Dainik Nutan Samachar!

Further to my post of 08 Mar 2018 04:35 on Page 34 stating “The IMF has also predicted that Pakistan’s official gross foreign currency reserves could slip to $12.1 billion – barely enough to finance 10 weeks of imports.”. Here is the latest position of Terroristan’s Foreign Reserves :

Foreign exchange: SBP's reserves fall US$112m, stand at $12.2b

KARACHI: Foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) continued to remain under pressure,
decreasing 0.91% on a weekly basis, according to data released by the central bank on Thursday.
The fall marks the 12th successive week of decline, sparking concern over Pakistan’s ability to meet future payment obligations and manage a bulging current account deficit.
On March 2, foreign currency reserves held by the central bank were recorded at $12,233.2 million, down $112.4 million or 0.91% compared to $12,345.6 million in the previous week.

Latest from SBP :

FOREIGN EXCHANGE RESERVES (US DOLLARS BILLIONS)

2-Mar-18 : State Bank :12,233.2 – Commercial Banks : 6,096.0 Total : 18,329.2
the ABOVE Figure of Total US$ 18.3292 is Double Accounting of the sum of US Dollars 5.8000 Billion has been taken from the Commercial Banks. Thus the True Figures are :

2-Mar-18 : S B P :12.2332 – Commercial Banks : 0.2960 Total : 12.5292 OR

2-Mar-18 : S B P : 6.4332 – Commercial Banks : 6,096.0 Total : 12.5292

Well Done Jinnah’s Terroristan!

anoopmisra Ji :

Mystery Solved!

Under CPEC: First container vessel anchors at Gwadar

QUETTA: The first ever container vessel MS TIGER under the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project arrived at the Gwadar port on Wednesday, this vessel was escorted to the port by the navy ships, PNS DEHSHAT and KARAR where an impressive ceremony was held to welcome the ship onboard.

The new ship container service called the Karachi-Gwadar Gulf Express will connect the Gwadar port to the Middle Eastern hub of Jebel Ali as well as the neighboring Emirati ports.

“CPEC is a game changer for Pakistan and its success is just a prelude to the economic prosperity of the country and hence has taken central stage in the economic, political and security calculus of not only Pakistan but the entire region”, said Commander Coast of Pakistan Navy, Rear Admiral Moazzam Ilyas while speaking at the reception ceremony.

He also said that considering the importance of the Gwadar Port as focal point of CPEC, its security is paramount. For this purpose, the Pakistan navy has raised Task Force 88 to provide maximum defence to the port and its surrounding areas.

India has send more ships to Chabahar than the number( singular) arriving in Paki game changer Gwadar.

Te Paki navy and army has been given the job of providing security to one ship!

The Paki don't seem to realize that even the ships getting goods for their OWN country go to Karachi. Why would anyone dock in the middle of nowhere and transport goods to populated place!

"Famous Dehati Politico" Of Pakiland Smells A Rat :D

Nawaz Sharif sees ‘grand political plot’ behind accountability

SLAMABAD – Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday said that bogus cases were made against him as investigators failed to prove corruption charges against him in six months.Talking to media outside the accountability court, the former premier said that all that is being done against him and his party was part of a grand political agenda. All Pakis are "lovers of Conspiracy theory" and Ganja Nawaz is no exception !
He said that extension of two months, which were granted by the Supreme Court to the trial court to wrap up cases against the Sharif family, will be useless as no corruption had been made. And the Londonistan flats were purchased with his own hard earned money
Slamming NAB in veil reference, Nawaz Sharif said two months were enough to prove corruption charges against anyone if there was evidence. Ganja is a LLB graduate from Punjab University, so he should know what time frames are enough !
He said that people who played the role to disqualify the prime minister on fake cases should be held answerable, adding that lies did not have a base. IMO, he is not in the same league in "rousing the masses" as compared to the megalomaniac ZAB, when he lost the election to Mujib !
The former prime minister said that prosecution witnesses’ testimony went in his favour, adding that forensic expert Robert Hadley’s statement as witness was also in his favour. Gallows for Ganja
He said that the Pakistan People Party (PPP) did not agree with Rabbani’s name, adding, “We will now select our own Senate chairman”.Horse-trading should be ended, the former PM said, adding that Rabbani’s name was selected to end this menace. Dus Percenti has spurned his offer of co-operation, at the "goading of Deep State" . IMO, he is beginning to see the writing on the wall vis-a-vis his "engineered" political demise !

