This guesstimate is based on an average 6 persons per household (goats not included) and the pakis themselves claimed recently that they surveyed 35 million households.

By the way, this also does not include millions of workers in the middle east and the gulf.

O ye of little faith in the "Clapistani Productivity!

Please refer to the following Article : Population shoots up by 47 percent since 1998
Paragraph Four : However, with the inclusion of population of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan, the population of the country would reach 197,361,691 in 2011 against 134,714,017 in 1998, showing an increase of 46.5 percent.

Pakistani Maulana Affiliated With Tabligh- Jamaat Allowed To Address Canadian Members Of Parliament

Moulana Tariq Jameel addresses Canadian legislators

OTTAWA – Renowned Islamic scholar Moulana Tariq Jameel addressed a group of Canadian members of parliament in Ottawa last week.
The scholar exchanged views about Islam, harmony, truthfulness and other issues with key figures including Parliamentary Secretary for Public Safety & Emergency Preparedness Mark Holland, Anita Vandenbeld, Shaun Chen and other community leaders. In his address Moulana said: “This is your country, you are Canadian citizen, be sincere and loyal to your country.” He stated that instead of sending money back home, it should be spent in Canada. Jameel also noted that instead of forging documents for citizenship, illegal immigrants should leave the country.
After the address, that was delivered in Urdu and translated to English, the Canadian legislators took to micro blogging site Twitter and expressed their delight after meeting the televangelist. Pakistani Canadian Salma Zahid had hosted Moulana Tariq Jameel who arrived in Canada after being offloaded from a Canada-bound flight at Dubai airport. Jamil, who is a "very famous" maulana in his native Pakistan is also a long serving member of the Tabligh-e-Jamaat , an Islamic Evangelical Organization, often suspected of pro - Islamist tendencies and having ties to the Paki Deep State . Prominent Pakis , among its members ar Retd Lt. Gen Mahmud Ahmed ( 911 fame ), Retd Lt Gen Javid Nasir ( ex ISI ) and Maulana Jillani ( Daniel Pearl fame ) . Paki origin MP Salma Zahid was probably instrumental in arranging visas, meetings etc for this Islamic Mullah . The present Canadian Govt is full of pro Paki, pro khalistani and pro islamic MPs and Ministers , a far cry from the anti Islamist policies of the previous govt. The Indian Govt should make a note of this trend !

" Religious Police " AKA PEMRA Issues Ramzan Orders !

PEMRA issues reminder to TV channels to follow Ramazan guidelines

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) has issued reminder to all satellite TV channels and FM radio stations to strictly follow the Ramazan guidelines. The regulatory body said PEMRA will constantly be monitoring the upcoming Ramazan transmissions of all the channels and FM radio stations. It warned that strict action will be taken against those violating the Electronic Media Code of Conduct 2015 and as well Ramazan guidelines as per law. PEMRA had issued Ramazan guidelines to all satellite TV channels and FM radio stations on May 03.

For those uninitiated in the detail "rules" of the Sharia, Hadith and what not, ( although PEMRA did not mention that !) sex during Ramzan is strictly prohibited ! how such an edict is implemented is anybody's guess !. Another interesting factoid : kissing is "permissible" unless it results in "arousal" , in which case, it becomes HARAM.!!!

India' s Position On Gilgit And Baltistan Must Be Explained To The World - Vikram Sood.

