Heads up! This just in...

Water scarcity can paralyse country, warn experts
Experts on water and environmental issues warned on Thursday of potentially disastrous consequences Pakistan faced owing to increasing water scarcity, a problem, they said, which had intensified owing to India’s active strategy to control and manage water resources and the fast changing climatic patterns.
India’s strategy is to maintain status quo in Pakistan. Around 750MAF water is available to India yearly of which 287MAF is stored in dams. Its storage capacity is 30pc, which they want to increase up to 50pc. In comparison, Pakistan with 140MAF available water has a storage capacity of 7pc,” he said.
Elaborating further, Sardar Mohammad Tariq said that India had control over 85pc of water that came from Indian-held Kashmir J&K. Now, it was out to damage Pakistan’s water interests more as it planned to finance a dam over Kabul River in Afghanistan.
The experts also spoke about high water wastage (owing to poor agricultural practices), which stood at around over 40pc, and suggested growing high-value crops with less water needs.
That's right. Ignore the elephant in the room. Blame India for all your "self induced" problems.

No to WTO invite. Finally!

Pakistan won’t attend WTO meeting in India
Pakistan has decided to boycott the World Trade Organisation (WTO) summit being held in India after tensions between the two arch rivals witnessed new heights in the recent weeks.
The officials said that the decision to skip the meeting was taken in view of the recent incidents of harassment of Pakistani diplomats and their families in New Delhi.

X Posted from the Islamism thread.

Joh Toba Qalandar Shah mein gaandu hai woh Telford mein bhi gaandu hai. Rochdale and Rotherham Redux in Telford.

From the Islamic Emirate of England, held Scotland, Wales and English Administered Ireland aka UK, news report emerging over the past week or so of a massive and long established case of Paedophile Sexual Grooming of mainly Christist Caucasian Children by mainly fellow Abrahamic Mohammadden Adults originating in the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

And yet again, as in previous cases of paedophile sexual grooming in the Islamic Emirate of England, held Scotland, Wales and English Administered Ireland at places like Rochdale and Rotherham, not to mention cases of other crimes such as Terrorism, the UK media continues providing a burqua aka burka to camouflage the fact that these despicable acts are mainly being carried out by Mohammadden Adults originating in the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan by liberally using the term “Asian Men” resulting in this peeved article in one of the few media outlets calling a Pakistani Mohammadden Paedophile just that.

Apparently in the UK while it is racist to point out that the paedophile is a Mohammadden Pakistani it is not racist to insinuate that “Asians” were involved despite the fact that Mohammaddens or Pakistani’s do not constitute the majority of “Asians”:
It is estimated that up to 1,000 young, mainly white girls have been raped, sexually abused, abducted, trafficked and some even murdered in Telford, Shrops.

The abusers are said to be “Asian”. Except “Asian” doesn’t quite do it. The vile men are not Filipino or Japanese. They are once again reported to be largely Muslim, and largely from Pakistan. …………………..

The abuse of young white girls by Muslim men apparently began in the 1980s. It took the police more than 20 years to tackle it. The social services departments didn’t seem to care, either.

Nobody cared. People were too worried about being seen as racist. So nothing got done, for years and years. ……………………….
The UK Tabloid The Sun:

Yet again, young girls were being abused in Telford — and yet again, nobody seemed to care :
From the social services to the police, it seems people were too worried about being called a racist rather than helping mainly white girls abused, trafficked and some murdered by largely Muslim men

The Bajwa doctrine

‘Horror vacui’ – ‘nature abhors a vacuum’. Aristotle, the father of Western philosophy, postulated that wherever vacuums would occur, ‘denser surrounding material would immediately fill the vacuum’. Nawaz Sharif, not the man but the phenomenon, represents a vacuum (a space entirely devoid of matter). Asif Ali Zardari, not the man but the phenomenon, represents another vacuum. Imran Khan, not the man but the phenomenon, represents yet another vacuum. Case in point: Nawaz Sharif, Asif Ali Zardari and Imran Khan with 29 million votes among them could not get their own man elected as the chairman Senate. Yes, Sadiq Sanjrani, an independent, representing the ‘denser material’ around the vacuums, is the new chairman Senate.

On the external front, according to the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), a British security think-tank, “the Pakistan Army under the ‘Bajwa doctrine’ is biting back hard against threats issued by the American administration.”

On the domestic front, the Bajwa doctrine seems to be standing on four pillars: a ‘guided democracy’ Just like Ayub's "Basic Democracy", the state’s monopoly on violence, rule of law and the strengthening of the federation.

Under the Bajwa doctrine, a ‘guided democracy’ could be a combination of three things. One, a governance setup where voters exercise their right to vote resulting in a government that is legitimised by ‘free and fair’ elections Two, a governance setup where the role of the elected is circumscribed in a way that the elected have little or no impact on public policy. And three, democratic rights are to be defended but politics will not be allowed at the cost of national institutions.

Under the Bajwa doctrine, the Pakistani state must attain complete monopoly of the legitimate use of physical force over Pakistan’s 796,095 square kilometres. That means getting rid of terrorism in all its shapes and forms, plus putting an end to all forms of ‘private jihad’.No Way, Jose. The "Army" aided by a pliant Judiciary which along with the "Ji Hazoor" Politicians will kowtow to the Army!

Rule of law, under the Bajwa doctrine, could mean that the ‘army will stand by the judiciary’. Here the message to Pakistan’s de-facto troika, comprising the GHQ, Supreme Court and prime minister, is clear. This could also mean ‘across-the-board’ accountability. Under the Bajwa doctrine, the 18th Amendment to the constitution has in the name of ‘provincial autonomy’ actually weakened the federation.

‘Guided democracy’, as a concept, was developed by Walter Lippmann (1889-1974), the American writer, journalist and political commentator (Lippmann also came up with the concept of a ‘cold war’). In 1957, president Sukarno of Indonesia established a ‘guided democracy’ that lasted till 1966. Initially, Indonesia did quite well. Within a few years, Sukarno’s ‘guided democracy’ became an empty slogan and a euphemism for one-man rule. Dr Sheldon Wolin, professor of politics at Princeton University, equates a ‘guided democracy’ to an ‘inverted totalitarianism’.