Is this the job of an Army Chief Of An Islamic Nation nominally ruled under Sharia , to make this sort of an announcement

Int’l Women’s Day: Army chief pays tribute to ‘great Pakistani women’ (VIDEO)

RAWALPINDI – Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa said on Thursday that the “great Pakistani women have a role and responsibility towards the progress of Pakistan”.The message was shared by Pakistan Army spokesperson Major General Asif Ghafoor on Twitter on account of the International Women’s Day. So, the "S heroes" of Pakiland are being paid a "lip service" by the "propaganda mouth organ " of the Paki Fauj
A video was also shared by Maj Gen Ghafoor which paid tribute to the women of Pakistan. DJinnah and his spinster sister Fatima also glorified by ISPR in a video !

Toronto Police Arrest Another "Photo-Chor - A.Q. Khan". This Time It Is A "Rogue Chemist"

Apotex claims longtime chemist went rogue and stole drug secrets

Apotex Inc., the generic-drug giant founded by murdered billionaire Barry Sherman, has been waging a year-long court battle against an ex-employee who was fired for allegedly stealing millions of dollars’ worth of pharmaceutical trade secrets from a laboratory computer—in the hopes of launching a rival company in his native Pakistan.
Court documents obtained by Maclean’s reveal the existence of a high-stakes internal investigation launched by Canada’s largest drug-maker in January 2017—and the urgent lawsuit that followed, aimed at recouping what the company describes as “highly sensitive” intellectual property of “enormous” value. As a result of this fraud, it is doubtful that even qualified and "honest" Pakis will find employment in this field !
Apotex is so determined to retrieve any missing data that, at one point during the ongoing litigation, company lawyers demanded that the former staffer be imprisoned for 45 days for contempt of court because he “willfully and deliberately” ignored a judge’s order to hand over USB drives, email passwords and other electronic devices believed to contain confidential information.
Mulazim Hussain, a veteran chemist who worked at Apotex’s research-and-development laboratory for more than a decade, was fired last year after the company discovered he had registered a private corporation and taken steps to construct his own generic-drug plant in Faisalabad, Pakistan. In hundreds of pages of court documents filed in Toronto, Apotex claims that a search through Hussain’s company email account turned up equipment invoices, factory floor designs, and a partially completed business plan that listed 21 generic medications—each one produced by Apotex. Forensic investigators hired by Sherman’s company also uncovered evidence that Hussain had plugged at least six USB drives into lab computers, a clear violation of Apotex policy; one of his drives allegedly contained “highly confidential” information about Mefenamic acid capsules, a popular painkiller. The forensic detectives should go further and be satisfied that no element of the Paki Govt is involved in the theft of the intellectual property, as in the A.Q. Khan case.
In one document unearthed by company investigators, Hussain went so far as to imitate the style of Apotex’s logo—and copy its slogan, “Advancing Generics”—as part of a detailed business application submitted to Pakistani officials. So, the Paki officials were indeed involved in this fraud !
The same application described Hussain as the “principal officer” of a company called Trillium, and listed his Toronto phone number as the main point of contact. (South Asia, led by India, is a rising powerhouse in the generic drug industry, where the sector is growing by more than 10 per cent per year.). Would not be surprised, if like Qadeer Khan, Mulazim (AKA "employee" in the vernacular  ) carries an intense hatred of India !
None of the allegations has been proven in court, and Hussain denies stealing any proprietary information during his nearly 13 years as an Apotex chemist. In his own court submissions, the father of seven  (reinforces the stereotype of "Land Lund ! of The Pure"admits he did “toy with the idea” of establishing a generics factory in his home country, and took steps to incorporate both Trillium Canada Ltd. and a related company in Pakistan, Trillium Pharmaceuticals (PVT) Ltd. But Hussain insists it was all “a pipe dream” that “was never remotely feasible or possible,” and that he abandoned the “foolish” plan as soon as he realized it would cost many millions to pursue. Anything he accessed on laboratory computers was for legitimate work purposes, he says.IMO, the "famous" Islamic Taqiyya is being"implemented" here
“Mr. Hussain vigorously disputes the allegations raised by Apotex in its court proceeding ... :((
Barry Sherman, 75, and his wife, Honey Sherman, 70, were discovered strangled inside their North York mansion nearly three months ago, the victims of what police have labeled a “targeted” double homicide. Since then, detectives have said little else about the high-profile murders. A parallel probe is being conducted by a team of private investigators hired by the Shermans’ four children.
On the morning of Jan. 25, 2017, Hussain was called to a meeting with various Apotex officials and lawyers (not including Sherman). Confronted with the evidence, he denied any involvement in Trillium Pakistan, but did confess to incorporating Trillium Canada—as a clothing importer. Although Hussain agreed to hand over his personal computer and any USB keys he could find, he said he needed to speak to his wife before allowing company representatives to come to his west-end Toronto apartment and retrieve the material.
wife in nikab, burkha, hijab
Maclean’s asked Koven, Hussain’s lawyer, whether his client has been contacted by police in connection with the Sherman murders. He had not replied by the time this story was posted. Oversees and expatriate Pakis do their gol-mal and "try to" or succeed in going back to their homeland , likes bees being attracted to honey , enjoy the ill gotten loot or simply disappear there where no one can "touch them" . just last year in DC, a "Paki Computer Expert" working for the DNC was apprehended at the airport, before fleeing to Pakiland . The wife was somehow allowed to escape earlier ! Joh Faisalabad mae ...., woh Toronto mae bhi....

