So South Korea, Malaysia, China and now India has grown due to paki hard work in formulating economic plans.

Pakistan should call a UN special session and ask for all these countries to compensate them from here till eternity :rotfl:

They should also rightfully take possession of Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines as these were all supposedly started taking inspiration of PIA and grew with support of ex PIA staff. :rotfl:

ISPR Ghaffoor Defends Hafiz Saeed !

Hafiz Saeed is Pak citizen…can join politics if eligible, says Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor, DG ISPR of Pakistan
Indian Express
May 17, 2018
Major General Asif Ghafoor is Pakistan’s Director General of Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR), the media and public relations arm of its armed forces, since December 2016. A representative of the official view for the Pakistan Army, his statements are closely watched, both domestically and internationally. Some of his Twitter updates have caused political storm in Pakistan. Major General Ghafoor spoke to the Indian Express in Islamabad on the sidelines of an interaction with media representatives from South Asian countries. Excerpts from the interview:
What is the current status of the Indo-Pak relations, particularly in the context of increasing tensions and firing along the Line of Control (LoC)?The ceasefire between the two armies on the LoC is at the DGMO-level (Director General of Military Operations level) since 2003. From 2003 to 2016, there were very few ceasefire violations, but in 2017 alone the ceasefire violations have been more than that recorded in the past 10 years. In 2017, there were 1,813 violations, while the number in 2018, so far, is 1,321, and we are not even halfway through the year.
Previously, the Indian Army was not retaliating . Now they are giving a moo tor jawab
The ceasefire violations by Indian Army are not against Pakistan Army, but against the civilian population on our side. We have lost hundreds of innocent civilian lives in these violations. We can’t respond in the same coin — one, for humanitarian reasons, and two, because the civilian population on the other side is Kashmiri Muslim. It is our compulsion to respond only at the Indian Army posts.
What is going on with Hafiz Saeed in Pakistan? He, despite UN strictures, seems to be free again.Hafiz Saeed, you see, is under custody or confinement as possible according to the law in Pakistan. There is no evidence against him and has been discharged by the courts. We have held him under the NPO, but there has been no evidence from the Indian side against him.
"Custody" in this case, means his house has been declared a sub-jail. So, he is enjoying life in his own house. No need to arrange conjugal visits. Product is available right in the house - 24/ 7
Will Jamaat-ud-Dawa become a political party? Hafiz Saeed is a citizen of Pakistan and anything he does, other than violence, is good. There is a process in Pakistan for anyone to participate in politics. The Election Commission of Pakistan has its rules and laws. If he (Hafiz) fulfills all those requirements that is for the ECP to decide. Please don’t forget that there are, if I am not wrong, nearly 200 political parties in Pakistan and more than 160 of them have never won a single seat in an election. I will leave it at that.
Mainstreaming . The new method to defy UN, US and the rest of the world
Pakistan-US relations are floundering again. The US Defence Attache in Pakistan was stopped at the airport from leaving the country over the weekend. Are you worried?
With the US, we have a history of the relationship, which includes many ups and downs. Between any two states, there are convergences and divergences. Our attempt is to increase convergences and reduce divergences. Pakistan has been a front-line ally of the US in its war on terror. The USA’s success in defeating al Qaeda has been only because of Pakistani support. But Pakistan cannot do anything inside Afghanistan. No one is more willing to see US succeed in counter-terror operations inside Afghanistan than Pakistan. Even though the relationship is under stress, the strategic lines of communication for US forces inside Afghanistan remain open from Pakistan. Taqiyya talking here
The Pakistan Army is often accused of institutional overreach and not allowing democracy to take deep roots. Where do you stand on that, considering what happened to then PM Nawaz Sharif, where your tweet caused a storm?
(Laughs) My tweet. it is a domestic issue. It happened in the past. As far as civilian supremacy is concerned, this is the third democratically-elected government which is in place. Parliamentary elections are going to take place shortly and a new democratically-elected government will come in. All decisions are taken by the civilian government. National Security Committee meetings are held frequently, and you can see the record on that. There have been many security challenges over the decade, and there are areas of overlap, but at the end of the day, it is the civilian leadership which takes the decisions. The army gives advise as in any other state. Please tell me who appoints the Army chief, the Navy chief and the Air chief in Pakistan. It is not the army, it is the civilian government. Who rules the country as per the Constitution? The civilian government.
The Army gives advice like no other state . The civilians ignore advice at their own peril . Like Nawaz
Any message for India? (Smiles, pauses and ponders) War is not the solution. If imposed on us, it will be befittingly responded. But we believe in peace and cooperation.
PS: ISPR Ghafoor answers like a "stuffed shirt". Wonder if Shushant Singh, the journo was offered "chai biscoot" on the side

Yes, Col Joseph had set out from his home to exercise his right to kill someone and, therefore, he violated the Vienna Convention.