A state’s – any state’s – raison detre is to provide personal and economic security to its citizens. The Pakistani state has lost its raison detre (raison detre is the ‘most important reason or purpose for a state to exist’). The raison d'être of the Terroristani Army is to RULE Terroristan IN PERPETUITY"

Our civilian leading lights have failed to establish a system for the dispensation of timely justice, accountability, electricity and water. Our political elite must come up with a new governance doctrine or denser surrounding material will fill the vacuum. To be certain, under the Bajwa doctrine, the role of the organised political parties is shrinking and that of the Supreme Court UNDER THE ESTABLISHMENT I.E. THE ARMY and the ‘establishment’ is expanding (and the same would apply to the caretaker government and the upcoming general elections).

Dawn editorial bemoaning the fact that many Overseas / Foreign National cricketers participating in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches being currently played in the UAE have allowed common sense self-preservation to rule and have refused to participate in PSL matches that are to be held in the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

It indulges my sense of schadenfreude to see the Mohammadden Terrorism fomented with a view to intimidate neighbouring countries like India by the Uniformed Jihadi’s of the Punjabi controlled Military who Dominate the Deep State of the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan, coming back to haunt the Islamic Republic. Long indeed may the Mohammadden Terrorism fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan reap the whirlwind of Mohammadden Terrorism sown by their Punjab controlled Military dominated Deep State:

RAA- MQM Nexus Recycled Again By Paki Paper

RAW met MQM in Europe in the 90s, gave money: report
NEW DELHI: London-based Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) activist Tariq Mir told police in the United Kingdom that the party’s top leadership held a series of secret meetings with India’s spy agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) in the mid-1990s, The Indian Express reported. At secret meetings in Rome, Vienna, Zurich, Salzburg and Prague, the MQM leadership asked for $1.5 million in assistance, Mir alleged. This is an old- unproven to date - report from 2015 has again been regurgitated for circulation in this time of Indo-Pak tension to rouse the Awaam
The BBC had touched off a political firestorm in Pakistan last week, quoting “an authoritative Pakistani source” as saying that senior MQM officials had told police in the United Kingdom that “the party was receiving Indian funding”. The report quoted Pakistani officials as claiming that hundreds of MQM militants had been trained by India over the last decade in “explosives, weapons and sabotage”. Pakistan Media often also claims - without providing any proof - that the Paki Taliban ( TTP ) is also a creation of RAA !
No charges have been brought in the case so far, though £500,000 is alleged to have been recovered in raids. These charges on "Altaf Bhai" have been hard to prove till date. Just last week , the MQM Honcho blasted Pakistan for its treatment of Non Pakjabis including Mohajirs in a video address from Londonistan to the UN. Human Rights Council in Geneva . Maybe, this may have triggered the publication of this "fake news" on the orders of the Deep State
Interestingly, Mir claimed that New Delhi’s secret envoys made no specific demands in return for the funding. “I have no idea what we could give them in return,” he explained to police. “(Even) when we were in the government, we had no power whilst in the government. When I met the Indians, I did not hear us say anything specific we could do for them.” Later in his testimony, Mir speculated that “to my understanding, training was done — firearms training. Going back to 1996, when (the) MQM was founded, it provided training. I assume that this was included as a part of our talks with the Indians”. Concept of "plausible deniability" played the hilt
For his part, Mir emphatically stated that he “was not involved in weapons training or funding training”. “The largest amount of money I ever received was for a house purchase, but I do not know what part of that funding came from India.” Living in house funded by RAA :D
The Indian experts were sceptical of claims that India was still funding the MQM. “None of this will stand up to judicial scrutiny, beyond the possibility of a process directed against the MQM leadership in UK for receiving undeclared funds through irregular channels,” said Ajai Sahni, director of the Institute of Conflict Management in New Delhi. At this juncture,” he explained, “all we have is some unsubstantiated allegations by a disgruntled member of a political formation who confesses, moreover, that he was not in receipt of any of the money and had no precise or particular knowledge of specific transactions.”Even though it is a legal political organisation in Pakistan, the MQM has long faced allegations of being backed by India. Attempts are still being made by the Deep State to sow suspicion in the minds of the Aam Abduls of Pakistan in general , and the "Awaam of Karachi" in particular that Altaf Hussein and his MQM party are anti-patriotic , that they want break Karachi from Sindh and want a separate province of Jinnahpur . All because Altaf has no hesitation in speaking against the Fauj and the Feudal backed Pakjabi Establishment of Pakiland !

DOG IN THE NEWS !!!

A Dog And His Master !

Imran Khan's dog walks in during live interview

Under Malsi, and the Shariah "keeping dogs as a pet" is not kosher! Here is one person, warning Taliban Khan against his love for "man's best friend"

According To Shariah, All Household Items Of Imran Khan Are Ceremonially Unclean Due To His Close Contact With Dogs Which Include Dogs Sleeping In His Bed !
According to Shariah, keeping a dog is sin and punishment of keeping a dog is 40 lashes in public. Anyone who touches a dog becomes ceremonially unclean. What about Imran Khan’s pet dogs? He is legible for 40 flogs in Public for keeping dogs and ceremonially unclean because of touching them. Close contacts tell that dogs sleep with Imran Khan and roam in and out from their living area freely, thus, according to Shariah Law all of the household items of Imran Khan are ceremonially unclean and Angels of Blessing are 100 miles away from his house according to Shariah. Can PTI Trolls tell us that why Imran Khan is keeping dogs as pets when Shariah Law prohibits keeping dogs as pets and Taliban has decreed and it fulfills all requirements of an Islamic Fatwa that anyone who keeps dogs and pigeons as pets or fly kites or play chess is declaring war on Allah and Prophet (SAW) and he is liable to be lashed 40 times in public for first offense and if he doesn’t abandon his habit then he should be killed to save the Islamic Ummah from the plague of dogs, kites and chess. If you are taking peace from Taliban then what are you giving them? Shariah Law all over Pakistan? Or autonomy? I want to know.SECTION B: Social Justice Joke of Pakistan Tehrik e Insaaf and Justice that Khan renders: Imran, under the "Sharia Radar"

It's déjà vu all over again!

