Thanks MurthyG. Everyone, please contribute in all relevant languages. I may get this printed and arrange to distribute at the waypoints like Chottanikkara, if the SC verdict stays (400% probability) and the govt stays arrogant.

I am thinking since devotees come from four more states, its not just a matter for Kerala alone. Looks like there ard merits for other govts to file review petition in SC. Too bad none of the four have a BJP govt.

Thanks NOTA warriors.

The "authorities" may have clamped Sec 144

Section 144 imposed as Kerala readies for Sabarimala reopening on November 5

The Kerala Police on Friday decided to literally take control of Sabarimala by deploying a posse of force right from Vadasserikara, situated about 50 km away from Pampa.

Section 144 imposed as Kerala readies for Sabarimala reopening on November 5

03rd November 2018

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In an effort to thwart violent protests like the ones which rocked the Sabarimala hill shrine recently, Kerala Police on Friday decided to take control of shrine by deploying a posse of force right from Vadasserikara, situated about 50 km away from Pampa ahead of a day's pooja on November 5.

The district administration has also imposed prohibitory orders (Section 144) at Elavungal, Pampa, Nilakkal and Sannidhanam from Saturday night (November 3) to Tuesday night (November 6).

The police have also declared Pampa, Nilakkal and Sannidhanam as special security zones and they will be managed by special teams led by senior police officers.

This is to ensure when a woman devotee aged between 10 and 50 turns up for darshan on November 5, no protesters will be around to block her entry.

To ensure the entire stretch between Vadasserikara and Sannidhanam remained free of protesters, the force will be deployed right from Saturday. The police have also decided to put in place tight restrictions on the movement of pilgrims from Nilakkal to Sannidhanam.

HC seeks video footage
Kochi: The Kerala High Court has directed the government to produce the video footage of the incident that happened at Nilakkal when the Sabarimala temple was opened for poojas on October 17.

3,701 arrested so far

T’Puram: The arrests in connection with Sabarimala violence have touched 3,701. So far 543 cases have been registered across the state for violence related to the entry of women in Sabarimala.

As per the directive of State Police Chief Loknath Behera, an ADGP, two IGs, 5 SPs and 10 DySPs will be camping at Nilakkal and Pampa to oversee the security measures in place which will be ensured with the deployment of nearly 1,200 police personnel.

Meanwhile, the 12-hour hartal called by the BJP in Pathanamthitta on Friday, demanding a judicial probe into the death of an Ayyappa devotee at Laha, passed off peacefully. The police said the postmortem report of Shivadasan, a resident of Sarath Bhavan at Mulampuzha in Pandalam, who was found dead at Laha on Thursday, stated that an internal bleeding due to a broken femur caused his death and no bruises were found on any other part of the body.

As per the police complaint lodged by Shivadasan’s family members, he was reported missing since October 18. Shivadasan had left home on October 18 to visit Sabarimala and he had called his family members on October 19.

Dileep,

Thanks sir's. Hopefully people listen to the message. I spoke to my brother, whose been doing this for a decade plus. He said TN devotees themselves don't put money in the hundi, typically they pay 11rs to Gurusami. It's the close family that offer money and people who cannot go in person. I have forwarded to all my circle of friends who goes to Sabari every year.
He also said it's the Telugu swami's that offer a lot of money to the hundi, so I think the messaging should be sent far and wide for AP and TS.

A small appeal to the brave BrFees in Malloostan: Stay away from violence, do not get arrested. Remember General Patton's advice. Stay free to fight smart. It is very likely that in the next 48 hours the Insolent Might of the guvrmand will run over the protesters. The Deity is above all such matters; the earth will not shake if Ms. Marx & Co. walk through there with polis shields. We need you safe and sound to win the war, not rush into an inconsequential little skirmish. The main objective from this whole thing is to wake up yindoos in Malloostan to the reality that their faith is under massive attack - and the time to be complacent is over. Get organized and vote out the enemy. One well-organized campaign and the whole political/power model of the State can be upended: that is the larger war. With that, the temples can all be returned to control by devotees, education can be revamped, bureaucracy and law enforcement can be cleaned up, the "Nokku Kooli" types can be kicked out.