The story of a map and how India should learn from its old mistakes

Washington, February 13, 2007: The US Congressional Research Service (CRS) releases its report on US-India relations. The report is meant for members of the US Congress. On the last page of this document is a map of India (right inset). It is a two-tone map showing India in yellow and the neighbourhood in brown. This brings into sharp focus what the CRS considers to be India. It is an India with its crown, Jammu and Kashmir, knocked off substantially. The entire Gilgit and Baltistan region of Kashmir is shown as a contiguous part of Pakistan right up to the Karakoram Pass on the Chinese border. The map depicts Aksai Chin as an ‘Indian claim'. The report is on the internet. So apart from the Congressmen reading this report, thousands of others who would have seen this map would have concluded that this is how India looks on the map.
New Delhi February 14, 2007. There is no visible reaction to the depiction of this map.
Brussels, May 8, 2007. The Pakistani Ambassador, under instructions from Islamabad, writes to European Union Rapporteur on Jammu and Kashmir Baroness Emma Nicholson claiming that the ‘Northern Areas of Pakistan' were not a part of J&K in August 1947. There must have been some very good reason for this deliberate distortion of history. It was not the negative impact of the contents of the report that seemed to have led the Ambassador's preemptive letter. Instead, the entire letter concentrated on trying to establish that Gilgit and Baltistan were part of Pakistan and India was in illegal occupation of Siachen.
Brussels, May 22, 2007. Baroness Nicholson refutes the Pakistani Ambassador's claims. She cites historical evidence right from the 1909 maps to Maharaja Hari Singh's letter to Mountbatten on October 27, 1947, to show that Gilgit and Baltistan were a part of the Riyasat of J&K. She also adheres to the traditional reference to the area as Gilgit and Baltistan instead of using the Pakistani formulation of ‘Northern Areas of Pakistan'.
Brussels, May 24, 2007. The Foreign Affairs Committee of the EU releases its report on ‘Kashmir: Present Situation and Future Prospects'. The report is also a severe indictment of Pakistani neglect of areas under its control including Gilgit and Baltistan. The document refers to the "considerable evidence that over many years Pakistan has provided Kashmiri militants with training, weapons, funding and sanctuary and has failed to hold militants accountable for atrocities…" It adds that meaningful demilitarisation can only take place in parallel with genuine action to neutralise the threat of infiltration of J&K by militant outfits operating from Pakistan.
New Delhi, February May 24, 2007. There is a subdued reaction in some of the main newspapers, but there is no exultation that the report castigates Pakistan.
From the 1970s, Pakistan began trying to detach Gilgit and Baltistan from the rest of Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (POK). By 1982, General Zia was suggesting that while the question of Kashmir could be examined afresh, Gilgit, Hunza and Skardu were an integral part of Pakistan and were separate from POK. Pakistan gradually tightened its hold on the region. Dissent and nationalism have been suppressed with singleminded ruthlessness. There has been systematic discrimination against the locals and Sunni Pathans imported to offset the Shias of Gilgit and Baltistan to change demographic patterns.
China, too, would be interested that Pakistan has total control over Gilgit and Baltistan. Otherwise the $ 298 million investment in the development of Gwadar is a financial or strategic waste. Xinjiang is only 2,500 km away from the Arabian seaport of Gwadar. On the other hand, it is 4,500 km away from the Chinese east coast. A fully developed port at Gwadar would help in the economic development of Xinjiang. Gas and oil pipelines from Gwadar to Xinjiang and Tibet would enable China to overcome the uncertainty of sealanes from the Persian Gulf through the Malacca Straits patrolled by the US. There will be a special SEZ for China in Gwadar. The Chinese have a much ambitious plan for Pakistan !
In retrospect, it can be said that it was a mistake to have halted our troops at Uri and Gurez in 1948. It was a blunder to have then gone to the UN for succour. But it would be a strategic catastrophe to withdraw from Siachen without the entire issue of J&K satisfactorily and unequivocally resolved. Since distortion of facts is possible, a mere signing of documents about the Agreed Ground Position Lines would not be an adequate guarantee enabling troop withdrawals. History is very unforgiving to those who do not learn from its lessons. The CRS map and the Pakistani Ambassador's letter tell this story.

Today came across many articles on TSP's push for development
Pakistan presents new $50 billion development-heavy budget
SLAMABAD – Pakistan's Finance Minister Ishaq Dar Friday presented a $50 billion development heavy budget that also promised a seven percent increase in military spending, a growth rate of near 6 per cent and an appeasement for farmers who protested ahead of the budget announcement, clashing with police who used tear gas to disperse them.

The budget offered Pakistan's farmers $6.8 billion in loans, as well as fuel and electricity subsidies.