Pakistan 'must do more' against terror groups: US

WASHINGTON: The US has told Pakistan that it "must do more" against Taliban and other terror groups operating in the country, warning that the Trump administration is ready to take unilateral measures if Islamabad failed to stop cross-border attacks from its soil.

The warning, given at a news briefing on Saturday, followed the meeting between US vice president Mike Pence and Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Pakistani daily Dawn reported.

Abbasi, who was on a personal trip to see his ailing sister in the US, met Pence at the US Naval Observatory, the vice president's official residence. The meeting was held on Saturday at the request of Abbasi.

The White House in a statement about the meeting said, "Vice President Pence reiterated President Trump's request that the Government of Pakistan must do more to address the continued presence of the Taliban, Haqqani Network, and other terrorist groups operating in their country."

"The Vice President stated that US efforts to eliminate terrorist groups who threaten US security and the stability of the region will continue and noted that Pakistan could and should work closer with the US,"
the White House said.

During the 30-minute meeting, Pence emphasised the need for immediate action from Pakistan to stop cross-border attacks.

The Dawn reported that hours after Pence-Abbasi meeting, senior Trump administration officials held a special briefing for Washington-based journalists to convey their dissatisfaction with Pakistan's Afghanistan policy.

"Six months after the announcement of the South Asia Policy, Pakistan is yet to take the kind of decisive actions that the US is seeking," one of the officials was quoted as saying by the Dawn.

"We are continuing to look for real actions and not word on the Taliban and the Haqqani sanctuaries," the official added.

The official demanded cooperative action against terrorists from Pakistan but warned that the US was prepared to take its own measures to protect its personnel in Afghanistan if Islamabad did not take action, the daily said.

The official said that President Donald Trump was constantly monitoring progress on the South Asia policy and wanted Pakistan to do more than "the bare minimum" it's doing now.

In his new South Asia Policy unveiled in August, Trump had called for tougher measure against Pakistan if it did not cooperates the US in its fight against terrorism.

In his first tweet of the new year, Trump had accused Pakistan of basing its relationship with the US on "nothing but lies and deceit".

Days after his tweet, the US suspended over USD 1.15 billion in security aid and the delivery of military equipment to Pakistan for failing to clamp down on the Afghan Taliban and the Haqqani Network terror groups.

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani last month proposed peace talks with the Taliban.

Ganja Still Wallowing In Self Pity. Why Him And Not The Kammandu

Why Mush’s name not put on ECL, asks Nawaz
LAHORE - Former Prime Minister and PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif has termed former dictator Pervez Musharraf a stigma on the face of the country.
“Why not the courts put names of those who committed breach of the Constitution on the Exit Control List (ECL),” he posed the question while talking to Party Senator Pervez Rashid at Jattiumra yesterday. There is pressure on the government to put the names of Sharif family members facing trial in accountability court on ECL , on the request of National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
nterestingly, it’s not courts job to put someone on ECL; rather, it’s government’s job. And, it’s his own party’s government that allowed the former president to leave the country while he was still under trial. :D
Nawaz Sharif, who was disqualified by Supreme Court as member of the national assembly in Panama leaks case on July 28 last, asked Musharraf to appear before the court in the high treason case against him “if he is so brave and dauntless”. This kind of rhetoric is not going to "help" Nawaz. !
Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz would address the people at a stadium in Sangla Hill on Sunday (today). Even his "clever brother" who is in the running for the PM slot, has advised him to quietly leave the country !

Pakistan's "democracy" is a sham. And Ganja knows it ! As always it the "Deep State "/ Security Establishment who is pulling the strings of the so-called Independent Judiciary these days by way of different edicts . The nominal and caretaker PM of his PML Party and the Judges are "puppets" of the Paki Fauj ! The recent Senate "Elections" are a good example of this !

Paki Female Doctor Was Lured To Afghanistan's Tribal Area Of Lashkar-E-Gah Now Pleads For Help For Return To Pakistan !

‘Deceived and raped’, Pakistani female doctor seeks justice
LASHKARGAH (Pajhwok): A female Pakistani doctor was brought to southern Helmand province through irregular channels to treat women patients against a monthly salary, however she was not only denied the promised money but also subjected to violence and repeated rape by the Afghan man who staged the deceive for several months.
Dr. Anesa, not a real name, was brought to Helmand province with her Pakistani husband without formal travel documents through irregular channels by a local doctor. The three of them had decided that Anesa would treat women at the local doctor’s private clinic and they would earn money this way. After three months Dr. Anesa and her husband went back to Pakistan, but they did not return. The local doctor visited Pakistan and again brought Anesa to Helmand, but this time without her husband consistently.
The local doctor told Anesa he would give her 70,000 Pakistani rupees per month in return for treating patients at his clinic, but it was only a fraud.I.O.W. he kidnapped her across the FATA frontier !
“I lived in the clinic. He (the clinic owner) proposed me marriage but I was already married so I refused. He did not allow me to have or use phone and did not pay my salary for the seven months I spent there. He did whatever he wanted and curtailed my freedom.” she said.Anesa said during the period she endured different kinds of torture and she always tried to find a way out.
She is currently in the central prison in Lashkargah, the provincial capital, fighting her case to return to Pakistan and reunite with her family.
She said as there was no safe home in Helmand, she was spending her days and nights in the jail to get justice. She asked the authorities concerned to resolve her problem soon, so she could go back to her home in Pakistan. Due to the present tension between Pakistan and Afghanistan, this may take time
a local resident, who wished to go unnamed, said the Pakistani doctor had a connection with the local doctor, who has already a wife.He said: “After their marriage, Anesa asked the local doctor to divorce his first wife but he refused and thus the dispute erupted.” So, this is the "other side of the story !
Meanwhile, Helmand Prosecutor Esa Khan Umar Khel told Pajhwok Afghan News the Pakistani woman’s case had been earlier registered under the adultery law but the court rejected that and suggested filing a human trafficking case. He said the National Directorate of Security (NDS) prosecutor had been tasked with investigation of the case. So, the hapless woman has become a "pawn" in the case !
A source said the local doctor has also been arrested. The doctor insists Anesa is his wife and they have tied the knot but the woman claims she is a victim of adultery and she has rejected the marriage. The source said the issue would become clear after the investigation. The forensic department, however, said the Pakistani woman had been sexually assaulted as they found no sign of mutual consent.
Fatema Abidi, head of the Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission (AHRC), said they had followed the case from A to Z.She said the Pakistani doctor had been deceived, denied her salary and access to mobile phone. She, however, said Anesa was not totally right and the dispute had erupted over money. Due to her Pakistani antecedents, should not the GOP help her in this case