Ex ISI Chief : Hurriyat Was ISI's Creation :) .

Ex-Pak Spy Chief Admits Hurriyat Was ISI Creation, Regrets Giving 'Factions' Free Run in Kashmir
New Delhi: In what is believed to be the first such confession to emerge from Pakistan, the country’s former spy chief Mohammad Asad Durrani has admitted that the Hurriyat was the creation of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
Durrani, who served as the ISI chief from 1990-1992, the years when the armed separatist violence broke out in Kashmir for the first time on a mass scale, said, “I think that the formation of the Hurriyat to provide a political direction to the resistance was a good idea.”
But what he didn't consider a good idea was “giving up handle on the movement — letting the factions do what they bloody well wanted to…”
The statement is part the conversation between Durrani and former RAW chief AS Dulat, which has been moderated by journalist Aditya Sinha in a book titled The Spy Chronicles: RAW, ISI and the Illusion of Peace. In the book, Durrani is quoted at length discussing Kashmir, Hurriyat, Afghanistan, Osama Bin Laden, Pervez Musharraf, Ajit Doval, AB Vajpayee, the Agra Summit and Narendra Modi with Dulat.
Incidentally, Dulat was serving as the joint director of the Intelligence Bureau in Kashmir in 1990 when Durrani was heading the ISI.
In the book, Durrani has talked about ISI’s role in the formation of the Hurriyat and its support to the early days of Kashmiri separatism in response to questions about the big failure of ISI against India. In his reply, Durrani said, “The biggest failure was when the Kashmir uprising happened, we did not know how far it would go.”
Are Paki journos allowed to freely interview Indian politicians and others. Some way should be found not to publicize Durrani's propaganda in Indian Media
“These things usually run their course in six months or a year. When it became lasting, we wondered how to keep a handle on it. We didn’t want it to go out of control, which would lead to war which neither side wanted,” he added
Durrani went on to say that he met Amanullah Gilgiti, a resident of Kashmir’s Kupwara district who went on to help found the first local armed separatist outfit of Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF). So he is openly admitting ISI mischief making in Kashmir :x
“I regret till today why we did not take Amanullah Gilgiti more seriously. His group led the uprising…. His third option of independence was unnecessarily muddying the water. And what did independence mean anyway?” Provocative statement !
The ex-ISI chief may have implied that Pakistan did not remain in touch with Hurriyat and other separatist factions in Kashmir, but several reports have documented the active role that Islamabad played in arming and supporting the youth of Kashmir in the early days of militancy. Several of the early militants of Kashmir, including Gilgiti, and later Syed Salahuddin and Hafiz Saeed, continued to thrive in Pakistan.
The book also quoted former RAW chief Dulat as saying that Pakistan was getting interested in Kashmir again. “… it’s now ‘game-on’ again in the last three years because of the uncertainty that we’ve created. The status quo mess we create gets Pakistan interested again.” Is he adding fuel to fire
In another section of the book, Dulat says, “The Hurriyat is the Pakistani team.... India has its team, Pakistan has its team, and the Kashmiris are in between.” In an interview to The Wire, Dulat stated that Pakistan has again become a player in fomenting unrest in Kashmir.
So, Daulat is "endorsing" the Paki point of view !

A S Dulat, ex RAW chief is authoring a book with ex ISI chief that reveals Indian agencies' secrets and nobody seems to care. This is a traitor who helmed India's premier agency who should behind bars.

Dulat Reveals His Pro- ISI Bias In This 2015 Blog Written About Him

Why Dulat would have loved to be ISI chief
November 29, 2015,
Renuka Bisht
Times Of India
Former RAW chief AS Dulat has created something of a storm with his book ‘Kashmir: The Vajpayee Years’. Indians just don’t expect their spy chiefs to do this sort of thing.Dulat says he hasn’t exposed any secrets, only given his take on matters already present in the public domain. But judging by the enthusiastic and passionate questions he drew at the Times Litfest session ‘Should spymasters write tell-all memoirs?’ readers are riveted by this idea.
In USA there are all sorts of restrictions on what Ex CIA Employees can disclose or say. Their manuscript is also vetted !
Dulat was asked to rate Indian intelligence agencies against the rest of the world. He said, “I believe we’re as good as anybody else. We don’t have technical abilities but are fast catching up.”He added the rider that too much emphasis on IT can make everyone lazy. There’s no substitute for so to say boots on the ground. With terrorism being really the biggest problem facing the world, the fact remains that it isn’t easy to infiltrate ISIS, he said.
For him the KGB and ISI have been the most powerful intelligence agencies in the world. But all the modifications after USSR was dissolved mean that kind of KGB doesn’t actually exist anymore.
It’s Pakistan’s ISI that’s the most powerful intelligence in the world, says Dulat. He would have loved to be ISI chief!! The autonomy it enjoys is unparalleled.
No wonder he has now co-authored a book ( released this week ) with Asad Durrani Ex ISI Chief . Wonder if the release day/week is just co-incidental or some sort of a subliminal message is being conveyed to the GOI !