"Insurance Holding " Elected Dual Nationality Senators" Shut Out/ Debarred From Voting By Paki Supreme Court

Supreme Court to decide on eligibility of senators with dual nationality on March 10

The attorney general (AG) had told the court that four senators-elect — Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf's (PTI) Chaudhry Sarwar, Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi's sister Sadia Abbasi, and the PML-N's Nuzhat Sadiq and Haroon Akhtar — possessed dual nationality. Terrorism grossest violation of human rights: India replies to Pakistan at UNHRC

NEW DELHI: India today condemned Pakistan's statement made at UN Human Rights Council, where it had accused the former of human rights violation in Kashmir, saying that "terrorism is the grossest violation of human rights".

In a Right of Reply filed at the 37 Session of the UN Human Rights Council, New Delhi reminded Islamabad about the state of human rights within its own borders and said that Pakistan has been using the argument of human rights as a shield to mask its territorial ambitions.

"This council should be mindful that the dubious concern for human rights is coming from a country, which has systematically abused and violated the human rights of the people in Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as well as Pakistan Occupied Kashmir," it said in a response to Pakistan's statement.

It also urged the Council to direct Pakistan to end its support to terrorism and cease cross-border infiltration.

"We urge the Council to call on Pakistan to end cross-border infiltration; to dismantle special terrorist zones, safe havens and sanctuaries, to take verifiable actions, including terror financing; to provide freedom to the people of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir..." the statement said.

"Loud Mouth" Asif Rages Against "Marriage Of Convenience" Between Dus Percenti And The Kaptaan

‘Zardari-Imran bond will be like marriage during Iddat’

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif on Wednesday said the unexpected is about to happen as there are bright chances that the PTI chief Imran Khan and the PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari will hug each other to protect their interests.
In his Twitter messages, Khawaja Asif said this kind of a bond will be like marriage during Iddat. In another message, he said Zardari was using Bhutto's name as a franchise. The "franchise" is selling like "hot cakes" in the province of Sind
“Exit of Farhatullah Babar & refusal to accept Raza Rabbani as consensus candidate an indicator that ideological face of ZAB & BB Shaheed's party is not compatible with AZs commercial interest. For Zardari BHUTTO name is a franchise,” he said. When it comes to wheeling and dealing ( AKA horsetrading) no one can beat AAZ ( Zardari ), followed by a close second by Maulana Diesel , who is "always hungry" for the "political pie" and will not hesitate to ingratiate himself to grab power for his JUI (F) Party

"Harassment" Of Mush Resumes After A Gap Of Nine Months !

Treason case: ‘Seize and bring back Musharraf’

ISLAMABAD: The Special Court hearing the treason case against former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf ordered his arrest and confiscation of his properties. The hearing resumed on Thursday after a gap of nine months. The Peshawar High Court (PHC) Chief Justice Yahya Afridi is heading the bench which includes the Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Yawar Ali and Balochistan High Court (BHC) Justice Tahira Safdar.
The court also sought mutual legal assistance agreement with the UAE in the matter of arrest of Musharraf from Dubai. Mush can "run" and he has lots of places where he can "hide", ( if he has now been able to renew his passport )
As the hearing went under way, the Interior Ministry submitted in the court a report on Musharraf’s properties, stating that four of seven properties are owned by the former president and army chief. Akram Sheikh, presenting arguments, pressed the court to order Musharraf’s arrest and production in court.
The hearing was then adjourned until March 21.
Moreover, during the hearing, senior lawyer Farogh Naseem excused himself from Musharraf's legal team. Is the Kammandu now "lawyerless"
On March 18, 2016, the former military ruler left Pakistan for Dubai for medical treatment ( faking heart and back problem, and thereafter dancing his way in a Dubai disco !) after his name was removed from the Exit Control List (ECL) on the orders of the Supreme Court. A few months later, the Special Court had declared him a proclaimed offender and ordered the confiscation of his property owing to his no-show.