In poor Pakistan the budget promised $1.15 billion in subsidies, mostly to reduce electricity and fuel costs. In his speech to Parliament Dar said the annual per capita income in Pakistan had increased from $1,334 to $1,629 over the last four years of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's government. Tax collection which is notoriously low in Pakistan also increased nearly 80 percent in the same period, he said.

In addition to a seven percent increase in military spending, Pakistan's budget also gave every soldier a 10 percent salary hike for fighting terror. The defense budget was set at $9 billion compared to $8.4 billion last year.

Pakistan's defense budget is not open for debate by Parliament nor does it generally include pensions paid to military personnel. The cost of their pensions comes out of the current budget.

Pakistan has been in a protracted war against terrorists with most battles waged in the tribal regions that border Afghanistan.

Friday's budget was seen as business friendly, offering a 30 percent tax cut to the corporate sector. It also exempts industries from the country-wide rolling power cuts that afflict Pakistanis on a daily basis.

Of the $20 billion plus development budget, Dar said $1.8 billion will go toward financing projects linked to its multi-billion dollar China-Pakistan Economic Corridor scheme that includes a vast array of joint ventures including roads and power plants.

Their Amby to US was in Houston, wanting investments:

10 percent increase in salaries for soldiers for fighting terror is well played by Ganja. Giving is directly to aam soldier should win him more supporters.

The subsidy part will directly feed Ganja and his industrialist friends. The subsidy goes to the providers who are mostly politicians. Large part of it will be cornered by them. Subsidies for sugar is a great example. The relief goes to Sugar mills most of which are owned by powerful politicians.

Terrorists attack Army patrol party in Pulwama, counter-op underway

NEW DELHI: A counter-insurgency operation was launched in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district after terrorists attacked an Army patrol party on Friday.

Security forces cordoned off the area around Saimooh village in Pulwama's Tral and search operations are currently underway.
On Tuesday, security forces called off a similar operation after Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists managed to flee during a gunbattle in the district's Hakripora area.

The operation had been disrupted by protesters who pelted stones at security personnel, which helped the terrorists make their escape.

There have been several instances of mobs indulging in stone-pelting on the forces to disrupt anti-militancy operations in Kashmir.

At times, the security forces have suffered casualties because of such incidents.

Some months back, Army chief Gen Bipin Rawat had warned that stone-pelters would be treated as supporters of terrorists and dealt with accordingly.

Despite the warning, such incidents have continued taking place.

Further details awaited...

Watch the moment a Question Time audience member reads "anti-Western" leaflet from Didsbury mosque

This is the moment a Question Time audience member claimed he had been handed an ‘anti-western’ leaflet at Didsbury mosque.

The man told a stunned audience that he was handed the leaflet – and tea and biscuits – when he attended a charity event at the Manchester mosque.

Didsbury has been linked to the family of suicide bomber Salman Abedi, the young terrorist who killed 23 people including himself when he attacked a deadly attack on an Ariana Grande concert earlier this week.

Didsbury Mosque was attended by the killer’s father, Ramadan, and family.

The weekly political discussion show saw the middle-aged man claim he was handed the leaflet and then read extracts from the piece of paper he was holding in his hand.

“This is direct from Didsbury Mosque,” he tells the panel, including Manchester mayor Andy Burnham, and audience.

“Living in a society in which people have accepted Western lifestyle as their way of life brings immorality at every step. Modesty, shame and honour have no place in Western civilisation.”

He said he was given the leaflet on an open day.

But a Muslim women in the audience said it was a multi-cultural community and she did not recognise the mosque as it was being described.

“Where that’s come from, I don’t know,” she said.

She said the comments “were taken out of context”, drawing an angry response from the man.

Didsbury Mosque has moved to condemn the deadly attack, calling it “cowardice”.

However, one of the imams, Mohammed Saeed said bomber Abedi looked at him with “hate” when he gave a sermon criticising Isis in Libya.

35 Million Households , Abdul + Begumx2, (4x2) 8kids plus 1 grandabuu/2Abbi= 14 Pakanimals. Using principle of average 7 of them per household means at least 245 million counted Dhopais.