LeT has developed an untraceable mobile, trains terrorists in underground facility, claims captured militant - Neeraj Cahuhan, ToI
The Hafiz Saeed-led Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT)’s student wing, Al Muhammadia Students (AMS), has developed a mobile handset meant exclusively for communication by LeT members with each other.

After entering a particular chip, the handset automatically connects with the nearest mobile tower, irrespective of the telecom service provider, and calls made using this handset cannot be traced by intelligence agencies. If at all intelligence agencies try to intercept the device, the call will automatically terminate.

These and other worrisome revelations have been made by 20-year-old Multan-based LeT terrorist Zaibullah alias Hamza during his interrogation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). Zaibullah was nabbed from a house in the Jugdiyal area of Kupwara on April 7.

Son of an income tax officer in Pakistan, Zaibullah has further claimed that LeT, a global terror outfit, recruited and trained 450 boys in 2017 from different areas of Pakistan for anti-India operations. Those selected from this group were sent for rigorous arms training to other camps. Boys aged 15 to 25 years are being recruited and radicalised in the name of ‘Burhan Wani’ by LeT.

Zabiullah had crossed over to India on March 2/3 this year along with five others who were all killed in an encounter with the Indian Army on March 20.

Even though a bullet hit him in the hand during the encounter, Zaibullah managed to escape and was caught 15 days later. When Zaibullah was undergoing training at Dakhan in January 2017, LeT’s operational commander and 26/11 accused Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi had stayed with the trainees for two months. Zaibullah says that Lakhvi motivated them for the ‘jihad’ and even hugged all the recruits. During his training at another camp in Muzaffarabad, LeT chief Saeed himself visited the recruits.

Zabiullah claims his father reportedly encouraged his jihadi activities and even donated Rs 1,000 per month to a ‘jihad fund’.

+100 Dulat is a third grad sold out, see online interviews to thapar where he narrates how he got the prisoners from JK jail to Kandahar. His tenure was the darkest in the history of independent India , from kargil to Kandahar he wrecks of sold inaptitude. His IB upbringing corrupted RAW and bought its edge too levels unseen. Turd proudly confessed to giving HM leaders son medical seat admission in Srinagar and saving mush's life.

RAW chiefs fight India's enemies (including ISI), sends messages, discuss as well however no chief worth its salt will appease to porkis or make peace, or write a book with them. This Kashmiri sees only his personal profit do hell with country. Traitor belongs to club of MKN, MSA and SSM all third grade rats.

Not at all surprised at the timings, with things not going to pleasantly for porkis at border or elsewhere they are desperate to have some sort of dialogue. With Indian strategy of hard response has shocked them to the core, with army chief conveying their willingness through ISPR, afghan president etc one can imagine. This is just opening of all the Dallas they hold their on their pay roll.

On a side note saw on twitter first time since 2002 a heavy caliber weapon was captured by the army from BAT team, an isobaric weapon. This shows their utter desperation.

Sorry, calling BS on this one. If LeT thinks their system is connecting to the nearest mobile tower, then they have not heard of StingRays. If they think their phone drops a call if it is intercepted, then they don't have any clue on how back haul works. No wonder they are getting popped off so easily.

Lahore orange line metro is on $1.5b loaned money from china, which is equivalent to 10% of punjab province budget. Its construction cost is almost 50% costlier than other metro projects around the world. It is completely developed and maintained by a chinese company. Which will eat up the profit on the name of maintenance.

The metro is expected to serve 2.5 lakh commuters daily. Looking at poverty in pakistan, in best case scenario metro revenue cannot be more than $15 million per year. Take out maintenance cost and pakistan is looking at 100 years of repayment of only principle. Good luck with that.

Really, how are they planning to repay the loan? I doubt they can even pawn the metro for future loans from IMF or other intl finance institutes.

By all indications Robin Raphael who was given full access to Delhi and Kashmir by the GOI, was closely working with the ISI, and continues to be a paid agent/lobbyist for Pakistan, if not the ISI directly.

One one of the talk shows they also mentioned that the actual per-passenger cost for a trip was PKR 160 and they were selling tickets at PKR 17, so it's going to be giving them losses well into the future.

Paki Mantra Is Always Deny, Deny, Deny. Good Example Here! ( To Salvage Their So-Called Echendee !)