1,500 Cops, Security Clampdown At Sabarimala Ahead Of Reopening Day
Police said they are yet to be approached by women who want to enter the shrine during this phase of the pilgrimage. Thiruvananthapuram:
A temporary ban on large gatherings was imposed on Kerala's Sabarimala town on Saturday night as the temple shrine prepared to reopen its gates on Monday amid fears of violence and protests by right-wing activists. Restrictions prohibiting the assembly of four or more people will be in force across Elavunkal, Nilakkal, Pamba and Sannidhanam until Tuesday midnight.
According to Pathanamthitta Superintendent of Police T Narayanan, as many as 1,500 police officers have been deployed in and around the pilgrimage site. The security arrangements are being monitored by Additional Director General of Police Anil Kanth, and mediapersons have been asked to stay away from the temple shrine until the day of the reopening. Comprehensive traffic arrangements have been made, and barricades erected at many places on the way to Nilakkal to prevent the entry of potential agitators.
Besides policemen, a 20-member commando team has also been deployed at Sannidhanam, Nilakkal and Pamba...However, Mr Narayanan claimed that he is yet to be approached by women who want to enter the shrine during this phase of the pilgrimage. "If anybody comes forward, the police will see that the apex court verdict is carried out," he said.
As of Saturday, police had registered 536 cases and arrested 3,719 people in connection with last month's violence. Around 100 are still in prison.

Just out of curiosity, how many polis are deployed during any year at the season start I wonder? 3000? To herd some 2 million people per week, hain? 1 polis per 1000 devotees? Doesn't sound like a very tense environment at all.
The commando team is for fear of terror attacks, also standard precaution. So this whole thing seems to be a giant gas balloon: things are perfectly normal except for Sec144CrPc which may or may not be usual. If there is a terror threat, even that should be as expected.

I believe that the current 400,000 bolismen and 100 boliswimmin, checkposts at every corner etc is a fractally expanded shakinaw tactic very similar to the full riot gear kamandu act by IGP Sreejith with the 'nude model cum activitist'. Practically means nothing.

Some twenty real devotees (not foot soldiers of RSS) at the entry of 'nada panthal' (the precise location where the 'cum activist' action was deflated) can take care of the 'core issue' of wimmin entry. The last line of defense is still with the Thantri.

In my view, this is the proverbial 'picket fence'. There is no need to put up a Yellow Sea type fortified defense. Yes, there must be a 'picket fence' that is brightly painted white, with a bright red line in front of it. I think that is what we are doing now with all the hue and cry in the media. Painting the fence. Maybe add some glow in the dark powder, so that there is no mistake even in the night.

I don't worry about a single event of violation. Bh. K Rajeevaru can fix that in precisely 72 minutes (3 naazhika s the time for Punyaha, IIRC). There was some allusion that it will weaken the case at SC. That is BS. It will be like "you were raped once, hence you are free for all".

Was it the great K Karunakaran who said "അടി സഹിക്കാം! (The punch can be tolerated. It is this (prolonged) aiming (for the punch) that is intolerable)?

The thing that keeps bothering me is that they are setting up the devotees. The level of police involvement is extremely light given the expected routine crowd. So they know that there is no plan for any riots etc. If someone requests protection to go to the temple, the polis can do that with a team of 10, with another team of 10 at the top to accompany the person into the temple (those can be people in approved dress code, no need for boots or guns).
All the rest is to incite violence and provide an excuse to arrest many people. This is another reason to watch out and don't fall for the trap. Obey the 144 etc. Just peacefully tell them what you have to tell them.

High chance that no one will demand to be taken there.

UB Sir, I will not put a limit on the stoopidity of "leaders" who don't know thongs beyond 'che guavafruit'. Let us see how things turn out.

I hope none of the innocents gets into trouble. The only place the aam-swamy should put the foot down and risk arrest is at the entry of the 'nada panthal'. It needs to be seen if the govt is stoopid enough to manhandle/arrest swamys there.

If at all they arrest people, the only option for them would be to release them there itself under 'station bail'. The typical tactic of "catch and release elsewhere" will not work here. How many tractors would be needed? You can take one Rahul Easwar by tractor, but can't do that with hundred people na?

The Ayyappas and the other Southern State governments have drawn their lines on the sand... Supreme Court is not going to budge. The message from Center is vital. Until now, the state govt has not got that message from the wise old men of Delhi. Hence all this cockiness

The central indulgence peeps and the state indulgence peeps are scrambling around each other in a dance, I feel. Time is running out for them too

UB-sir, this is already ugly - the state-wide arrest and release of elderly moms who went for local (not in Sabarimala!) chanting protests is a low point. As also the desperate attempts by commies to paint this uprising as a upper-lower caste war.

