Pakistan launches Chinese language classes for businessmen, academics
ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan-China Institute has launched Chinese language classes, in a move to provide opportunities to businessmen and other professionals who are interested in doing business in China.
Speaking at the event on Monday, Senate Chairman Mian Raza Rabbani said he is happy about the commencement of the Chinese language classes by the important think tank in Pakistan, adding that the Pakistan-China friendship has been mutually beneficial for the two countries in strategic and economic terms.
The Chinese language classes started eight years ago in Pakistan schools, and the newly launched one is the second phase of such classes for businessmen, academics, and intellectuals.
Launching a publication on “CPEC: Facts versus Fiction”, the Senate chairman termed the Pak-China relationship as a bulwark against hegemonism in the region since there had been attempts at regime change and to impose India as the regional policeman by the US.
Mushahid Hussain, head of the Pakistan-China Institute, said it is important to enhance people-to-people contact between the two countries.

Govt refuses to divulge 'operational details' of Pakistani troops' deployment to Saudi Arabia
Senate Chairman Raza Rabbani on Monday threatened Defence Minister Dastagir with 'contempt of parliament' proceedings after the minister outright refused to provide details of the ‘unilateral decision’ to send Pakistani troops to Saudi Arabia for deployment. The chairman said he 'rejected' Dastagir's briefing to the upper house after the minister said he could not divulge "operational details" of the deployment. Why blame the messenger (Dastagir) ? The "nominal" Govt of Abbasi gets the flak, while the real Govt ( AKA Deep State ) is the culprit
"The parliament found out [about the deployment] through a press release," Rabbani said. "The executive has itself rubbed parliament's nose in the dirt." But the defence minister argued that despite the decision, Pakistan remains "neutral" — in line with a unanimous resolution passed by a joint sitting of parliament in 2015 stating that Pakistan will not become party to any war in the Middle East or any Arab state.
Last year, Pakistan had sent its famed army chief, retired Gen Raheel Sharif, to lead a Saudi-led coalition of troops contributed by several Muslim countries. Thereafter, it had been speculated that the deployment would take place even if it would not happen as quickly as the Saudis wanted.

After Chinese Currency, Chinese Language is official in Pakistan
On 19 December 2017, Pakistani Minister for planning and development Mr. Ahsan Iqbal announced to baffled watchers that Pakistan will now accept Yuan as the currency for China Pakistan bilateral trade, will treat it as equal to US dollars in foreign exchange and will extend it all the facilities that the USD has. After the official nod to Chinese currency, here comes another major development which almost confirms what has been a constant buzz in the geopolitical rumor mills. And the buzz of course is that Pakistan is now a colony of China. Pakistan Senate has approved the motion to declare Chinese an official language. What is the next step

10M is enough for most common cargo ships to dock directly at the port.

Not only that, it is deeper than Bandar Abbas, Iran's main and busiest port.

Also, it can always be dredged to make it deeper if needed.

The earth imaging satellite built by china has a 1m resolution in panchromatic (full colour) mode.
It also has an infra-red camera with a 25-30m resolution
The sat will be launched in a sun synchronous orbit at a roughly 600 Km orbit, with a revisit time of about 100+ days

In this instance, the cheena biladhel didn't even allow halal green paint developed by SUAR-CO to be used

Pakistan to Launch First Earth Observation Satellite in 2018
The launch of PRSS-1 has a potential impact on Middle Eastern geopolitics given the economic dependence of Pakistan on Gulf Arab states, particularly Saudi Arabia, and the close, but recently troubled, security relationship between Riyadh and Islamabad.
A number of Pakistani officials have also intimated that PRSS-1, and its possible successors, will be used for national security purposes as well, such as intelligence gathering, border security, and general surveillance.
PRSS-1 has been built by Chinese satellite manufacturer China Academy of Space Technology (CAST), and China Great Wall Industries Corporation will launch the satellite in March 2018. The PRSS-1 satellite is similar to the one built for Venezuela by CAST, called the Antonio José de Sucre, launched on October 8, 2017, from the Jiuquan launch site in China.

So, what's next in the complete chinification of al ba(w)kistan? I mean, so far, the bakis have:

1. mortgaged their land to mainland companies that exist only on paper
2. seconded their defence manufacturing to chini defence companies that use the bakis as testing grounds for inferior products
3. allowed the chini peasant stock from the hinterlands to marry their daughters
4. forced the chini language on themselves as lingua franca
5. accepted the chini currency into daily transactions
6. convinced themselves that the chinis are their saviors, mai-baaps and ultimate salvation from the evil Yindoos
7. put half of their baki security establishment on guard duty
8. stood up for the chinis in the global arena when no other nation would
9. promoted chinis to the arabs as malsic lovers

I know. How about, from now on, giving chini names to their new-borns?