No deaths from heatwave in Karachi, authorities claim
KARACHI: The city has been gripped with severe heat since the past week, with reports claim there have been dozens of deaths due to the heatwave.Director Health Karachi Dr Tahir Aziz categorically denied a statement by the Edhi Foundation that 65 people were killed by the heatwave whose bodies it says it has received.
So, basically he is mouthing that the Edhi Foundation is lying when it ( The Foundation and the newspaper reporting this news !) even posted pictures of the dead bodies as proof of the same !
No deaths have been reported so far at any hospital of Karachi due to heatstroke, Aziz added. :(( ( Just like the claim that Ajmal Kasab was not a Pak Citizen !)
He also claimed that the department has no information about people who died or their death certificates. Edhi mortuary authorities failed to provide any details of the affectees, he claimed.Medical Superintendents of Jinnah has also denied deaths due to heat waves in their respective hospitals. If the claim is admitted then the reputation of the "hospital" is sullied
Spokesman of Sindh Health Department Dr Zafar Mehdi said that all the medicines and necessary items have been provided all the hospitals. Hospitals reported over 20 peoples affected by the heatwave in different hospitals but were released after medical treatment. Plausible deniability
Speaking to Geo.tv, spokesman for the Edhi Foundation said it has not received any more bodies than the earlier reported 65 death bodies. He also said that they have no way of knowing details of the deceased and the only information they have is that provided by the families. What would be the motive for the Edhi Foundation to "lie" on the 65 dead bodies. The Paki Hospital should ponder on this !
The heatwave gripping the country's industrial hub is expected to continue tormenting citizens today as well.Red alerts from the meteorological department have also been issued while the health department of Sindh has imposed emergency and made special wards for heatwave affectees in all provincial and KMC hospitals. Closing the barn door when the horse has bolted

Ganja Sharif Singing Like A Canary, To Save His Hide

Spy chief asked me to resign as PM during 2014 sit-ins, Nawaz Sharif drops fresh bombshell
ISLAMABAD – In shocking revelations, former prime minister Nawaz Sharif claimed that a message from the head of an intelligence agency was conveyed to him during 2014 sit-ins that he should resign or go on an extended leave. Is this "normal" in a "normal" country. The "spy chief" asking a sitting PM to resign  (but you are talking of Pakistan here  )
Sharif, who had warned of exposing hidden faces on right time, revealed this during his testimony at the accountability court in Avenfield reference, filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the light of the Panamagate verdict. He said that challenges and pressure ramped up on him as the treason case was initiated against former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf. He added that corruption references against him were the punishment of the case against Musharraf. Paki Army has always said that it cannot allow "public humiliation" of one of its own ( even though Mush is not a full-blooded Pakjabi  )
Without sharing the name of the intelligence agency, Nawaz said he went upset when he received the message from an employee of an institution directly worked under the prime minister. Ganja is playing "coy". Keep them guessing. After all, he is also being given the "drip by drip" torture by his tormentors
Taking aim on PPP co-chairman, the former premier said that Asif Ali Zardari conveyed him a message, asking him to make the parliament endorse the second martial law by Musharraf, adding that he, however, refused the suggestion. For now at least , Dus Percenti is happy at Nawaz's "roasting" :D
The sole purpose of the 2014 sit-ins, staged by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), was to oust him in order to wrap up the case against the former military ruler, Nawaz said. During the protests, PTV, parliament, PM House, President House none of them were safe from the agitators. That is HIS version. There may be other "versions" also available in the Paki political market :P
Explaining the situation, the former premier recalled: “I met Imran Khan at his Bani Gala residence with two of my friends in March 2014, just two months before the sit-in. The meeting was held in a pleasant atmosphere and Khan neither talked about any political rigging in elections nor hinted at any protest”. Ganja the "seasoned" politico should know that you should play your political cards close to your chest. Immy was just doing that and nothing else !
As the case against Musharraf was initiated, Imran Khan and Tahirul Qadri held a meeting in London and announced to launch a protest on the bases of alleged rigging in 2013 general elections, he said.It is not more secret that who urged PTI and PAT to demand his resignation during the sit-ins and who had been encouraged them for four months, he said.“Khan himself talked about an umpire’s finger being raised. Who was that umpire?” he asked.
Now , we are entering "dangerous territory", the so-called conspiracy theories, that is endemic in Paki politics
At Monday’s hearing, Nawaz said it was inappropriate to include officers spy agencies in the Panamagate joint investigation team (JIT) as he is recording his statement in the Avenfield case before the accountability court.
Ganja applying his legal education to good use : Attack is the best form of defence
Besides Avenfield reference, other two references filed by the accountability watchdog pertain to Hill Metal Establishment, offshore companies including Flagship Investment Ltd, and Al Azizia steel mills.Nawaz Sharif and his sons Hussain and Hasan are accused in all three references whereas his daughter Maryam and son-in-law MNA Capt (retd) Safdar are named in the Avenfield reference only.
PS: There is absolutely no doubt that Ganja and his extended family are corrupt to the core ( who is not in Pakiland !) . But to single him out and make him an example just because he did not do the fauj's bidding ( not to go soft on India , leave Mush alone etc etc ) is obviously not halaal

Minor Girl Raped By A "Burger Man" In Karachi.

