Who knows RAW might actually have something like this? They do have the capability to collect such information though. However the likelihood of RAW having something of this sort is actually low. The main reasons are
1. Level of transnational economic linkage is very high between US and China. Hence the frequency of visits by top American businessmen and other decision makers to China is very high and vice versa. Far more opportunity for lonely western men to stray and get seduced by feminine asian chicks. Feminist movement in US has ensured that their own wives are masculine and vicious. Despite all the bad blood during Trump years, the elites of US and China are extremely comfortable with each other, much more than those of India and US.

2. China sees itself as the replacement Super power in place of US. Hence it sees fit to carry out such intelligence operations. Ideological clarity is crystal clear on this point. WRT India this is not the case.

3. General nature of Chinese polity and especially their strategic leadership is very ruthless. This is in large part due to their history in 20th century. It is not easy to use beautiful teenage girls to honeytrap 50 year old CEO or bureaucrat. On the other hand power was transferred to Charkha operators by British. Since when did Charkha operators were supposed to have strategic vision and ruthlessness?

Plus even if India managed to gain such information, will it actually be able to use this info? I have my doubts.

Saudi Arabia tells Europe: The Muslim Brotherhood is a threat to Islam
https://thearabweekly.com/saudi-arabia- ... reat-islam

Followers of Saudi affairs did not rule out that the statement of the Council of Senior Scholars was a response to the Muslim Brotherhood’s exaggerated enthusiasm over Joe Biden’s victory in the US presidential elections and its probable negative impact on Saudi-American relations.

These observers pointed out that, behind the Council’s statement, there is a Saudi message saying that the Brotherhood’s rush to welcome and embrace Biden and its attempts to win his sympathy while inciting against important countries in the region will not change Saudi Arabia’s steadfast position of considering the group a terrorist organisation and a real incubator for all militant groups.

US is not a ruthless superpower for no reason. The deep state that wants to prolong the petrodollar supremacy is very entrenched in US amongst both Democrats and Republicans.

While Dems and Republican past presidents might have allowed China to grow till this point, now that China refuses to play second fiddle and wants a shot at the top slot and knowing how ruthless they are, US deep state and MIC complex aren't going to sit idle or roll over and play dead.

Expect US to go hard against China regardless of the POTUS in power. India under NaMo has proved to be the most reliable ally in Asia in the emerging alliance against China.

So don't expect any detraction from US India military and intelligence ties under Biden. In fact the economic ties might grow stronger with more friendly visa regimen and less pressure on India on the trade surplus. The only negative would be Dem's penchant to play to the Islamist gallery and human rights galleries. But it would be all noise and little substance.

The US needs China to keep inflation low with cheap consumer goods and maintain shareholder profits to fill the coffers of both parties. This election is the return of the deep state with a return to “business as usual”. Americans will continually be distracted with foreign wars, BLM, abortion etc. etc. and lose sight of the larger picture.

In this context, there will be pressure on India to reach a settlement with Pak and China on border issues. It will be gradual much like slowly boiling a frog. India cannot become a spoil sport in the global order. Look what messages are being sent out by Biden intermediaries. They are talking about “managing the world” between the US, Europe and China.

I tend to differ. A deep state is one that cares for long term strategic interests of the country. A slow suicide is not what it would advocate. A US China cold war has started. Even if US wants to relent China wouldn't. A republican dominated senate and public mood against China will guard against any fetish by Dems to get cosy with China.

Noted this paragraph in this article about Biden's impact on trade deals. On the other hand some news outlets are claiming that Biden will provide a boost to the trade relations compared to the restrictions placed by Trump. Will have to wait and watch.
No RCEP re-entry: India to speed up trade talks with US & EU
India’s decision comes at a time when Joseph R Biden’s election as the 46th American President has revived the prospect of the US’ re-entry into the ambitious Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal with 11 others. Any such move, on top of the RCEP deal, will pressure New Delhi to redraw its trade ties to avoid being left behind in integrating with global supply chain, analysts have said.

India and the US were close to clinching a “limited” trade deal that was expected to cover an annual trade of over $13 billion, or roughly 15% of bilateral shipments. However, with Biden at the helm now, the deal may be delayed, as the US may now seek to review the broad contours of even the settled issues. The two countries also had plans to launch talks for a broader FTA once this deal was signed.

R & AW is supposed to look after foreign intel. with the IB looking after internal intel. We also have other internal outfits like the NIA,CBI,etc. What we should keep aneye out for is anti- Indian diplomutts like " Jaws",aka Robin Raphael being either sent to the subcontinent or heading the S.Asia desk.