Updated the pamphlet material. Need HINDI and KANNADA versions please!! Somebody!! ANYBODY!!
A Humble Request To Dear Devotee Of Sabarimala Swamy Ayyappa,
You would be aware of the attempts of the govt of Kerala and the Devaswom Board to destroy our beliefs on our Swamy Ayyappa by forcefully bringing women to the holy Sabarimala Sannidhanam. The Kerala Police is making violent attacks on the devotees who protest this heinous act, and arresting and imprisoning them. The Govt and the Davaswom Board had been looting the money we offer at the temple, instead of using for the facilities for the devotees for decades. This outrage must stop. We must assert our rights by denying the government the money.
The lord only wish our devotion, belief, prayers and the offering of the Ghee Coconut and the customary coin that we carry in the ‘irumudi kettu’. The sums of money we out in the hundi or to buy items like Appam and Aravana goes to the Govt and Devaswom Board.
During your pilgrimage to Sabarimala, please bring only the above simple offerings. Please do not drop any money in the hundi. Please do not buy the Appam and Aravana offerings. Instead, drop slips of paper with inscription "Save Sabarimala Tradition" and Swamiye Saranam Ayyappa" in the hundi.
Let us pay back the arrogant government for the outrage they are trying to bring upon us devotees.

Wait for explanation-

The above is a limited version of what you wrote. I think you understand enough Hindi to know what has been written. It is not eloquent or detailed, so if you get a better version, go for it. (Other Hindi-speakers, feel free to edit and modify.)
It is on you that what you have written above (which was translated) is aligned with the Ayyappa dharma (I don't know much about it honestly) and with the law.

Thanks MurtyG. I did some change in the transliteration. One major issue I see is,the problem of 'yuvathi pravesh' is not mentioned anywhere.

the state-wide arrest and release of elderly moms who went for local (not in Sabarimala!) chanting protests is a low point. As also the desperate attempts by commies to paint this uprising as a upper-lower caste war.

Clear show of desperation. Remember how your predecessors achieved "Vimochanam":
Amme jnangal marannalum, Floriye jnangal marakkoolya!

Guvrmand is treading on egg-shells containing ieds if they descend to that level. Every one of those elderly moms will show up at the polling booth, even if their kids have to carry them there.
No need for Amitji and his (empty) fire-breathing threats.

I think (hope!) Central Guvrmand is waiting and watching for KL guvrmand to put its foot in the poo properly. Right now, like it or not, GOKL (what an inappropriate acronym!) is sitting on the MOHAWG saying "V will implement Apex Ct deshishun!" although they have a 70-year consistent history of flouting Indian laws. So GOI has a tough time justifying any action against them.

Denying fundamental right of expression to people OUTSIDE the secure region of SM, seems like clear grounds to put KLPolis under Central control. But they don't want that to happen until/unless protests spread far outside the SM region, which is a hot potato for any guvrmand.
Requesting media not to send bibis to invade, is a good move.

Meanwhile from bongstan:

And Malloostan court denies bail to 5

Devotees still have a huge PR/ image problem. Or have too many rabid elements sabotaging everything. Perhaps there should be more devotees assigned to do nothing except (discreetly) videotape and capture any "untoward incidents".

Thanks for the efforts Dileep and MurthyG.

Just a few things that I noted

"हम इरुमुडि में लाने वाले घी" reads a little off. Would read better if rephrased.

Just my humble suggestions. Truly appreciate the sewa you all are putting in.

Meanwhile, New set of judges to review from SC that is stuck in Colonial interpretation and Oxford dictionaries.

Devotees to use/show above news from SC to push police to back off.

Delhi HC strangely chickens out the issue saying it is not in its "jurisdiction" the moment petitioners club other religions.

Mean while..
Sabarimala becomes a police fortress. A temple which was perfectly working fine, has now been reduced to a police camp; just for some "seculars" to prove their point :(.
CPI(M) starts door to door campaign "encouraging" women to go to Sabari Mala. This report is in Malayalam, from Janam TV the only channel which is pro-Hindu devotee.
IGP Intelligence goes on leave, after filing a report that situation in KL is tense and the GoKL should not encourage to women to visit the shrine at this point of time. Another IGP on Sabari Mala bandobust P. Vijayan, has also gone on leave. News is in Malayalam, from Janam TV web site.

Life is not so simple for GoKL. The argument of GoKL that they are just ensuring that Supreme Court orders are carried out to a T, is not having much fan following. Because there are lots of supreme court orders which GoKL had ignored or did not execute in letter & spirit. GoKL also made a mistake in allowing "activists" to make an attempt last time around. Supreme Court has only allowed women entry to the temple; it has not asked GoKL to pick up some women and send them up the hill. At present the pressure is on GoKL to do some thing to protect the Hindu belief system at Sabari Mala, trying to pass the buck to the central govt. is not working.

This bench is hearing some new writ petitions against the verdict. These are different from the review petitions to be heard on Nov 13.

