Indian must arm at least 10-20 Million good folks to remove this kind of threat on civilians. THis kind of force will come real handy in case Jihadi violence go out of control.

More rubbish from the idiot party it seems, a guy in a Colorado theater not too long ago had opened up with an assault rifle, folks in co are allowed too carry... nobody was carrying anything to do the joker in and if they were, they simply didn't use their weapons. When 9/11 happened how could have guns helped. These chutitas are suggesting that everyone carry ala the wild west, imbeciles don't realize what a jungle the west was...there would be mayhem and anarchy on the streets with lynch mobs, vigilantes, militias and posses roaming around all over.arun wrote:As a digression some other past and present US reactions to Mohammadden Terrorism in Paris:vijaykarthik wrote:the same turds speculate about bombs that could have hit a Russian plane even when before the time when there was no confirmed evidence.

No problem in the world can be resolved by violence. Europeans should sit across the table with Miscreants and understand their pain. Also this rising Intolerance in Europe must be tackled with
to fight the menace of some peace loving people taking up guns as a recourse.

People who believe that French would learn their lesson should look at home. Did India learn its lesson after 26/11. MMS was still trying to be pally with Pakis, MSM giving them certificates of innocence, Diggy calling it RSS Saazish while aam abdul was obscenely happy to host Paki cricket team in 2012.

Later: Do we show the same reaction when Western planes bomb innocent folks in ME and shrug it off calling it collateral damage. Why extra pain and tears when the killing is more manual and less random.

3 blasts at stadium, all sucide bumburrs
1 Australian injured
2 swedes killed?
7 attackers were wearing sucide vests, 1 was not.
All police leave cancelled.
Daily Mirror Headline " Revenge for Jihadi John". Some editorial sense should prevail. This attack was in the making for a long time.
ISIS has a hashtag celebratingg the attacks.
Steve Moore; Former FBI Special Agent mentions TSP in a disscussion about sucide vests.
Hollandaise promises to be 'ruthless" in response. Let's see what they do.
In the concert hall, 2 AK47 gunmen shot indiscrimately for about 15 minutes. One gunman was about 18 years old and executing people. They were not moving or saying anything just picking out people like birds. They were all wearing black.
Time for France to have SDRE type security checks in all malls, theatres, stadiums and hotels. Painful but necessary.

Am curious about the timing of the attack. If ISIS really wanted to infiltrate deeply all over Europe, they would have waited a year or two when a deluge of Syrian refugees (including a bunch of ISIS terrorists) spread themselves all over Europe. Now, the immigration will be nipped in the bud.
In some ways, this wake-up call is a saving grace for Europe.

As long as they heed to it. I don't know which way Europe will turn. They are on a inflection point and I sincerely hope they realize that.
However, as long as terror sancturaies are safe outside elsewhere there will always be threat of attacks like these. Its indeed a sad situation due to one theology.
Re: Terrorist Attack in Paris
Well, We and the world has moved forward from Mumbai. Yes India did learn and is still learning from 26/11. The NSG has been restructured. BPJs are being upgraded for local police. We did see a massive upscaling in Police and special forces arms and eqp.People who believe that French would learn their lesson should look at home. Did India learn its lesson after 26/11. It is plain and clear that while 26/11 caught India off guard. France (and others) have learnt from it (and from the Charlie Hebdo attack). The response and the culmination of the entire episode did not span multiple days like it did for 26/11 (I am sure that the conditions were different and the strategy was diff). But I am also certain, that it was because 26/11 is certainly taught as a case study in all Elite forces schools and is used as a template to train against. So yes there certainly is learning.

