I think GOI is gaming the SC and the liberandus. Any coercive action resulting out of this episode puts Undie TV and the likes on notice.
What happens to Sudarshan news is moot as they are part of the nationalist ecosystem and assuming that they have no GOI backing is foolish. The intel leading to many of Sudarshan news' best stories did not just fall into their lap, did it?.

Also 2 years back ... 'Sudarshan News, who?'

as sanu says:

"There is no constitutional mention of "collegium." It is part of judicial overreach, abrogating power to themselves".

Sankrant Sanu सानु संक्रान्त ਸੰਕ੍ਰਾਂਤ ਸਾਨੁ@sankrant·19h

Actually nowhere in the democratic world does the judiciary appoint its own successors. Only in the farcical Indian "collegium" system where the judiciary has captured power on its own accord, and turned the Supreme Court into a hereditary autocracy.

understand why there is such bad media coverage from rags like WAPO, NYT, BBC, Guardian et al and a whole host of India resident BIF owned media for Modi as well as the Hindus

Ruchir Sharma@ruchirsharma_1·6h

When the neo-colonial media offers positive coverage of a postcolonial country, it's because they see it as a sandbox for their economic and geopolitical interests.

When it offers negative coverage, it means that country is acting in its own interests instead of being servile.

In spite of losing the elections after receiving a sound and savage beating at the hustings, these woke lootyens, commie and naxal guys and their frustrated castrated BIF pals speak so glibly of "majoritarianism" when in fact they are slyly demanding the right to impose the "tyranny of the minority"

Kanchan Gupta@KanchanGupta·4h

So long #Left won, we were told key to democracy is fair elections.

Ever since the rise of the #Right we are told key to democracy is not who won the vote but ensuring power, pelf, privilege to those who lost.

Woke @TIME makes its repulsive anti-Hindu bigotry brazenly obvious.

About EPW.in editorial ...

https://twitter.com/ShamikaRavi/status/ ... 3086800896
What an embarrassing editorial!

From “alleged atrocities against Uighur Muslims and Tibetans” to justifying “Chinese pre-emptive actions in the eastern Ladakh”....

The CCP propaganda wing couldn’t have done better.

CCP propaganda wing is not limited to GlobalTimes and other Chinese state media. And they don't only employ Chinese nationals. Just because it is an EPW editorial does not mean it is not straight up CCP propaganda.

1. Absolutely scintillating judgement delivered by d Madurai Bench of the Madras HC on 22/9/2020 in a petition filed by Shri @trramesh, President of d @indiccollective, challenging a tender notification issued by d Executive Officer of d Palani Temple. Sharing a few screenshots.
3. The Court has recognised that the EO overstayed his welcome without justification.
4. "The tender notification has been issued by an official who is standing on this ice. Its tenuous nature has already been set out."
5. "Referring to certain disturbing developments in the State of Andhra Pradesh, today's editorial in the New Indian Express says thus: “...Reconstituting temple trust boards with eminent Hindus and men of impeccable character would be a good start..."
6. "Leaving the temples in the care of the bureaucracy and politicians hasn't helped...”These words are equally relevant to the State of Tamil Nadu." These are observations of the High Court. Absolutely scintillating work by Shri @trramesh
! Made my day!
7. So not only has the High Court struck down the tender notification issued by the Executive Officer, the very appointment/continuance of the EO/Fit Person to the Palani Temple has been struck down. Kudos to Shri @trramesh!

A very close relative of mine worked an Executive office. Lot of corruption there. Unbelievable systematic corruption.

As far I know he and other officers sold off temple lands and made lakhs and lakhs along with the minister.

Got to deal with these people the way the Chinese deal with NYT or ABC reporters who criticize their Govt. That's the only language these people understand

This is sort of obvious isn’t it - the ISI, underworld and drug connection. We all know about trafficking as well and underage trafficking is also fair. People have known this for years. Time to clean this up.

But other than that the claims of this Sushant Singh death break are extremely wild and of the Illuminati variety. It’s cuckoo conspiracy stuff that actually waters down the case. When the truth itself is so bad, why add all these Conspiracy theories and obfuscate the facts.

all you need to do is to scrutinize their list of "recommended reading material" used for the preparation exam and their ideological slant immediately becomes apparent.

these guys are the poor clones of the ye olde ICS, a service designed specifically to use a particularly rapacious class of intelletually compatiable suborned brown skinned locals to rule over and in turn suppress the vast majority of natives and to serve one specific imperial entity in merry england in whose name they carried out their duties.

and so too is the colonial police, which has never managed to get over its violent and dictatorial origins and its USP was and is enforcement by fear with almost nil public accountability, just as it was during the days of the raj.

