeroxed centrifuge dejjines, then needed german and cheeni help, using malaysian factories to make the centrifuges.
No one knows if the centrifuges were actually able to churn out pure enough maal.
Me thinks not!

Cheeni gave Xerox khan one bum dejjine. Who's to tell if it was complete hain ji? If culinary institute people could break into xerox's suitcase in his hotel room and take photos of the blueprint, who's to say that they didn't do something else then and there hain ji?

Maybe they used a rubber and pencil and changed the red wire with the blue wire in that blueprint and now Bakistani bums don't go off.

Mushy had to rush to the cheeni after xerox research laboratory's bum didn't go off.
Mushy and the fauj sure squeezed xerox's family jewels after the tests. All that humiliation meted out to him was because of this.

Meanwhile everyone pretended that the centrifuges were something great. Very sure Mirza Aslam Beg musta tried to sell centrifuges to Iran. (BTW is Aslam Beig shia hainji?)

So having centrifuges =/= bum. Iran's realized this now so has signed the deal with massa.
This whole centrifuge business of the pakistanis stinks like hell. NOT ONE country actually got the bum in the end.

Zaid Hamid joins ANP
“I was wrong. Secular democracy only way forward.”

Our Gulag Correspondent: Noted Pakistani rightist ideologue Zaid Hamid shocked many when he took an about-turn and applied for membership to the Awami National Party (ANP).

Speaking from his jail cell in Jeddah, the former Afghan jehad veteran said that after much introspection he reached the conclusion recently, after only the third that lash he received out of the twelve hundred  a Saudi court decreed. “Perhaps the sort of freedom of speech that a democracy gives you and the right to a fair trial, or trial to begin with, is what sets apart truly civilised societies from the brutish hordes that our species once were. Dictatorships, in all their many forms, aren’t all that they’re cracked up to be.”

The charismatic speaker, with a considerable following in Pakistan, was speaking to reporters in a break between being lashed on his back and gluteus maximus.

“Furthermore, since there are many sects in Islam and points of agreement are fewer than I had been led to believe. Perhaps the way out of a conflict where all parties are quoting irrefutable scripture is for there to be no role of religion in running the country.”

“To that end, I hereby join the ANP, historically Pakistan’s most secular political party.”

When pointed out that his last public correspondence with party chief Asfandyar Wali was

“We will hang you, bury your party & then build Kalabagh Dam & drown your ideology in it, InshAllah,” Hamid started sobbing and begging for forgiveness.

“I urge the party leadership to consider my case. I even have a red hat to begin with,” said a visibly disturbed Hamid, who then broke into party anthem “Sada rahi hai..” written by late NAP/ANP leader Habib Jalib.

Yeah...it always baffles me. A country which has technological prowess only for footballs and surgical forceps suddenly cannot leapfrog and start producing bums. There is too much going on inside....fizziks, maths, metallurgy....Pakis are terrible at everything ...even accounting is beyond them . I really really really do not think they have the mental, technological wherewithal to produce a bum.

Both leaders condemned terrorism in all its forms and agreed to cooperate with each other to eliminate this menace from South Asia.

They also agreed on the following steps to be taken by the two sides:

1.A meeting in New Delhi between the two NSAs to discuss all issues connected to terrorism.
2.Early meetings of DG BSF and DG Pakistan Rangers followed by that of DGMOs.
3.Decision for release of fishermen in each other’s custody, along with their boats, within a period of 15 days.
4.Mechanism for facilitating religious tourism.
5.Both sides agreed to discuss ways and means to expedite the Mumbai case trial, including additional information like providing voice samples.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif reiterated his invitation to Prime Minister Modi to visit Pakistan for the SAARC Summit in 2016.Prime Minister Modi accepted the invitation.

As I predicted here on BRF on July 10th, the Mohammadden Terrorist fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan has grabbed the opportunity to use Agenda item 1 to rather talk of Indian fomented terrorism involving Baloch, Mohajir and Pathan Taliban that Pakistan herself has manufactured:

Pakistan readies ‘India terror’ dossier for NSA meet next month

Is this for real? Pakistan says India involved in Peshawar school massacre : Pakistan is preparing a dossier on India's role in supporting terrorism in Balochistan and Karachi.

With Pakistan what we need is uninterrupted and uninterruptible shelling across the border into Pakistan until the Pakis have compensated India for all the damage their shelling has done on this side of the border as well as for all the shells that India has fired into Pakistan!

Pakistanis do a false equal equal with India with in every field. ISI LET terror strike on the Samjhauta express and Mumbai was real, the dossiers India sent out were real. Peshawar army school attack was a TTP retaliation against the Pakstani army killing women and children in FATA.
Pakistan seeks a false equivalence by sending false dossiers.