Burger vendor allegedly rapes minor girl in Karachi
KARACHI – A minor girl was raped by a shopkeeper of burger shop ( fancy name for a kebab seller !) in Malir area of Pakistan’s southern port city. The 11-year-girl was allegedly assaulted on Tuesday sparking concerns about the safety of minors in Pakistan’s biggest city.Speaking about the incident, the girl’s sister shared that she had sent her younger sister to the shop to get food for her, however, when she didn’t return for more than an hour they went to check her.
Upon reaching the burger shop, she found out that the shopkeeper had assaulted her sister following which the police conducted a medical examination of the victim which confirmed the rape. The suspect, identified as 22-year-old Asif, was arrested and a case was registered against him.The accused will be presented before the judicial magistrate on Thursday.
So, the "alleged rapist" did not "care" about the sanctity of the "Holy" Month of Ramazan . And this must have happened after he broke his own fast- if he at all was fasting ! ( Ordnance passed by Paki Govt prohibits eating places being open during fasting hours . Violators severally fined !)

Express Tribune reports that “National sentiments were exploited while executing the Neelum-Jhelum project by saying that if tunnel-boring machines were not procured for fast-track construction, India would complete the Kishanganga project first which will deprive Pakistan of its water rights” and in the process “few people made billions of rupees, said sources in the Water and Power Development Authority (Wapda) and the Ministry of Planning and Development.”:
While approving fourth revision in cost of the 969-megawatt project’s PC-I, the Executive Committee of National Economic Council (Ecnec) set aside corruption and mismanagement allegations. The project had been initially approved at a cost of Rs15.2 billion in 1989. It took 29 years and Rs506.8 billion to complete the scheme. …………………………….

At the total cost of Rs506.8 billion, the per-megawatt electricity generation cost of Neelum-Jhelum project comes in at Rs523 million – the highest by local and global standards.

The Dasu hydroelectric power project, which is funded by the World Bank, is being developed at a cost of $2.6 million or Rs261 million per unit. National sentiments were exploited while executing the Neelum-Jhelum project by saying that if tunnel-boring machines were not procured for fast-track construction, India would complete the Kishanganga project first which will deprive Pakistan of its water rights.

Pakistan has already lost its case against the Indian project in the International Court of Arbitration and will not be in a position to tap full potential of the Neelum-Jhelum project due to reduced water flow.

Congressman Sherman Condemns Assault on Families of Disappeared Persons during Hunger-Strike in Sindh, Pakistan
May 21, 2018
Press Release

WASHINGTON, DC - Congressman Brad Sherman (D-CA), released the following statement regarding the ongoing human rights situation in the Sindh province of Pakistan:
"I express my grave concerns about the human rights situation in the Sindh province of Pakistan, with special reference to enforced disappearances of persons at the hands of Pakistani security agencies. Many of the disappeared persons are from the Jeay Sindh Mahaz (JSM), Jeay Sindh Mutehada Mahaz (JSMM), and Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM). The disappeared persons also include teachers, intellectuals, writers, and publishers. Six of my House colleagues joined me in sending a letter to the State Department on this issue in August 2017. I also raised this issue on the floor of the House in October 2017, and this problem of enforced disappearances was discussed in a February 2018 hearing of the Asia Subcommittee at the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
"I strongly condemn an incident that occurred this past weekend, when Pakistan’s security forces assaulted the families of disappeared and missing persons who were on a hunger strike in protest of these disappearances.
"The family members of the Sindhi victims of enforced disappearances (mainly their daughters and wives, as male members are being held by the security forces or have moved underground or remained silent as they fear the security agencies) and their friends have launched a peaceful nonviolent protest for their release. The daughters and wives of the disappeared persons were engaged in a 72-hour hunger strike in front of the Press Club at Karachi that began May 20. During this nonviolent protest, Pakistani security forces or their agents assaulted two daughters of the disappeared Hidyat Lohar (an elementary school headmaster who was taken away in April 2017 in front of school children) and two daughters of Khadim Arijo (a civil servant missing since April 2017). Security forces also reportedly detained about five of the nonviolent activists, though it seems they have been released.
"It is crucial that Pakistan immediately cease these and other related human rights violations in the Sindh province. Pakistani security personnel and others involved in the enforced disappearances should be held accountable. I urge the U.S. State Department and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, as well as our ambassador in Pakistan, to take up this issue with the civilian and military leadership of Pakistan. Our ambassador to Pakistan must receive guarantees from the Pakistani government regarding the protection of human rights defenders and of those who advocate for Sindh’s missing persons. It will be even more significant to set up a bipartisan fact-finding mission to probe enforced disappearances and related killings in Sindh."
It is significant that no one from the SD "discouraged" this congressman from openly criticizing the Paki Govt . Would not have been allowed to happen, for sure, during the " Afghan Jihad"