Afghan Reports Of A Paki General Being Killed In Afghanistan

Pakistani general killed in Zabul blast, Afghan media’s absurd claim stuns social media
KABUL – A top Pakistani army officer and his security guard have reportedly embraced martyrdom in an roadside explosion in the restive Afghan province of Zabul.
According reports in local media, the land mine blast took place in the vicinity of Shahjoin district late on Friday night.
The provincial governor’s spokesman Gul Islam Sayad confirmed that they have received initial intelligence reports regarding the death of a Pakistani general, “identified as Nawaz” only, in Shajoi district, the 1TV News reported
However, the spokesman added, the circumstances surrounding the incident have not been ascertained so far and it is yet not clear who was behind the attack. No official statement has yet been issued by Pakistan’s military’s media wing, the Inter Services Public Relations.
The reports emerged at a time when Pakistan’s National Security Adviser Nasser Khan Janjua is in Kabul for talks on Afghanistan peace process with President Ashraf Ghani. Could be fake news and/or psychological war fare in light of the tensions between the two countries !

Polio Vaccines Are Not Kosher As Per Sharia !

Two polio workers gunned down in Mohmand Agency
PESHAWAR – Militants ambushed a seven-member medical team vaccinating against polio in Safi tehsil of Mohmand Agency on the border with Afghanistan, killing two workers and abducting three others. The remaining two polio workers managed to escape the attack and reached Ghalanai, the Agency’s headquarters, where they informed about the incident, according to authorities.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra took notice of the incident, seeking a report from the political administration of Mohmand Agency. He said that the enemies of Pakistan cannot bear to see the health factors of the country improve.Attacks targeting polio teams were very frequent in Pakistan. Last month, a group of Pakistani polio workers was attacked by a school’s administration in Karachi after the team attempted to vaccinate its students against the disease.
The Mullahs of Pakistan have the power to do something about this . They could come out with a "fatwa" which endorses polio vaccination. IMO, the problems is the Aam Abduls of Pakiland suspect that the vaccines contain "haram" ingredients

Rumors!! Where is Zaid "Mahdi" (pbuh) Ham-Eid when you need him?

New Delhi rife with rumours of surgical strike
Rumours of a ‘surgical strike’ against Pakistan across the Line of Control (LoC) have started to circulate in New Delhi where the Indian media and Indian former officials tell The News that Pakistan recalling its High Commissioner for “consultations” for an indefinite period, and the claims of both sides of harassment of their senior diplomats has taken a very “serious” turn, but talk of “surgical strike” is nothing new.
Officials here had earlier warned New Delhi that Pakistan was fully capable of defending itself and there should not be any misadventure based on miscalculation.

One More Psychological Warfare Attack Shot Against Sharif

Will Nawaz Sharif meet Altaf Hussain's fate?
18 Mar, 2018
*LAHORE: *Will Nawaz Sharif meet Altaf Hussain's fate over the Media coverage on his anti judiciary rhetoric. The Opposition benches demanded that the country’s top court order the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) to immediately ban live coverage of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s speeches on TV channels.
The demand was put forward by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf legislator Dr Nausheen Hamid in a resolution she submitted in the Punjab Assembly.
The five-line resolution further urged the SC to give directions to PEMRA for take immediate steps to stop Sharif’s live coverage. But this has not stopped "Altaf Bhai" from opening his mouth. Just this past week, he blasted Pakistan in a live TV feed to the UN Human Right Council from Londonistan. Ganja is counting on his supporters to make sure that "his voice" cannot be shut down. Hence the country wide tour to mobilize "support" :D

India SLAMS Pakistan for ‘BLOCKING access to websites’ amid rising World War 3 fears
Sunday Express, March 18, 2018
INDIA has accused Pakistan of deciding to block access to all Indian government websites in May 2017, it has been revealed amid rising tensions between the two nations.
The websites have only opened intermittently since then in Pakistan, it has been claimed.Pakistan has blocked the websites deliberately to prevent Indian diplomats and officials from accessing their own government websites, according to Indian authorities. However, the lack of access to the websites also has meant the Indian high commission has received several complaints from Pakistani nationals who said they were unable to access Indian visa forms. One Indian official said: "This has led to mushrooming of agents who have helped Pakistan nationals fill up visa forms through proxy servers.”
The news has come after Pakistan earlier this week furiously accused India of violating the ceasefire in place along the contested border known as the Line of Control (LoC) as it issued a shocking warning that suggested flaring tensions are not likely to ease soon. Islamabad’s Foreign Minister, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, declared the nuclear-armed nation does not see a resolution to consistent attacks along the LoC and Working Boundary in the foreseeable future. He stated: “India is violating the ceasefire agreement time and again on the LoC and the Working Boundary.“In such circumstances we are not expecting improvement in relations between the two countries.”
Pakistan has stated heavy mortar fire and automatic weapons are behind the killings and injuries.Earlier this month, New Delhi’s Minister of State for Home Affairs, Hansraj Gangaram Ahir, said “meaningful dialogue” between the two nuclear-armed nations could only be held in an “atmosphere free of terror”.
He explained: “Any meaningful dialogue can be held only in an atmosphere free of terror, hostility and violence.“The onus is on Pakistan to create such a conducive atmosphere.
“India will continue to take firm and decisive steps to respond to cross-border terrorism.” Last month Pakistan claimed New Delhi was responsible for over 190 ceasefire violations this year, killing 13 civilians and injuring 65 more. The main area of tension between the India and Pakistan is in the Jammu and Kashmir region. The area has been widely contested for years - the Indo-Pakistan wars of 1947, 1965 and 1999 were centred around competing claims for the area. It will be hard to convince "LAL TOPI"that SUNDAY EXPRESS is NOT a mouthpiece of the INDIAN GOVT