Just like being a nuclear weapons power. India has real bombs, Pakistan has a gas balloon which needs to be punctured

That's indeed very true, the bolded part, and the single most important point, IMHO. Humanities, Engineering etc are secondary. in fact, we are so big that in any branch of studies/profession, we would have both quality and quantity that would simply overwhelm Pakistan. Even in journalism, we have numerous newspapers and magazines of high standard (we may not agree with their opinion but that's a different matter altogether) and Pakistan has nothing (DAWN, DT, FT included).

IMO, there are two reasons. Because of our earlier political and diplomatic stance, up until the beginning of the 1990s, our men and women did not get those opportunities. It was much easier for a Pakistani to get a visa to a western country than it was for an Indian. The first mover advantage has been well utilized by the Pakistanis. Secondly, it takes us to the issues we seem to have faced with 'hosting' our western interlocutors, a point that was also elaborated by a person whom I admire, Ms. C. Fair in that Manthan blast of hers which JEM posted. We have heard many stories in similar vein before.

^^This will change SS. Within the next 10 odd years, there will be a large number of Indians across the various thinktanks in the West. The visa issue is no more a serious hindrance, and the private sector is now doing the entertainment part. Money is much less tight than it used to be. Most important, the business class in the west is being steadily co-opted. The key point is to get them (both Indians in the thinktanks and Western nationals) to think as required by our imperatives. That will be harder and take more time.

More importantly, our dry babus and military officers who have no interest whatsoever in engaging and soundbyting with the junketeers will get a break from struggling to play nice a la the Pakisatans.

The babus and faujis in pakistan will always have time to spend on the junketeers because that is their source of national income - khairaat or baksheesh. They've survived for 65-70 odd years on the goodwill of their mai baaps.

Other nations which are serious about governance will have busy netas and babus, there'll be less tolerance for some bulshitting junketeer looking to make themselves more important than they really are.
Being a big enough economy means that now politics follows business, not the other way round.

On Pakistan readying ‘India terror’ dossier >>

Bakis *claim* to have given another dossier wrt Balochistan in 2009 to India @ SeS. Did anything come out of that exercise?

What makes this claim anymore real? Even if they come with a fraud dossier this time, is the followup going to be any different than last time? What happened to the dossier(s) on ‘India involvement inside Bakistan' that was circulate around western capitals (per Baki Tv) last year and more specifically the one personally handed over to the Americans (per Baki Tv) by the Baki Army chief? What happened to a similar dossa planned for UN Security council, etc?

All that it will do if it ever comes to pass is to create a nuisance and create a false equivalence in the eyes of all Baki and some WKK type Indians. Even if there was no meeting Bakis already have a steady campaign on their Tv blaming India/RAW for everything that is wrong with their country including recent terror incidents and the Bak army has recently started pushing that line overtly (as opposed to doing it via Tv anchors).

Dossier or not there is no hardly any possibility of getting Bakis to act on Mumbai masterminds. The dossier will not change the course of the Baki Mumbai trials.

The dossier is actually a clever ploy by Pakistan.

First is to do a equal==equal. Second is that even Pakis realize their allegations are ridiculous. They just want to make ridiculous allegations so that India's allegations are also seen to be ridiculous and the world sees India and Pakistan as merely trading ridiculous allegations.

If a serious forum were to take up India's allegations, pakis cannot play this game. That is why China blocked UN forcing Pakis to sanction Lakhvi.

RAW accepts Pakistan’s accusations ‘with gratitude’
Our RAW Correspondent — In a rare statement – though one which is still disputed – India’s premier intelligence agency RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) has accepted Pakistan’s accusations “with gratitude”.

“For the record, we must note that the ISI always manages to be the one on record for its activities. RAW, despite its professional approach and novel achievements, never finds any appreciation, at home or abroad”, read a part of the statement.

Interestingly, despite Indian popular media’s usual venom for Pakistan, especially its intelligence agency, there were some moments of hinted respect by ISI’s opposite number and number one foe.

RAW

“In the clandestine world of deceit and espionage, it is considered impossible to establish a trademark without leaving a fingerprint. Yet the ISI has perfected this model; reshaping the regional proxy makeup, strategic doctrines, ethnic/sectarian fault lines, etc, while always retaining plausible deniability”, it said. “And to be honoured in this way by the Pakistani establishment – for fomenting trouble across their country – is a crowning achievement, which we accept with gratitude”.

Even though just like the Karachi hit, the statement did not exactly have a RAW signature. But Pakistani security analysts are pretty convinced it came from New Delhi.

“RAW did it”, they told Khabaristan Times.

Not Satire

Pakistan building digital espionage capacity to rival the US
Pakistan’s intelligence agency sought to tap worldwide Internet traffic via underwater cables that would have given the country a digital espionage capacity to rival the US, according to a report by Privacy International.

The report says the country’s Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) agency hired intermediary companies to acquire domestic spying toolkits from Western and Chinese firms for domestic surveillance.

It also claims the ISI sought access to tap data from three of the four “landing sites” that pass through the country’s port city of Karachi, effectively giving it access to Internet traffic worldwide.

