NIA caught the lady and her chela Sandeep from BLR this evening.

After demonitization and implementing tighter controls and traceability on cash, Gold has become the 'currency' for the 'black money'. That is the reason for the torrential flow of illicit gold to KL. It is not the silly 'margin' of price difference they are after.

BJP should be in a dilemma. They wanted to keep the 'mundu wearing modi' in the state as the required 'token opposition' while they get rid of cong. I was thinking originally that this case would be kept as the string, and allowed to simmer on. I was disappointed. But now I see that things went too much out of hand. I would be the happiest person to see these thugs go out in a stink!!

The guys tried to trouble Lord Ayyappa with women. See what happens?

He was one of the chiefs from the Muslim side during the 1921 Moplah riots which was nothing but a genocide of Hindus in 1-2 Taluks in Malabar district (which is today's Malappuram District).

....
That "progressive/dhimmi" director/actor - Prithvi Raj Sukumaran's last film was Lucifer where Mohan Lal was portrayed as one Abrahm Quereshi ( an International Gold smuggling Kingpin).
Sidenote: The fillum went on to become the biggest blockbuster in Kerala fillum industry.

Now I read below.
Investigations by police led to the gang members explaining details of how actors were used to smuggle gold and how a “deal woman" helped them.

What police stumbled upon while probing the gang was that there was a well-entrenched racked that smuggled gold into the country through actors, who were taken to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for stage shows.

https://swarajyamag.com/politics/extort ... government
In light of my past experience with the Bhai/Don glorifying movies seen at the height of D-gangs power during good old congie times I.e until recently...

While my normal brain was trying to enjoy the cool elevation scenes for the Herrow ,my automated lizard brain was observing that an angle was being driven home to the audiences that "gold smuggling is cool" with even Mohan Lal paaji picturized as some illuminati level kingpin supplying to local jewellers (Kalyan,Jos/Joy,Malabar etc ?) and giving donation to party funds.

Now it turns out Prithviraj Sukumaran was probably rewriting all the shared experiences of actors(including himself)returning from UAE after cramming it up where the sun doesnt shine and getting down at the Kochi airport with a slow stiff walk while waving to fans with a beaming smile , sunglasses hiding his discomfort in the eyes - while laboriously walking to the designated drop point.

After watching the movie in theatre many an actor must have shed tears of happiness that Prithviraj was able to reimagine that painfull ordeal in such a stylistic grand way as he did in Lucifer with a "Gold smuggling herrow"

The last time around, this one guy had scrambled to grab the dredging contracts that are an essential and unavoidable part of the daily operations if this stupid sethu samudram project is ever initiated.

he is trying to do the very same thing once again.

this venomous dravidian idea has two objectives

One is vital to the ej BIF driven dravidian "interests": the destruction of the holy Raamar Bridge if the sethu samudram project is ever initiated and operationalized.

two, due to the inescapable and continuous year round requirement in perpetuity, of routinely dredging the build up of silt and sediment from navigation channels, this contract by itself is enough to keep a small country like SL in good financial health, not to mention a few privileged dravidian families who will relentlessly push for the dredging contracts, promising almost anything to the BJP at the center.

this politician character had almost firmed up dredging contracts with a few european companies when last the sethu samudram project was in the limelight, pushed by a naive ABV who in his great desire to be liked by all, failed to read the true deceitful dravidian sentiments behind the destruction of the holy Raamar Bridge which is essential if the cunningly conceived and deviously projected but economically unviable and the totally unnecessary so called navigation channel is to be built.

Why the holy Raamar Bridge has not yet been given the national monument status, despite decades of demands by the Hindus is not only a matter of concern but also a matter of great shame.

this bleddy sethu samudram project is neither economically viable, environmentally sound nor is it politically or even navigationally strategic in concept or execution and even the speed of transit through this channel is severely limited thus offsetting the so called advantage of savings in fuel costs.

International shippers are very unlikely to opt for this route because for them time is more important than saving a few tons of diesel/fuel oil.