Chinese Shipping Company Starts Weekly Commercial Services for Gwadar Port

A Chinese shipping company has started weekly commercial services for Gwadar Port. The first ship docked at Gwadar port on Wednesday.
To commemorate this historic event, a ceremony was held at Gwadar port. Pakistan Navy (PN) Commander Coastal Command Rear Admiral, Mozzam Illyas, and Chinese Consulate General and other dignitaries were present at the event.
Chairman Gwadar Port Authority, Dostain Khan Jamaldini, told ProPakistani that the port was operational since long but no commercial shipping service was available. Now, a Chinese company has started services for Gwadar Port. Compared to other ports, handling and other services charges are lower. So, one is willing to "touch Gwadar with a ten foot pole", but the Chinis have obliged as their men and material at Gwadar need "servicing" and they , for whatever reasons, do not trust Paki Shipping Companies
“Chinese company CosCo has started its weekly service for Gwadar port. Its container ship MS Tiger will arrive at Gwadar every Wednesday. It will provide all kinds of cargo including transshipment, Afghan Transit Trade, and normal trade. “ Dostain told ProPakistani. Dostani also said that CosCo Ship MS Tiger weekly route is from Port Bin Qasim, Karachi Port Trust, Gwadar, Jabbal Ali, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The ship will take the same return route. Balochi Water Seafood will also be exported !
Pakistan Navy provides security to MS Tiger. Security also includes confiscating Balochi fishermen nets in Balochi waters and then destroying the same on the pretense of security
PN spokesperson said that protection of sea lines for China Pakistan Trade Corridor is the first priority of PN.

Not sure if the photu itself is of the ship at Gwadar Port !

Patriotic Paki Rants On (a) Islamic, (b) Republic And (c) Pak On This Coming March 23 Day !

Just ‘-stan’ ( Not Islamic, Not Republic , Not Pak  )

Pakistan adopted its official title of ‘The Islamic Republic of Pakistan’ in 1956 on the day we now celebrate as our Republic Day. In the past, another notable year is 1933 when Choudhry Rahmat Ali coined the name ‘Pakstan’ for a stretch of land Allama Iqbal had dreamt of as being a separate, peaceful homeland for Muslims...
What have we gained in all these years? Did the addition of prefixes ‘Islamic’ and ‘Republic’ better the situation of such a country in any manner where the word ‘Pak’ feels ashamed to be a part of its name? It is no hate speech. It is no contempt. We must acknowledge the reality before it is too late. There is no point of lamenting the past after reaching a point of no return.
Let’s abrade one layer at a time, starting with the umbrella of ‘Islamic’ under which try to hide our society’s ugly side which, unfortunately, seems to be at its zenith. What is Islam for us? Organising sit-ins at interchanges, blocking roads, disturbing people, not allowing ambulances pass and letting patients die on roads? Jumping to conclusions regarding as delicate matters as declaring someone a blasphemer on the basis of mere suspicion, lynching him in the presence of law enforcement forces, stripping his corpse and breaking his bones? Building a reputation of an ardent believer of Islam and a dedicated naat khawan in a small city and raping and killing not one or two but at least eight minor girls of the area? Violating an eight-year-old girl, strangling her to death after having used her as a sex toy, and leaving her lifeless body wrapped in a quilt to attend a Mehfil-e-Naat? Installing secret cameras in try rooms for women, or asking salesmen to ‘enjoy’ some moments of disgusting pleasure one by one by hiding in cupboards in these rooms? Quite a long list IMO, but not exhaustive by any means
The next mask is that of being a ‘Republic’. The word which defines a form of government in which the state is considered to be a public matter with supreme power of electing representatives and ruler lying with the people is used by 159 countries as part of their official names. Despite heads of governments claiming to rule the people after having gained their consent, elections in most of these countries are held more for the purpose of show than to serve the actual purpose of letting people choose their own leaders, and it is not a hidden fact that Pakistan is one such country. What kind of a republic are we when we are ready to sell our words in exchange of a plate of biryani or qeeme wala naan? Is such a nation which readily rents itself out to make each political party’s every power show a successful one worthy of being called a republic? Where do we expect the mentality “khata hai to lagata bhi to hai (he appropriates money but also spends some part of it on the people)” ( is the author referring to Ex Prez Dus Percent Zardari and Ex PM and nihari lover Ganja Sharif ?) to take us to? It is taking us to an abysmal nowhere, a land we are close enough to turn into.
The last concealment and the biggest lie we tell ourselves everyday is that we are the pure ones for which this ‘Pak’istan was won. We are not the pure ones and we surely do not deserve to live on this land for which millions sacrificed their lives and honour. Our thoughts, our words, our actions, our sights… nothing is pure. We all are a bunch of opportunists who willingly exploit others’ adversity and misery. Here, the good ones are an exception. The good ones are the black sheep.
With newspaper headlines staying the same and only the date changing, I, as a citizen of this country, have come to believe that if things ever change, it is always going to be for the worse. No, I am not being a pessimist. With intensifying clouds of the aforementioned forms of terrorism this is the only prediction any realist can make. From raping women to children and corpses, from contaminating soaps and detergents to drinking water, from eyeing bribery as a shameful necessity to making it a cultural norm, our journey has been quite fast. This, in fact, is a now-or-never situation. The only thing left to reach the final destination is to remove the prefixes ‘Islamic’, ‘Republic’ and ‘Pak’ from our country’s name. It is just ‘-stan’, a land with some people who forgot the difference between ‘human being’ and ‘being human’. Quite a pessimistic future view of the Land Of The Pure from a disgruntled but patriotic Paki. Quite in contrast to the rosy political and economic picture of Pakistan being painted these days by various ministers of this rudderless and leaderless entity

