I recall when Charsi Imran had said this in the Pakistani toilet(Parliament), the commentators had specifically mentioned in various talk shows that since Imran said it twice it cannot be said as slip of the tongue or that the comment is being quoted out of context.

1,000 Schengen visa stickers stolen from Italian embassy in Pakistan
ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has shared information with the relevant departments for an “appropriate action” on the theft of Schengen visa stickers from the Italian embassy in Islamabad, the Foreign Office Spokesperson confirmed on Tuesday.
In response to questions by journalists, Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri said the theft of visa stickers was reported to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the foreign diplomatic mission, after which the information was immediately shared with the concerned departments.
“The information was immediately shared with the concerned authorities to take appropriate action in this regard,” he said.
According to reports, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has informed the Interior Ministry and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) about a report of around 1,000 visa stickers stolen from the locker room of the Italian embassy this month.
The concerned departments have been requested to keep track of the visa stickers at all entry and exit points and report any seizure to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
As per available information, 750 stolen visa stickers have serial numbers from ITA041913251 to ITA041914000 and the 250 visa stickers have the numbers from ITA041915751 to ITA041916000.

The Lahore High Court’s (LHC) Rawalpindi bench on Thursday dismissed a petition of sacked major general Manzoor Ahmed seeking his reinstatement. Justice Asim Hafeez of the LHC, while citing Article 199 (3) of the Constitution, dismissed the petition.
Article 199 (3) states: “An order shall not be made… in relation to a person who is a member of the Armed Forces of Pakistan… in respect of his terms and conditions of service.”
According to the petition, the former major general was initially offered premature retirement but was dismissed from service after he filed a representation before the federal government against ‘forced’ retirement. In the representation he “highlighted the major shortcoming in the promotional system starting from the rank of major general to lieutenant general such as lack of demographic diversity and its effect on the institution”.

Jacobabad, located in the Sindh province of Pakistan, has always been notorious for its scorching summers — when high temperatures and humidity send the city’s 2,00,000 residents running for cover. According to recent research, the city has officially surpassed the threshold temperature which human beings can withstand, the Telegraph reported.
Mercury levels in the city can soar to a life-threatening 52 degrees Celsius (126 F), experts told the British daily. The grim milestone was crossed, albeit briefly, decades ahead of predictions based on climate change models. Ras al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates is the only other city to have crossed this deadly threshold.
The situation is made worse by the fact that blackouts are common and few have air conditioning to combat the blistering heat. During these months, the city also witnesses a spike in cases of heat strokes, heat-related illnesses and deaths.
The situation is a matter of grave concern for the residents of Jacobabad — where many subsist on a low income, and hence have limited ways to cope with the soaring temperatures. Amidst frequent power cuts, the majority are forced to brave the blistering heat waves without air conditioning. Those who can afford it sometimes choose to migrate to Karachi or Quetta, during the particularly hot summer months. Others opt for more sustainable alternatives, such as solar panels. However, these options remain out of reach for many.