Targets ranged from pizzeria to stadium - Nov 14, 2015

http://www.thelocal.fr/20151114/targets ... or-attacks
The assailants of the string of coordinated attacks in and around Paris late on Friday left more than 120 people dead, hitting at least six very different venues, ranging from the national sports stadium to a pizzeria. The overall toll was expected to rise.
A full house of 1,500 people were packed into the popular venue in eastern Paris for a concert by the US band Eagles of Death Metal.
About an hour after the band took to the stage, the whole concert hall was turned into "a bloodbath" according to a French radio reporter at the scene.
Black-clad gunmen wielding AK-47s stormed into the hall and fired calmly and methodically at hundreds of screaming concert-goers.
Fellow radio presenter Pierre Janaszak heard the first shots and thought it was part of the act.
"But we quickly understood. They were just firing into the crowd."
He said he heard an attacker say, "It's the fault of Hollande, it's the fault of your president, he should not have intervened in Syria."
Four assailants were killed after police stormed in -- three by activating their suicide vests and a fourth shot dead -- but not before they had mown down some 100 people.
Re: Terrorist Attack in Paris
HOW THE ATTACKS WENT DOWN:
* 9.20pm, Friday (Paris time) - Two explosions heard near the Stade de France, where France is playing Germany in an international football friendly
* 10.20pm - Reports of shooting at Petit Cambodge restaurant, about 8km away
* 10.20pm - French police confirm at least 18 people killed; also reports of shootings near the Bataclan theatre, south of the restaurant
* 10.30pm - Death toll rises to at least 26, including 15 reported killed in Bataclan theatre amid ongoing hostage crisis with up to 100 people held, including US rock band Eagles of Death Metal
* 11pm - French president declares state of emergency and closes borders; death toll rises to 42 people
* 11.20pm - French police confirm two suicide attacks and one bombing near the Stade de France stadium; at least three people believed dead in those attacks; reports of shots and explosions at the Bataclan theatre
* 11.35pm - Police storm Bataclan theatre; say at least two attackers killed; one official describes "carnage" - attackers had thrown explosives at hostages; at least 100 killed
* 1:25am, Saturday - Paris prosecutor says death toll at six sites could exceed 120; five attackers killed.
From http://www.sbs.com.au/news/article/2015 ... is-attacks
The police, emergency services and hospital reponse times seems to have been good. There was no 'ankho dekha haal' coverage of the carnage by media and no briefings by multiple government agencies. Information flow seems to be smooth and controlled and no curious onlookers on the streets. People have heeded the call to stay indoors.

Calais ‘Jungle’ refugee camp on fire as Paris rocked by deadly attacks - Nov 14, 2015
https://www.rt.com/news/321967-calais-r ... camp-fire/
https://www.rt.com/news/321967-calais-r ... camp-fire/
A huge fire has broken out at the vast ‘Jungle’ refugee camp near the French port of Calais, just hours after a string of bloody attacks struck Paris, leaving over 100 dead. The Calais deputy mayor told RT that the authorities are trying to tackle the blaze.
It is unclear if there were any casualties following the fire.
There had been immediate speculation that the camp was set on fire in retaliation for the Paris attacks, which left over a hundred dead. However, Mignonet refuted these allegations.
“That is two separate things, and the fire there has nothing to do with the attacks in Paris tonight,” he told RT.
Over the past week, the infamous Jungle refugee camp has been engulfed in clashes between law enforcement officers and migrants. The camp has become a temporary home for thousands of asylum seekers from the Middle East and Africa as they flock to Calais. For the majority it is just a pit stop as they hope to make it to the UK via the Channel Tunnel.
Re: Terrorist Attack in Paris
Graphic eye witness accounts
At the time I thought it was part of the show, and then I turned and saw a person who had taken a bullet in the eye. She stood up and collapsed. Shooters shot randomly at people lying on the ground. Everyone was dead but it made no difference to them. I was lying in a fetal position, but my feet were blocked by someone’s body. I managed to drag my feet out of my shoes and ran backstage
People were screaming as if they were being tortured. Until the last moment we had the impression that the terrorists were behind the door,” another witness told 20 Minutes. “We have just seen a scene of horror: bullets in the head, blood everywhere, dead people everywhere. One has the impression that this is not reality, it’s a nightmare
I heard the attackers speak with twenty hostage, about the French intervention in Syria in Iraq....[before] we heard shooting when the police intervened.

Re: Terrorist Attack in Paris
Regarding Calais migrant camp, looks like folks at the camp had access to weapons:
It comes just days after a French politician branded the camp a "lawless slum" where violence is escalating to the point of "guerrilla warfare".
Republican Eric Ciotti blasted the French government's handling of riots which broke out in the shanty town among migrants desperate to cross the border into England.
Mr Ciotti said Calais had descended into such chaos "guerrilla warfare" was spreading the trouble-hit port town.
The Frenchman also called for demolishment of the migrant camp, which houses more than 6,000 people.
He said: "The risk is now that of guerrilla warfare gradually infiltrating this lawless slum, directly exposing the police who are forced to control a mass of people who dream of reaching England."

All Swiss men who have underwent National Training get to keep their automatic weapons at their homes at all times ( they can buy compatible ammo privately , but not keep army issued ammo at home )
They can go straight to the warfront , fully armed
This hasn't resulted in any major gun related crimes in Switzerland , on the contrary it is one of the safest places on earth

If ISIS is a US state creation, why can these attacks not be considered ISIS actions in co-ordination with the US? France was the last Eurozone country to close its borders and that too after the attacks last night.
