Tamil Nadu: Christian Preacher Suspended For Allegedly Sending Inappropriate Messages To School Girls
https://swarajyamag.com/news-brief/tami ... hool-girls
A preacher at a Christian missionary in Tamil Nadu has allegedly been sending “inappropirate messages” to girl students for over four years now with a message to girl studying at a Christian school in Vellore district being the latest.

The activities of Sam Jaisundar, the preacher serving the Scripture Union, that propagates the Bible, were brought to light on Twitter by an individual Joel Giftson.
...
The preacher in question is currently secretary of the English section of the Union’s publication.

Jaisundar, who has been with Scripture Union since 2003, had taken advantage of the situation when these girls attended the annual vocational Bible school event.
...
But Giftson said that Scripture Union was the “most pedophilic organization” in the country and it had failed to take action until he went on social media. He said that though the Union was aware of such activities, it did not bring it to the attention of the police.
...
The issue has, however, not been taken up with the police yet.

vijayan is being dragged deeper and deeper into the whole malodorous mess

other commie bigwigs and their family members are also complicit in this gold smuggling racket

Kerala gold smuggling case — Accused appointed with knowledge of CM: ED chargesheet

Kerala gold smuggling case — Accused appointed with knowledge of CM: ED chargesheet

Swapna Suresh, a key accused in the gold smuggling case, has told the Enforcement Directorate that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan knew about her appointment at the Kerala government’s Space Park in Thiruvananthapuram, the agency has stated in its chargesheet submitted to the court.

The ED also said that Suresh was selected as operations manager at Space Park “as she was close to” M Sivasankar, who was principal secretary to the Chief Minister when the smuggling of gold using diplomatic cargo to the UAE Consulate took place. She met him “five to six times in the presence of the Chief Minister”, the agency said.

The ED’s submissions were made in a for Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) cases in Kochi on Tuesday.

Submitting the chargesheet against Suresh and her co-accused P S Sarith and Sandeep Nair, the ED has stated that further probe was required against Sivasankar, who was suspended after the matter came to light.

“The role of Sivasankar, who was the key person in the present government, in the entire episode has to be thoroughly investigated and the mirror image of the electronic evidence has to be confronted with him as well as accused persons and others,” the ED submitted.

“Her (Suresh’s) appointment with the Space Park was in the knowledge of the CM of Kerala. She had met Sivasankar around eight times officially but met him many times unofficially. She met Sivasankar five to six times in the presence of the Chief Minister and he knew her as Secretary to Consul-General,” the agency stated.

The ED also said that Sivasankar also knew the co-accused Sarith and Sandeep Nair, and has known Suresh since 2017 and helped her financially several times.

Suresh had joined Space Park in October 2019 after she lost her job as executive secretary at the UAE Consulate. According to the ED, Suresh told the agency that when it came to her appointment, Sivasankar had informed her that he would discuss the matter with the Chief Minister and do the needful. It allegedly was after that assurance from Sivasankar that she got a call from a special officer of the Space Park, asking her to join the entity.

The ED said it found that it was the senior IAS officer who had approached chartered accountant P Venugopal to open a joint bank locker with Suresh, and that this locker was used to store the gold smuggling proceeds. Sivasankar had allegedly been in touch with Venugopal regarding dealing with the funds brought by Suresh. The IAS officer’s WhatsApp chats with Venugopal about the handling of Suresh’s “mysterious funds” have been mentioned by the ED in the chargesheet.

The NIA had seized cash amounting to Rs 64,00,000 and 982.5 gm of gold from one locker and Rs 36,50,000 from another— these have been identified as proceeds of crime. Using the diplomatic cargo route to UAE Consulate, around 166 kg of gold was smuggled in total.

The Kodiyeri brothers (s/o of Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, Secretary CPI(M)), who seems to be an ingredient in any shady deal.
Bengaluru drugs seizure case: Bineesh Kodiyeri appears before ED officials in Kochi
Bengaluru drug case: ED interrogating Bineesh Kodiyeri.
Rape case: Mumbai court postpones Binoy Kodiyeri’s plea to June 2021.