Pakistan was in talks with a European company in 2013 to acquire the technology but it is not clear whether the deal went through – a fact the rights organisation said was troubling.

“These cables are going to route data through various countries and regions,” Matthew Rice, an advocacy officer for Privacy International, told AFP.

“Some will go from Europe to Africa and all the way to Southeast Asia. From my reading that’s an explicit attempt to look at what’s going on.”

Traffic from North America and regional rival India would also be routed via the cables, he said.

The report, based on what it called previously unpublished confidential documents, said the data collection sought in the ISI’s proposal “would rival some of the world’s most powerful surveillance programmes” including those of the United States and Britain.

A spokesman for Pakistan’s military said he was not able to comment on the issue at the present time.

Last month Pakistani rights campaigners and opposition lawmakers urged Islamabad to protect the privacy of its citizens after leaked top-secret documents appeared to show British intelligence had gained access to almost all the country’s Internet users.

The country is also in the process of debating its own cyber-crime bill, which rights campaigners say threatens to curtail freedom of expression and privacy in its current form.

Rights groups also expressed concern over a provision that allows the government to share intelligence with foreign spy agencies, such as the American National Security Agency, and the mandating of service providers to retain telephone and email records for up to a year.

The Pakistan "readying Indian terror dossier" is for internal Pakistani mis-informational purposes. This is an obvious corollary to CCFair's description of how the Pakistani (military) state controls the information and news fed to its people.

Cow & Bull story
Haryana agriculture minister Om Prakash Dhankar has said that the state government may take help from Pakistan to improve breeding of cows and “restore the old glory” of the indigenous cow.

Dhankar, who was addressing a gathering of dairy farmers at Rohtak on Monday, said that Pakistan was known for the best Sahiwal breed of cows, so he might visit the neighbouring country to bring Sahiwal cows to improve the cow breed in Haryana.

It looks like a bakistani police Phantom drone crashed and was being retrieved. They must have taken pictures of the crash.
But some wise guy took the battery pack out, so that it'll look dramatic.

Local ISI guy and policeman must've turned this into, "Bakistan shot down an Indian drone"
Laughable !

Pakistan readying a dossier might well be Pakistani Dork Media (PDM). The ISPR is actually very clever. Their media by now know how much conspiracy theory to spout and along what lines. The broad direction of the conspiracy theory is outlined by ISPR/ISI themselves.

So to an ordinary pakistani, this series of events might seem to be a crollary of each other. Terror attack inside pakistan, pakistan gives dossas to massa, bartania, cheena. Next step up the ladder is to give a dossa to the yindoos during their meeting.

During the meeting, the pakistani side will make a fool of themselves by stonewalling terror allegations with foolish pakjabi arguments, and then pulling out the piece-de-resistance, APS peshawar and samjhauta express from their musharrafs.

There is no sense sending a sensible honest hardworking individual to any of these Indo-Pak meets. Send a bunch of harami people from our side too, the ones who can threaten and irritate the crap of these pieces of $hit.

The most stupidest pakjabi argument one is ever likely to hear is "Behre-sageer ke musalmaano ki tehreek se Pakistaan ka kayaam hua"
Utter, 400% tripe !
They base their claim over kashmir on this piece of falsity.

One should not attempt to counter this with a reasonable argument with statistics. This needs to be countered with an equally retarded argument that stoops to the low levels of the Pakjabi IQ. Something like, "Paartishun ke waqt, behre-sageer ke zyada musalmaano ne hindustaan ka inthekhaab kiya tha. Musalmaan hindustaan mein by choice rahe" "71 mein two nation theory khatam ho gayi"
or something even more gross and crappy.

The reason is that the Pakjabis don't have any reasoning power whatsoever, they can't use statistics. They can only use folklore, religious fiction, low IQ rustic thinking.
And yes, they always understand the language of force.

Modi Is Best Person To Deal With Pakistan - Vikram Sood

Been there, done that

The Ufa talks, incidentally, were preceded by a totally unprovoked and bizarre threat by Pakistan’s defence minister Khwaja Asif to nuke India. Such is the nature of India-Pakistan relations.
Sustainable relations require a clear exhibition of good intentions and faith, not wishful thinking. Acute mutual distrust has been a feature of India-Pakistan relations. Pakistan’s rulers, especially the military, are wary of the dividend of peace — the military will have to demobilise the jihadis and the politicians will lose their deniability if they can no longer pin their internal problems on the Indians. Businessmen and traders worry about being swamped by the larger Indian community and Indian access to Afghanistan would mean further loss of Pakistani business to them. Access to the much larger Indian market does not appeal to this category. Thus a “no-peace-no-war” situation suits the Pakistani establishment best. It keeps the image of victimhood alive, the Islamists remain busy, the gravy train keeps running and the throne is safe.

Twenty-five uninterrupted years of mostly weak coalition governments at the Centre may have closed political options, but now that we have a majority government in New Delhi, decisions may be easier.
