I heard a rumor that Pakistan has asked its taller than mountain friend China to appoint a Pakistani as CEO of some high profile Chinese company to restore strategic balance in South Asia. Apparently, Pakistan is pushing for this project to be included as part of CPEC. FM Qureshi is making a stop over in Beijing on the way back from his latest four nation tour regarding this sensitive issue and an announcement is expected to be made as soon as he lands in Islamabad.
Indians due to their weak physique and timid personalities become CEOs of software companies like Microsoft and Google. Mostly these are desk jobs and dont require much physical activity or courage.

Pakistanis on the other hand are taller, physically impressive, have courageous personality and prefer outdoors and physical challenges. They become leaders of Haqqani network, Lashkar-e-tayyaba, 313 brigade, Jaish-e-Mohammed, TTP, and so on...

First this Exciting Pakistan-India clash in Asian Squash Championship tomorrow.

then Mashallah, Subhanallah Pakistan fall to India in Asian Team Squash event.

then this: Truly a black day in history of Pakistan squash. :((

and Ya Araah Asian Team Squash: Pakistan fails to win medal for first time in tournament history. :rotfl:
Once upon a time, Pakistan used to be the world-beater in squash. Then came the decline. Pakistan started losing its glory in squash courts in the world.

The rise of Egyptian and French players on the global arena had restricted Pakistan to a side good enough to scare the opponents at the Asian level.
It seems, Pakistan has lost its peak at the Asian level as well.
And

Ya Khuda Rahem, Rahem Asian Squash Championship: India teams in semis. :)

Indian officials offered Rs20m to drop out of 2014 Asian squash championship: Farhan Mehboob
Pakistani squash player Farhan Mehboob on Saturday claimed that he had been offered Rs 20 million by Indian officials to drop out of a match during the 2014's Asian Squash Team Championship

The squash player claimed that he had refused the offer and told the officials that he "would not sell [his] country even if [he's] offered a billion rupees".
He knew even back then the future depreciation of the Paki rupee...

This is such a fall for the once great office of COAS. Bajwa has been a disgrace, using a lowly embassy official in a small country to take potshots at the prime minister in public. What happened to the tradition of using 111 brigade to send the PM packing (permanently or to a foreign country). Gone are the glory days.

Mob tortures Sri Lankan factory worker to death in Sialkot, burns his body
A mob in Sialkot on Friday tortured a Sri Lankan man to death before burning his body, while a heavy contingent of police has been sent to the area to bring the situation under control.

No FIR has been registered and no arrests have been made as yet.

The incident took place on Wazirabad Road in Sialkot, where the workers of private factories attacked the export manager of a factory — who was a resident of the city — and burnt his body after killing him.

Sialkot District Police Officer Umar Saeed Malik identified the man as Priyantha Kumara, a Sri Lankan national.

Armagan Gondal, the Sialkot police chief, told the Associated Press that the factory workers had accused the victim of desecrating posters bearing the name of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).

The manager was lynched by the mob inside the factory, Gondal said, citing initial information.

Two points to note from this obviously concocted , attention-grabbing allegation:

1. It took this over-the-hill momeen seven years to come up with this wild story? Per "vicky": he reached a career-high world ranking of World No.16 in May 2009

2. He just quoted his minimum price - a billion paki rupees - to sell out his country.

Not a word from the Srilankan govt about the barbaric lynching and burning of one of its citizens ! Had it not been for the social media, the Pakis would have claimed this to be an "industrial accident" or some such thing ! The horrific visuals have gone viral on social media and rightly so. I don't know what the man was thinking working in a Pakistani factory and trying to manage these rabid mange animals !

Despite the tragedy unlike other daily barbarity which goes on in pakiland, this horrific lynching is now being reported far and wide by multiple media outlets. Looks like the protests in Gwadar and PoK is picking up too. Time to put pakis out of their misery and balkanize the cursed land for once and all.

Amid Border Crisis, Feds Offer Reward for Capture of Pakistani Alien Smuggler Biden administration action suggests heightened urgency about a terror travel threat at the border

In a rare public national security move coinciding with a collapsing southern border and the chaotic fall of Afghanistan, the U.S. State Department has offered a $2 million reward for information leading to the arrest of a fugitive Pakistani human smuggler and financial disruption of a network that transports Afghans, Pakistanis, and Middle Easterners through the currently packed Colombia-Panama “Darien Gap” to the American frontier.

The State Department reward for the capture of Abid Ali Khan and disruption of his organization comes amid an Afghan refugee crisis and national media reporting that historically large numbers of international migrants from around the world — 95,000 in just the first nine months of the Biden administration — are on their way to the southern border through the Darien Gap jungle route Khan uses.

A typical Khan tactic is to disguise his Afghan and Pakistani clients as nationals of other countries and to use false identity documents as they are transported by air to Brazil and then overland through Central America and Mexico for an average of $20,000 per person, the American government alleges.