Pakistani Film Examines Mindset of a Dictator
Saroop Ijaz

This morning a friend messaged me, worried that Human Rights Watch will be screening a documentary featuring Gen. Pervez Musharraf, Pakistan’s former military dictator, at its London film festival. “You might end up glorifying a criminal,” my friend warned.
I assured my friend that Human Rights Watch’s position on Musharraf is clear – far from celebrating him, we want him to be prosecuted for the serious human rights violations that he both committed and was complicit in during his rule. Under Musharraf’s watch, the Pakistan government arbitrarily detained hundreds of critics and tortured alleged terrorism suspects. A number of opposition politicians were exiled, jailed, tortured, and murdered to enable his military rule from 1999 to 2008. Musharraf persistently undermined the right to free expression, attacking critical media. He is also named as a primary suspect in the assassination of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto in 2007. This "absconder from justice" thrives on publicity - good or bad. The best way is to ignore him . And bring him back to Pakistan to face justice !

Terroristan - 4th Jan 2018

After 'Terroristan', India has a new phrase to describe Pakistan

NEW DELHI: After famously conferring on it the title 'Terroristan', and after evocatively describing it as the 'Ivy League of terrorism', India yesterday coined another phrase to denote Pakistan - "special terrorist zone".

India was making a play on the title 'special economic zone', which is given to an area within a country that has special business-boosting economic regulations different from that in the rest of the country. In talking about Pakistan at the United Nations (UN) yesterday, India tweaked that title to "special terrorist zone", to describe the country's continuing support for terror and its provision of safe havens for terrorists.

"We urge the Council to call on Pakistan to end cross border infiltration; to dismantle special terrorist zones, safe havens and sanctuaries, to take verifiable actions, including on terror financing...", said Mini Devi Kumam, second secretary, India's Permanent Mission at the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva.

Kumam was countering an allegation made by Pakistan earlier at the forum, about human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir. She said terrorism "is the grossest violation" of human rights.

"The real problem in the State of Jammu and Kashmir is terrorism, which has constantly received sustenance from Pakistan and territories under its control," said Kumam.

Last September, at the UN General Assembly in New York, India said "Pakistan is now 'Terroristan', with a flourishing industry producing and exporting global terrorism." This comment made news not just in the South Asian media, but also in the British and US press.

Almost exactly a year before the 'Terroristan' comment, India described Pakistan as “the Ivy League of terrorism”, castigating it for financing and supporting terrorist groups it uses as proxies against India.

“The land of Taxila, one of the greatest learning centres of ancient times, is now host to the Ivy League of terrorism. It attracts aspirants and apprentices from all over the world. The effect of its toxic curriculum is felt across the globe,” said India's representative at the UN General Assembly two years ago.