On a serious note, I am very curious on the cultural aspect of chinese takeover.
IF (a very very big if) chinese succeed, will pakis remain the same rabid they have been in past similar to the NoKo dog that can be shushed to India or more dangerously will they become like chinese, biding time, progressing economically to strike the opponent at right time. Couldnt find any of rudradevji's post in this line of thought.

All the participants were delighted with the professional capabilities and expertise of Dr Khalid
It is pertinent to mention here that apart from Pakistani doctors, the Neuro Surgeons Conference was attended by those from the US, KSA, Korea, Nepal, Russia, Italy, and the Czech Republic
Dr Khalid said that Pakistan was ahead of the developed countries in neurosurgery, especially in endoscopy
Surgical anatomy, brain path and sinonasal also came under discussion during the Skype sessions
Dr Khalid claimed that brain tumours were being removed in the Punjab Institute of Neurosciences of the Lahore General Hospital without opening the head

Coffee Spill Alert.

Esteemed PPP Senator Rehman Malik, with much wailing and gnashing of teeth, declares that he has filed a Charge Sheet and delivered it to our High Commissioner in Pakistan. In this chargesheet, he links our Honorable PM to the assassination of Gandhiji, cites Google to prove Modiji is a Top 10 Criminal, and demands/beseeches UN and Pak Attorney General to go to the ICJ and also to send a high powered delegation to investigate various war crimes.

If I were to repost the entire article and bold the funny bits, I fear one would not be able to see the unbolded parts. Because there wouldn't be any.

Please enjoy and for heaven's sakes be careful with any hot drinks.

When Mohammadden belief based Shariah strictures in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan cloisters away women, it is inevitable that male homosexual rape with paedophile overtones crops up. Two such cases from the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan are reported today.

First reported case of the day involves a Mohammadden Cleric who was arrested in Punjab Province for raping a 7 year old boy. Clearly if this Mohammadden Cleric dies and makes it to Jannat, given his sexual preference for little boys, he would will be greatly disappointed with being supplied virgin Houri’s:

Cleric held for rape of minor boy

Second reported case for the day relates to the recovery of the cadaver of a raped 8 year old boy, also in Punjab Province:

Missing boy found strangled after rape

This deviant behaviour of paedophile homosexual rape is clearly not restricted to Pathan / Pushtun areas under occupation of the Punjabis of the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan as the Islamic Republics Punjab based residents would have us Kaafr Dhimmis believe given that both above incidents have taken place in Punjab Province.

Further this deviant behaviour is no stray event in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Similar incidents of paedophile homosexual rape have been frequently reported. Indeed I suspect that the incidents of this nature, by standards of prevalence of deviant behaviour, are quite widespread in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan making it the Paedophile Homosexual Rape Capital of the Indian Sub-Continent. News articles from 2018, which is not even two months old, reporting incidents of paedophile homosexual rape in the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan follow to demonstrate the point.

February 6, 2018:

8-year-old boy allegedly raped by labourer in Jhelum

February 2, 2018:

Seven-year-old boy found ‘raped, killed’ in Karachi

January 28, 2018:

January 24, 2018:

Teenage boy held captive, raped for 3 days in Rawalpindi

And so the Mohammadden Terrorist Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan yet again lives up to the boast of its former executed Prime Minster Bhutto who famously said in the 1970’s that “We {Pakistan} will eat grass, even go hungry, but we will have our own {Nuclear Weapons}” (Eating Grass).

This time around I see the Sole Islamic Nuclear Power, the Mohammadden Terrorist Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan, has managed to earn the dubious distinction of having the worst infant mortality rate in the world per UNICEF beating out the Central African Republic and next door neighbour Afghanistan  .

Time for the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan to redeploy its “Ahead of Developed Countries” Neurosurgeons  onto more mundane duties involving Paediatric care:

Jhelum water inflow declines alarmingly

ISLAMABAD: After 52 years, Pakistan has experienced mammoth reduction in the Jhelum water inflows from 8,000 cusecs to 1,900 cusecs on Sunday (Feb19) but on Monday it slightly scaled up to 2,000 cusecs, raising the eyebrows of many in the country as all other rivers have normal flows.