I seriously doubt that " Sleepy Joe" will take on China. His pre-election posturings was just that- not to look weak at US enemies. He will just try to douse any crisis. Some analysts are so full of our self-importance ,that the US cannot do without India are in fantasyland, that I fear for them when the US under SJ gives in to Clintonite appeasement of the PRC and resumes its perverted relationship with Pak.

Wrong. He pointed out that the US represents 25% of the world GDP and must work with other "democracies" which represent the other 25% of world GDP. This specifically refers to Europe. Biden's plan is to have a US and European block against China and to manage the world. The Chinese are not stupid. Many EU countries, like Italy and Germany, are relying on Chinese investment and trade. In return a truce will be made, where the US and EU don't interfere in China's border affairs or internal issues. This is a return to the status quo of 2016. The Chinese will be pleased by Biden's statement.

During election speeches, Biden cannot appear to be soft on China, especially when his opponent is saying something or the other against China, as well as pointing to his record while in office. Basic political strategy. So we should take these pre-election "strong" words with a pinch of salt. What matters is what he does once in office. The Chinese understand this very well, it's surprising that some BRF members don't seem to.

That Kissinger statement and it being carried by big-media is troubling. Looks like there is still a significant bunch of people in US, who give credence to a 97 year old gent who has a very patchy record of misjudging China and more importantly, India.

Beyond that, Prez-elect Biden will follow whatever their intel-MIC community says, like any good-boi President and his sole election promise was just that - he will not rock the boat unlike the goofy incumbent. The reason why he acted as the LGB dropped into that Bernie's maoistic crowd is for nothing else. He himself kept saying that "I shalt follow whatever people with curved foreheads or bad hair-cuts says, even if against commonsense because, scientists and jernails never went wrong and my clergy is too busy with boys to have time to advise me nowadays". For americans, certainly does not seem to be an improvement over the outgoing batty-old gent, except for the reassurance this guy is a batty old bobble-head.

Hyoman-rites: From being just a comical DC sideshow from the '80s to the top post, the horse he rode atop to presidency is Prez Obama. And he is the one who pivoted to Asia against Cheen etc, not because of any love for India's well being, but what he was advised by the intel-jernails. Though Prez O preached around a lot about human-rights and yet when time came, obediently hugged PM Modi without much fanfare. I dont think his understudy is going to do any different and Mylapore Mami's record against humans of CA are not exactly stellar, as pointed out by her current boss during early stages.

Internal situation: As a candidate who milked the unrest and death around BLM, like any good riot-inciting politician of this world, he will shut that movement down quickly since his objective is met. His "Antifa is an idea" comment was a dead give-away on who was inciting the rioting and looting with better plausible deniability than that "Stand down boys" kind of silly comment. Trump (and the other Republican leadership) were too incompetent to not able to explain what that was all about to the voters and that is ok to watch from a distance.

Hashtag Movements: BLM and MeToo movements are more or less going to get stamped out. One served its electoral purpose and the other turned into a Frankenstein for the Prez-elect, but was quickly run to ground by the handlers without much fallout. Despite lots of pressure inside his party to create a diversionary "Burn the 45th at the stake" using both these hastags, might not happen because it can cause the flames to spread in his own direction

Immigration: Mexican fence, despite all polite noises, will stay, just like Gitmo. It might get repurposed into growing say, passion fruit, which has very high anti-oxidant value for hipster shakes. It was always an unpleasant decision, but to have a fence that provides better throttle-control for your neo-slave labour market during tough economic times was a serious requirement of Wall Street and an unpleasant man took the fall for it. So everything is fine. Only diversion might be a UAV or ground sensor based electronic fencing, which might be more budget friendly. Back to Injun matters - one hopes the post-Covid recovery means better quotas for H1 and more GCs for injuns wanting to add on to their electorate, since he will listen to the curve-heads of Industry, instead of going all transactional like his predecessor.

Military:
His government will make our jingo fan-boi crowd drown in own drool with mega-brochuritis not seen since Reagan-era. All sorts of experimental weapons will be productionized and deployed around the world. We are in for a good show, boys

Cheen:
He will be pushed around by China, because the cheenis know he has to act out the good-boi President image, but only upto a certain point. As usual, Cheen will miscalculate the limits and do something stupid around the world. And as usual some here in this forum will call it Cheen's Sun-tzu brilliance. But if situation demands, he will also obediently conjure up dossiers to slam down in UN and cobble up coalition of unwillings etc for next bush-war level operation. This is where Kissinger's comment above is troubling, he is saying in no uncertain terms to spend all you want in fancy warfighting gear, but don't elevate your actual warfighting beyond bush-wars.