Yesterday, India's representative at the UNHRC said Pakistan has made a habit of misusing the Geneva forum to make misleading references about internal matters pertaining to Jammu and Kashmir.

"Pakistan has long been attempting to mask its territorial ambitions and use of terrorism as a state policy under the guise of concern for human rights," said Kumam.

She also pointed out the incongruity of a country that oppresses its minorities talking about human rights violations.

"This Council should be mindful that the dubious concern for human rights is coming from a country, which has systematically abused and violated the human rights of the people in Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as well as Pakistan Occupied Kashmir," Kumam said.

She was referring to the Pakistani state and army killing and enforcing disapperances of political dissidents in its Balochistan Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.

Another "Shameless Saudis Denying Human Rights To Pakis " Story

Thousands Of Pakistanis Detained And Sentenced To Death In Saudi Denied Rights: Report

Islamabad: Thousands of Pakistanis imprisoned in Saudi Arabia and dozens sentenced to death in the ultra-conservative kingdom have been denied their legal rights to a defence, a report in Islamabad warned Wednesday.Saudi Arabia executes more Pakistanis than any other foreign nationality annually, nearly all for heroin smuggling, according to the study by Justice Project Pakistan and Human Rights Watch (HRW). This is the "much publicized" seminar held in Isloo , which strangely the Paki Govt allowed . And which highlights the plight of fellow Pakis in Saudia
Sixty-six Pakistanis were beheaded in the country between 2014 and 2017 alone, the report entitled "Caught in a Web" said.
"You not only have the death sentence, but you have it without due process or elementary fair trial," Saroop Ijaz, an HRW researcher, told AFP.
Pakistani migrants are "exceptionally disempowered and marginalised," Ijaz told AFP, adding that the group faces a "premodern discriminatory" criminal justice system in Saudi Arabia. With 1.6 million nationals, Pakistanis constitute the second largest foreign community in Saudi Arabia, and most are members of a low-skilled workforce with few rights. And yet the Pakis bend over backwards to "lick the boots" of their Saudi masters plus try to ape themselves as B grade Arabs !
According to Saudi media reports, a Pakistani man was executed on Tuesday in Mecca, convicted of drug trafficking.Four others were sentenced last month for raping and killing a woman and raping her teenage daughter, according to the Saudi interior ministry. Whether the errant Pakis will ever learn a lesson from this "strict Sharia enforcing" Ummah brother country is hard to say . Joh Isloo may ..., woh Mecca mae bhi ... :D
"The Pakistani government has not shown either the willingness or the capacity to defend its citizens who are facing a harsh and discriminatory justice system."Under the "kafala" system in force in Saudi Arabia, which regulates the status of migrant workers, many are prohibited from changing jobs before the end of their contract if their employer objects to it -- a restriction which NGOs call forced labour or even slavery.
Comments: Since the beginning of the year, 31 people of all nationalities have been executed in Saudi Arabia, according to an AFP count.
How many of them are from the first Islami Nuclear Takat

Justice Shaukat Siddiqui Of Isloo High Court On A Witch Hunt Against The Besieged Ahmedis Of Pakiland

Declaration of faith compulsory before joining civil, armed services and judiciary: Islambad High Court

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday announced its verdict in a case concerning some controversial amendments made to the Khatm-i-Nabuwwat oath in the Elections Act 2017, ordering, among other things, that all citizens be easily identifiable by their faith and that applicants for public offices declare their beliefs before being considered eligible.
Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui, who penned the order, ( when it comes to the Ahmedis, this Paki "My Laard" is in the forefront ! ) emphasised on the outset that the Constitution grants "complete religious freedom, including all the basic rights of the minorities (Non-Muslims)" and that the state was bound to "protect their life, wealth, property, dignity and protect their assets as citizens of Pakistan".
Justice Siddiqui further said that it was "alarming" that "one of the minorities" was "often mistaken for being Muslims" due to their names and general attire. He is singling out the Ahmedis !
Justice Siddiqui further ruled that the faith of all citizens should be mentioned on their birth certificates, their national identity cards, on voters' lists and on passports. A detailed judgement will be issued at a later date. All of these requirements are like a "death warrant" for the Ahmedis ( like the Jews, during Hitler time !)