Bajwa ji,
Do it the old fashioned way. Go to usenet. Look for the newsgroup alt.binaries.teevee and download Three.Girls.s01e01, e02 and e03

If you don't have access to usenet, then consider subscribing to http://www.easynews.com. It has a very convenient web interface.

You can download every TV show, sports highlights and most of the movies in high quality HD format and watch on your PC, Laptop, Tablet or Phone -- I recommend PotPlayer for PC. You get different formats for different devices.

I would not recommend exposing children to easynews. It contains a *LOT* of filth. You should be able to figure out how to navigate around it.

Defence budget set at Rs920.2bn for FY2017-18

Pakistan's defence expenditure in the next financial year will be around 7 per cent higher than it was in the outgoing year to Rs920.2 billion, the government announced in Friday's Budget 2017-18 speech.

The PML-N government's total budget outlay for 2017-18, possibly its last year in power, was Rs4.75tr, out of which 19.36pc has been kept aside under the Defence Affairs and Services head.

The operating expenses for the armed forces have been allocated Rs225.5bn, while almost Rs322bn will be sent on salaries and renumeration. The armed forces will get Rs244bn for 'physical assets' and Rs128.35bn for 'civil works'.

The government will separately pay nearly Rs180bn in pensions to retired military officials and jawans. This does not count in the budget allocated to defence services. Total "known" Defence Expenditure is Pak Rs. 1100.2 Billion i.e. 23.16% of the Total Clapistani Budget!

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, who presented the budget in Parliament, also announced a 10pc increase in the pay of all armed forced personnel as a 'special allowance' in recognition for their sacrifices in the ongoing conflicts across the country.

"I announce today that a 10pc will be given on the pay of all officers and jawans as special allowance. This allowance will be in addition to the increase in pay that will be announced," Dar said as he presented the Federal Budget 2017-18.

The Frontier Constabulary's jawans will also be given a fixed allowance of Rs8,000 per month, the government said. The special allowance and the fixed allowance are both separate from the defence budget.

The 'special allowance' was also topped up with a 10pc ad hoc increase in salaries for army personnel, along with other government employees.

Dar additionally said during his budget speech said the National Security Committee had recommended that 3pc of the provinces' Gross Divisible Pool should also be allocated to defence expenditures; however, the provinces have yet to get on board with this proposal.

"Large operations like Zarb-i-Azb require vast sums. This is our national duty against terrorism for which provision of resources is the responsibility of the entire nation," Dar urged during his Friday budget speech.

The government will also be launching a new scheme through the Central Directorate of National Savings (CDNS) for the welfare of families of martyrs.

Under this scheme, a guaranteed and enhanced profit will be given as a means of support for martyrs' families.

Defence spending up by 9.5% to Rs920.1b
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Friday increased its spending on defence by around 9.5 per cent for the coming fiscal year, as it sought to consolidate gains in the anti-terror fight and counter external threats – mainly from India.
According to the budget document 2017-18, of the total Rs920.1 billion, Rs322.1 billion have been allocated for employees-related expenses, Rs225.5 billion for operating expenses and Rs244 billion for local purchases and import of arms and ammunition.
However, the amount does not include Rs180 billion allocated for pensions of the military personnel that would be given from the civilian budget and a separate allocation for security-related expenses.
In addition, the military would also be given Rs180 billion under the contingent liability and Rs86 billion out of Rs144 billion under the Coalition Support Fund (CSF).
Thus the Total Amount of the Clapistani Defence Budget is P. Rs. 920.1 Billion + P. Rs. 180 Billion + P. Rs. 86 Billion i.e. Total of P. Rs. 1.1861 Trillion. With a Total Budget of P. Rs4.75 Trillion the Defence Spending would be 24.97% of the Total Budget.

See, this is where baki HS&D could take a severe beating and the bakis don't get it. How low can you go? If the two teams prefer to play in afghanistan over bakistan, where does that leave baki HS&D? Or, what if the afghan team refuses to travel to bakistan for fear of their safety and security?

