Judiciary in TN was compromised by DK/DMK in 50's, most of the lawyers today are black shirt DK rationalists. Settling a child custody issue costs 1C, Medical college seats are 1C-2C - 6C for a HC judge appears very affordable (sadly).

An eye-opening thread on the corruption in the higher judiciary: Judges & even Chief Justices of HC and SC. Someone writing with 1st hand experience

I heard through a reliable source that the asking rate for a Madras High Court judge position was 6 Crores. Imagine the kickbacks the judge will expect if he was willing to pay that kind of money! Also imagine the power that can be purchased by say the church, to influence outcomes for the entire tenure of the said judge

Among knowledgeable circles, its also known that lawyers regularly meet judges on a monthly basis to settle the amount for the # of cases *fixed* that month. This happens at every level - from sessions court all the way to the SC

Few months ago they did the same in Brazil. If you are not aware President Bolsonaro an RW was popular like Modiji as he improved the economy and did development.

He was against the US & backed BRICS.

He lost to corrupt LW Lula by a shocking small % of the votes.

this is the great nation of qatar, which vengefully went after nupur sharma for saying exactly what zakir naik said

and now, when they couldn't take the heat, they got the hell out of the kitchen

मुल्ला की दौड़ मस्जिद तक...............always and everytime

jehadis are great at dishing it out when they think that they have the upper hand but they kiss butt when it impacts their bottom line...

Qatar govt said it did not invite Zakir Naik to FIFA World Cup.

Qatar had to give clarification after New India's protests

https://www.hindustantimes.com/world-ne ... 49894.html

Qatar has informed India through diplomatic channels that no official invitation was extended to Indian fugitive and Islamist Zakir Naik to attend the November 20, 2022 opening of the FIFA World Cup In Doha and claimed that deliberate “disinformation” was being spread by third countries to spoil India-Qatar bilateral relations.

The formal communique from Qatar came after the Modi Government clearly told Doha that New Delhi would be forced to call off the visit of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar to attend the FIFA World Cup inauguration if Doha had formally invited Islamist Zakir Naik to watch the grand opening of soccer event from VVIP box. Vice President Dhankar attended the event on November 20 and departed from Qatar the next day but not before meeting Indian expat blue-collar workers who had built soccer stadiums for the West Asian country.

While Zakir Naik, a radical Muslim who is wanted by Indian authorities since 2016 for alleged money laundering and inciting extremism through hate speeches, was nowhere to be seen around the FIFA stadium, he is known to travel to Qatar from his refuge in Malaysia. In March 2022, the Union Home Ministry declared Naik founded Islamic Research Foundation (IRF) an unlawful association under the UAPA and banned it for five years. India has also sent a request to Malaysia for his extradition as he is said to have had a role in Delhi 2020 riots. Currently, India is pursuing a Red Corner Notice against Naik by the Interpol. He is banned in the UK and Canada for his hate speeches and is among the 16 banned Islamists in Malaysia.

Sahebs | History of Subversion of India | Full Film

15 Nov 2022

Sahebs Who Never Left is a film that ties together Ideological Subversion (as explained by KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov in 1970s) to the History of India. How Islamic invaders like Sher Shah Suri initiated a domino effect of creating subservient operators, who were later adopted by East India Company, becoming the cream of the society. Then the film draws a parallel that how the Freedom Movement of India was also hijacked by these Brown Sahibs, and ultimately led to what every subversion leads to - The Partition of India, in a bloody Civil War.

The fabled land of riches eventually becomes the ultimate tragedy on Earth, and no one bats an eyelid? The History of India is full of brave resistance and sacrifices to protect the land of Dharma, but then why did we fall? We didn't lose to invaders. We lost to the Sahebs among us. Weaklings, who were softened by the charms of invaders, and sold their souls. Watch the true History of India hidden from us!

This is the first film of the 10 Indic Film series.

Sahebs Who Never Left Part 2, will be released very soon, completing the Origin (this film) and the Aftermath of the story of Sahebs Who Never Left.

Gautam Adani said NDTV takeover is a big responsibility.

He said a channel should also have the courage to show good works of govt

https://indianexpress.com/article/busin ... y-8289504/
“Independence means if government has done something wrong, you say it’s wrong,” Adani said in the FT interview. “But at the same time, you should have courage when the government is doing the right thing every day. You have to also say that.”

Adani added that he has invited NDTV’s owner-founder Prannoy Roy to remain as chair when the acquisition is completed.