Massa Adds TTP Maulvis On Its "Rewards List"

US offers $5mn reward for information on TTP chief Maulana Fazlullah

WASHINGTON – The US State Department has placed a reward up to $5 million for any information leading to the leader of the Pakistani Taliban, linked to series of attacks inside Pakistan and the 2010 bid for Times Square car bombing in New York.
Under its ‘Rewards for Justice program’, the State Department announced on Thursday that up to $3 million each would be paid for information on Abdul Wali (leader of Jamaat ul-Ahrar) and Mangal Bagh ( leader of Lashkar-e-Islam) as well.
“Each of these individuals is believed to have committed or to pose a significant risk of committing, acts of terrorism that threaten the security of the United States and its nationals. In addition to opposing the Pakistani military, one of TTP’s stated goals is the expulsion of Coalition troops from Afghanistan. The group has demonstrated a close alliance with al-Qa’ida, and, since 2008, has also repeatedly publicly threatened to attack the U.S. homeland” said a statement posted on the department’s website. Pakistan has "always maintained" that TTP is a "creation of RAA". If that logic is extended, then one has to conclude that the Times Square Bomber was an agent of RAW !!
According to US officials, TTP-led by Mullah Fazlullah, gave explosives training to Faisal Shahzad, who failed in his attempt to set off a car bomb in Times Square in May 2010. Forgotten in all of this - due to the short public memory - is the undeniable fact that Faisal's father was a very senior officer ( Air Vice Marshall !) in the Pakistan Air Force . That in itself , IMO, proves that at that time, that these Mullahs were allies of ISI ! One RAA agent, recruiting another agent to play havoc in Massaland . USA should name RAW also as a conspirator !
In 2015, the Department designated Fazlullah as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist under Executive Order 13224, which freezes all of his assets based in the United States or in possession or control of U.S. persons” stated the department.
Detailing the activities of Abdul Wali, US State Department stated that he was the leader of Jamaat ul-Ahrar (JUA), a militant faction affiliated with TTP and under his leadership, JUA staged multiple attacks in the region targeting civilians, religious minorities, military personnel, and law enforcement.
“He was responsible for the killing of two Pakistani employees of the U.S. Consulate in Peshawar in early March 2016” claimed the department.
Regarding Mangal Bagh, the department stated that he was born in Khyber Agency, Pakistan, and was believed to be in his mid-forties. He studied at a madrasa for several years and later fought alongside militant groups in Afghanistan. Under his leadership, LeI operatives attacked NATO convoys. All these "bad" terrorists, join Hafez Suar and Maulana Masood who belong to the category of "good terrorists"- as they only "target" India
The son of outlawed Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) chief Mullah Fazlullah, along with 19 other militants, was killed in the US drone strike across the border in Afghanistan on Wednesday morning. The TTP confirmed the drone attack on its facility in Afghanistan’s Kunar province and the killing of Mullah Fazlullah’s son, Abdullah. Another RAA agent killed !
In a text message sent to media in Bajaur Agency on Wednesday evening, the proscribed outfit stated that 20 “Fidayeen” (suicide bombers) were killed and six others wounded in the drone attack. It blamed Afghan intelligence agency for providing a tip regarding the presence of militants in the area. according to sources, drone fired missiles at Ghazi Camp run by the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan in Kunar near the Pakistani border, Dawn News reported. So, Massa is still doing Pakistan's "dirty work". But these "monsters" were created by Pakistan Deep State in the first place. Now they have gone rogue and are targeting their earlier patrons , as they feel that "Pakistan is not green enough for them"

Right of Reply by India at the 37th Session of Human Rights Council (26 February-23 March 2018) in response to the Statement made by Pakistan under the Agenda Item 2, delivered by Ms. Mini Devi Kumam, Second Secretary. [Geneva, 08 March 2018] :

Mr. President

My delegation wishes to exercise its right of reply in response to the statement made by Pakistan.

2. We strongly object to Pakistan’s habitual misuse of the Council to make misleading references about internal matters pertaining to the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. This council should be mindful that the dubious concern for human rights is coming from a country, which has systematically abused and violated human rights of the people in Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as well as Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. 3. Terrorism is the grossest violation of human rights. We urge the Council to call on Pakistan to end cross border infiltration; to dismantle special terrorist zones, safe havens and sanctuaries, to take verifiable actions, including on terror financing; to provide freedom to the people of Pakistan occupied Kashmir by ending its illegal and forcible occupation; to end harassment of minorities, to place procedural and institutional safeguards to prevent misuse of blasphemy law; to end forced conversions and marriages of minorities; including Hindu, Sikh and Christian women, to prosecute all such cases; to stop targeting political dissidents and legitimate criticism in Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa; to stop torture, enforced disappearances and unlawful killing; including that of journalists and activists by its security agencies and prosecute all perpetrators; to stop sectarian violence, systemic persecution and attacks on Muslim minorities, such as Shias, Ahmadiyas, Ismailia and Hazaras.