The preparation is not for the grey list. As per reports the Grey list is a minimum Pakistan will be put into. The real question will they be put into the black list instead of grey.

Tribune News Service
Jammu, May 23

At least five civilians, including a woman, were on Wednesday killed and nine others were injured in heavy shelling and firing by Pakistani Rangers on civilians areas along IB in Kathua-Jammu sectors.
Today is the 9th day of continuous firing and shelling by Pakistani Rangers along the IB and LoC in Jammu, Kathua and Samba districts.

A senior police officer said two civilians were killed and six injured, including three jawans, in the shelling and firing in Samba that started at 9 am.

The Pakistani Rangers also targeted civilian areas and posts in Kathua district.

In the firing and shelling, three persons were injured and one of them succumbed to injuries on way to hospital, he said adding the injured have been admitted to hospitals.

Confirming the casualties, DGP S P Vaid tweeted, “In a night long shelling and firing from across the border at Jammu International Border Kathua to Akhnoor so far four deaths have taken place and thirty injured. Very sad indeed."

Meanwhile, over 40,000 border villagers were forced to migrate from their homes as the Pakistan Rangers continued targeting civilian and defence facilities in Jammu, Samba and Kathua districts on Wednesday, police said.

While some of the migrants have taken shelter in makeshift camps set up by the administration, most others preferred to shift to the houses of relatives and friends.

Each household has left behind a male member to fend for the cattle and guard their homes from burglars.

The Pakistani side resorted to unprovoked shelling and firing at the Border Security Force and civilian facilities for the third consecutive on Wednesday, a police officer said.

Although the BSF was strongly and effectively retaliating, the officer said that there were confirmed large scale migration from R.S. Pura, Arnia, Ramgarh and other sectors close to the international border (IB).

On Tuesday, 18 civilians were injured in the Pakistani shelling in R.S. Pura and Ramgarh sectors.

Those with serious injuries were referred by attending doctors to government medical college hospital in Jammu.

Dozens of cattle have also perished in Pakistani shelling while houses and other structures have suffered huge damages. Agencies

Pakistan ready to work with SCO to eliminate terrorism: Tehmina
Image

Not sure where the Indian Delegation has been relegated in this group photu ( The famous Paki "mehman-nawazi" )

ISLAMABAD – Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua says Pakistan is ready to work with regional countries under the umbrella of SCO to effectively eliminate the menace of terrorism from the region. She was inaugurating meeting of the Legal Experts Group of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization–Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (SCO-RATS) in Islamabad on Wednesday. The foreign secretary said Pakistan is cognizant of the threats posed by terrorism, separatism and extremism to our region and beyond.
Can the well -known SCO ( although a Chini sponsored Org !) afford to associate its "good name" with a pariah nation like Pakiland, the fountainhead of WWT ( world wide terrrorism !) . Pakistan is the problem, instead of the solution, as being suggested by the Paki Mohtrama
Pakistan has lost thousands of its citizens and law enforcement personnel and suffered economic losses of over $120 billion. ( onlee $ 120 billion. Did she miss a "zero" at the end  ) She said human and financial losses our resolve to fight the menace of terrorism has not diminished.
IMO, the "terrorism" that Pakiland is currently faced with, is because of its own short sighted policies in the past ! Karma biting back, I would say
Tehmina Janjua said through comprehensive efforts, over the past several years, supported by a firm domestic political consensus, Pakistan has been able to turn the tide. Our national counter-extremism policy focuses on the rule of law, service delivery, citizens engagement, media engagement, integrated education reform, reformation, rehabilitation, reintegration, and renunciation of terrorism by extremist elements and promotion of culture as its major facets. :(( Should the members of SCO have to listen to this BS
The foreign secretary said Pakistan supports SCO consensus that as we engage in the fight against terrorism, we must respect the norms and principles of international law, UN Charter and shun double standards. Terrorism cannot and should not be identified with any religion, individual countries or nationalities. Pakistan is of course the "flag bearer of Malsi". The first and only "openly" Islami Atomi Takat (Iran may join the club later :) )
She said SCO holds special significance for Pakistan. Pakistan takes pride in becoming a full member of the SCO which offers a unique new model of inter-state cooperation for peace, security, connectivity and sustainable development.
I would venture to say that Pakistan is THE rotten apple that is going to spoil the SCO barrel !