‘Hang Jadhav immediately’ – Application filed in SC

An application for immediate execution of Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav has been filed in Supreme Court of Pakistan. The applicant argued that as Jadhav has pleaded guilty in front of military courts and has not appealed against his death penalty hence he should be hanged immediately. The decision of giving him death sentence and refusal of diplomatic access are according to Pakistani law, said the applicant. The application further stated that ICJ did not hold binding jurisdiction over Pakistan. Pakistan is free to act according to its domestic law, said the applicant. The application is filed by Advocate Muzammal through Farooq H. Naik in the top court.
Applicant an "ordinary citizen plus "an advocate" of the Deep State ? Psychological game by Paki Govt ?
On May 18, the UN’s top court ordered Pakistan to stay the execution of an Indian national convicted of spying and running a terrorist network, in a decision hailed by New Delhi.Pakistan, on the other hand, said the decision of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has not changed the status of Kulbhushan Sudhir Jadhav’s case in any manner, and India has no substance in the case. Judges at the ICJ ruled in a unanimous and binding decision that Jadhav must not be put to death by Islamabad until they have had time to pass final judgment in the case. Not sure, if Jadhav is still alive !
The court stopped short of ruling on the issue of consular access to Indian embassy officials in Pakistan for Jadhav. Indian Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi admitted to journalists at The Hague that no consular access would be given to Jadhav, pending a final verdict.
The ruling did not favour the arguments of either side but was meant to prevent Pakistan from taking any irrevocable steps before the court can decide whether it has jurisdiction in the case and, later, which side is right or wrong.

Pakistan Nuclear "Scientist" -A Believer In Water Car, Jinn Technology And Other "Miracles" , Says That Pak Missile Technology Is Better Than India.

Every government had supported the nuclear programme after the Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto’s term, he held. The design of Pakistan nuclear weapons is modern, he added. “Pakistan’s missile technology and nuclear weapons are far better than India
“No one has ever produced electricity from Thar coal, now a project is being run under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor programme. We are producing only 10 megawatt electricity instead of 100MWs,” the nuclear scientist added. He criticised the delay in project. Seems that the "miracle scientist" is out on an ego trip !

Debunking myths on CPEC
The Express Tribune > Opinion

Recently, quite a few stories have appeared on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) in both local and international publications. A lot of traction was gained by the cynics of CPEC by reporting factually incorrect information. Consequently, myth spurring on CPEC is on the rise. I am going to take this opportunity to debunk these myths by stating the facts.
A pointless controversy was created on the Long Term Plan (LTP) by a recent article featured in a local English-language newspaper. The report published as ‘LTP’ in that article was an initial draft by the China Development Bank (CDB) and not a part of the agreed LTP. That article basically cherry-picked information from different sources to present a distorted picture of the LTP. The fact is that the government of Pakistan has prepared its own plan after multiple stages of consultation with provinces, federal ministries and their respective technical groups. The LTP has been prepared to develop Pakistan in line with the seven pillars of Vision 2025 which are predicated on the notion of inclusive and sustainable development. The main pillars of LTP are connectivity, energy, industries and industrial parks, agricultural development and poverty alleviation, tourism, cooperation in areas concerning people’s livelihood and financial cooperation. It was shared with the Chinese authorities following approval by the cabinet. Paki media have speculated that "Express Tribune" has now become the " new organ" of the Deep State following "Dawn controversy " !
The Chinese side has given its approval in principle, however, its formal approval is expected by the end of this month, as our Chinese counterparts were occupied by the Belt Road Forum. As soon as we get the official approval from the Chinese side, we will put the LTP on the CPEC website.
One of the biggest myths propagated on CPEC is that Pakistan might become a colony/province of China. Any historian would tell you that colonialism and imperialism are legacies of countries of the global north. China has never invaded any country nor harboured any imperial designs. Cynics point out towards rising trade deficit with China as a reason to show concern on CPEC. The reality is that China’s competitiveness in exports is universal and not idiosyncratic to Pakistan. Pakistan’s current trade deficit with China is $6.2 billion. In comparison, India’s trade deficit with China stands at $47 billion. The US trade deficit with China is $347 billion. Based on these trade deficit numbers, is it appropriate to infer that the US or India are becoming colonies/provinces of China? Certainly not. Similarly, it is ludicrous to make such claims about the Pakistan-China relationship. Both countries respect the sovereignty of each other and CPEC is based on the shared vision of both countries: Vision 2025 and OBOR. :((
At present, only a few thousand Chinese nationals are living in Pakistan and making a positive contribution towards our economy, the majority of them fall in the category of temporary labour migrants who will return back upon completion of the projects. In contrast, around 8 million Chinese are living in Malaysia, 400,000 in France; 600,000 in Japan; 900,000 in Canada and over 2.5 million are living in the US. Therefore, to say that Chinese are overtaking Pakistani society is nothing but a farce. Chinese nationals working in Pakistan are our national guests as they are helping us to build a developed Pakistan. :((
Economic benefits of CPEC are net positive for Pakistan. CPEC is a golden opportunity for Pakistan to undo the mistakes of the past and we, as a nation, cannot afford to be complacent about it. Nothing negative about CPEC ! Totally one sided article !