Others from KL can off course correct me, but my impression of P. Vijayan has not been that great. He always appeared to me a ruffian who has been put up on a seat by vested interest groups as a dummy. With his cantankerous temper, previous history etc no one with a right mind would prefer to advice him and show him the right path. The vested interests group on the other side acts like his sycophants, keeps him on a high pedestal, but then work behind the scenes to actually run the state. I have noticed that the North Kerala lobby of commies are very mediocre in their thought process with their prowess only being of violence and street level thuggery. P. Vijayan actually looks to me a rubber stamp Chief Minister who is being taken for a jolly ride by the 'bourgeoisie/capitalists.

The Principal Secretary (now under suspension) seems to be the one who actually chaperoned the CM around and even decided on when and where to sign on documents. In drunken stupor this person is said to have stated that the CM was a sucker who was clueless on any official matters. It should be noted that the servility shown towards sheikdoms like UAE started when P.Vijayan became the CM. And UAE Consulate directly meddling with matters inside India (in KL state) also started in the last 4-5 years only.

How ever in this case looks like the culprits have also managed to cover the tracks on a good matter of things. UAE has reluctantly agreed to send back to Keralites who have been detained by them. But they have said none of the consular staff can be questioned/interviewed. And secondly the investigation on the transfer of 'unidentified packets' (said to be copies of Quran) also seems to have gone cold. 'Dates and Quran' seems to have been supplied all across the state, but no one has any record on what was given to whom and where.

At times, all this gives me a feeling that all this is more of a preparation of 'fire works' before the KL state elections. From crime investigation, it is slowly going a political slug fest.

Sachin, the sheek-kabobs are hiding a lot of things IMHO. The CM and his crew is being taken for a merry ride due to their own incompetence and fair amount of arrogance in judging situations. It is not like a contract employee like that dame can order a diplo shipment without approval from the sheek-kabob’a Foriegn office in Boo-Dhobi. Their consul seem to have been acting more as a frontman for someone from Kerala, who can absorb a few 10s of crores per shipment of gold. Now which malayalee business gent based out of the sheek-kabob’s national capital (and foreign office) has started big projects in Trivandrum recently and hence can easily absorb these 5 million USD kind of tranches... I wonder

Current CM is a strange bird. He came from a really humble background, so has a chip on his shoulders against urban elites but yet at personal interaction level, does not seem to manifest. He is good at moving files fast and rides rough shod over fake environmentalists, unlike the other side. But if he stumbles on something, he is not able to recover, due to a Stalinist H&D complex. Has got the charm and tact of a cobra. So deft people use flutes to distract him while getting things done and other lazy-assed people simply push files to his office with a note saying “we leave final decision to your highness”. His greatest fear must be his own gang members from Kannur

Compared to these level-boss types of Kannur, the late MV Raghavan is a final-boss that you need to engage before reaching finish of a video game. I have witnessed first hand, the man slapping 10-15 of his ex-party, CPI-M’a thugs at Kottayam railway station and standing alone till cops came. Brutal beat down of CITU guys by a single guy in 80s was a rarity and in absence of phone cams, we could rarely witness :D that chap is equally adept at policy making too - he is the true originator of the upcoming Vizhinjam port against all odds. And also pretty much build up the cooperative movement of Malabar into present levels. One of a kind.

Oh and if you are looking at who handles vested interest matters, it isnt the CM - you got to look at corners which produce the maximum giggles from idiotic statements 8)

Chetak, Don’t know what is new in the circular of that medical college and recital of HoKo to be shown as happening only in Kerala? This is pretty much the practice of all religious affiliated colleges the world over. In fact no RoLer school allows a function to go uninterrupted, without a sad faced prayer or two to remind us that romans (the bedrock of western civilization) are big on weird shyte

The idea is to religiously avoid such schools for your progeny and go to corporate style irreligious schools.

In Kerala, the robes and bowls are resisting this corporatized aspect furiously, due to the loss of moolah, prestige in their community and power trips during admission time

yecch oori, why do the crime if you are afraid to do the time

the CPM is already a very rich party with massive investments in real estate and other tangible assets

CPM in Kerala worries of losing the only Left-ruling state as investigation likely to extend to CM https://national.janamtv.com/cpm-in-kerala-worries-of-losing-the-only-left-ruling-state-as-investigation-likely-to-extend-to-cm-31278/ via @janamtvnational

all these geriatric commie dinosaurs look ideologically spent and politically constipated after being hammered and sickled out of national relevance and have lost touch completely with their once steadfast electorate.

some of these toothless relics like yecch oori are also the failed intellectual inspiration and advisors of the doomed and pappu inspired eyetalian congis who have been following a sickular and a hard left leaning agenda, much to the dismay of the congi old guard.

