CNN) — President Donald Trump said Sunday the US would "devastate Turkey economically" if the NATO-allied country attacks Kurds in the region.
"Starting the long overdue pullout from Syria while hitting the little remaining ISIS territorial caliphate hard, and from many directions. Will attack again from existing nearby base if it reforms," the President tweeted on Sunday.
He added, "Will devastate Turkey economically if they hit Kurds," but followed up in a second tweet, "Likewise, do not want the Kurds to provoke Turkey."

Bolton has walked back the previous announcements on ISIS and Syria, has reassured everyone that there is no firm timetable for US withdrawal and that Turkey had better stay off the Kurds. Meanwhile Pompeo is talking of confronting Iran in Syria... which is back to the MBS funded script

The jollies are getting personal. Nancy Pelosi asked DT to postpone his SOTU speech, and nastily suggested that he do the speech from the Oval Office. DT hit back by refusing her permission to fly on Congressional Phakt-Pihndin mishun using USAF plane. Suggested that she could take a commercial flight if she so decides.

Once again much like American then.. With Trump we get to see that underbelly of American polity laid bare for the world to see. Previously it used to be hidden under a thin veneer of diplomatese; the mask would slip occasionally, but here it's been stripped off completely.

Racism, although less in the northern states, is worse than southern states. It often results in violent crime. In the south you are viewed as ni**er or fuzzy furnier who is not let into various institutions and segregated out.

Trump is exposing American democracy for the sham it is. Good people like Tulsi Gabbard are being viciously attacked by fellow donkeys. I've even seen desis who accuse her of being too close to Hindu Nationalists.

I wonder why Ms Palosi want to play with DT who is master of nasty games. She and her fellow Dem Congress members are playing to the base too much. They most be s&&t scared of the base now. 2020 will have lot of Dem candidates pretending to be leftee crazies in the primaries for WH. Will they be in a position to defeat DT? I seriously doubt it.

Telling DT to postpone or call off SOTU speech will backfire. DT may hold is SOTU speech at one of his all white MAGA rallies and invite donkeys to the event. Then have the crowd get to booing the donkeys in public on live TV. SOTU may turn out like a WWE event.

Donkeys feel they have an advantage after mid-term elections since DT is so unpopular. What they forget is that presidential elections are based on the electoral college. The uneducated whites don't come out to vote normally, but if DT is on the ticket, they'll come out of the back woods and vote for him. OH, FL, and PA will go to DT in 2020. He will lose WI and MI, and lose even more popular votes across the US. Net result DT: 279 and Un-named Donkey: 259. DT will lose popular vote by at least 5 million, but it does not matter.

yindu living in a few immigrant friendly bubbles do not see the dark underbelly of the beast...only a few isolated yindu who work outside these bubbles for a living get some exposure....and yindu are few in 'blue collar' assembly line type jobs.

the hispanics are building their own ecosystem in the areas they are starting to dominate like SW quadrant. koi kuch ukhad nahi sakta in SW. even the infamous sheriff arpaio of phoenix has been disgraced and defanged after a long reign of terror.

by 2040 the hispanics will be quite strong in murican politics i feel as they cross the overall 50% mark and start to really dominate some airspaces. and who can blame them for taking back what was once theirs? the kids of hardworking first gen migrants will be increasingly going into college and into white collar jobs - esp medicine and law - the pathway into politics.

per the ancient prophesies, they might bring balance to the force. the high tide of yindu family and job based migration has imo already crested and will slowly fall now...

Smt Gabbard has said some strong words against militant LGBT activists in the distant past (mid to late 2000s). Her opponents are bringing them up and trying to shake her a bit.

Whatever she said, was not against gays et al. Just against tactics of some activist types. But she is gradually moving into the glare. I find her background to be an Obama type outlier who can surprise any seasoned DC thuggee

Nancy Pelosi and Dumbocrats think that they are smart. That they can outrage their way out. DT does not care two hoots about their outrage or any of dumbocrats outrage. Dumbocrats outraged violently when DT was legally elected and won fair and square by the rules, what worse can dumbocrats do now? They already played their cards.

So DT will continue poking in their eyes and dumbocrats will continue to cut their nose to spite DT.

"Nancy Pelosi's trip cut short" screams the news., well Nancy cuts out DT's state of union and DT just turns the knife back ever so coolly, like "Eh Nancy, cannot spare the US Air force for your sojourn to Upaghanistan due to government shutdown".

Who is red faced?

And now former ICE chief goes and says "Nancy is disgusting"
"Because she's scared to death that a president is going to speak straight to the American people more than 8 minutes," the former Homeland Security officer later continued. "And explain there is a crisis on the border."

"If Nancy Pelosi saw what I saw in the 34 years of my career, maybe she'd have a different attitude," Homan added before sharing stories about people dying while trying to reach the U.S. due to a lack of border security in some areas.
The liberandus in US do not understand that they cannot fence their home *and* have an open border!

It is good that the glare on Tulsi is getting drowned in the Pelosi-Trump antics.

Dem front runners will be Tulsi and Kamala. Do not be surprised if Alexandria Ocasia Cortez throws her hat into the ring as well. There are enough dumbocrats who are crazy behind her. And she is latino. And she is woman. All the right credentials for 2020 presidential run.

AOC is too young. Can't even be a senator yet.

Besides, what will all the freshmen have to show if the government stays shut until Nov 2020?

She is now forced to say sorry. I.I.R.C. seeing her tweet on this. I don't think she has any chance. Deep state must be hating her to their bones. Entire Dem establishment will turn on her now. She will not last more than two primaries. She may continue but her plain speaking on many issues like "Islamic Terror" will not be acceptable to crazy base of Dem who are not seriously empowered.

If there is any female contesting against D.T. like Warren Kamala etc it will be fun like last one. AOC is too young. I also seriously doubt she has any gray cells to start with. None of the females of the establishment comes out as a street fighter needed to take hits and hit back DT. Maybe Kamala Haris may hit DT but can she take hits of DT? I doubt it.

Watch out for Beto Orio or whatever his name fellow contested against Cruz for the US senate. Has lot of "charisma" in the leftee circle. Could raise lot of funds also. He can contest.

DT missed a trick there: should have let Pelosi go gallivanting on USAF planes. The visuals of her caviar burger and Champagne on the plane would have been pure gold to show to furloughed fed workers who are lining up at the food banks. Can you believe the insensitivity of these netas, to carry on THEIR luxury agenda while the government is shut down because THEY are not doing their jobs?

Nancy tweeted that her "commercial" flight plans were leaked out.

It could be that DT did get wind of her plans to fly "commercially" and decided to take wind out of her sails.

Dumbo'crats are worse than donkeys!!! Idiots do not realize that the more they try to paint Orange into a corner, the more they are painting themselves! Not many knew that Pelosi came back from a junket in Hawaii and was planning to go on a junket to Upaghanistan (via Brussels!) Now they all know :rotfl:

Somewhere I heard this quote wrt latino immigrants."They didn't cross the border. It is the border which crossed them".

By the way America is headed towards a second civil war or at the minimum a prolonged period of intense civil propaganda. Most probably this will happen within next decade. The gap between opposing factions is now too great to be bridged.