NDTV’s business rivals include Times Group’s Times Now and Network18’s CNN-News18, controlled by Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani

Critiquing these surveys is the first step. I don't buy that such surveys have been botched wrt India only due to incompetence or bias from Indian contributors or Indians' opinions. Babones seems to give a pass to those who are the brains behind these surveys - thats a mistake. India and Indians should take this battle right to its core and expose/discredit and hold accountable these survey makers and their institutions and universities, until their reputations are in tatters - deservedly. The world has to be taught that they cant take the world's most populous nation and world's 3rd largest PPP country lightly and treat it with disrespect and blame it back on so called misguided Indian academics and intellectuals.

It's been 20 years. Everyone in Gujarat knows what took place three days following attacks on karsevaks. Islamists got taste of their own medicine and a payback what Hindus suffered during chimanbhai Patel, amarsingh chowdhri, madhansingh solanki's government during 80s and early 90s. Saheb let it known 3 days should be enough whatever needs to happen

Round 2 :

Rijiju-ji :
Speaking at the Times Now Summit, Rijiju launched a fresh attack on the mechanism to appoint Supreme Court and high court judges, saying the collegium system is 'alien' to the Constitution.
CJI :
No institution in a constitutional democracy is perfect. But we work within the existing framework of the Constitution as it is interpreted and given to us. All the judges of the collegium including me, we are faithful soldiers who implement the Constitution. When we talk of imperfections, our solution is to work our way within the existing system."

Except UAE which surprises me (prolly Ummah/quom millionaires homecoming influx). the rest of the destination countries have no friction in normal daily life, good delivery of civic services whether you know somebody or not behind the counter, judiciary that works in time, great infra, general safety (except parts of US), good schools, green spaces in common. Ergo these countries are high on the quality of life index.

Once you become HNI, I suppose these things matter to many inspite of Switzerland, Australia and NZ being very high tax countries, but I suppose many HNI's are OK with this as they see a return on their tax dollar.

UK seems to be literally turning to crapistan with the HNI exodus.

Seemingly reasonable point are being raised. But that is just a bunch of fears that are similar to the ones raised during the Sterlite copper and the nuclear power plant protests.

We have seen attacks on Adani coal interests in Australia as well.

Presstitutes at the TOI-let paper have written an entire article on the Vizhinjam Police Station attack, without mentioning Christians or Church once! It shows the extent of the rot/penetration of Abrhamics into our media.

3000 people booked by Kerala police. Estimated loss is 85 Lakhs. Several policemen seriously injured, suffering broken leg, head injury etc. The Christians think they can emulate the Muslim model of mob violence. Keep thrusting the sword in till it meets steel - seems to be the M.O.

KLNMurthy ji,

look again

where are the “farmers” agitators today...and more importantly, where are their so called "leaders". There is not a single mention of any of them in any press or media as opposed to the "wall to wall, 24X7, blanket coverage" that they once enjoyed as a matter of right and clout

in many states, without even mentioning the words "farm laws", the operating intent and content of the farm laws have been brought in by various enabling provisions, change in regulations, and most important, the cash component has been drastically wiped out with time bound transfer of sale proceeds to the farmers accounts and there is end to end traceability via the aadhar.

Increasingly, mandis all over India are being bypassed, eliminating the arthiyas who are now in the financial system with authenticated bank account numbers tied to verified aadhar numbers and the quantum of cash flows, both in and out of these accounts. This is a very big blow to the congis and most regional parties

all this has reduced the power of the arthiyas and weakened their masters who control political parties that not so long ago, used to provide cover fire for intra state and international havala transactions, the once powerful families in punjab have fallen by the wayside, unable to even get themselves elected to the assembly

there is some sort of a revolt/unrest brewing in the ecosystem of sikh clergy and also in their orthodox leadership that seems to have surfaced independent of the traditional leadership thus weakening their hold and influence.

https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/ind ... 127699.cms

the ferocious and ongoing abrahamic onslaught has left the sikh clergy and their orthodox leadership completely unnerved with no way of countering it, and now, fear has set in, pushing them, even to the extent of seeking help from the BJP to pass anti conversion laws

About the CAA, patience onlee ..... इंतज़ार करो जी

Looks like MAD are trying not to add more BIF into the system

The bench referred to the process undertaken for appointing judges in the apex court and the high courts.

"Once the collegium reiterates a name, it is end of the chapter," it said, adding that there cannot be a situation where recommendations are being made and the government keeps sitting on them as this frustrates the system.

It said some names are pending with the government for a year and half.

"You are effectively frustrating the method of appointment," the bench observed, adding that some lawyers are withdrawing their consent given for elevation to the bench due to the delay in the appointment process.

It said the government sometimes picks just one name from among those recommended by the collegium and this "completely disturbs" the seniority.
Looks like the problem started from early 2015 :
The apex court had in its 2015 verdict struck down the NJAC Act and the Constitution (99th Amendment) Act, 2014, leading to the revival of the collegium system of existing judges appointing judges to constitutional courts.