However, a senior official of Pakistan’s Permanent Commission of Indus Waters (PCIW) attributed the decline in water inflows in Jhelum River to less rainfall, below average snowfall and low temperatures in the catchment area which is situated in Indian Held Kashmir.

Asked if India is in process of filling the reservoir of the just-completed Kishenganga hydropower project, he said that it depends upon the rise in temperature in the catchment area and the water flows are not gaining the momentum at the moment. However, water experts apprehended that the massive dip in water inflows may be the result of filling of Kishenganga Dam by Indians as other rivers have normal flows. IRSA spokesman Khalid Idrees Rana said that historically water flows in Jhelum river stay at 7,000-8,000 cusecs per day in these days, but now they have dropped down to an alarmingly level of just 2,000 cusecs.

However, the data shows during peak winter season water flows hovered in the range of 7,000-8,000 cusecs and specifically on December 26, 2017, the water flows stayed at 7,900 cusecs, but in January 2018, the flows dropped massively to be in the range of 4600 to 4,000 cusecs. By mid- February, when spring season starts approaches, the water flows drastically went down raising many a eyebrows. This means that India had started the process of filling of dam from January, 2018.

However, PCIW is totally unaware of the filling of the dam by India as it has failed to get information of any existing and future projects being erected on Pakistan’s rivers in the last four years particularly after Pakistan going to World Bank asking for the constitution of the court of arbitration (CoA) on the designs of Kishenganga and Ratle hydropower projects. The World Bank has failed to constitute the court of arbitration on account of India’s opposition as New Delhi is insisting that the matter should be resolved at the forum of Neutral Expert. Since then, Modi government is keeping Pakistan in the dark about the design of the future projects on eastern rivers. So Pakistan is not in a position to verify if India is filling the Kishenganga Dam.

Pakistan riskiest country for newborns: UNICEF
Islamabad: The United nations (UN) children's agency has singled out Pakistan(Conspiracy against Pakistan  ) as the riskiest country for newborns, saying that out of every 1,000 children born in Pakistan, 46 die at birth. The report is part of UNICEF's new campaign, launched on Tuesday, to raise awareness to bring down neonatal mortality rates.
The report says that "more than 80 per cent of all newborn deaths are caused by three preventable and treatable conditions".The three are premature births, complications such as lack of oxygen at birth and neonatal infections, including sepsis and pneumonia. It says as many as 3 million children could be saved each year with an investment in quality care at delivery. China in talks with Baloch militants to secure CPEC projects, says FT
KARACHI: China has been quietly holding talks with Baloch militants for more than five years in an effort to protect the $60 billion worth of infrastructure projects it is financing as part of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), Financial Times claimed on Monday. Three people with knowledge of the talks told the paper that Beijing had been in direct contact with militants in Balochistan, where many of the CPEC-related schemes are located. Is China acting as a "dalal" between the Paki Govt and the Baloch "miscreants"
“The Chinese have quietly made a lot of progress,” one Pakistani official told Financial Times. “Even though separatists occasionally try to carry out the odd attack, they are not making a forceful push.” What does this all say about the "quality" of Pakistan security forces . It appears that the Chinese do not have any confidence in Paki Fauj  !
For more than half a century, Beijing has maintained a policy of non-interference in the domestic politics of other countries. But that has been tested by its desire to protect the billions of dollars it is investing around the world under its Belt and Road Initiative to create a “new Silk Road” of trade routes in Europe, Asia and Africa. Pakistan is being "experimented" in more than one ways by the "shrewd Chinese" !
Chinese peacekeepers are already in South Sudan, where Beijing has invested in oilfields and is planning to build a rail line. China has also contributed troops to a UN peacekeeping operation in Mali and even talked about launching attacks against the militant Islamic State group in Iraq, where it has been the largest foreign investor in the country’s oil sector. In Pakistan, Beijing appears keen to fill the void left by Washington, which has drifted from its former ally after becoming frustrated at Islamabad’s failure to tackle extremism.
Some have warned that China’s investment could lead to Pakistan being treated like a client state by Beijing, despite promises that Chinese troops would not be stationed there. The paper claimed that the Pakistani officials welcomed the talks between Baloch rebels and Chinese envoys, ( just like they welcome Massa intervention in Kashmir !) even if they do not know the details of what has been discussed.
Chinese officials did not comment on the talks, though the Chinese ambassador to Islamabad said in a recent interview with the BBC that militants in Balochistan were no longer a threat to the economic corridor. One provincial tribal leader said many young men had been persuaded to lay down their weapons by the promise of financial benefits.“Today, young men are not getting attracted to join the insurgents as they did some 10 years ago,” he said. “Many people see prosperity” as a result of the CPEC, he added. The Chinese, due to their cultural traits are very "economical" with the words they use, unlike the Pakis who many times put their foot in their mouth

Among migrants held in the course of 2017 in Turkey, most came from Pakistan -- around 15,000 -- followed by Afghans at around 12,000. Syrians totaled about 10,000.