The "Poker Faced Chinese" Stabbing Their "Tallel Than Mountain Fliend" Behind Their Back

Chinese crackdown separates Pakistani husbands from Uighur wives
The Guardian
“Where is Mama?” screams Ahmed’s 10-year-old daughter in a WeChat message he can hardly bear to replay. Like many traders in Pakistan’s northernmost region of Gilgit-Baltistan, Ahmed fell in love with a Chinese woman on a work trip across the border. And like dozens of others, he has now been forcibly separated from the woman he married – and the child they had together – for months. Under the "liberal" Laws Of Malsi, he is "allowed" to do that . But does his Chini wife know of his Paki wife back in Baltistan or wherever . And does his Paki wife know that he has "someone" statched away in Uighuristan
Last week lawmakers in Gilgit-Baltistan demanded that authorities in China’s Xinjiang province immediately release from detention at least 50 Chinese women married to Pakistani men, some of whom have been held for a year on vague charges of extremism.“It is absurd. We are well-off people and my wife is a housewife,” Ahmed told the Guardian, on condition of not publishing his real name. “Now our life is destroyed.” Gilgit Baltistan is Shia . Rest of Paki is Sunni, so the Paki Goberment does not care !
The Chinese government often professes a bond “deeper than the deepest ocean, sweeter than honey” with its old ally Pakistan, and construction is under way on the China-Pakistan economic corridor (CPEC), a £44bn, 1,990-mile trade route from Xinjiang through Gilgit-Baltistan to Pakistan’s southern coast. :D
But Beijing is wary of unrest in its Muslim population. After the 2014 murder of 29 people by knife-wielding terrorists in a train station, Uighur men in Xinjiang are no longer allowed to have long beards and parents cannot call their children Muhammad. According to a report by Radio Free Asia, a US-funded news group, at least 120,000 Uighurs have been placed in squalid “re-education” camps in the province. Has this "disturbing news" as yet reached The the Mullahs of Pakiland , the so-called guardians of Islam !
The men from Gilgit-Baltistan say their wives are being held in these centres. “Officials say my wife is at school, that she is learning Chinese and Chinese law,” Ahmed told the Guardian. “But school is morning you go, evening you come home. You cannot call school where a person is detained and not coming home for many months.” That, he said, was prison. Were the "re-education" camp" not closed down after the downfall of "Chinese Communism" and marching towards the capitalist path
Xinjiang authorities are not renewing the visas of Pakistani husbands, forcing them to leave their children behind in the province. One told local media that, despite having secured a visa from the Chinese embassy in Islamabad permitting him to re-enter the country, he was blocked at the border. “I begged them to let me enter,” he said. “My wife, my two-year-old son and eight-year-old daughter were there.”. So, he is caught between a rock and a hard place. His Chini wife cannot exist Xinjiang . And he cannot "immigrate" to China !
Separated from both her parents, Ahmed’s daughter, who is in the care of her Chinese grandparents, has started to act “psychotically”, throwing tantrums and crying all the time, he said. Once every 15 days his wife is permitted a five-minute call with their daughter – something not all the families in his situation are lucky enough to receive.
A member of the Gilgit-Baltistan assembly, Javed Hussain, told the Guardian that the protracted detentions were generating anger in the community. “We have heard nothing from the federal government since we passed a resolution demanding they take action,” he said, pushing for “concrete steps” to follow quickly. Yet silence could also come at a cost. If the government does not soon secure the release of their spouses, Ahmed said, the affected husbands would call for widespread protests, even shutting down the border and threatening CPEC, which is considered vital for Pakistan’s future prosperity. The religious community would then “consider it a matter of honour” to get their wives back, he said. The Gilgit Baltistanis are already alienated from the Paki regime in Isloo. Another "Baluchistan" in the making ? RAA ready to help

Unhappiest in South Asia - Khaled Ahmed

We don’t know how the United Nations’ 6th World Happiness Report calculated that Pakistan is ahead of India, China, Iran, and Afghanistan on the ranking table of happiness. But ask anyone on the Pakistani street and you will be hit with more unhappiness than anywhere else in South Asia. If you watch the TV channels in the region, the lack of joy in Pakistan will overwhelm you. And “unhappy India”, killing innocent Pakistanis across the Line of Control and harassing Pakistani diplomats in New Delhi through its secret agents, adds to this suffering. The world is actually enjoying all this secretly.

After the recent Senate elections, Pakistani media — call it “merdia” the way it indulges in fanning the fires of discord — has succumbed to depravity as Pakistani politicians go for each other’s throat and the establishment herds them around at will as the “rejoicing third party”. This unnamed party is pulling the political rug from under the feet of the dysfunctional state and is all set to booby-trap the coming June general election. Nothing like this happens in the rest of South Asia. Pakistani self-hatred is expressed on the street where people now address each other insultingly like Imran Khan and Nawaz Sharif exchanging defamations on TV.

India can get away with anything because it is not internally troubled and no terrorism radiates from it to the outside world while Pakistan faces sanctions for harboring terrorists. No matter what India does to punish Pakistan it is with the tacit approval of the world sick of Pakistan’s lack of internal sovereignty with 60 percent of its territory without the writ of the state. The political parties are morbidly entangled in their vendettas, siding with the “third party” to bring each other’s government down. In the coming election, the tertium gaudens (rejoicing third party) will lay down the new political chessboard of lack of joy. Wait for what comes next after unhappiness.

