The Congress ecosystem has a very powerful radar , even if they detect a perceived threat 200 miles away they go after the target with everything they've got. This is exactly why they went after Modi after Godhra , they harassed him and tried their darnest to remove him as the CM because they knew he would someday prove to be a bigger headache for them, they now sense the same with Tejaswi Surya or Kapil Mishra. This is also the reason why they don't care much for motormouths like Uma Bharati because they know they are just loudmouths with little substance and even less political acumen.

There is no doubt that NM and AS got some serious erosion of their support due to the second wave. The speed with which the infection numbers increased caught many people unaware. C System made full use of it.

GoI did not keep the information flow active by daily press briefings etc so that rumours are not believed. We need to rectify that.

Now if we are to discuss pro and cons of NHS/Central/Medicare type central health system how easy it is to establish
I am in favour of health & safety of citizens remaining at state level (with central govt in an advisory mode). If every thing has to be done at a Central Govt. level, then there is no point in having state legislatures. Even today we see that given a choice states want to dump all responsibility to central government and scoot. Central Govt. running a national level NHS is only going to cost more money for central government, with states abdicating all responsibility from their side. A better way would be for central government to have schemes which will 'encourage' (basically giving more money) states to improve their own health infrastructure. States which meets certain high benchmarks should be rewarded with more central govt funding etc.

There are two videos floating around AFAIK. One video is the actual raid , in which Surya and few of his side-kicks can be seen questioning a lady officer of BBMP. The lady officer is struggling to answer the questions. Then Surya reads from a list a set of names. And it is his side-kick who actually asks - "is this recruitment to BBMP or a Madrassah ??". To which the lady officer sheepishly answer that staffing was contracted to a private agency (which is true), and she does not know how people were selected. The next video is actually the press conference in which he explains the bed booking scam, but does not name any community. All he says is that "beds seems to be booked based on pecuniary of other benefits" (or words to that effect).

What I don't understand is why the Indian system doesn't have a dedicated Press Secretary like the US does. I mean, with such strong PMO and correspondingly hostile and biased media, it'd be great to have someone articulate the Govt positions on different issues from an official platform, without having to get into screaming match with 10 other guests on news channels, or having motor mouth ministers talk nonsense and then attempt damage control.

This wouldn't have been possible with UPA because the PMO was a rubber stamp. But with this Govt, the least you'd expect is to have some fresh perspective.

Tejaswi Surya is a rising star. Which means he is a target for Islamic terrorists. Hope the GOI gives him protection.

Appointing disproportionate # of Muslims for bed allocation is akin to giving them a free pass to deprive Hindus of beds, thereby serving Allah

Many people are saying we might be creating a larger than life picture of him but i think it is needed. These are people who call take lot of responsibility off PM shoulders by using their personal charm rather than piggy bank on PM backs to win. Congress wins because each MLA/MP wins based on their capability. BJP needs to emulate this and encourage mass leaders than administrators. Administrators can be hired through Rajya Sabha if needed.

Let's not forget that it was same for Modi. For various things, that he didn't do, his larger than life picture was created. This allowed him to edge out INC voters in GJ and eventually set his agenda to win based on other things that he did.

This is also on field experience about how things are done and how islamists takeover various ways of your lives to put you under the direct action day gun.

On the surface it will look like that some agency put them there but in reality it's the islamists who chose and not the other way around. All strategic all the way.

and this, boys and girls, is how it's done, and not the wishy washy way in which the BJP is still waffling and running scared of the media after coming to power in 2014.

the same goes for RTE and such other "money sucking from the majority" schemes and scams imposed as jizya by the BIF via the NAC of the mafia eyetalian famiglia

34 FIRs, 21 arrests in 5 days as Mamata begins 3rd term with offensive against ‘hate posts’

Kolkata: On 2 May, after the results of the assembly elections declared Trinamool Congress as the winner, Mamata Banerjee had announced that Covid management would be her priority as she was set to begin her third term as the chief minister. In the five days since she took oath on 5 May, however, it seems the Mamata government also had another priority on mind — tackling what it calls “fake news” and “hate posts” on social media.

In these five days, the West Bengal Police claims to have identified 550 “fake” posts on social media, mostly related to incidents of post-poll violence, with the CM saying the BJP and its wings and supporting organisations were behind these messages.

According to a senior officer in the West Bengal Police, at least 34 cases have been registered in the last five days in Kolkata and across the state against the alleged offenders for posting purported “fake” and “communally sensitive” posts that had a potential to “incite tension between communities and foment trouble”.

At least 21 people were arrested in connection with such cases, the officer said. Among those facing FIRs are senior BJP leaders Suvendu Adhikari, Kailash Vijaywargiya and Agnimitra Paul.

According to the police, at least 150 posts were blocked or taken down by social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter on its appeal, and a request has also been sent to the Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) to take action against 50 posts that were “highly inflammatory in nature”.

The BJP, however, said all this was a trick to “divert attention using fissiparous arguments”.

