A handful of media outlets reporting Ajay Bisaria, HC to Pakistan, will return along with non-essential staff today via Attari. Expect the news cabals to camp at Wagah.

After Samjhauta Express, Pakistan suspends Lahore-Delhi bus service
The service, which originally is operated from Ambedkar Stadium terminal near Delhi Gate, was earlier suspended after the 2001 Parliament attack. It was restarted in July 2003.
Surjit Singh Aug 10, 2019
A day after it halted operation of the trans-border train Samjhauta Express in a unilateral action in response to the stripping of Jammu and Kashmir’s special status, Pakistan on Friday suspended the Lahore-Delhi bus service between the two countries.
In a tweet, Pakistan’s minister for communications and postal services Murad Saeed said: “In line with the decisions of the National Security Committee, Pak-India bus service is suspended.”
This service was launched with the Delhi-Lahore bus, Sada-e-Sarhad, in February 19, 1999. In its inaugural run, the bus carried the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who was to attend a summit in Lahore and was received by his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif at Wagah in Pakistan.

GILGIT: As efforts are underway to recover remaining bodies of women drowned in Indus River near Gilgit a day earlier, relatives and locals of the area blame “djinns” for the tragedy.
“Everyone in the family knew one of the women was possessed by a djinn,” a local man who introduced himself by the name of Mohammad Khan told The Express Tribune late Thursday, hours after the incident. “And it’s the djinn who forced her to jump into the river, we are sure about it,” said the man who was like dozens others reached the site of the incident after the news broke out. He said people generally believed all five women wouldn’t have died without any role of supernatural forces.

I dont think it is our choice but decided by the International body long ago. If they do not agree to move we may have to forefiet the match like it happened with our women's cricket team.

Apparently Pakis are now outraged that Priyanka Chopra tweeted in support of Indian army and didn't entertain a Paki who ranted about it in a public function.

I just googled it, and for those who haven't seen it, there is a Part 1 and 2. Pakis make it a habit to get into any event that an Indian is at and start heckling. Shashi Tharoor was at an event some time ago and a paki woman pretended to answer a question but her agenda was clear until the mod told her to STFU.

This a s s h o l e had given an interview 2-3 years back in a paki talk show where he had said that India's partition in 1947 is the biggest loss for Muslims. He said Tassavur kijiye (Just think) aaj agar bade sagir (Indian subcontinent) ek hota aur yaha election hota toh India ke 22 crore mussalman, Pakistan ke 22 crore mussalman aur Bangladesh ke 18 crore musalmaan yaha pe iqtedaar pe kaabiz hote (Meaning Muslims as a single block would be ruling legally over others in India).
What he said is true and would have been scary for the dharmic forces. Thank God for Jinnah's tactical brilliance.

In an interesting development, some Pakistani symphatisers chose to protest outside a mosque after Eid prayers in Bahrain, raising Kashmir wants freedom. The very next day, the Ministry of Interior has chosen to open 'legal proceedings' against them (dreaded D word).

I had some respect and high expectations on him. Generally he was avoiding discussing on J&K or India now a days. But what transpired in last few days, he seems to be feeling very un-comfortable and then out of compulsion end up saying something which is not for his level of knowledge.
On what he said, he is utterly wrong. He might never had read Gita properly (I don't think so) OR wrongly quoting due to compulsion. After all may be he want to live in Bakistan unlike Tareq Fatah till the end, don't know.
But on what he said, the principle of non-violence as Dharma is more applicable at personal level, not at state level. If a king declares that he is non-violent, and all his subjects should follow same, then how can that state survive? How can one maintain the law and order with pure non-violence? There has to be some degree of violence in-order to put few perverts in order. That is inherent in Nature. Sadly, after the onset of Buddhism , Jainism & recently Gandhism, they are wrongly imposing the non-violence on the head of Hinduism & Hindus. In Hinduism, it is one of the Dharma, but not top most (may be talking about the quote "Ahimso paramo dharmaha"), which is evident from all our Puranas where in the end it tells about how Gods killed Asuaras, however powerful they might have become, but finally Good triumphs over Evil. It has to be through violence only, when dialog becomes meaningless, and when the other side is not fit for it anymore.

Hassan Nissar I believe is misunderstood by Indians. He is relatively less Jihadi-minded, though still sees everything through an Islamist world view, and likes to bash his own politicians (though never the establishment). He also has some interest in India and at various points in the past has been in favour of better relations. However, gullible Indian nutjobs took that to mean that he is pro-India, which he is very obviously not.

The TSPA have to choose between 3 bad options:
(a) do nothing & lose credibility gradually
(b) do something overt & lose credibility quickly
(c) do something underhanded & pray that s**t doesn’t hit the fan & they get lucky.

Baki response till now beyond the wailing and complaining has been:
1. Suspend trade
2. Stop cultural exchanges and ban Indian films
3. Stop Samjhauta express
4. Stop Lahore bus service.
5. Expel diplomats
So....pretty much exactly what BRFites and Indian RW folks in general had been asking the Indian government to do for a long time. Do you need more proof that Dimran is a RAA agint hain?

Pakistan admits won't get assured support of Security Council, Muslim countries on Kashmir
Pakistan foreign minister SM Qureshi has blamed investments in India for most countries of the world to not offer Islamabad support on the Kashmir issue.
Pakistan has accepted that it will be difficult to find support if it rakes up Kashmir issue with the United Nations Security Council's five permanent members (P5) and from Muslim countries as well. Speaking at a press conference, Pakistan foreign minister SM Qureshi said, "People in the Security Council aren't standing with flowers, any of the P5 members can be a hurdle. There shouldn't be any ambiguity on that, do not live in a fool's paradise."
Qureshi then said, "Let the people of Pakistan and Kashmir be aware that nobody out there(at UNSC) is waiting for you, nor is awaiting your invite."

Wearing my tinfoil hat.
They have thrown the "diplomatic" towel so to speak. Their diplomatic maneuvres in this matter were and are a joke and doomed to failure and ridicule, they knew this from the very beginning.
Bakis in their usual tactical brilliance will try and create some more "Pulwama-like situations" within J&K and probably elsewhere in India and then blame the International community (and India) by saying -"See, if you had listened to us, this would not have happened."
Already the Afghan blackmail has begun. Connect the dots and we'll see that Bakis have no intention of letting this go quietly.
They need a solid jhaapad this time.