Religion is surely an opium for the paki masses. A collection of discordant states beset with seventy years of terrorism, extremist views, no freedom after speech, extreme water scarcity, high levels of contamination and pollution, institutional and political corruption, high infant mortality, illiteracy, ignorance, theft, landlords, blasphemy, no law or order, hunger, racism, bigotry, economic failure ...ranks high on happiness scale. Go figure.

Must be collective ignorance based on willful bliss and religious hubris.

Baki Souper Leedh "scoority plaan" unveiled.
the main feature of the plan was that it was devised keeping in view the security of both the public and the police personnel since the latter were also facing serious threats by the anti-state elements.
The CCPO said over 15,000 police personnel from various wings would be deputed.

Ganja On The Offensive To "Protect The Family Business"

Zardari, Imran two sides of the same coin, says Nawaz
The Express Tribune
Following the defeat in the election of Senate’s chairman and deputy-chairman at the hands of political rivals, deposed prime minister Nawaz Sharif has termed PTI chief Imran Khan and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari ‘two sides of the same coin’. How can Nawaz label them = = . One is a Sindhi- Balochi Wadhera of Shia Origin. The other is a westernized Sunni of the Sufi Sect ( but affiliated with the Taliban and bills himself as a pure blooded Pathan)
Addressing a public gathering at Sangla Hill in Nankana Sahib District of Punjab on Sunday, the former prime minister said Zardari and Khan were deceiving the masses through the hollow slogans of new Pakistan, Express News reported. Naya Pakistan is a Immy product onlee !
“These people [Zardari and Imran] are pawns and pawns can’t be sincere with the masses,” said Sharif and claimed that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf senators voted for Pakistan Peoples Party candidate in Senate polls. Public memory may be short, but Ganja himself was "sired' by the Fauj during Zia days and did the fauj's bidding
Speaking on the occasion, Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz said that the faces of conspirators and string-puppets were being unmasked as the forthcoming general elections approached. Father and daughter duo are on a mission to "save Pakistan" .
The PML-N leader said votes given to the PTI chief will go to the box of Zardari and vice versa, adding that the bitter rivals of the past have joined hands out of fear of lion – the electoral symbol of PML-N. A "stuffed Electoral Symbol" ( Sher !) also sits at the entrance of Ganja's Palace at Jati Umra for "show off" purposes
Despite the opponents’ apparent victory, Nawaz Sharif came out victorious in Senate election, said Maryam, adding that no one takes suo motu notice for contempt of the people here, in an apparent jibe at the superior judiciary of the country. Father and daughter have been "warned" many times by many persons not to "insult" the judiciary by their remarks !!!

VP Spence "Talks Tough To Paki PM :D

US again hints at unilateral action inside Pakistan
WASHINGTON - US Vice President Mike Pence has told Pakistan's Prime Minister Shahid Khaqani Abbasi that his country "must do more" against Taliban and other terror groups, the White House said today.Pence said this to Abbasi, who was on a personal trip this week to see his ailing sister. They met at the Naval Observatory residence of Pence on Friday. The meeting was held at the request of Abbasi. Pence made time from his "busy schedule" to see the Paki PM at the personal residence at the start of the weekend . :D
"Vice President Pence reiterated President Trump's request that the Government of Pakistan must do more to address the continued presence of the Taliban, Haqqani Network, and other terrorist groups operating in their country," the White House said in a statement of the meeting."The Vice President stated that US efforts to eliminate terrorist groups who threaten US security and the stability of the region will continue and noted that Pakistan could and should work closer with the US ," the White House said.
According to the Dawn newspaper, which reported first reported about the meeting, Pence told the Pakistani Prime Minister that the Trump Administration could take unilateral actions if there was no satisfactory counter-terrorism action from Pakistan.During the 30-minute meeting, Pence also emphasised the need for immediate action from Pakistan to stop cross-border attacks, the Dawn reported. VPOTUS is a "hardcore" Christian and is well aware of the persecution of Christians in Pakiland ,so I would not be surprised if such a "verbal threat" was made to Abbasi . Such warnings have been made before. What it is specifically and whether it will be followed through, only Massa knows !

Deep State Tries To Sow Seeds Of Discord Between The Two Bros Of Jati Umra . :D

Shahbaz Sharif denies Nawaz Sharif's philosphy
DERA GHAZI KHAN- Denying his elder brother's philosphy, the chief minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif stressed the need for unity and said military, judiciary and the politicians should work together in harmony.Shahbaz said the PML-N believes in development across the country and has fulfilled the promises made with the masses. Historically, "clever brother" Shahbaz has always been the favourite of the Deep State and /or the Paki Establishment for his Pro- Establishment views. And because of his "smarts" the "dumb Ganja" has always leaned on his younger sibling for advice, solace, mentoring etc etc
He added that the PML-N government has brought a positive change to southern Punjab which was neglected for years. Shahbaz said the incumbent government has constructed schools and hospitals and provided essential services to the people by diverting funds to that region. He asked the party workers and supporters to vote for the PML-N in the general elections so the pace of development could be maintained. As long as the "family business of politics" is in the hands of the Sharif family it does not matter whether it is Ganja or Showbaz. The Deep State may well have struck some sort of "understanding" with the younger Sharif at the expense of Ganja

In the wake of Pakistan Big Day ( Republic) on March 23, there have been a spate of propangandu farticles in some of the Sarkari papers :
(a) how the fauj is extra ready to teach India a lesson in case it decides to "violates" the "sacred border"
(b) how the Chinis will stand "behind" Pakiland in case of an Indian misadventure
(c) How PAF airmen gave a moo-tor jawab to IAF in the 1965 war
The Paki economy is OK and how Pakistan is on its way to become a "Middle Economic Power" ( whatever it means !)
(d) Chin and "friendly" Ummah like Saudia will show "solidarity" by sending their men to march with Paki Fauj
(e) The slot for the "Chief Guest" for the parade is usually "offered" to a Ummah Head, A Dignitary from Chin or to a second rate or a third rate Africian or an Asian country President !
(f) Ahead of the Big Day, the Head Of The Propagandu Division of the Paki Fauj usually publishes interviews extolling the virtues of his jawans and afsars and sounding a warning to "Bharat" not to do "mischief" at the LOC
(g) Articles extolling the "virtues and sacrifices" of the Paki Awaam are published and names of the recipients of civil and military awards are announced with much fanfare. This year, the Paki State has come up with a brand new award , "strictly reserved" for those those who have sacrificed their lives in the War On Terror !