I was looking at the same, but the fact is that the petition was incompetent. What jurisdiction does Delhi HC have over Malloostan temple? Who are the "hindu" advocates who file these petitions and why are they not getting disbarred for malpractice? or is it just to say: "Look! Court is not fair to yindoos!" Maybe the latter, but it is clogging up the works and obstructing justice. Why can't there be a competent petition filed on this issue? Don't bring in all religions, just one by one, with victims who have some real issue.

What was chicken about the HC is that they did not order the Petitioner arrested for contempt of court, filing such an incompetent petition and wasting the HC's time.

I agree incompetent and smartalec petition. I agree we need competent petitions and lawyers to systemically attack those anti-Hindu people in institutions that matter.

But, actually it has jurisdiction. Temples mentioned don't fall in Delhi but other points are genetic enough to be filed in any court.

But these kind of petitions are always done by MMM to catch judges to pass pompous verdicts. Reverse filings must be done too to catch judges with pants down.

SC decision on SM is a super opportunity to start a huge national wave to demand Uniform Civil Code. No need to fear blowback on SM. Hope volunteers will educate the 20M devotees coming to SM, to take back the single message to DEMAND uniform civil code. This is better than Babri Masjid as an opportunity to right a lot of wrongs starting at least from ShabBano times. At the end of the day, Malloo wimmins are not going to climb SM. Can't imagine commies/NYT bibis doing 41 days exertion every year to maintain their Right, so it will all taper off in 1-2 years and they will go agitate each year. A good punyaham after every visit, that delays a few lakh devotees and earns their curses on the visitors and its all good. This is why these sorts of Petitions irritate me.

Also, NYT Bibi has to be cast as someone who took 30 pieces of silver (now worth around $4200 as I found out) to backstab her own people and CREATE not report, news. Ethics complaints should be filed against her for inciting violence and attempting to incite violence against children and offend their beliefs. With intelligent management that can lead to a total ban on NYT and affiliated papparazzi / TV news from visiting India.
So many opportunities, so little time and so few yindoos with any clue. As Tunjan Nambiar said:
100,000 ppl gather, ek ya do onlee have any clue.

In fact once started it can morph to be a nationwide demand for Uniform Civil Code, trifurcating J&K to isolate and stomp on KV, and to remove the Rite2Education scam. Maybe reverse the whatzit commission on rejervashuns. Really put pressure on Central Govt to act. If done in rapid-fire fashion, all 3 can be "fait accompli"

OT, sorry, but was reading todin about aftermath of Babri Masjid riots. Apparently the bro of a PAC aphsar was killed in communal riots. PAC went into the place and dragged away 45 One Communities in a track, killed them all and dumped them in some river. Now if Guj Govt had done that at Godhra right after the train atrocity, and shot about 2000, that would have had a very calming effect.
So pls do not hurt any polis. Baaaad things can happen.

Somehow I was expecting the Muslims in Kerala to support the Hindus here by vocally opposing the verdict. It is a golden opportunity for them to tell the govt to stay out of religion. But they are silent. Any idea why? Is it because they don't want to 'interfere' in a Hindu controversy?.

For anybody seeking to translate Javee's beautifully-worded message into other languages, here's the English translation of what Javee posted:

A humble request to the dear Sabarimalai devotees,

In the past few weeks, the Kerala government and the Sabarimalai Devaswom board have arrogantly attempted to push women into the Ayyappa sannidanam. This is a deed which destroys our timeless faith in our deity. Those Ayyappa devotees who battled in a non-violent way against this, have been assaulted by the Kerala government. The Kerala government and Devaswom board have also, for many years, looted the tributes which were brought to the lord of Sabari, and spent these monies on other schemes, instead of on the welfare of the devotees. In order to teach a proper lesson to this Kerala government and Devaswom board, which loot our humble offerings and insult our ways of worship, we must now stop our contributions.

What the lord of Sabari asks of us, is our devotion, faith, and our offerings of ghee and coconut in our Irumudi bundles. The moneys which we spend on Hundi contributions, and also on the appam and aravanam (prasad) purchases, belong to the Kerala government.

Therefore, it is enough if devotees, who observe the Vrat and come to the mountain, bring the above-mentioned items. We should not put money into the Hundi for any reason. Instead, to express our condemnation against the Kerala government, we should deposit slips of paper with the words "Swamiye saranam Ayyappa" and "Let us defend the way of worship at Sabarimalai" into the Hundi.

This will be our counter-blow to the Kerala government, which has assaulted us bhaktas and made fun of us.

Swami saranam.

Was this in Delhi saar? I ask since Chennai has started bursting crackers since last week itself. I observed a nice night fireworks from the metro on Thu itself, and more sporadic instances here and there. Most of them were definitely outside of office hours