"Do Not Give Pakistan, A Bad Name" Rumours Become True

Pakistani security forces harass journalist, despite court order - CPJ ( Committee To Protect Journalists )

New York, May 26, 2017--Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency should stop harassing Taha Siddiqui, Pakistan bureau chief for World Is One News, a New Delhi-based news website, the Committee to Protect Journalists said today. Officials from the FIA last night delivered a summons ordering the journalist to appear today for questioning at its counter-terrorism department, despite a court's order that they cease harassing him, Siddiqui told CPJ. He is targeted due to his "employer" being based in India, his possible Mohajir background and giving Pakistan a bad name blah blah blah !
Siddiqui told CPJ that his lawyer represented him at the FIA today, but that officials did not tell the lawyer why they were summoning the journalist, beyond that it was for questioning, and that Siddiqui was not yet charged with a crime. The summons followed a May 23 ruling from the Islamabad High Court restraining the FIA from harassing Siddiqui in response to the journalist's petition, according to Siddiqui and the daily newspaper Dawn. The newspaper reported that FIA deputy director Noman Bodla on May 18 called Siddiqui to ask him to appear for questioning, and that Bodla hinted the agency's interest was related to his journalistic work. The court is scheduled to reconvene on May 29, according to Siddiqui and media reports. All this "petty harassment" will most likely "disappear" - press control will be iron-clad - when the Chini internet and satellite system comes to Pakiland under the CPEC
"Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency should abide by the Islamabad High Court's order to stop harassing journalist Taha Siddiqui," Steven Butler, CPJ's Asia Program Coordinator, said from Washington, D.C. "Pakistani security forces should not use terrorism as a pretext for targeting journalists." Additional pressure from Massa will work like magic; hope he is not already on ECL !
"[By] visiting my residence post-work hours while I'm not there and insisting on delivering this to me without explaining why they want me to come to a counter-terrorism investigation, the FIA, Interior Ministry, and Pakistan government is continuing to harass, intimidate, and silence free speech and independent journalism," Siddiqui told CPJ. Siddiqui said he plans to attend the high court hearing on May 29. It will be hard for the "Deep State" to do a Saleem Shehzad or ( unsuccessful ) Hamid Mir on him

Pakistan left with limited options in Saudi-led Islamic military alliance
US President Donald Trump, addressing the Arab-Islamic-American summit in the capital of Saudi Arabia, urged Arab leaders to “drive out” terrorism from their countries on Sunday in a speech that put the burden on the region to combat militant groups. Irrespective of the debate about not allowing Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to speak on this occasion, the outcome of the moot is being considered as a serious setback for Pakistan’s foreign policy. Pakistan has to decide, it is willing to jeopardise its relations with Iran for Saudi Arabia.