So in a nutshell, a continued big yawn for India and Indians, other than watch the cheen substitute the pakis as the latest one to bugger Uncle Sam's image

Not necessarily 2.0. Now there is talk of Great Reset which we need to see what Great Reset games they have in their sleeve. Old Order games may be stale now as the power balance is not same as even a decade ago but old techniques with latest tech touch are still useful.

Well coordination of govt entities/deep state and social media along with Democrats and possibly UK deep state, is some indicator of what's coming for India.

Running a multi-national packaged food corporation and an agency like the Dept. of Commerce is a different thing altogether. It seems only trade issues are getting priority and is no different than the previous administration. This is suppose to be a "believe in the science" administration. There are a lot of qualified Indian Americans from academia who would be a much better selection.

The Dept. of Commerce has National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) which collects climate data from around the world including the US. The National Weather Service (NWS) which is part of NOAA needs significant investment and personnel to upgrade their aging surface weather sensors which is critical for severe weather including hurricanes. NOAA, NWS needs significant coordination with FEMA (which is in Dept. of Homeland Security) for severe weather events. Another agency within Commerce is the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) which is suppose to set the standards for biological measurements related to infectious diseases.

The so-called "#Great Reset" is actually a return to business as usual. For India this means going back to Clinton administration policies.

Antony Blinken Selected as SoS

Biden Chooses Antony Blinken, Defender of Global Alliances, as Secretary of State
That likely {likely is the key word here} means diplomatic time spent forging stronger ties with India and across the Indo-Pacific region
Described by some as a centrist with a streak of interventionism, Mr. Blinken has also sought to lessen refugee crises and migration. On the last day of the Obama administration, the State Department set a cap of 110,000 refugees who would be allowed to resettle in the United States in the 2017 fiscal year. That number has since dwindled to 15,000 in the 2021 fiscal year.
This last quote is important as it comes straight from Blinken.
recognize Europe as a partner of “first resort, not last resort, when it comes to contending with the challenges we face,”
In other words, a return to "business as usual".

These nominations, and the increasingly prominent role people of Indian origin or Indian descent are playing in US, UK and a bunch of other countries attest to the fact that expat Indians try to contribute more to the societies that welcomed them and gave them opportunities than the benefits they expect to get from them.

There was a time people used to lament about "Brain Drain" - but the contribution of Indian expats to their countries of adoption and eventually back to India is a great dividend, made possible not only by their hard work and capabilities, but also the Dharmic principles that they have carried or inherited.

Go India !

The same is true for the Democrats in the US. While the Democrats aren’t tied to a single-family like INC, they are tied to a single, narrow-minded narrative and power circle. That’s why good candidates like Tulsi Gabbard, Andrew Yang were systematically ignored. Tulsi wasn’t even invited to the recent DNC despite gathering so many delegates, chiefly because she single-handedly ended the run of Kamala Harris. And then there is Kamala Harris. Suddenly she has rediscovered her Indian roots. There has been this trend in the US that the anti-India, anti-Hindu kind of Indian Americans who probably dislike Indian culture more than the Pakistanis, people like Kamala Harris, Pramila Jaypal, Ro Khanna are getting into powerful positions in the Democratic party. Probably because being anti-India especially in the Modi era helps them appease the leftists, Islamists, socialists, communists in the party. There are Indian Americans in Republican party also who are disjointed from Indian culture and values but at least they aren’t so openly anti-India. I urge Indians to not fall into this trap. Indian Americans probably already know all this. I would rather put my hopes on people like Nikki Halley or even better Tulsi Gabbard to look for India’s narrative in the US instead of the losers with deep inferiority complex like the ones I mentioned before. By the way, some idiots in the US were targeting Tulsi in the past for her associations with the BJP and RSS. These idiots don’t know that BJP is by far the largest political party in the world. BJP got more votes in the last election than the entire population of the United States of America. These idiots should come out of their little ignorant bubble and moral high-grounds. There are problems with the BJP but it commands and deserves respect for it is the ruling party in the centre and numerous Indian states. Similarly, Punjab Congress commands respect for the support it has of the people of Punjab.

Moving on, there is this squad in the Democratic party. These people are similar to Rahul Gandhi but much worse. The squad consisting of Ilhan Omar, AOC, Ayanna Pressley, Rashida Tlaib are incredibly annoying, radical, woke. They off-put even the most hardcore Democrat supporters. Donald Trump’s greatest ace is these people and their narratives which has essentially hijacked a significant part of the narrative of the Democratic party, at least in the elections. Bernie Sanders was heavily under their influence and even Joe Biden has not shown any signs to dispel these narratives which at times are justifying jihadi terrorism, antisemitism, anti-Hindu bigotry and even genocides. AOC’s green plan was nothing short of the destruction of the economy, a typical communist plan to grab power, destroy industries, livelihood in the grab of human rights, environmental protection and other rosy ideas that communists sell (Bernie saying Cuba has excellent education policies).