The sat will be launched in a sun synchronous orbit at a roughly 600 Km orbit, with a revisit time of about 100+ days

In this instance, the cheena biladhel didn't even allow halal green paint developed by SUAR-CO to be used
Panchromatic means sensitive to all colours, in other words black and white. Yes it's counter intuitive.

Terroristan - 4th Jan 2018

US stands firm as Pakistan begs for Fatf mercy while Hafiz Saeed continues to preach hate

WASHINGTON: The Trump administration’s hardball approach to ending Pakistan’s nurturing of terrorism has sent Islamabad scrambling across the world to beg for mercy and succour, but Washington remains unmoved by its entreaties while Pakistan’s terrorist principal Hafiz Saeed remains free to preach his gospel of hate.

US officials continue to hold Islamabad’s feet to fire on the terror financing issue even as Pakistani officials arrived on Monday to plead their case in Paris,+ where the 35-member Financial Action Task Force (FATF) – a global body that combats terrorist financing and money laundering – is considering a US resolution grey list Pakistan for essentially bankrolling terrorism.

While US officials politely pointed out to ''ongoing deficiencies in Pakistan’s implementation of its anti-money laundering/counterterrorism finance regime,'' – something Islamabad says it has fixed – they also expressed broader systemic concerns about Pakistan’s non-compliance with its commitments under UN Security Council Resolution 1267 broadly aimed at ending support for terrorists and groups.

Those commitments remained unmet even as the Fatf meeting got underway going by the videos of Saeed, a designated terrorist, preaching his message of hate that Islamist groups continue to distribute online.

In one recent video, Hafiz mocks Pakistan government’s seizing of his organisation Jamaat-ul-Dawa’s assets, saying if the government shuts one door, ''Allah will open 100 doors.'' He also spews his rhetoric of hate, blaming Islamabad’s move as being forced by ''yahoodis and kaffirs,'' a reference to Jews and Hindus.

The Pakistani delegation arrived in Paris after stops in various European capitals to lobby for relief even as the US has roped in Germany and Britain to co-sponsor the resolution. The Pakistani media reported that of the 35 permanent members of the FATF, ''only China supports Pakistan whereas the rest are likely to fall behind the US resolution,'' even as many of its TV talking heads blamed India for the ''saazish'' (conspiracy) to put Pakistan in trouble.

On Saturday, Pakistan tried a new gambit to escape the terror financing tag, pleading with the US that putting it on the Fatf grey list would humiliate it in the eyes of the hardliners who have argued that there is no percentage in toeing the US line. Many of these hardliners claim China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey will come to Pakistan’s rescue.

''We’ll have egg on our faces,'' Miftah Ismail, Pakistan’s finance and economic advisor who is pleading the country’s case in Paris implored in the New York Times. ''We pushed for these reforms, although many thought we wouldn’t be successful changing Washington’s behaviour.''

But while the country’s bureaucrats were begging for relief, Pakistan’s military and political establishment was all bluster while blaming each other for the crisis that its analysts said will imperil the country’s finances.

Pakistan’s interior minister Ahsan Iqbal warned that putting the country on the Fatf ''grey list'' would be counterproductive and would damage country’s economy while making no mention of the free run that UN-designated terrorists have in Pakistan.

One argument Pakistan’s establishment is making is that cracking down too hard on terror groups and their leaders whom the country’s military has long patronized as the first line of offense against India and Afghanistan will destabilise the country if they turn their attention inwards.

The US is not impressed with the argument and wants action beyond a token seizing of assets. ''We may consider lifting the suspension when we see decisive and sustained actions to address our concerns, including targeting all terrorist groups operating within its territory, without distinction,'' US Under Secretary of State John Sullivan told a Senate hearing recently, adding, ''we have shared with Pakistan our South Asia strategy in detail and have made our expectations clear.''

That effectively means acknowledging India's primacy in the region and rolling up terror groups, something no one expects Pakistan to do.
