Similar to an ancient murder.

http://observingliberalpakistan.blogspo ... 7.html?m=1

“The pamphlet was a scurrilous production and had wounded the susceptibilities of certain members of the Muslim community to such an extent that his acquittal was followed by two abortive attempts to murder the author, with the result that it was found advisable to afford him police protection.

It seems that he had recently gone on a visit to Hardwar and, during his absence, the guard was removed. He returned from Hardwar on 4th April and whether the guard had not yet been restored or had been temporarily absented himself (the point is immaterial) he was murderously attacked in his shop at about 2 p.m. on 6th April.”

According to Dainik Jagran, Kamalesh Tiwari's murderers have been arrested fron Surat, Gujarat:

Kamlesh Tiwari Murder: मिठाई के बिल पर लिखे मोबाइल नंबर से आरोपियों तक पहुंची गुजरात ATS, जानें उनके बारे में

The box of sweets that was left at the scene of murder, was purchased in Surat, Gujarat. Gujarat ATS investigated and found a mobile number written on the bill. They traced the killers Rasheed Khan, Saeed Khan, and Faizan Pathan and arrested them.

Police is pursuing some more people supposed to be involved in the conspiracy.

#JustAThough

This latest murder of Kamlesh Tiwari "might" prompt the government to do something on Fatwas having criminal intent. Anyone who espoused violence of murder must have been jailed right then. There is NO situation where such a threat is justified.

The figures for claims by ethnicity (UK Gov figures by percentage of families)
Main facts and figures
between 2015/16 and 2017/18, over half of families in the UK received some type of state support, such as the State Pension or Child Benefit (a family is defined as a single adult or a married or cohabiting couple, plus any dependent children)
White British families were the most likely to receive state support and Chinese families were the least likely to
White British families were also the most likely to receive non-income related benefits, such as the State Pension
Bangladeshi and Black families were the most likely to receive income-related benefits, such as help with the cost of housing
since 2009/10, the percentage of families getting state support has fallen for all ethnicities, apart from Bangladeshi and Chinese families (up by 1 and 4 percentage points)
And this from 2009 to 2018:
Asian 49 50 50 49 48 47 46
Bangladeshi53 52 59 55 56 56 54
Chinese 29 29 31 30 30 32 33
Indian 48 48 48 47 46 45 43
Pakistani 56 59 57 57 53 53 52

Interesting Chinese and Indian figures but I suppose it includes non-income support and tax credits etc

Ok if the aim is to have fun, here goes.

What's wrong with that caption of "Mussalmaan lauding closet Mussalmaan?" It's true, Gandhi was a closet Mussalmaan.

Also, I think we need to wait another 80 to 90 years before we can say "celebrating 150 years of the Mahatma." Modi is only 65, right?

Vayutuvan wrote:...these filmy folks look ugly without makeup...

No no, they look fine. Whyphor to encourage this notion that you need to be made up into that "accepted" standard of beauty to look good. Women look fine without make-up, just being themselves. The dolled-up version is a dream-world.

The filmy folks have never tried being themselves, so they feel weird without make-up (and it shows) - it's that awkwardness that looks bad. The PM of course has always been true to himself, so he looks good doing just that.

. The Bhaiwood gang (and the folks who do "acting" to make a living) are the vilest characters. It is in their blood to change colour like chameleons, because acting is what they do best. So SRK or the other Khan now cozying up to Modi, the "communals" should just down play the whole thing. It is just the Bhaiwood/Filmworld way of ensuring more business. But if such photo-ops can cause heart burns among the "secular", "liberal" crowd than it should be fine.

I had watched a video a while back, perhaps from Pondy lit fest, where this guy (seemed like was from TN BJP) was taking about small changes happening around TN since the election of Modi at the center. More specifically he was talking of small changes he had observed in Coimbatore perhaps his home base. He stated that even the Coimbatore police had started acting on small local yindu issues where earlier they would just ignore such yindu complain.

A while back, before the 2019 GE IIRC, I had written that even when Modi had not moved a bit on any of the core issues, his occupation of the PM seat by itself was a big win preventing the malicious use of the central machinery to strike at the root of our civilization amongst other benefits of which there are many. I had listed 7-9 benefits beyond the core issues at that time.

This one is also one of the positives of Modi sitting at the center. Common folks start developing a spine on small issues at least where earlier they would let things slide.

Aarti went ahead & said that the original Cong which fought for independence was destroyed in 1969 by IndiraG & the left over caricature is a family concern. Stunning acknowledgement almost pushing the Italians under the bus.

As I have stated before on multiple occasions, I would still prefer Modi at the Center even if he had not moved an inch on the core issues (370, UCC, RJB). Sonia's congress anywhere near the power center in Delhi was pure poison.

A repeat of 2004-14 would have been the end of our civilization as we know it. We just dodged a bullet. Thank your stars. Count your blessings.

Some sense has returned to the CON but to little and too late and this kind of u-turn is episodic. What is systematic is the hate for Modi and therefore the rush to question/denounce/oppose anything that Modi does even if it means denouncing/shaming India. Unless they correct this reflexive anti-Modi attitude nothing is going to change. Modi knows how to push their buttons without saying much and that has made them loose their mind! Advantage Modi.

Turdesai just made the point that A.370 event has come to be associated with Amit Shah. I think he is right and that might be a deliberate strategy of Modi/Shah duo. Last week Amit Shah was on many channels doing interview and quite a lot of time was focused on A.370 related questions which obviously was in his domain as Home minister but nevertheless the flurry of interviews and the way he was projects was clear.

Seems Modi intends pass over the baton to Amit Shah, whenever that happens and is building up his profile. The successor has been identified.

BPCL has a very small share of the refining market. Its ideal for a strategic sale. Also, like the Reliance refinery, Chi-Pak may think twice about attacking it or disrupting oil supplies, if its owned, even in part by Saudi/Russia/US.

Which Indian company has the amount of money required for buying out govt stake in BPCL except maybe Reliance Industries? And Reliance Industries itself is selling stake to aramco.

What people do not realise is the impact of disruptive technology on existing industries. In case EV technology succeeds(looks increasingly likely), then within a decade BPCL valuation will come crashing down. Same will happen to IOCL and HPCL if they fail to adequately diversify.

Modi still hasn't spoken a word on Kamlesh Tiwari's jihadi murder till date while partying with the uber-sickular bollywoodias. IF the exit polls hold, does Modi understand his base better than the uber-yinduvadis?