Pakistan Is In A Damage Control Mode In Wake Of Durrani's Bombastic Boasting About ISI "Birthing" Hurriyat

Did ISI actually create ‘Hurriyat’ as claimed by Indian media? Actual reading of Ex-spy chiefs’ book suggest it’s fake news
LAHORE- The Spy Chronicles RAW, ISI and the Illusion of Peace, a book co-authored by former spy chiefs of Pakistan and India has been making headlines. Even before it’s publication, the book has been discussed on an international level and since the book was written by former spies, it was only appropriate that its manuscript got leaked on WhatsApp, even before it was published.
While book discussed many aspects and problems both chiefs had to endure during their tenures, and the issues emerged before and after they held such crucial positions, Indian media picked out one point and it started circulating all over the social media with prominent Pakistanis sharing it.
Indian media outlet shared the news with a headline “Ex-Pak Spy Chief Admits Hurriyat Was ISI Creation, Regrets Giving ‘Factions’ Free Run in Kashmir,” and went on saying, “In what is believed to be the first such confession to emerge from Pakistan, the country’s former spy chief Mohammad Asad Durrani has admitted that the Hurriyat was the creation of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).” Durrani like Mush has started to like the "taste of publicity" and patting his own back to hog the glory . Like the Kammandu's various statements, which the Paki Govt officially denies every now and then, Durrani may also see his sources in the "Deep State" dry up and everyone will be cautioned not to speak to him on "sensitive matters" , lest he goes on a publicity seeking interview
However, in the actual book Durrani made no such confession neither did he claim that ISI created Hurriyat.
Note the "bold letter" emphasis to drive the point home and "distance itself" from the damage !
Suhas Munshi of News 18 went on and quoted Asad Durrani to support his story. The only thing wrong with these quotations was that they were taken out of context and supported Munshi’s story, without telling the whole story.
Suhas in his story said, “Durrani, who served as the ISI chief from 1990-1992, the years when the armed separatist violence broke out in Kashmir for the first time on a mass scale, said, “I think that the formation of the Hurriyat to provide a political direction to the resistance was a good idea.”What Suhas forgot to mention was Hurriyat movement started in 1993 when Durrani was no longer ISI chief. But that does not mean that Durrani was not in the "ISI loop" and not privy to inside info
Also, the writer talked about uprising during Durrani’s tenure as ISI chief but didn’t mention Durrani saying, “In particular, I regret it till today why we did not take Amanullah Gilgiti more seriously. His group led the uprising. He started it, initiated it, spoke about it,” implying that the uprising wasn’t ISI’s doing but its creator was Amanullah Gilgiti.
The report by Indian media picked another line from Durrani’s statement to support its claim, “I think that the formation of the Hurriyat to provide a political direction to the resistance was a good idea.” Since Durrani wasn’t an ISI chief at the time ‘Hurriyat’ was created and he used the word “formation” instead of creation, this statement isn’t essentially a confession that ISI created the movement or for that matter any sort of confession at all. Also, the statement suggests Durrani’s appreciation for Kashmiri parties who formed Hurriyat, former spy chief claims no role of ISI in it.
No one can doubt that the Hurriyat is a Pro-Paki outfit disguised as home grown organization !
The writer went on quoting Durrani and mentioned, “But what he didn’t consider a good idea was “giving up handle on the movement — letting the factions do what they bloody well wanted to…”The statement clearly suggests that ISI wasn’t supporting, handling or taking any part in the uprising and had nothing to do with it. The point of focus here is “giving up handle on the movement.”
Why are the Paki vehemently denying their role in Hurriyat. It is an "open secret" that the "outfit" takes guidance from Pakistan ( and the ISI !)
Towards the end of the report, the reporter has quoted the above-mentioned statement by former spy chief of Pakistan, “I regret till today why we did not take Amanullah Gilgiti more seriously. His group led the uprising…. His third option of independence was unnecessarily muddying the water. And what did independence mean anyway?”While he quoted the statement, he conveniently left out the “He started it, initiated it, spoke about it.” part. Misquoting, misinterpreting or providing only half of the statements on such crucial matters, points towards only one thing i.e. it’s a fake news and is misleading propaganda.
IMO, Durrani now will surely be "out of favor" with ISI insiders. Unless the "famous" Taqiyya is at play here . Some sort of a Deep Game

China extends further financing support to Pakistan to stave off balance of payments crisis "in part because it does not want details made public about the loans it has made as part of CPEC": https://www.ft.com/content/03ccb1f0-5cc ... 18e7146b04