MQM has been weakened significantly in Karachi. Stage is being set for Pak Sar Jameen party to win the NA elections by letting PTI further weaken MQM base. PSP is backed by the TSPA and it will align with PTI after NA to help PTI form the government in center.

Taliban Khan cant do anything right on his own.

PMLN religious vote base in Punjab is being chipped away by TSPA by promotion of a coalition of religious parties. If TSPA can make PPP support PTI in Punjab, then it will be a death blow for PMLN. TSPA will do that if Im the dim continues to give away the advantages.

Diplomats’ harassment in Pakistan: India lodges fresh protest - ToI
In the ongoing battle on harassment of diplomats, India despatched its 13th diplomatic missive to Pakistan on Sunday, protesting against “intimidation and harassment of Indian high commission officials”.

The ‘note verbale’ detailed three complaints. The first that a second secretary (junior official) was “aggressively followed by unidentified people in a car in close proximity in an intimidating manner while he was going to Chhaye Khana restaurant”. The incident was filmed on camera phones. The Pakistan foreign office has been asked to investigate these complaints.

Second, four officials belonging to the high commission in an official vehicle were followed while going to Aabpara market by two unknown persons on motorbikes in an intimidating manner”. The Indian high commission website continues to be blocked, the MEA said in its note to the Pakistan foreign office, which it said was affecting “the normal functioning of the mission”.
It is high time that India withdraws its embassy staff before something more serious happens. The Establishment is very angry with India for squeezing it everywhere. The latest mortar firing 4 Kms inside the LoC on civilian targets killing five is a result of that anger. In this rage, they may do anything and things have happened before to our diplomats. Pakistan calling back its High Commissioner is a message to us. It might be preparing for an assault on our staff. There is no problem if the embassy is closed for sometime.

Seminary teacher arrested for 'rape' of nine-year-old boy in Karachi

When Mohammadden belief based Shariah strictures in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan cloisters away women, it is inevitable that male homosexual rape and/or homosexual sexual assault with paedophile overtones crops up.

Meanwhile the posted incident that targeted a 9 year old boy child in Karachi is not the first but at least the fourth case within the last two months where a Mohammadden Cleric has got himself involved in paedophilic homosexual rape and/or paedophilic homosexual sexual assault. Clearly if these four Mohammadden clerics die and make it to Jannat, given their sexual preference for little boys, they would will be greatly disappointed with being supplied virgin Houri’s.

Lahore teenager accuses cleric of rape

February 20, 2018:

Cleric held for rape of minor boy

January 31, 2018:

Cleric arrested in Islamabad for physically harassing 12-year-old foreigner

Further this deviant behaviour constitutes no stray event in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Similar incidents of paedophile homosexual rape have been frequently reported. Indeed I suspect that the incidents of this nature, by standards of prevalence of deviant behaviour, are quite widespread in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan making it the Paedophile Homosexual Rape and Paedophile Homosexual Sexual Assault Capital of the Indian Sub-Continent. News articles from 2018, which is not even three months old, reporting incidents of paedophile homosexual rape/sexual assault in the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan follow to demonstrate the point.

Pakistan all set to seek $2 bn from friendly country :
As per the arrangement being negotiated with a friendly country, a trusted friend of Pakistan has assured of depositing about $2 billion in its account as safe deposit as was done in 2000. It means that this amount will reflect in Pakistan’s account to keep its image positive but Pakistan will not be able to use this amount, sources confided.
X Posted from the Pakistan Economic Stress Watch thread.

After the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan is served with the grey list FATFa, if this deal is still on, India must persuade FATF to look very closely at this deal. That course of action is suggested as I see no logical reason why any country would need to resort to such a convoluted method to lending money to another country leading me to believe that all this business about secret Momin Ummah Brother lender is a burqa for hiding fact that this money is likely from a source of dubious antecedents such as heroin narco-traffickers or hawala operators that the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan is well endowed with.

Journalist from the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Kunwar Khuldune Shahid interviews the “Good” Haqqani, namely former Ambassador of the Mohammadden Terrorism Fomenting Islamic Republic of Pakistan and now Director at the US based Hudson Institute, Husain Haqqani, for the A Times:
Pakistan will be put on the Financial Action Task Force (on Money Laundering) gray list in June. Is this owing to US pressure?

Pakistan’s policy of tolerating and supporting some jihadi terrorist groups and treating terrorist financing lightly is the real reason.

It has been 16 years since 2001, when in the aftermath of 9/11 [terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001], Pakistan promised to comply with international sanctions relating to terrorist financing laid down in UN [Security Council] Resolution 1267 of 1999. Pakistan has yet to act against groups and individuals like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hafiz Saeed. Groups are banned, only to re-emerge with new names. Hafiz Saeed was listed as a terrorist by the UN in December 2008 but remains free and operational. Close ties with the United States have so far helped Pakistan [avoid] tough international sanctions.

This time, the prospect of it being put on the “black list” also exists because the United States is not alone in its view that Pakistan only acts against terrorists under international pressure.

For some time now, Pakistan has been able to take one step forward to get relief from international pressure, followed by two steps back once the pressure is off and another step forward, when the pressure resumes. The fundamental change in attitude has not been forthcoming.