Atal B Vajapayee was an accomplice & co conspirator in the attempt to destroy Ram Sethu & considered it HIS project to break the Ram Sethu

this is how the maliciously anticipating dravidian champions seek to project the desperately desired revival of the sethu samudram project, expecting to pressurize and convince Modi to somehow initiate the anti India and anti Hindu project.

and all this hinges very foolishly on their single point and so called "support" to the Modi govt over the chinese and ladakh issue.

This has all the makings of a scam: minimal political investment but they want a massive and immediate tangible return on their "investment"

did these dravidian clowns utter a single word in protest when the chinese took over the hambantotha port. didn't the close proximity of that operational cheeni controlled port affect the security of both India and TN, even more than the sethu samudram allegedly does

T Muruganandham@muruga_TNIE

Vayutuvan wrote:If so, why are they clamoring for complete investigation? I don't get that.
The commies tried to act smart by asking for complete investigation quite early. They were expecting a CBI enquiry. CBI's investigations at times have become a joke in Kerala. The best example being the death case of a nun in Kerala way back in the early 1990s. The case is still being heard at the court. But what stumped them is the arrival of NIA to the scene. NIA has done some good investigations in KL, especially in cases related to terrorism and terror funding.
Rupesh wrote:ED or NIA should investigate
At present the Customs & Central Excise and NIA have different cases opened, but are doing a joint investigation. One more 'businessman' has been arrested by the Customs from Malappuram district, Kerala this morning.
chetak wrote:with elections approaching, vijayan does not want to handle this very murky business.
If Kerala BJP's plan is to use this incident to win seats from Kerala, then I am sorry; they would be the bigger traitors than the commies. What is needed is a good investigation and cutting down the smuggling+terrorism racket in Kerala which is predominantly a 'members from one minority community' affair. KL has clearly shown how a state can be controlled by minority groups by a careful use of money & muscle power.
ramana wrote:We are missing the UAE side of the gold smuggling network. Who was shipping from there using Diplomatic route?
Correct. One reason for NIA to enter the scene is that they can actually investigate terrorism cases which may go beyond India's borders. UAE has not been very cooperative so far. And from what I understand this was not the first time a similar modus operandi was used.
Lilo wrote:Prithvi Raj Sukumaran's last film was Lucifer where Mohan Lal was portrayed as one Abrahm Quereshi
I have not watched this movie, but the story line is now doing its round on WhatsApp. The story line is that of a smuggler marrying the chief minister's (divorced) daughter, with an agenda to use that to further his illegal activities. This infact has an eerie resemblance to what actually happened with present Kerala CM's daughter.

The state's movie industry is now in the firm grip of Islamists; as they are the financiers. There are many movies clearly made to show that cases against Islamists are all cooked up ones. Last year a singer lost his life in a motor accident. Even then there were strong rumours that he was part of a gang (knowingly or unknowingly) involved in smuggling. Musical instruments (some of which are hollow inside) etc. was said to be use to smuggle in contraband stuff.

Arvin ji,
Why do you keep you faith and bat for celebrity actors(they maybe whatever and from any language tamil/telugu/malayalam/hindi etc) ?
All of them are usually the least worthwhile of any public support. That's a basic fact.

Yet did you notice(or no?) that blockbuster fiction is trying to dress up a dirty reality - fortunately for us that reality got exposed in the Swapna Sundari nexus with that quoted article where actors were found to be smuggling gold from Dubai after their "stage shows" there .

If only whitewashing criminal activities like gold smuggling via Dons didnt happen (ex amithabh's Don in 70s) to glorify activities of D gang ( with blessings of IndiraGandhi) lot of our movie industry would have been spared the subversive trash like Don1 2 3 etc and other imitating scripts where the definition of right and wrong was subverted and imposed on gullible masses - there have been 100s of "superhit" , super worthless films - where the Don comes out unscathed and victorious - to what end ? did you ever think on that?

Gold smuggling angle in Lucifer is just another example of dressing up a dirty reality with fake bravado by the celebrity gangs who are under the thumb of their masters.

Ps:Yes I noticed that I missed that Murali gopy angle but as you know Director finalizes the script he wants to show. Herrow Pritviraj Sukumaran is the director here.