Thiruvananthapuram: The government is now worried whether the probe will reach the Chief Minister’s office when Sivasankar is repeatedly being questioned by the investigation agencies in the gold smuggling case.

The other say, CPM general secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan had boasted that the only Left-ruling state in the country is the party’s heartbeat. But now the party fears that investigation by all the agencies will cease that heartbeat too.

The statements of the alleged Life Mission scam and the distribution of palm dates are being linked to the Chief Minister’s office. It is already clear from the statements of the accused in the gold smuggling that the distribution of dates took place in the conference hall of the Chief Minister.

As the investigation agency is interrogating M Sivasankar for several times now, it is suspected that the next interrogation will extend to the CM’s office. None of the agency has given a clean chit to Sivasankar.

The question also arises as to why the party is afraid to face investigation if it has not committed anything wrong.

Kerala Gold Smuggling Accused Swapna Suresh Tells ED That Pinarayi Vijayan Met UAE Diplomat Multiple Times; CMO Denies

Kerala Gold Smuggling Accused Swapna Suresh Tells ED That Pinarayi Vijayan Met UAE Diplomat Multiple Times; CMO Denies

In a startling development, Kerala diplomatic gold smuggling case's prime accused Swapna Suresh is said to have told the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a statement that the State's Chief Minister (CM) Pinarayi Vijayan had help multiple meetings with the Consul General of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2017, reports Times of India.

Suresh has told the investigating authorities that Vijayan had also 'unofficially' recommended his now suspended principal secretary M Sivasankar as the State government's official point of contact with the UAE's consulate.

As per the purported admission by Suresh, meetings were held at CM Vijayan's official residence in Thiruvananthpuram.

Meanwhile, CM Vijayan's office has denied the claims and has called them fabricated. It has pushed that the said statement is an outcome of a well-calculated campaign against CM Vijayan's Government in the State. It should also be noted that CM Vijayan has consistently denied knowing Suresh.

Meanwhile, CM Vijayan's former principal secretary Sivasankar has been interrogated by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), Customs and the ED several times over his links to Suresh. he is also alleged to have played a pivotal role in getting Suresh a job at the state-owned SpacePark in Thiruvananthapuram.

Andhra CM Jagan Declares War on Justice Ramana, Next-in-Line to be Chief Justice of India
11/OCT/2020

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh chief minister Jaganmohan Reddy’s ongoing confrontation with the higher judiciary took a dramatic turn Saturday evening when he levelled serious allegations against Justice N.V. Ramana of the Supreme Court – the judge who is due to become the next chief justice of India (CJI) – as well as the chief justice and several other judges of the Andhra high court.

Reddy spelt out his allegations in a letter to CJI S.A. Bobde – perhaps the first time in the republic’s history that a chief minister has formally accused a sitting member of the higher judiciary of political bias and even corruption.

Jagan vs judiciary — a face-off which involves 100 high court orders & now a SC judge
RISHIKA SADAM 12 October, 2020 8:03 am IST

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy’s allegations against senior Supreme Court Justice N.V. Ramana and high court judges aren’t the only legal tangles he and his government are facing.

Over the last 16 months since Jagan’s YSR Congress Party unseated N. Chandrababu Naidu’s TDP, there have been as many as 100 high court orders against the state government’s decisions, its representatives told ThePrint. The representatives said the most recent of these is a stay on investigations into alleged irregularities, particularly land deals in the Amaravati capital region, during the previous TDP regime.

who is the great man next to vijayan so eagerly tanking up

is he anyone from vijayan's money collection coterie

how can a commie be caught in such oppulent surroundings.

haven't the commies taken a vow to be poor or is it a vow to shoot the poor

and a really well upholstered and simperingly corpulent swapna suresh is as usual taking up most of the the background with her ample avoirdupois.

if the PFI linkages are proved, the charges may then be filed under the National Security Act (NSA).

Kerala announces minimum support prices for 17 varieties of vegetables. On an average MSP has been fixed at 18% above the cost of production. The cooperative net work and agri dept will set up 1000 stores that will procure local vegetables and sell at fair prices .