BJP IT cell head Amit Malviya said the CM should, instead, “focus on reining in her cadres and allow the administration to act against the marauding mobs”.

The article about the Modi Government’s handling of the pandemic was written by cheeni Helena Hui Wang, who is the Lancet’s Asia editor based out of beijing.

This is the (f)article being quoted by the congis to blame the Modi government.

this is the extent to which the once mighty britshit empire has prostituted itself in its desperate quest to maintain relevance.

what next for these bigoted racists, will the britshits or their cheeni masters miraculously discover that the Indian variant of the wuhan cheeni virus has a caste

@TheLancet's Asia editor is 'Helena Hui Wang', based in Beijing. It has published a low quality propaganda piece against the Indian Govt. The writing standard resembles a typical Indian journo. But I have to ask lancet & Ms Helena-How many articles on CCP China have you released?
via@JoeAgneya May 9, 2021

and the party which has signed an MOU with the chinese CCP has this to say.

well done pappu

Even Lancet – one of the world's finest medical journals – cannot believe that the Modi govt declared victory against the virus after the first wave.

This govt has made our nation into a global laughing stock. https://t.co/7lvVXE783I

I am thinking of launching a magazine (Non-Political) that focuses more on Indian (statewise) growth. Would it be possible to get a written interview of the CMs of the state? if yes what will be the best process to reach out to them. All thoughts and advice are welcome.

That's good news. I always felt (and posted some time ago on BRF) that the most effective way to hold accountable these fake "historians", "linguists" etc that try to prey on Sanatan Dharma, is to sue their sorry a$$es off in court.

Hopefully the case of HAF versus Trashke et al will be the first of many.

Saar - it would be wonderful it they are suing for conspiring, defaming and slandering hinduism. But it is for conspiring, defaming, and slandering HAF.

HAF represents Hindus. It is a part of Hinduism. You sue for specific causes. If you take a minute to read HAF's own tweets about this:
“This isn’t just about defending HAF’s hard-earned reputation as a leading education and human rights organization. This is about fighting back against coordinated attacks against Hindu Americans in the public space,” said Suhag Shukla, HAF’s Executive Director. "

Reading through the 8 point letter from the united Vasooli agadi to Modiji, I hope government takes some firm measures at at-least in the BJP ruled states vis-a-vis COVID. BIF's have been crowing with delight since the second wave hit India ( what with the Bengal elections results).
Add to this Jihadi/Evangelist/Soros type Western bandits combine making hue and cry about the 'Cremation' I am scared whether the combined group try to make this (meaning COVID second wave) as Modi/BJP govt's 26/11 moment.
The optics have been bad and there seems to a paucity of senior ministers at least trying to do some fire fighting and making more vocal noises in the media.

I am not sure how Modi can reply to questions that has already been answered. The questions are politically motivated, e.g. repeal of farm laws, Central Vista construction and vaccination can go hand in hand.
If the opposition parties were serious, they could have pooled their resources and done half of the things they have asked in the letter ,such as making vaccines free, giving money to jobless, free distribution of food grains, etc.
I don't feel a response to this letter is required.

The moment the topic of discussion is the bolded one, then it means it just politics. Though I am not sure why they did not demand CAA be repealed and J&K to be handed back to Mufti & Abdullah gang . None of these laws and even construction of a building have any impact on COVID vaccination scheme. The budget allocation for a new building - which "seculars" call Modi's residence would be just the official residence of the Prime Minister of India.

On the repeal of farm laws; the update is that Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) is happening to the bank accounts of the actual farmer/tillers and NOT to the broker terrorist gang.
Why Punjab finally relented on direct payment for farmers at 2-hour meet with Piyush Goyal
Punjab Govt have actually capitulated to GoI and the DBT scheme is already put in place. The threat that no procurement will happen from Punjab worked. The drama happening in Delhi borders is just a gimmick. GoI should now ask Punjab Govt to ensure that state's residents ganging up in Delhi border should be pulled back. And Feeling happy, empowered, say Punjab’s first two DBT beneficiaries.

Read this demand of 'allowing Oxygen from Pakistan' by Capt. Amrinder Singh along with the DBT news. Actually it is a big loser's whine as his game plan did not work in the case of DBT. This request too was shot down .

How do you know? This is not necessarily the case. Here is the indemnification policy of the university in question:

https://policies.rutgers.edu/5033-currentpdf

It says employees will be indemnified for legal defense if they were acting as an agent of the university. I have much doubt whether Trashke pursuing internet-based attacks against HAF in cohort with these random organizations (none of which are university affiliated) would be approved by the university as "acting as agent". These would be her personal activities.

For a public university to support legal defense for the alleged activities would be highly likely to attract blowback. In earlier communications, the university made statements of "strong support" for Trashke...now let's see if they walk the talk when this is escalated to legal action. If the university admins have any common sense, they'd question whether they hired history professors to spend their time working with IAMC, Al Jazeera et al. as an "agent of the university".