Mean while Indian Customs have identified the person who used the 'diplomatic bag' (!?) route to smuggle gold to KL.
Dubai-based gold smuggling; Fazil Fareed maintained close relationship with movie stars. Another glaring example of how the useless movie industry is causing more damage to the country than be of any good use.

Even I am not a big fan of current setup of state's film industry. Definitely it needs a big cleanup.
I am aware and know a lot of movies have love Jihad angle in them. Most recent one being Sufiyum Sujatayum (Sufi and Sujatha) staring Adithi Rao hydari and Jayasurya released on Amazon Prime. But actors need to act to earn money and if projects are scarce they have to take what comes their way.
Mohanlal produced Lucifer via Ashirwaad productions because he felt the story was strong enough to garner eyeballs. If he had rejected the script it could have been produced by someone else. There are bad apples but unless proved, painting all of them specially good actors like Prithwiraj and Mohanlal as part of some syndicate was just crass generalization.

almost every India related movie that is made today has deeply embedded propaganda and subliminal messaging: yindoo bad, minorities good.

project joshua and its desert cult equivalents have all taken deep roots in India, and this is especially true in the movie, media, NGO, medical social work, health care and the educational spaces and all of this happened while we were looking the other way.

companies like netflix, amazon etc, and all their other western and gulf contemporaries are leading the not so silent charge and brahmins/yindoos as a class are often targeted in a crude and stereotypical way. this is meant to defame, hurt and destroy trust and breed shame, doubt and disgust for our belief systems.

If you have missed this point by a country mile, then it matters not how good or bad the lead actor's performance was/is because, as sure as hell, he/she was/is a huge part of the deal as well as the designated vehicle for the messaging.

the others have an ulterior motive, and it does not naturally follow or even mean that we shut our minds, suspend the intellect and just take whatever bilge that is served up because "the acting was good".

The acting will be good and big stars will be suborned and used to draw the audience in, especially young and impressionable kids so that their minds can be subverted and inoculated against their own native cultures thus alienating them from their families and their societies.

we need to survive as a civilization, to defend and safeguard our culture and this is the very foundation that is being so craftily attacked, slyly sidelined, and forcefully contaminated so that the replacement pathway is made that much easier for them.

watch a tamil movie to see how the cross, in full view, adorns so many necks and the church forms a frequent but thoroughly unnecessary and unwarranted backdrop to so many scenes all through the movie.

they are doing what they think they must do but if we form a party to the deception, using some so called liberal constructs, then we are not doing ourselves any good.

of course, by all means, do appreciate the good acting but at the same time, do not miss the woods for the trees.

actors, as a rule, have limited shelf lives and are perishable commodities so they will go all out to stock their own shelves with moolah, property and media coverage and are always available for sale to the highest bidder.

using this very process, see where the khans have landed themselves these days.

to paraphrase scott: unwept, unhonored, and unsung and also in the garbage can

Movie industry may be the only industry in Kerala. It is mostly used to convert black to white.

For a small state of Kerala, 192 movies were released in 2019. Only 23 earned back the money. Among the 23 movies that earned back the money, only 7 movies could collect it from the box office. The producers association assumes that more than Rs 800 crores was spent for making these movies.

More than the success or flop of these movies, such an overwhelming number of movies suggest that the industry has given jobs to thousands of
artists, technicians and other workers. It would at least take the time, energy and efforts of 110 – 125 persons to complete even an ordinary movie.
The cinema industry that includes the artists, technicians, distributors and theater owners is the nancial backbone of thousands of families and
brings great revenue for the government as well in the form of taxes. The government has received more than Rs 150 crore as taxes from these movies. There is 18% GST for the remuneration of the artists and technicians.

even if it is, it's just a short respite.

someone powerful has decided that this creep should see the inside of a jail cell, at least for some time and it may well be someone powerful from rome itself.

all this continuing bad publicity is not doing anyone of them any good.

the bishopric and cardinals are really running wild, more so in the south than in the north.

after all these centuries is it so hard for them to figure out that celibacy and the close proximity of cloistered nuns just do not go together, especially when the entire edifice is decidedly so very male dominated

Lakshmi was adopted by the Temple after she was abandoned by her herd and has been living there since 1997.

she is expected to be back by wednesday.