Pakistan’s US problem: the first betrayal
As per conventional wisdom about small states and their foreign policy formation, neo-realism or systemic and structural-level theories provide rich insight to predict small states’ foreign policy priorities given their focus on the dynamics between ‘power’ and ‘security’. According to the neo-realists, small states are driven to form alliances with big powers due to their external constraints, more specifically motivated by their ‘security’ concerns rather than by their domestic or internal compulsions.
A month before signing the Tashkent Declaration, President Ayub Khan visited the United States in December 1965 to seek US support for the issue of Kashmir and repair the damage done to Pak-US relations in the wake of 1965 war. Johnson categorically told Ayub that if Pakistan-US alliance had any chance of survival in future, Pakistan would need to stay away from China. In private, however, Johnson told Ayub that he ‘understood certain relationships just as a wife could understand a Saturday night fling by her husband so long as she was the wife.’

Pakistan's GDP 2015 was supposedly USD $271.049 billion.
https://tradingeconomics.com/pakistan/gdp
If Pakistan grew at 5.28%, the 2016 GDP would be USD $285.360 billion.
If Pakistan grows a second year at 5.28%, the GDP would be USD $300.43 billion.

Not sure how they reached $304 billion.

The Economic Survey is available here:
http://www.finance.gov.pk/survey_1617.html

The first chapter says:
Pakistan is the sixth most populated country in the world with an estimated population of 199.71 millions. The estimated population growth and fertility rate is 1.86 and 3.0 respectively.

Your first news-item says:
The Economic Survey for 2016-17 unveiled by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar today recorded the GDP growth rate at 5.28 percent, increasing the size of the economy at $304 billion and per capita income at $1,629 during the outgoing financial year.

$1,629 per capita * 199.71 million people = $325.3 billion
Or to put it another way, the population base for this GDP and per-capita is $304 billion/$1629 = 186.6 million.

Chapter 17 of the economic survey contains some valuable info:
(PDF file) http://www.finance.gov.pk/survey/chapte ... cators.pdf
Now the Pakistan government gives the following population figures (the headings are like 2003-04, etc., but a footnote says that population is "On Calendar Year Basis).

2003 - 149.7 million
2004 - 152.5
2005 - 155.4
2006 - 158.2
2007 - 161.0
2008 - 163.8
2009 - 173.5 -- notice the large jump over 2008
2010 - 177.1
2011 - 180.7
2012 - 184.4
2013 - 188.0
2014 - 191.7
2015 - 195.4
2016 - 199.1

This is their official population estimate. Keep it around to hang around their necks if and when their census results come.

Numbers are made up just like everything else in that land. Sialkoti statistics. Per the data provided in the survey, their population grew by an average rate per year of 1.99% from 2010 till 2016 (dropping down to 1.95% in 2012-2013). Now we all know that average is blasphemy. The real annual population growth rate should be around 3%. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12283984

Year Growth Rate
2003
2004 2.8 1.87%
2005 2.9 1.90%
2006 2.8 1.80%
2007 2.8 1.77%
2008 2.8 1.74%
2009 9.7 5.92%
2010 3.6 2.07%
2011 3.6 2.03%
2012 3.7 2.05%
2013 3.6 1.95%
2014 3.7 1.97%
2015 3.7 1.93%
2016 3.7 1.89%

These estimates in the economic survey are cooked up to get to a population figure below 200 M which allows the pakis to derive a higher per capita income. Its their need to be equal equal to India.

By the way, if their population was growing at 3% per year, beginning 2003, the number of momeens and momeenettes today will be around 220 M (10% more than their economic survey). Assuming, and that's a big IF, that the 2003 numbers are accurate.

News item datelined May 26 estimates the population of the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan as being in the region of 210 – 220 Million.

The sixth Housing and Population Census reached its successful completion on 24th May 2017. The census was held after a delay of almost 19 years after the planned census of 2008 which was delayed due to deteriorating law and order situation. ………………

Although the field operations of the 2017 Census are over, the final enumeration of the data is still under process and numbers and figures will not be released for some time. …………………

According to initial estimates given by non-government and unofficial sources, the population of Pakistan is likely to be 21-22 crores. This is an increase of more than 7 crores from the population of Pakistan as established by the 1998 census. Furthermore, this is an increase of almost 2 crores from numbers given by economic surveys recently. The Economic Survey of 2016-2017 established that Pakistan’s population is roughly 19 crores out of which 10 crore were men while 9 crore were women. …………………………..