Pakistan recently issued another ordinance and announced restrictions on the finances of terrorist groups, including charities linked to Lashkar-e-Taiba, but these measures are aimed not at permanently shutting down favored jihadi groups but at evading the immediate pressure.

How do you view China and Saudi Arabia backing away from supporting Pakistan during the US-summoned second vote at the FATF meeting, and Turkey being the sole supporter?

Pakistan has always presumed that if a country is its ally, that country must support Pakistan in all that it does – from ignoring Pakistani support for terror groups to standing firm behind Pakistan against India.

China and Saudi Arabia are seen as strong allies, and Pakistan presumed that their close ties with Pakistan would lead them to automatically vote in Pakistan’s favor. But countries have their own interests, and in this case neither Saudi Arabia nor China saw it in their interest to support Pakistan beyond the initial phase. These countries probably also wanted to send a message to Pakistan about the need to crack down on terror financing. China and Saudi Arabia both face their own terrorism threats.

Other factors were at play, too. Saudi Arabia had to weigh in its close ties with the US and even India; China wanted to secure its position as head of the FATF board, for which it needs American and Indian support in future. Above all, Pakistan simply did not fulfill the FATF criteria, and it came down to whether others wanted to do it an out-of-the-way favor.

Turkey, under President [Recep Tayyip] Erdogan, has its own agenda of forming alliances, and its support for Pakistan was to make Pakistanis feel good while knowing its stand alone won’t really make a difference.

What do you make of the Trump regime blatantly calling out Pakistan for providing safe havens to jihadist groups throughout the past year? Does it stem from President Trump’s own stance, and that of his team, or is this reflective of US foreign policy of recent years?

Mr [Donald] Trump may be the first American president to openly and unreservedly speak out against Pakistan publicly, but US frustrations with Pakistan go back many years. As far back as 1992, the United States warned Pakistan that it would be declared a state sponsor of terrorism if it did not crack down on jihadis who, at that time, had kidnapped Western tourists, including Americans, in Jammu and Kashmir.

President Trump’s South Asia policy speech last August, his New Year’s Day tweet, and his administration’s policy towards Pakistan are not random comments by an instinctive American leader. They reflect the deep mistrust that has characterized the US-Pakistan relationship and has only grown since 9/11 within the US foreign-policy community, especially after the discovery of Osama bin Laden in Abbottabad.

The divergence in the goals and interests of both countries has expanded over the decades. The US wants to eliminate global terrorism; Pakistan prefers to selectively use terrorists as an instrument of regional influence. America has invested blood and treasure to build a modern multi-ethnic Afghanistan; Pakistan wants a government in Kabul dominated by ethnic-Pashtun Islamists, such as the Afghan Taliban and members of the Haqqani Network. The US sees India as a friend, while Pakistan’s establishment views India as an eternal enemy.

Pakistanis want the US to ignore that divergence and continue to assist Pakistan on the promise of small cooperative steps. But recognition of that divergence of interests is at the heart of President Trump’s unwillingness to revert to the old pattern of praising Pakistan in the hope that it will eventually change its policies to match America’s interests.

How do you see Indian involvement in Baluchistan as confessed by Research & Analysis Wing [India’s foreign intelligence agency] spy Kulbhushan Jadhav?

That India and Pakistan spy on each other is not much of a secret, nor is the claim by both sides that the other supports insurgencies inside its territory.

Many Pakistanis believe there is Indian involvement in Baluchistan. The question is whether that belief can translate into evidence that is accepted by the international community. Pakistan has delivered multiple dossiers to India and the international community but the Pakistani side has also grudgingly acknowledged that these do not contain “material evidence.” Sartaj Aziz [deputy chairman of the Planning Commission of Pakistan] once remarked that the primary purpose of these dossiers is to “help build a narrative about India’s patronage of subversive activities in Pakistan.”

On the Jadhav case, too, Pakistan has succeeded in convincing Pakistanis of his being a spy but his confessions have had little effect outside Pakistan. Pakistanis must think about why their case is believed less and less on the international level. It is almost as if there are two parallel narratives, one that finds resonance among Pakistanis and one that resonates with the rest of the world.

How do you see Indian involvement in Afghanistan, concerns regarding which were shared by the civil-military leadership during [then-US secretary of state] Rex Tillerson’s visit to Pakistan in October?

Again, the concerns shared by Pakistan’s leaders and officials on Afghanistan are deemed less convincing by their foreign interlocutors, notwithstanding the passion with which these are repeated. Pakistan’s fears of close relations between India and Afghanistan are not new and date back to the years immediately after independence. But the rest of the world asks for specifics of how India threatens Pakistan through Afghanistan without having any troops or other military presence there.

The view outside Pakistan is that if Pakistan felt threatened by an Indian military presence in Afghanistan, that would be legitimate. Concern about covert operations across the Durand Line would also be considered seriously. But if Afghans studying in India or Indians building roads in Afghanistan are cited as threats to Pakistan’s security, then others see it as a psychological rather than a political or military issue.

In the last two decades Pakistan has justified its support for the Afghan Taliban, the Haqqani Network, and other jihadi groups on grounds of security concerns from India. When Americans say, “So far as we know India has no offensive military presence in Afghanistan and there is no evidence that the Afghans are willing to be part of India’s alleged plan for a two-front war with Pakistan,” Pakistanis seldom offer a convincing response. Pakistan’s leaders only question Afghanistan’s acceptance of economic assistance from India even though Pakistan does not have the capacity to provide such aid itself.

Is Pakistan’s support for jihadist factions the single common factor negatively impacting Islamabad relations with other countries? Do you see that being addressed?

Pakistan today is more isolated and has fewer friends in the international community. That clearly has primarily to do with Pakistan’s support for jihadi groups and its reluctance to change its policy despite the impact on other countries and itself.

There are fewer countries willing to accept Pakistan’s point of view on Kashmir, fewer countries where a Pakistani can travel without a visa, and fewer friends in multilateral fora.

Why c. 2000? Three or four years back, KSA gave 1½ B USD in a similar fashion.