6 years already gone, when is BJP coming up with legislation to free up hindu temples from government controls!
This case took 9 years to reach a judgment.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SC’s Padmanabhaswamy Verdict Is A Cruel Joke: Rich Temple May Be Reduced To Begging Bowl Status

Consider what the Supreme Court has done: it has effectively forced one of the richest temples in the country, with lots of land and gold and precious stones, to go to the communist state government with a begging bowl. One wonders what kind of subordinate relationship this will create between the traditional trustees and the state.

Two, the judgement has ordered a 25-year audit of the temple. It has asked the new advisory committee, to be headed by a retired high court judge, to “order audit for the last 25 years, as suggested by the learned amicus curiae. The audit shall be conducted by a firm of reputed chartered accountants.”

Such long-term audits have never been ordered even on scam-tainted promoters or companies, but a temple is supposed to do so. Needless to say, the audit will take years to complete, and during that time, the temple managers will be constantly looking over their shoulders about what surprise the CAs may spring on them.

What a wonderful way to free temples and then shackle them to a disastrous follow-through.

There is sufficient traffic to justify 4 Airports. Privatisation has nothing to do with gold smuggling, commies want their preferred company to take control of TVM airport which may not happen if GOI invites bids.

By opposition to privatization of trivandrum airport, I meant sale to Adani group was opposed. Exactly for the reason you mentioned, their preferred company may also help in easy gold smuggling.

Even California with several times more international traffic than Kerala, has only two big international airport. Others are namesake operating only handful of flights. North India is mainly served by Delhi international airport with much more international traffic than Kerala.

Major benefit of having so many international airports in Kerala is to have friends in customs to aid in smuggling.

but to what outcome, will the commies prevail upon a pliant judiciary to cutshort the 20 year sentence and free the defrocked priest who will then proceed to immediately divorce the poor girl and scoot away a free man or is it merely to enable the indecent bounder to coerce the girl and forcibily get her to agree to conjugal visits or maybe get parole to visit his "family" regularly.

moreover, if he was dismissed from priesthood by the pope francis, then as per the church's own normally thorough investigation, is his guilt not proven beyond all doubt.

Also, It should be noted that only pope has the power to defrock a priest in catholic church but predatory "robin, the priest" went on to defrock the minor girl, the defenceless daughter of a poor farm labourer.

It's very likely that at 52, this reprobate would have racked up quite a few notches on his "holy" staff.

Father Robin Vadakkanchery, a Kerala Catholic priest who was convicted under POSCO early this year (Feb 2020) for raping a minor girl and awarded 20 years of rigorous imprisonment, has approached Kerala High Court seeking permission to marry the girl who was raped by him, Samayam Malayalam reported

Robin & the victim have jointly filed a plea for the marriage. The High Court has sought a police report in this regard. The case will be heard on Friday.

In February this year, the priest was found guilty of charges of raping and impregnating a minor girl by an additional district sessions court in Thalassery, Kannur, which is the designated court for hearing POSCO Act cases.

After the 52-year-old Kerala Catholic clergyman was sentenced to 20 years rigorous imprisonment , he was dismissed from priesthood by the Pope Francis. It should be noted that only Pope has the power to defrock a priest in Catholic church.

The court had also ordered criminal proceedings against the victim's parents. The girl's custody has been given to Legal Services Society. The other six accused have been acquitted.

Robin Vadakkancery, vicar of St Sebastian Parish in Kottiyoor, which is under the Catholic diocese of Manathavady, was arrested on 28 February 2017 for raping the 16-year-old girl in May 2016. He was also the manager of a church-run school at the time of the incident. Police said the girl was raped several times in the priest's room.

The sordid case came in to light after the minor girl delivered a baby at the Christu Raj Hospital in Thokkilangadi in the second week of February.

Robin Vadakkancery "donated" money to the hospital as a reward for not reporting the incident to the police. The hospital administrator then agreed to admit the girl, while gynaecologist Dr Tessy and Nellayani Thankamma assisted the delivery.

After the minor girl gave birth, it was alleged that Dr Hyderali, a paediatrician at the hospital, is said to have allowed the baby to be discharged. The minor girl continued to get medical assistance for two days before she was allowed to return home.