Who is this Brijesh guy? That wrote the article?

Seems like a guy who compares RG and INC to Democrats, and gets his Chaddi into all kinds of knots to support Trump. One thing I am happy about is at least he tried to define libturds and does not hold back on them. After that he is lost in the woods.

China is the fuel (for cheap labor) for the globalization cartel. The writing is on the wall that Biden's administration will push the world back to globalization days! Why do you see this as a policy statement but not a political statement?

Look at this way, 90% of administrative staff under trump are old-timers - part of the cartel. This is why he was unable to stop the mail-fraud in the first place.

^^ have to agree with that statement. It’s back to normal with Biden which basically means Obama 2.0. Everything else is just smoke and mirrors.

One can hope, but it would be very naive to expect such an outcome. Indicators are anything but.

First of all, the elections are not yet over. The fun of litigation, court dramas are ahead. So let us enjoy that.

Biden or any leftist ruler of the US ( or the UK) or any anglo Saxon nation will be anti Hindu and anti-Bharat. Period. That is where the left is in the US and UK. Both these parties have significant Jihadis and urban Naxals in them to dictate their policy towards us. The people of "Indian Origin" are some useful idiots large as long as they are part of these parties. Just remember the Labour Party resolution on us and not even a single person of Indian origin in that party opposed the same.

That being said, Biden is only the face of the new administration. That is all. He lacks the capacity to run the administration. He is controlled by the establishment of the US namely MIC and Wall Street. To keep the base of the leftist parties happy he will do some intersectionality dramas, immigration drams, and some race-related dramas. It is here the Jihadis in Dems will try to play an anti-Bharat role.

Having said that, We are also underestimating our MEA Jaishankar and NM. I am sure that they have some plans to deal with the 4 years of Biden.

Biden to nominate Neera Tanden as first White House budget chief
Ed O'Keefe
Mon, November 30, 2020, 7:52 AM EST·3 min read

President-elect Joe Biden plans to nominate Neera Tanden, president and CEO of the liberal thinktank Center for American Progress, to serve as his first White House budget director, multiple people briefed on the plans told CBS News.

Two people familiar with the process also confirm the President-elect is expected to nominate Cecilia Rouse to chair the Council of Economic Advisers.

Rouse, 56, and Tanden, 50, would be the first women of color to serve in their roles, if confirmed. Tanden would be the first woman of color and the first South Asian American to lead the Office of Management and Budget. The office is responsible for an administration's spending and policy plans — and everything from drafting a White House budget plan to writing arcane domestic policy and approving congressional testimony of most administration officials.
Her background

https://theintercept.com/2015/11/05/lea ... ilitarism/
The emails, provided to The Intercept by a source authorized to receive them, are particularly illuminating about the actions of Tanden (right), a stalwart Clinton loyalist as well as a former Obama White House official. They show Tanden and key aides engaging in extensive efforts of accommodation in response to AIPAC’s and Lewis’ vehement complaints that CAP is allowing its writers to be “anti-Israel.” Other emails show Tanden arguing that Libyans should be forced to turn over large portions of their oil revenues to repay the U.S. for the costs incurred in bombing Libya, on the grounds that Americans will support future wars only if they see that the countries attacked by the U.S. pay for the invasions.
IVEN ALL THIS, it is anything but surprising that ever since it rid itself of its troublesome Israel heretics, CAP’s foreign policy positions have been hawkish in the extreme. One remarkable email exchange in particular reveals the critical role played by Tanden in that positioning. In October 2011, a CAP national security writer, Benjamin Armbruster, circulated a discussion on CNN about whether Libya should be forced to turn over its oil revenue to the U.S. as compensation and gratitude for the U.S. having “liberated” Libya.

After one CAP official, Faiz Shakir, noted how perverse it is to first bomb a poor country and then make it turn over its revenues to you for doing so, Tanden argued that this made a great deal of sense:

The head of the OMB (Office of Management and Budget) presents the budget by the executive branch for congressional approval. Why is this important as far as Biden Presidency impacts on India? The OMB works with the president to set the budget for US military aid to India's adversaries. There is no FY 2021 budget as of yet. A CR from FY 2020 is carrying over which specifies ZERO military assistance for TSP. Whomever is the head of OMB will most likely resume over $400 million assistance to Pak. That money will be used specifically to kill people of India.

That email thread is encouraging. Now, what items of value Pakistan offer up in exchange for $$$?