Thank you, Mr. President.

Federal employees to enjoy 3 consecutive holidays in March

ISLAMABAD – Federal employees should plan trips as three consecutive days off are ahead for them in the running month of March.
The government has announced holiday on the eve of Pakistan Day on March 23. Interestingly, the holiday is on Friday and the federal employees officially make two days off (Saturday and Sunday) in a week. So, the second last week of March is descending on them with three holidays due to Pakistan Day. :D
Provincial employees will not be able to enjoy the pack of the holidays ( should complain to Shahbaaz !) as they have to work on Saturday.

Is there the concept of work ethic in Pakistan

Standard Chartered Bank downgrades Pakistan’s credit outlook
KARACHI: Standard Chartered Bank has downgraded credit outlook on Pakistan, citing concerns over widening twin-deficit and high external funding needs that could force the country to tap the international bond market soon.
“We change our credit outlook on Pakistan to Negative from Stable currently,” said Standard Chartered Bank in a report tilted Pakistan—External financing blues, issued on Wednesday.
The IMF estimates a total $13.6 billion of external financing for fiscal year 2017-18 (FY18) and a further $16.9 billion for next fiscal year.
The report also said that bilateral support from China should be forthcoming, but there were no details yet on increasing swap lines. “In the meanwhile, Pakistan may have to depend on bilateral sources to bridge the widening C/A gap. Pakistan currently has a swap line with China for RMB 10 billion, which is almost fully drawn.”
The report said while some of the gap in the current account (CPEC-related) is being funded by increased foreign direct investment (FDI) – mainly from China – a large portion is being funded by debt.
“This has led to a rise in Pakistan’s overall external debt – ]to 27.3 percent of GDP in December 2017 from 24.8 percent in December 2015 – which we believe will increase further,” the bank said in the report.
“That said, Pakistan’s overall external debt level remains much lower than the median for Single-B or even BB-rated sovereigns.”

What I like about this India - Pakistan inter-exchanges in international forums is that Indian response is always given by a junior level woman who has just joined the Foreign Service. Pakis on the other hand, send their "most senior and experienced diplomats" to plead the so-called Kashmir case. This is one way of getting to their so called Echendee

Hey paklurks, here's an idea for your law makers to seriously consider. The goal is to make your land purer than before based on the isloo court verdict.

All 100% sunni-malsic citizens, irrespective of age, must henceforth wear arm bands and forehead bands in public that would easily identify them as true believers in the holy oath. Kind of a reverse nazi-era requirement for Jews, gays and others.

This will achieve two end goals.

1) No agency or minority will dare bother you (I mean, how dare they?).

2) If the minorities (such as shias, Hindus, Sikhs, qadianis, hazaras, Parsis, atheists, apostates) dare to wear such bands to gain favors and the elusive paki passports, they will be liable for prosecution, even death, under your new regulation per the slummabad court verdict against misrepresentation and perjury.

Problem solved!

THE PEERNI IS THE QUEEN IN THIS "OXFORD EDUCATED" PAKI POLITICIAN'S HOUSE, ACCORDING TO THE SUCH GUP GOSSIP OF HAJAM SETHI !!

Superstitions galore

It seems that The Great Khan is besieged by superstitions, convinced that if he does this or that on any given day or occasion that it will bode well or ill, depending on what his Peerni advises. It’s well known that his sons were dismayed at the way he solemnised his second and third marriages. He was therefore keen to go to England to make up with them and convince them of the rightness of his decisions. ( what about Jemima . What are her views on this ? After all, she is some sort of a journo as well !) But he was advised, by his Peerni no doubt, that travelling across the “Black Waters” for the foreseeable future would be a bad omen for him, and his quest for Takht-e-Islamabad. So, the trip was postponed.

CAA asks airlines to crack down on 'rampant' violation of no-smoking rule by crews on board

The Civil Aviation Authority has asked all major Pakistani airlines to strictly ensure compliance with a ban on smoking on board aircraft, saying "rampant" violations of the rule by cockpit crews is a safety hazard, it emerged on Friday.
"This flagrant violation [of the rule] besides portraying [a] bad image of Pakistani pilots as principal violators is also a major reason for negative marking [in safety assessments] of Pakistan-registered aircraft." The negative marking has an adverse impact on the cumulative safety assessment of Pakistani airplanes.(amongst other reasons)