According to initial police accounts, Nellayali Thankamma, Dr Liz Maria and Sister Anita from Christu Dasi convent in Wayanad took the baby from the hospital to an orphanage in Wayanad with Sister Anita driving a Maruti Eeco car to the orphanage.

Robin Vadakkancery, didn't stop at that. When the police registered a case, he coerced the victim’s father (a poor farm labourer) to falsely admit to having raped his own daughter and fathered another kid in the process.

During the initial interrogation, the 16-year-old girl's father admitted to raping his daughter and the girl also admitted the same. However, it was on the basis of secret information received by the NGO Childline, Robin Vadakkumchery was arrested.

During the course of the court proceedings, victim as well as her family had turned hostile. However, the prosecution relied on the statement of the government doctor and established that the girl was a minor and that the sexual relation, even if it had the minor's consent, could only be considered a rape.

Other accused in the case - Thankamma, Sister Lis Maria of Christudas convent, Sister Anita of Kallumutty convent, Father Thomas Joseph Therakam, former chairman of Wayanad Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Dr Sr Betty Jose, a CWC member, and Sr Ophelia, the superintendent of the Holy Infant Mary Mandiram, Vythiri - were acquitted by the court.

Church-owned media outfits resorted to openly blaming and shaming the rape survivor

A Catholic newspaper, Sunday Shalom, had this to say in an editorial,

“...the partner in the sin is more than 15 years old. Considering her in my daughter’s position I am saying, daughter you too went wrong. You will be the first one answerable before god. Why did you forget who a priest was? Why didn’t you know that the sanctity of a priest is equal to the holiness of Jesus’s heart. He has a human body, he can get temptations. If he might have forgot that for a few seconds, my child who has taken the holy communion, why didn’t you stop or correct him?”

I wonder how many of these kids in orphanages were born via Priestly encounters, as this seems to be a well oiled process. Look at the number of people & institutions involved. Right from Diocese, Hospital, Nunnery (cloister), Orphanage et al.

And for those who have met Adults who grew up in such orphanages, the story that I have always heard is that of a Hindu mother leaving the child at the doorstep of the orphanage, as the mother was either unwed or impoverished. Two birds with one stone.

Kerala Gold smuggling round up :)
Smuggled gold brought to UAE consulate 12 times, reveals accused. 8 Crore rupees were generated to buy gold for smuggling and 7 lakhs was the brokerage commission to two of the accused. As per this Malayalam report from the same news paper, a jeweler from Malappuram Dt has also been now arrested.

Gold smuggling case: UAE Attache leaves India
Looks like this would soon become a smuggling+espionage case. Read this along with the fuzz Kerala made when India did not allow her to accept the 700 crore aid from UAE. There seems to be a new plan to cause problem in India; now that Kashmir problem is kind of stomped out.

Talked to my uncle, an RSS leader in Kerala. He says CPM no longer cares about Hindu votes. They are now creating a Muslim vote bank. Muslims are being inducted into CM's Office. Idea is to signal Muslims that CPM will ensure Muslim economic dominance of Kerala. What a nexus.

I always used to wonder--why Kerala has so many jewellers and people there purchased so much gold--now it is clear--if you get smuggled gold at ĺow prices the industry will definitely prosper.

So, eye opening , just realised it 15 years late.

In Calicut University and North Kerala CPI-M students' wing of SFI has been collaborating with SIMI and Solidarity basta##* since 2000. I have seen the nexus being played out during college elections and various issues. There was a huge strike in one of the govt engg colleges under Calicut University for allowing Mullah students to do halal in hostel mess. SFI and Mullahs created a huge ruckus and a fight broke out between them and KSU , ABVP and later local RSS also got involved.
The commies are magnanimous enough to allow mullah members to grow a beard and pray 5 times a day.
The SFI and communism is a cover for mullahs to carry out their jihadi activities in peace without the image of being regressive. Also, a good cover to trap prime 'kaafir' women (always starts as a ikka/brother relationship). It seems like "the little red riding hood wolf" was their inspiration.
The biggest fools are people who believe that there are moderate muslims.
My late grandmother never had any doubts about the real agenda of mullahs having witnessed the 1921 moplah riots.