It should come as no surprise that American authorities would choose now to offer such a large and rare reward for this human smuggler of a category of higher national security risk travelers often called “special interest aliens”. These migrants are from countries with Islamic terrorist organizations, such as Afghanistan and next-door Pakistan, to which hundreds of thousands of Afghan refugees are now fleeing the Taliban.

The Center for Immigration Studies recently reported that Afghans are routinely smuggled through the gap to the southern border and, following the August fall of Kabul to the Taliban, predicted an increase in refugee flight to neighboring countries like Pakistan, where smugglers like Khan offer travel packages to the U.S. border.

What the Khan Smuggling Case Is About
As CIS also reported in April, federal prosecutors indicted Khan after a lengthy Miami-based ICE Homeland Security Investigations probe. The April 7 indictment alleged that, since at least 2015, Khan has operated his international smuggling network from Nowshera, Pakistan, which is known as a center of violent Islamic militancy.

The Department of Justice indictment against Khan was issued in absentia with an unfulfilled arrest warrant; none of his associates has been arrested, either. So in addition to the indictment, U.S. authorities mounted a rare secondary move against the Khan smuggling network this spring that indicates its high place as a homeland security threat priority.

The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) designated Khan and three others in his network, one Afghan and two other Pakistanis, as a transnational criminal organization.

The designation opens the door for U.S. government operations to disrupt Khan’s finances and isolate him and his subordinates from most financial dealings. OFAC designations are rarely, if ever, used against smuggling networks like this; the action suggests how dangerous U.S. homeland security officials considered the Khan network to be as the border crisis was ramping up in April.

The State Department reward announcement does not mention terrorism, national security, the fall of Kabul, or the historic Darien Gap surge, although it does say organizations like Khan’s “pose high risk”.

But various government announcements about the Khan network indicate reasons for its high priority.

Miami HSI Special Agent in Charge Anthony Salisbury noted in one April government press release that the Khan network transported “people with nefarious motivations” into the United States. And while Salisbury did not elaborate, he reiterated that his Miami team was committed to prosecuting individuals like Khan who “pose a threat to national security”.

Likewise, Acting Assistant Attorney General Nicholas L. McQuaid of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division noted in a Treasury Department statement that the government moves sought to prosecute Khan and smugglers like him “who seek to profit from ... jeopardizing our national security”.

A National Security Threat at the Southern Border During a Mass Migration Crisis
The failure to elaborate much more on the terrorism threat is not surprising, probably to avoid politicization at a time of historic levels of illegal immigration over the southern border.

Rarely does the homeland security establishment acknowledge when suspected terrorists are smuggled over the border, although my book, America’s Covert Border War, the Untold Story of the Nation’s Battle to Prevent Jihadist Infiltration, provides extensive details about the many who have been caught.

In a surprise departure from that tradition, however, on April 5 U.S. Customs and Border Protection issued a fairly detailed press release acknowledging the separate January and March apprehensions of two Yemenis who were already on the FBI’s terrorism watch list when they were apprehended near Calexico, Calif.

CBP removed the document the next day after many on social media began citing it as evidence of a national security threat inherent in the current border crisis. CBP told CIS it had not gone through proper “review”, but did not disavow its accuracy. (An intelligence community source with direct knowledge of the cases told CIS the release was accurate.)

Announcements of U.S. government action against the Khan organization came only a day later, going largely unreported by U.S. media.

This offering of reward money almost assuredly is related to the additional confluence of events of Afghanistan’s fall to the Taliban and the crush of humanity moving through the Darien Gap now.

And while the reward money offer is not couched as such, the move is a positive sign that partisan politics have not yet afflicted the career professionals who carry out basic homeland security for the public good.

Reward money offerings don’t work very well if no one knows about them.

Hopefully, national media outlets that have proven reluctant to report anything about the Khan case and its implications for U.S. homeland security at the border will break down and publicize this reward development from a nonpartisan sense of duty.

Once a paki, always a paki. I just read about the issue. It's typical case of paki grooming a young child and being very violent towards the victim once he is control. And ofc, paki supporters of this guy will now blame the victim and idolize this guy. I hope this guy is locked up in prison forever.

Pak Embassy in US faced fund redundancies, staff salary delays
The Embassy of Pakistan in the United States had run out of funds to pay salaries for at least four months to some of its employees, though the Pakistani ambassador's active engagement saved the day
According to details, at least five of the Pakistani embassy's locally recruited contractual employees faced delays and non-payment of their monthly wages from August onwards.
One staffer out of the five affected, who had been working for the past ten years with the embassy, resigned in September owing to delays and non-payment.
an annual contract basis and work for the mission on bare-minimum salaries, which ranges from 2,000 to 2,500 dollars per person per month.
The domestic staffers are usually hired to help with the 'Consular section' that provides visa, passport, notarization and other consular services to the diaspora.