Corruption will definately be an ingrained characteristic and also a genetic part and parcel of such erstwhile colonial entities which failed to mutate or prevented from mutation post 1947, and were simply induced to transfer their loyalties to the brown sahibs who merely replaced the white ones during the "transfer of power".

Such a colonial construct of the IAS and police has remained the indelible and entrenched characteristic of the successors of these services, encouraged and emboldened by their new brown masters who saw the immense advantages in continuing the imperial narrative that was established by the departed whites and quickly adapted the historical imperatives to serve themselves, the newly minted brown sahibs who became the unworthy successors to the equally unworthy raj.

Thankfully, the IA mutated very quickly because of the immediacy of the cashmere action and the discovered treacherous actions of the purposely shoe horned britshit generals who were left behind like trojan horses to head the Indian and pak armies, primarily because of neverwho's love for the mountbattens.

The cashmere and the hyderabad action caused the IA (and sister services) to quickly replace the britshit generals and thus it became completely Indian in character and outlook.

Unfortunately, the brown sahibs saw the dangers to themselves from such organic and nationalistic leadership and ensured that the other two, the IAS and the police still remain staunchly colonial in their outlook, deeds, action, loyalty and character simply by looking the other way when these two entities started to loot and pillage the "natives" as they did before in their britshit led colonial avatars.

Add judiciary to it. They still use colonial and western lens to judge of Hindu issues (sabarimala as recent example). On top of it why use of English even after the British left. Until India shifts to Native Dristi to running country with moving completely to native culture, religions, and languages for knowledge in all fields, there is no much hope for India. It continues to be a native-ruling Colonial state.

Bollywood Paki Drug nexus is a known factor. Surprising factor was the claim that entire UPA cabinet was compromised via honey trap. Counter intelligence should have caught them. But anyway, that kind of makes sense why the 26/11 was allowed and Congress old guards rabid anti India stance.

IIRC, that convicted criminal luloo yadav gave a fillip to the whole cattle smuggling thing when he allowed the transport of cattle via the Indian railways. This is what his jehadi supporters demand and paid heavily to get from him.

Don't know if this is still going on but if it is, it must be stopped.

Fake SC Certificate: How Law Caught Up With Shamshad, Who Won Polls As Balwant Jaatav, 20 Years After Converting to Islam
https://swarajyamag.com/politics/fake-s ... g-to-islam
This correspondent has been reporting on a rampant fraudulent practice where non-Hindus and former Hindus get Scheduled Caste (SC) certificates made for themselves and grab important government posts reserved for the SC community.

In the first case reported here, a woman, who was born to SC parents in New Delhi but converted to Islam after marrying a Muslim man In 1997, fought and won Zila Panchayat polls from Haridwar in Uttarakhand in 2015. After a legal battle of five years, the Uttarakhand State Caste Scrutiny Committee declared her SC certificate as “not valid” as she was not SC anymore. The woman was suspended from the post, and a first information report (FIR) was filed against her. However, she was never arrested.

Centre Sets Up National Medical Commission; Decades-Old Medical Council Of India Dissolved
https://swarajyamag.com/insta/centre-se ... n-scenario
Putting into effect the 'historic reforms' in the field of medical education, the Union government has set up the National Medical Commission (NMC) along with four other autonomous boards while abolishing the MCI.

The Undergraduate and Postgraduate Medical Education Boards, Medical Assessment and Rating Board, and Ethics and Medical Registration Board have been constituted to help the NMC in day-to-day functioning. The four boards come into existence with effect from Friday. The decades-old Medical Council of India (MCI) stands abolished.
....
The reforms are aimed to steer the country's medical education towards a transparent, qualitative and accountable system. The basic change is that the regulator is now 'selected' on merit, as opposed to an 'elected' regulator.

Friends, I have seen some news reports of ex Bureaucrat RVS Mani, who is prominent in social media about 26/11 conspiracy and advise not to take all statements at face value.

Apparently, he has said in 2013 that no proof exists on "UPA hand behind 26/11." Given in writing to the Court and on files, reported in Indian Express.

This was allegedly used by Hafiz Sayeed to claim that L-e-T was innocent of 26/11.

Contrast this to his social media appearances recently, where he addresses the public on UPA conspiracy.

An obvious flip flop.

The man also claims that 2001 Akshardham Temple attack was State sponsored, meaning the NDA was behind it, in an other report.

The news reports paint a picture of interdepartmental rivalry between Mani and his seniors at the time.

Like the roads in our mountains, " Proceed with caution."

Could be. But I recall reading somewhere (his book?) that he was officially expected to the toe the line while in service. As a bureaucrat, you are not supposed to speak out of turn when representing the govt, so that's plausible.

When did this Akshardham report come about? During the UPA era?