Image

Leave aside the IMF ( which is a foreign organization) even the Paki National Assembly does not know the full details of the CPEC . It was "ramroded" through Paki Parliament ( a detailed agreement was never presented !) over the objection of Govt members as well as opposition members on just the "general assurance" that this agreement is "good" for Pakistan and after everything is said and done as per The Agreement , Pakistan is going to "emerge" as a mini-super power by a certain time . This "broken record" is still being played every day in the Paki Media. In the meanwhile their Foreign Exchange Reserve situation and their Foreign Debt situation has gone from bad to worse. Paki Domestic Industry is making noises as Chini companies are buying Paki companies at cut rate prices, Chini imports under CPEC are given preferential tax treatments, Chini migrants are flooding Paki cities with the attendant cultural clashes ( some Chini technicals living in Khanewal were "beaten up" by locals a few months back, as they were shopping around for Paki girls to satisfy their sexual hunger), the Chinis are clamoring for "more security" to protect their labour and their projects specially in Gawadar and Balochistan . So everything is not rosy as it is depicted in media !

The alleged incident took place at the Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa located at 578 College Street. On May 19 around 1:30 p.m. a 51-year-old woman  ( Does he not have a wife at home ? Plagiarist at the helm of HEC’s affairs
The plagiarism guardian — HEC has been left red-faced as its Executive Director has been caught red-handed in plagiarism.
The committee confirmed and concluded that Dr Arshad had copied more than 50percent of the content from another author.
Dr Arshad’s paper ‘A Taxonomy and Survey of Gird Resource Planning and Reservation Systems for Gird Enabled Analysis Environment’, published in July 2004,is almost the exact copy of a similar paper authored by Chaitanya Kandagatla at University of Texas, Austin America in February 2004.
Magnitude of malpractice can be gauged from the fact when Dr Arshad’s paper was examined with the official software Turnitin, which has been provided by HEC to the universities to check plagiarism; it confirmed overall 88 percent index against 19 percent set by Pakistan’s higher education body. In addition, 47 percent similarity index has been reported from single source, authored by Chaitanya Kandagatla against the 5 percent approved limit.
...Dr Arshad guilty of major plagiarism, his more than 20 research papers were found to have been plagiarised.
Unfortunately, no punishment for the crime of plagiarism has been handed down to the black sheep in question yet.
Dr Arshad acts as de facto chairman
So, two takeaways:

1. A mard-e-momeen plagiarized a research paper authored by a yindoo.
2. HEC accepts upto 19% plagiarized research.

More And More Of Second Generation Paki Ayeshas- Born Abroad - Are Going To Face This Problem

UK mother jailed for duping daughter into forced marriage abroad
A mother who duped her daughter into travelling to Pakistan to enter a forced marriage was sentenced on Wednesday to four-and-a-half years in prison, following the first successful prosecution of its kind in Britain. The woman was found guilty on Tuesday following a trial at Birmingham Crown Court, in central England, where a jury heard how the girl sobbed as she was wedded to a male relative 16 years her senior. "You had cruelly deceived her. She was frightened, alone, held against her will, being forced into a marriage she dreaded," said Judge Patrick Thomas QC in sentencing."You have sought to blame her for everything, and yourself have accepted responsibility for nothing."The girl was forced to marry the same man who had taken her virginity and left her pregnant on an earlier trip to Pakistan. Originally a Paki problem, the UK is now faced with the consequence of the parents not wanting to integrate their daughters into mainstream UK society, under the pretense of "corrupt western society"
Then aged 13, she underwent an abortion on returning to Britain. .Concerns over the girl's welfare were allayed by her mother, who cannot be named to protect the identity of her daughter./quote] There should be other ways to "shaming her" without naming her !
She said the pregnancy was a result of "two teenagers who had sneakily had sex", according to prosecutors.Jurors heard how as the girl approached her 18th birthday she was tricked by her mother into returning to Pakistan on what she was told would be a family holiday. The couple were then married in September 2016 despite objections from the girl, before she was returned to Britain with the assistance of the Home Office. Her mother was arrested in January 2017.She was convicted of deceiving a victim into travelling abroad to enter into a false marriage - the first conviction of its kind - as well as other forced marriage and perjury charges.
It was found the defendant had lied about the incident in Britain's High Court, where she was summonsed when concerns were raised by authorities. The new offence of forced marriage came into effect in June 2014, but prosecutions have been rare. However the Forced Marriage Unit - a joint effort by the foreign and interior ministries - provided support to about 1,200 potential cases in 2017, a government spokesman said, making Britain a "world leader" in tackling the problem.
The ( insolvent) Pakistan Govt should be billed for the social cost of all this , IMO !!!
