Nonstop artillery and air strikes

H hour seems imminent if talks with rebels fail

The time has arrived where turkiye f16 a couple need to be shot down either with sam or aam
They bombed two relief material convoys in afrin today
Also igla sam to shoot their bayraktar drones that spot for artillery and jamming units to disrupt their control links
High flying sultan needs to get wings clipped

Re: Levant crisis - III
Ambushing them from saa pantsyr units hidden in afrin forests near roads carrying targeted traffic is a viable option
Saa going in has no benefit unless afrin is a nofly zone for turkiye f16
Perhaps assad is waiting to see of kurds keep their end of the deal like hanging over some parts of aleppo city

afrin is part of syria.
"support" is a big word. mutual survival vs the turkiye wolves is the more relevant norm.

Re: Levant crisis - III
leaflets have been dropped over east ghouta giving a 4 days time for kids, women and men over 60 to come out and enter relief camps until the situation is resolved. talks are continuing with the armed factions...if no progress then mil ops will resume. Tiger is said to be dead against granting any safe passage to armed factions this time.
Re: Levant crisis - III
twitter - peaceful handover by YPG. their armed units have moved to afrin a while back.
BREAKING: #SAA enters Sheikh Maqsoud, Hellok, Ba’idayn, Bustan Al-Basha, Ashrafiyah, Shaykh Khidr, Haydariyah in #Aleppo city. #SYRIA
mainly just symbolic with syrian flags raised....these mohallas were anyway open to the rest of aleppo after the liberation.

drone video of a battle in Jobar (west flank of east ghouta) 2 yrs ago...apocalyptic landscape....the rebels have a 12km long unbroken zitadelle/maginot line type defence there...riddled with mines, snipers, MG nests, ATGMs, OPs , tunnels, caches...every heap of rubble is a fortress and will be bitterly fought over...as in stalingrad - first with guns, then knives, then fists , teeth and rocks....

nicky haley continues her deep state act at the UN ... trying to push through a 30 day ceasefire. gives a chance to the jihadis to rest , repair , eat up and prepare more mortars to pound damascus with.
Re: Levant crisis - III
The Syrian-Russo combine, should scythe through the ranks of the ungodly like a combine harvester reaps the wheatfield. Haley can holler as much as she can, rant and rave hystericlally, but the US has been outed and found to be a spent force in the region.Remember that the SAA are fighting for their own land,on their own land and not for moolah like the Western/US backed nercenaries. They have the bit between their teeth now and will relentlessly pursue their cause till victory is achieved...with the help of the Russians, particularly their air support.

Russia, Iran should stop Syrian government violations, Turkey says
Looks like the Molotov-Ribbentrop deal wasnt specific enough.
Nevertheless, my vote is for Erdogan joining Russian alliance and leaving NATO. Cheers.
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-mide ... SKCN1G71CDTurkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Friday that Syrian government air strikes in eastern Ghouta were unacceptable, and called on Russia and Iran to put pressure on Damascus authorities.
“Russia and Iran need to stop the Syrian government,” Cavusoglu said, adding that an offensive by pro-government forces in the northern Syrian province of Idlib also violated an agreement between Turkey, Iran and Russia.

Besides, every neta is pro-himself only. Erdogan is a thorough Islamist.
And Putin a thorough idiot.
Re: Levant crisis - III
putin has the problem of getting access to the black sea...it cannot be wished away....US is increasingly looking to stir the pot in the black sea......keeping erdogan pacified helps with modulating the nato threat level emanating from turkiye
unfortunately turkiye is where it is and not moving geographically
neither can the usa find a near term replacement for Incirlik whose infra was put in place decades ago...they could perhaps relocate to greece but still need access to turkiye airspace to enter the black sea region.
turkey truly is a pakistan-mki ... playing all sides, defiant and getting rewarded for it.

Re: Levant crisis - III
I would imagine the turks are behind this
This souriya thing is merger of turk sponsored ahrar al sham and one more big faction
Al masdar
BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:05 P.M.) – Al-Qaeda affiliate militia Ha’yat Tahrir al-Sham (better known as Jabhat al-Nusra), long considered to be the dominate rebel faction among all non-ISIS insurgent groups, is on the verge of being completely wiped-out in northwestern Syria (its traditional stronghold) following four days of constant defeats to rival Islamist militia Jabhat Tahrir Souriya.
According to sources, the all-new rebel group Jabhat Tahrir Souriya has completely driven Ha’yat Tahrir al-Sham from fitly percent of the territory it once held across Syria’s militant-controlled northwest just half-a-week earlier.
After 100 hours of clashes, casualties for both sides now runs into the many hundreds.

Today alone, Jabhat Tahrir Souriya seized the key towns of Binish, Ta’om, Ram Hamdan, and Maart Masreen from Ha’yat Tahrir al-Sham who was driven in rout from its positions and bases near and within these settlements under a hail of artillery and heavy machine gun fire.
At the present time, Jabhat Tahrir Souriya is mobilizing for an assault to storm and retake the city of Idlib from Ha’yat Tahrir al-Sham, the Al-Qaeda affiliate’s largest and most important stronghold in all of northwest Syria.
Never before in the history of inter-rebel conflict within Syria has the power of Syria’s original Al-Qaeda affiliate group been so fundamentally compromised by a rival faction – yet alone so swiftly.

And remove any leverage over damascus to concede anything
Idlib mordor would be left and would be bombed back to stone age and orcs and uruk hai are anyways infighting

Re: Levant crisis - III
i just had a interesting thought.
long before christianity and islam were invented, judaism was the dominant religion in what is todays israel-jordan-palestine region.
gradually these peoples were converted into the two newer religions passively or activity.
then european origin ashkenazi jews who had no ancestral links to that land arrived and took over the land , over what were the original judaic people by then coverted to islam mostly, with a few christian remnants!
there is a theory that the ashkenazi were seeded by the diaspora fleeing westward after the destruction of the khazar empire north and east of the black sea by the kievan rus duchy around 1000 years ago.
in any case, the new settlers had no real ties to the land, other than knowing it was a ancient core of judaism, nevertheless there were many ancient core judaic areas in that region .... france too was a core area of later judaism....a homeland could easily have been granted in the south of france or central europe more in keeping with the euro origins and culture of the settlers.... but i guess the euro powers would never part with 1 inch of land, so they had to seek out someplace weaker to start the project.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khazars#A ... r_theories
hitler was not uniquely anti jew, most of the euro powers had been persecuting & discriminating on jews for 100s of years and hitler was against anyone perceived as non aryan, so he went after the romany's too and sent them to the gas chambers.
romany genocide

BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:00 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) began their long-awaited East Ghouta offensive this morning, targeting the southeastern countryside of this farming region in Damascus.
Led by the Tiger Forces and 4th Division, the Syrian Arab Army managed to take control of several areas in the East Ghouta after breaking through Jaysh Al-Islam’s front-lines.
According to an official military source in Damascus, the Syrian Arab Army captured the towns Hazrama, Al-Nashabiyah, and Al-Salihiyah, along with the imperative hilltop of Tal Farzat.
As a result of this advance, the Syrian Army has now cleared this large Islamist pocket in the southeastern part of the East Ghouta region.
The Syrian Army is now advancing towards the town of Hawsh Zariqiyah, which is located northwest of Al-Nashabiyah.
